Best customer service and they have a LOT of knowledge, friendly associates who aim to please. So much product in stock and if they dont have what you need they will try their best to get it in their store. I would definitely recommend this place especially if your not 💯 sure what you want but have an idea

I have been shopping at your store for a long time. I bought a geek bar pulse less than 3 days ago. I returned today with the issue of an auto firing for a duration after I drag. This is already burning out the module so I came to swap it out..... I was notified that there is only 24-hour replacement of disposable Vapes these are $30 items theyre not you know $10 disposable vape.... The store clerk explained to me that this is a known defect... I asked where my recourse was if I need to go back to geek bar because thats expensive.... I was notified unfortunately there really is no discourse and I will just be stuck with their broken disposable they sold me......Unfortunately at this point Ill be searching for a store that has a better warranty. Thats absolute garbage.

Bee was so helpful. Just finished my last cigarette and Im new to vaping. She was so informative and help me find a cheap amazing vape. She took it out of the box and showed me how to work it. Been coming here for the prices, not the customer service because they’re hardly even trying. Dude acted so put out he had to stop his conversation with a coworker and help us. No hello, didn’t recommend anything when we were looking for a certain flavor and didn’t even bother saying have a good day or anything. We paid and he just sat there staring at his computer screen.

This shop always works to make sure the customer is happy and I always feel satisfied with there customer service I would consider each and everyone of the employees a friend and that’s why I drive the extra miles from fourth plain to come back here

I go here all the time to get my disposable vapes. I bought one last Friday the 13th. Got home took about 10 puffs of it and it just quit working. Came in today to exchange or get refund and the guy said we have a 24hr policy. I was fuming cause I go to this place all the damn time. Well I guess yall just lost a customer. Product here are set at a reasonable price. Day shift gal was great to deal with and extremely helpful. Two guys at night - not so much. Just wished the day shift gal had an extra person there to help since it can get busy at times.

I have been going to this place for a couple years. Today I went in to do my normal order. The staff continues to change but one of the people I dealt with today really made me feel uncomfortable. I buy a certain vape oil every time in a single and apparently they are not on the same page with other staff and how they do things. They no longer do that anymore which I completely understand. But the word said to me were Ill take your word for it but we cant do this again. I completely understand the change in different things that people do but this was not my fault. I felt kind of called out and uncomfortable and unfortunately I will not be going to the store anymore. Which makes me sad because Ive dealt with some amazing people. It would have been better to say Im sorry that happened. We had employees that werent doing correct things. Were not going to do it anymore, but we will honor it for you. Simple and kind.

I came there and was looking for new vape mods to try. I arrived to have Sarah talk me through multiple mods and tanks. Very impressive as she was able to guide me through the ins and outs of the mods I bought. She was really great and a wonderful person to have.

Let’s start on a positive, shall we?Positive: Was impressed with a few of your employees; including Axel and Avien. Both were helpful, knowledgeable of the products, and provided great customer service. Very friendly and always a joy seeing them whenever I visit.Negative: I rarely encounter issues shopping here unless it’s with one of the employees, I believe her name was Alyssa(?) She is consistently rude, unpleasant, and didn’t give me the time of day when I asked for assistance of any sort. This isn’t a one time occurrence either. As if I inconvenienced her and didn’t care about her job or customers.

I dont know what happened to this place. But its very disappointing to see a small business go downhill so quickly.I have been shopping here, probably going on 8 years now. And they have been great to work with. I say work with on purpose because they have helped me, and a lot of other people quit or at least limit their use of tobacco products. And support local businesses. River Reserve vape based right here in Vancouver Wa... is my brand, but thats not what Im doing this review for. Back to todays experience.Fatboy Vapor refused to service me because I would not allow them to record my drivers license number somewhere out in the cloud. 💨 puff like a vape in the wind. Is all I know about cloud baste storage. They dont have my business anymore. And no, I didnt go all Karen on the Employees. I simply request my ID back from the employee. I told them that it is ridiculous for you to require all customers to allow you to allow record and store their ID #.I hope l can find out what happened to this place

