I have been dealing with Aidan and they are amazing, everyone who works there is awesome, super friendly and helpful. I love going to Quick Stop Smoke Shop. They have tons of incense and it always smells so good. If you like glass pipes they have so many cool ones and their prices on everything is really good.

Wow .. 🤩 nice store .. huge selections . They have great deals and they carries variety of selections of disposable and juices and Glass .. best place in town !

Responding to the bad review below me. Ive worked at enough places and have dealt with enough customers to know house of smoke did everything to help you. Maybe a change in your behavior and people would be willing to help you. Appreciate you all at the shop. Ive always had a good experience over the years.

Went here because from the online pics it looked like they had a legit great selection. Buuuttt.. when i arrived (it was 25 min away from me) it was not what i expected. The selection is tired and not terribly relevant (how much did you invest in the Mod fad! Geesh) there were 2 guys there, one was obviously new, and creepy, but the other guy was super helpful and friendly and i was thankful he was there so i didnt have to deal with the other guy much. Their disposable vape section left much to be desired for popular brands (in my opinion) and i was hoping they had kava, which they didnt but the cool guy gave me some suggestions in the area to find it. They did have the exact battery i was looking for, so i was glad about that.

Trinity and Mina are some amazing young ladies!!! They were soooo sweet and made my day when I came in this past weekend to buy a vape. They gave some of the greatest conversations and are really bright young ladies.

Did a quick walk in to get a vape real quick , purchased a really good flavor vape that taste like money! I thank mina and trinity for helping me choose a really good one. I truly recommend this place on momas, this place has great vibes etc ! Thank you again ladies I’ll definitely be back!

Visited Saturday June 5th around 9am. Customer service was good. Prices are fair. The product I purchase has good flavor. They only sell 6mg nicotine here max, for all of their vape brands. Shop is easy to see in normal traffic.

Just went into the store a little bit ago and purchased a bottle of vape juice and the little punk who was not helpful from the beginning ripped me off by selling me an opened bottle of juice and did not realize it until I got home maybe 10-15 minutes after I left his store. I called back to ask if I can come in and get a unopened bottle or a refund he got rude with me told me know and then refused to give me a number to his boss or supervisor. I will not be going in and spending any more money at this place which this is a frequent place we go to to get our vape juice. And I do not recommend anyone else going in there and getting scammed by the little punk behind the register.

If I could shoot this place 6 stars I would. Came in and purchased a new cartridge for a vape I recently bought. After leaving and realizing it was the wrong one came back and I was quickly taken care of. All 3 employees Danny, Big Jay and Lil Jay were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciate you fellas, keep up the good work!

Extremely unhelpful person answered the phone and with a considerable amount of attitude aruged with me that when I asked about their pricing for a 50mg salt nic liquid, I was wrong in calling it a liquid and that it was juice. Juice comes from fruit that person is a complete idiot and Ill never spend any money here.

I come in frequently for my puff plus Aloe Grape. So far everyone has been super nice and helpful. I usually buy 4 or more and they usually give me a little discount which is nice since theyre so expensive lol! Its great pretty much every time I go there. But if you lock the doors at 12:50am, post your closing time as 12:50am since you dont allow customers after that. I showed up at 12:52am and they quickly went inside and locked the door.

I come here all the time for my smoking accessories! The place has good vibes and the staff is always eager to help! I just went in to get me a little glass stem with the ball on the end of it I can usually get them out where I live for five bucks they didnt have anything for under 15 crazy that price is just crazy anyway they had a lot of cool other things those things Ive never seen before so if you want it you need it you probably get it there might cost you but you can get it

Products are great and employees are pretty great too. I forgot my ID there after buying a vape and Tyler tracked my a$$ down on Facebook and called me to let me know they had it. There are a couple people who work at this location that really make me not like it. The guy with the beanie and glasses the Mexican looking one and a few others. There is no reason to have an attitude every time I walk into your location. And the sad part is it’s not just that I’m catching them on a bad day. They always have this attitude specifically with me because I’ve witnessed them being chill with other customers.

Quick stop always has my coils in stock; along with all my favorite juices 🙋🏻‍♀️plus new ones to try all the time! Recently bought some dab accessories and everyone working was very helpful but Huge shoutout to Tyler who is always so welcoming and knowledgeable !!

To the owner of the shop, pay attention to what goes on in your business in customer satisfaction, I am specifically talking about this one employee you have named by JARED. This guy is very rude and insulting, if you want to keep your business going get rid of him, he tried to push my button few times like if he was looking for trouble, hes done the same thing with a friend of mine that goes to your shop. Either you get rid of him or I and my friends will not return back to your shop because we dont want to be severed by him and be mistreated anymore. Again hes rude, very bad customer service and lack of communication skills. Otherwise everyone else is great.

John and Matthew know how to hook it up here! ask for an e-juice recommendation and you usually will be buying the first one they hand you. the customer service here is GREAT and the customer always seems to come first. the glass is wonderful and beautiful as always and the e-juice selection will keep you coming back flavor after flavor.

