Dot Com Vapor Shop of 4th Plain Vancouver

My partner bought her vape here so I thought I’d drop in to see if I could find a replacement for my box mod. The gal that helped me was super helpful and provided a few options I could go with. She was even willing to bargain on a mod with no tank. I ended up going with an option elsewhere, but I feel like this shop deserved a hi 5 for being super cool and helpful.

Fully admitting that I dont vape, every time I pull into this parking lot to grab dinner, this place catches my eye. Not because of the nice people here, or their amazing selection, or anything else people have noted on previous reviews. But just the shear fact they vape here INSIDE here and do it SO OFTEN the windows are completely coated. Its just disgusting, take some pride in your shop, clean the windows. Its very much looking like the new age smokers yellow. Barf.

THE vape shop of choice whether you live in Vancouver or, like me, Oregon…it’s always worth the trip and the only store I have frequented for years now for my vape products. A lot of juices and coils. Disposables, salt and tank vapes. Batteries, chargers they have it all. Great staff, great owner and just cool, comfortable hangout. Since Multnomah County are full of idiots with their flavored juice ban (adults want flavors too, try focusing on help you massive homeless population and leave your adult vapers alone - parents should try parenting their kids) just head north to Dot Com!

AJ is the best dude always goes above and beyond!! Some of the best customer service i received, everyone there is so nice :))

I havent been vaping long but I have checked out many of shops I love this place the girl and cute guy behind the counter are super nice and very helpful if you vape you got to check this place out I garantee you will like it when you go try the banana bread flavor out its awesome

Way overpriced compared to all other vape shops, charged me $50 for a vape that is $28 at fat boy vapors for reference. Plus they never pick up their phones if you wanna call ahead.

It is hard to find a business these days that truly deserves 5 stars. Ive been coming here for 2 years. They were always kind and a lot of fun but after both my legs amputated, they made sure I got what I needed even when I couldnt make it to the store. Specific shout-out to AJ.

This is my all time favorite vape shop. Not only is it super easy to get to off 500 but they have probably the best, most consistent pricing around. They also have a rewards program like other places but I can tell you its good. I dont go as often as some vapers but I think I have a discount waiting like every 4th trip in. The guys that work their are the nicest down to earth folks too. I highly recommend this Dot Com Vapor location.

Spoke with A J. On the phone asking for sweet menthol elf bar and he was very helpful. It wasnt until after several of my questions that he explained he had a lobby full of customers and had to go but was so sweet that didnt tell me until later....I felt terrible for not asking first if he was too busy.. Any way....A+for AJ for his patience!!!!!!!! Spooked to him Thursday 1/26/23.

Great store. My flavor of juice got discontinued recently and the tender gave great suggestions for flavor and even made me a semi-custom house made flavor!! Amazing shop and a great impression when we moved

Great experience and selection. The item I originally came in to purchase isnt made anymore so the guy working sat there and went thru all e-juice flavors I might like based on what I told him. I especially liked that when I would ask his opinion on the juice he gave me honest answers. He didnt try to sell me anything that he himself didnt approve of and thats refreshing.Definitely will be shopping here again.Thanks Dot Com Vapor, you guys rock!

Great people, not pushy and always down to help. Went in not knowing what coil I needed and the dude in there this morning came through! Found a compatible coil and had me out the door happy. Great job guys. Keep up the great work.

Went in as a total newbie and the guys were incredibly patient with me, answered all of my questions and explained everything. Didnt try to talk me into something I didnt need, and helped me find some yummy flavors.. They have a personal mouthpiece you can use to try any (or all, if you have tons of time) of their huge selection of juices. Lots of goodies at reasonable prices and amazing customer service. Definately drop by, you wont be sorry!

Went in for a whole new setup and spent quite a bit more than planned but I was happy with what came out of that. I came in when the owner was in and he was great and attentive, chill guy and definitely helped me make up my mind since I havent been in the market for like 5 years.

I love this place. Everyone is awesome and super helpful. They really try to hook you up with something youre going to love instead of just trying to upsell you into something you dont want. Buying devices from them may be slightly more expensive than buying online but Ive learned the hard way its very much worth it to get from them because theyre so helpful and stand behind their products if something does go wrong. Im having to replace a mod I bought not even a month ago offline already. Definitely going back to dotcom this time.

This shop really saved my butt. Travis was awesome and hooked me up in my time of need. I broke a tank glass, and the replacement part was long since discontinued. He happened to have a spare in his collection at home and brought it in special just for me. Way above and beyond considering I was a first time customer. Since then Ive been back a couple times, and will continue to go back many more. If you read these, thanks Dot Com Vapor!