Really bummed to be writing this review, came in for the first time almost a year ago and ended up spending a ton of money and time getting my new set up (a raspberry gen S vaporesso with a Zeus nano tank) which ended up pretty much setting me up exclusively with them as not a lot of shops in the area carry those coils. Have always worked with the manager who’s always been extremely knowledgeable and kind. Now three times in the last month that I’ve been in I’ve witnessed on multiple occasions “Matt” behind the counter threatening customers, telling them they don’t know what they’re talking about when asking for specific items and then continuing to speak poorly and make derogatory remarks about them after they leave referencing politics, inclusivity, and mental state. Will not even returning and will be following this up with the manager hopefully as I really did love this shop

I love this place. I used to go to the Battleground location near my work and eventually discovered that there were multiple locations. Now the Chkalov Store is my home spot. I never cease to leave feeling more than satisfied. The numerous different Vapologists that Ive come to meet have all been extremely knowledgeable, and even if there is a frenzy of other customers I am always made to feel like a priority, without making me feel rushed. I have run into countless questions and concerns with different products and systems and without fail, someone is always willing to help me get to the bottom of it. This company puts customer satisfaction ahead of profits, and it shows. I am also impressed by the rewards system that allows me to stack points and save cash money off of my future purchases. They give me the option to use the accrued discount or save it for a rainy day without penalty. Most business mottos are use it or lose it! I have had a ton of questions due to being new to vaping and they have helped me through any issue or question Ive had. Never have walked about of there unsatisfied.

Came in with little to no knowledge and Dalton was super helpful and patient! Helped me pick a juice (big selection and able to try all) and some coils. He also spent the time to teach me how to put in the coil AND cleaned my vape for me (that I brought in and didn’t purchase there).Super chill environment and very helpful and nice.The other guy working there was also cool but I didn’t get his name :(.I wouldn’t go anywhere else if I were you and I will definitely be back.

The employees are very knowledgeable and they have a great selection of high quality juice. In my opinion you cant go wrong with River Reserve. This guy makes some of the best quality I have ever had. Gotta go with Northwest. Thats my favorite hands down.

I used to love coming here. I came regularly for 3 years, back before the name-change. Not only has the ownership and management changed, almost the entire staff is different. While the environment and stock has majorly improved, the staff has declined. One day I came in and didnt recognize anyone anymore. I was treated like I hadnt been a regular for years before they arrived. The people who once worked here used to be helpful and nice. The last 5 or 6 times Ive gone here, I have had to put up with too-cool elitist snobs. Sure, I dont know every thing about vaping and the products, but Im not an idiot - but I was sure treated as such. I found myself dreading to go back because Id have to deal with their better-than-thou attitude. Just because you know a lot about ONE subject, doesnt give you the right to be rude to your customers. My line of work would make your heads spin, but I would never be a snob about it. So go ahead, make your hipster vape-bar elitists-only. I sincerely hope it works out for you.

Just had my third visit. Every single time Ive been there they have had amazing customers service. 15/10. Chase and Mike both listened to what I needed and helped me out with exactly what I needed. As a vape novice these guys have been super upfront and extremely helpful!!!

Have gone to more than one location and honestly I am not much of a fan. Feel like the staff is more attentive at this location, but it feels like they never have what I want in stock at either location. Not to mention the staff is either too busy or doesnt seem to care much you are in. Went to Brickhouse after and got treated much better.

The staff are very knowledgeable. Ive been there twice now QED will continue to go to this vape shop. This store still allows for testing before buying. It is really nice to be able to come in and vape at your leisure, knowing you will get exactly what you want.

Store is NOT closing! They will continue to fulfill your needs with non flavored juices. I called and had a wonderful conversation with their staff who understand the new laws and changes well. Awesome staff with superior knowledge.