The BEST shop for all of your vaping needs in the entire area! They carry a large selection of the best equipment to fit all of your vaping needs, and have one of the largest selections of vaping juices in town (USA Made) and very affordable. Well trained staff and the owner Travis is amazing! He will go out of his way to make sure you are happy with your purchase and if not - will work with you so when you do leave - you will be a very satisfied and repeat customer. If the item you are using is a little less at another shop - he will price match (within reason). I hear time and time again when I go in how wonderful the staff is, knowledgeable and helpful. They also have a customer appreciation rewards program that you can sign up for and get credit on everything you buy - which eventually gives you a money off discount on your purchases. Open 7 days a week - and if you are not sure if they carry what you are looking for - just give them a call. 100% customer satisfaction is a rare thing in todays world but this shop still goes by that motto. There is a new shop opening the 1st part of June for customers that live on the east side of town. Right past the Walmart in Orchards by the Safeway. Also has a A score on the Better Business Bureau site - awesome!

Literally the best vape shop in Vancouver. Friendly and knowledgeable staff that doesnt try and push a sale. Always has the same juice so there is no sorry were out of stock. Last but not least, finally had my .05 coils I needed after looking at every other shop in town. Just happy there is a legit store now in town.

The store is conviently located a few blocks from my new place. They sell the vape coils I use. The seemed like a average vape shop. Their selection and pricing seemed alright. I really felt like I was invading someones private club by the awkward way the clerk interacted with me. They were awkwardly staring at me and I felt as if I was intertupting something by being there. Also, the young lady behind the counter had no idea about the specific stats on their fireluke line. Im not sure that I will do much business with them because of the weird awkwardness I felt from the staff. I am going to give them another try because of the location.

I absolutely love this place. I used to go to another shop for all of my pens, coils, and pods...But I found that theyd always be out of what I needed.And considering itd always be something incredibly common, like nord atomizers or novo pods, it is an absolute joy to find somewhere that not only has those things but my favorite juice as well (cheaper than online too, surprisingly).Kind of want to hang out here sometime they are so cool, and I usually cant wait to leave a vape lounge 😂

Use to buy the disposable pens. Finally bought a novo3 and I’ve had it about a month and half and it overheats, leaks juice inside to where it stops working unless I dry it out. I’m out $100+.Every time I’d go in there the staff was cold and not at all friendly, and apparently don’t do exchange’s or returns. Don’t go here.

This place is Great! Friendly guy, Nice, Extravagant feel to the shop. His House Juices are great by themselves or mixed together, i like the blue magic and vanilla cupcake mixed. the pricing is one of the lower Ive found in town. he doesnt have a rewards system persay but has done some in-house deals. and each friday a random dotcom flavor is roughly 33% off for the week. you can get the previous week and the new weeks flavors of the week on fridays. I got the equivilant of internet pricing on a Sigelei Fuchai 213 Plus with a set of batteries, and i saved what shipping would have costed!

These guys have always gone above and beyond to give great customer service. They have a great selection as well and have never been out of anything that I’ve wanted. My favorite store hands down.

Found my new vape shop!I am really happy this shop opened. Ive been to a number of vape shops around Portland and even in Vancouver and I was just never quite satisfied. Juices were ok...equipment stock was kind of anemic. Neither is the case here. I think he sticks just about every kit and piece SMOK makes...which I was very happy about...plus some other very nice setups. The shop has lots of seating and some game consoles...hes really built a nice shop with a wide selection and a comfortable place to hang and socialize and vape.Definitely has my business from here on out.

Do not recommend ! This is the 3rd time we bought from here & the 2-3 puffs in the vape burns ! Apparently no returns after purchasing & opening it ! But last time we were able to do that ! So idk if it depends on the worker or it’s their policy ! A very unhappy customer !

Dotcom vapor is always been my favorite Vape shop. They have friendly staff, good prices, and good products. I typically drive past five babe shops to go to dotcom vapor. Thankfully, after today, I won’t have to because they’ve opened a new shop on fourth plain and 162nd.

Super helpful and friendly staff. Awesome selection of vape juice and accessories. I’ve been coming to this vape shop since I started vaping and they’ve never let me down. Terrible service. The girl with the blonde short hair wasnt nice or friendly, didnt smile or say thank you. and told us to leave without looking at us when it hit 10 pm. No thank you and didnt reply when we said bye.

Did not know about their products at all, recommended another store to me instead of pointing out any other product options and I kept asking but they didnt really wanna show me what was in the cases, when I got there the young man was on his phone and was not responsive

They are growing and good people. They have Juul and well stocked with all flavors now! Also, they have a selection of Nicotine Salts and adding more I believe.

This store is a joke vary unprofessional no customer service skills at all and they are way over price I can get way better juice for a better deal else where never ever ever will I shop at this store and just how bad it is there I smoked a cigg after leaving there I have not had one in over 5 months that should tell you something about there shop they rather see you smoke a cigg then sell e liquid at a good price I feel there only out for the money not the helping people

Sure, it might not look like much from the outside...But the selection , pricing, and staff here are miles beyond their neighbor Dot Com Vapor or Erupted...Sure, theres no lounge, but who cares? This place is my new go-to for juice