Great service and good prices. Their selection of regular and salt nic juices are good. Plus they’ll take your sales tax off if you’re from Oregon. Parking is ample and the ventilation is good, so you aren’t entering a room being “hot boxed” by vapers.

After recently acquiring a whole bunch of vape stuff from a bud, i walk in knowing next to nothing, other than what Id read the night b4. Plus i was flat broke ! And those peeps were so nice!Totally nonjudgmental towards the rookie, and even went so far as to kick down a free tip & new coil ! I left feeling like i just made new best friends !

In the store as Im writing this, the cashier threatened us with a $5000 fine for not wearing a mask. Pathetic. Upon looking up said law it is only a mandate that says you could possibly be liable for a $100 dollar fine IF you have covid. This guy (wears glasses, gingerish hair color) is completely unaware of the facts he is trying to spew out and scare people with. Which is unprofessional, and unfriendly. Will not be returning to this cape shop.

Went in there a few nights ago to buy some coils. First off they guy was to busy to help us at first seeing how he was playing some golf game on a PS4 system. When he did help us we bought about $60-$80 of e-juice and we also needed Coils so we picked some up. They only had 1 pack left and it had been opened. That was not the problem the problem was when we got home to change out a coil the 3 that where in this container where ***USED***. Called them up and told them. They guy on the phone said bring them in and they will take care of it. When we where able to get in later that night they guy there said sorry but he will not replace them...Do not go here. This place was once a great spot but now it has gone downhill....

Clean, professional, and always willing to help. They generally have samples of almost all the flavors if you want to try them. Prices, however are just okay. Ask about specials and join their rewards program!

I have been coming here since it was Bubbas and they sold tobacco. They dont sell that anymore, but its still a great place to get my vape products. The employees are k knowledgable and are always a friend. From rdas to starter kits they have anything youre looking for. They also have one of the best juice selections Ive seen around. Definitely a place to check out if you vape.

Always enjoy when we come to Fatboy Vapors, usually in between our online purchases. The staff have changed, as we have been going here since it was Bubbas. Bad equipment, Terrible customer service, very rude. I went to the location in Vancouver and one associate sold me a mod that didn’t fire correctly and had a lower than asked for wattage. He told me that I could bring it back within 30 days if I had any problems. One week later I brought it back just to exchange and was told that they have a no return policy. Very rudely the man told me that there’s nothing I can do . $75 wasted.

Usually love this store. Asked for a fruity flavor to last till next payday and ended up with a yogurt flavor...theres only 2 explanations. The guy didnt know the juice and it was new or they didnt care

I am a lifetime loyal customer of Fatboys. Conveniently located in Hazel Dell and Cascade Park n Vancouver, Portland, Oregon, Anchorage and Wasilla in Alaska. Maybe more locations but Ive been to all of these and their service is always awesome!

A huge selection of juice as well as vapes from a beginning set up (low cost) to expensive set ups (high cost). They know their products very well and they are very helpful. If they do not have a product they will helllooo you find a place that does.

Fat boy almost always has what I need. It is where I always get my juice. Having beat a 29 year smoking habit, I have not cheated since finding a good flavor which fanboys keeps on hand. The staff is always friendly and knowlegable.

After trying almost everything, prescriptions, patch, gun, lozenges, meditation... I have FINALLY quit smoking cigarettes after 21 years. I have been a client of Fat boy Vapes since early 2016, I have left positive review and this is my 1st time to leave something negative. Last Tuesday (08/14/2018) I came in to the shop in Vancouver, I was welcomed by a new employee named Matt aka Matthew. He was negative, insulting and lack professionalism, one thing that really stands out in my mind and really insulted me is when he referred to me as Son, Who is he to call this grown man son?I will be glad to return to Fat boys with my business after this person Matthew is gone! I will also inform all of my coworkers and friends alike who vape not to visit Fat boy till this unprofessional employee leaves on his own terms or by the direction of the owners or managers. Till that day comes will take my business else where.