All the guys here are super personable and knowledgeable, one of the few head shops Ive been to that actually show a genuine care for theyre customers. Theyre open when every one else is closed,seriously, till 1 am,(COIVID hours) and open on holidays. Ive seen them be the only store in town open during a horrible snow storm couple years ago on Christmas day. They rock. And just a shout out to the ones whove sacrificed theyre holiday for us customers, theyveliterally been a life saver for me,thank you. The only head shop Ill shop at in Vancouver. They have really awesome loyalty points program for returning customers, (download app and itll check you in automatically) the points add up quick and it pays off. They really are the best prices in town, smokes,vape, CBD, also buy 2 get one free deal on certain products. Solid owner whos doing business the right way, thank you! Just wish you had a store in Portland.UPDATE June 2022, super bummed out, not only have theyre prices gone up on Kratom now, they dont even do theyre loyalty rewards anymore, no buy 2 get one free, no buy 8 get 250 gram bag free, just as overpriced as all other stores now, nothing special..cool kids in there tho,theyre nice,most them.

Before shopping here, I was a loyal Erupted Vapor customer. I went in a few nights ago and had a good hour long talk with the employee/manager John. He showed me that Erupted had overcharged me 50 dollars and stolen my extra coil and goodies from my new set up out of the package. He showed me tons of mods and juices and did it all with an amazing attitude and was super friendly. John, you have won my business over to Quick Stop Smoke Shop!

Giving this shop one star is too generous. The workers are complicit when my friend and I were horribly mistreated by another customer when we were asking questions about products. They laughed when the customer made sexist remarks because we were so shocked that someone would be that blatantly disrespectful. Do not go to this place AT ALL!

I came in at 11:30, and was greeted with a smile and Hi! What can I get you? By an employee named Brandon. He was very knowledgeable about his product and suggested many flavors. 10/10 would come back again.

Hands down my favorite place to buy glass, vape products, etc. Brandon Hooked me up with two dope pens and an attachable nectar collector! I wasn’t satisfied with one of the pens. I came back in, Brandon hooked me up with the same exact pen just too see if it was a dud. I still wasn’t satisfied. I came back in, returned the pen and left with a dope rig for an awesome price! Due to my busy schedule, the whole process took about a week but Brandon totally understood and just wanted me to be satisfied! If I could give this place an extra star, I would!

#1 shop right here. Selection is good, products are fresh ,large ejuice selection and variety of flavors. Good amount of wraps too for your daily smoke. Recommend visiting or dropping by if you havent yet.

I bought a flomax vape on the 2nd it died on the 4th I took it back and the guy said unfortunately we have a 24-hour returning policy so I bought another one and told him unfortunately thats the last thing Ill ever buy in the store but that one went dead 30 hours later so I wouldnt recommend buying any product from this store they do not stand behind there product

Im a regular here and I love them. Theyve got everything I need here. Their vape hardware selection is impressive and has never disappointed me or anyone Ive brought here. They have a super unique glass collection, I cannot believe how much glass they have. All the accessories for smoking and everything you need to get your hookah on. Dusten is always super helpful and knowledgeable about the products. And all their stuff has hella good prices. They also have a great kratom selection if thats your thing. Excellent customer service and selection of products and Jared (sorry if I spelled it wrong) went above and beyond.I came in because I was having issues with my prince V12 tank leaking. I came in trying to get a top airflow tank so that way I wouldnt have to deal with leaking again, but Jared had recommended that I get the same tank he has for his mod the falcon tank (I am sure it has more to it as a name) because hes ever had a leak. So I took him up on it and the tank overall is my preference over my V12 (and MUCH better coils) and I love it! Tell so let me try some of his favorite juices inside the store.Unfortunately it didnt solve my issue as I leaked with that tank the next night. 😅Come to find out, your tank needs to be pressurized when not in use (use a cap for top side, twist shut your airflow on bottom and keep your tank standing straight).Why would I come back? Unparalleled customer service, pricing, selection, and love the employee! -plus I still need that top airflow tank and a couple of caps for my tanks 😋

Love this place. Great staff and prices. I posted that 6 months ago, and am now editing it. They have expanded and have WAY more choices than before. They just got in tons of new concentrate stuff and all for good prices. I went in today and was helped by a man named Sam. He was very knowledgeable and honest about the product. I ended up buying a reclaim catcher for cheaper than I saw it anywere else. He also though in a fine and nail for free. They were great quality. I will definitely be coming back. They also have vape stuff for people who like juices. They have a room next door with a pool table that you can chill and vape in.

I’m done with this place!!!!! I come here occasionally to buy cones (prerolled rolling papers). Each and every time It’s different price. Sometimes they charge me $2.50 a piece, sometimes $3, sometimes $3.50, sometimes with tax and sometimes without. Then they do the random over charging. I bought 8 cones today at $3 each and today I was charged tax. So $24 for product + $2.01 for tax should have came up to $26.01 yet he somehow stood firm I owed him $30.35. An extra $4.34 for what???? Yes they are friendly and nice. But that’s just their charm. They will screw you hard with a smile on thier face. If you do come here make sure you go with a fresh crisp mind ready to do math to double check them. If you don’t you ARE paying too much!!!

What a great selection on vapor products and glass. Great brands too! Looking for a bargain they got the inexpensive stuff, looking for some name brand, killa, NUG, etc they got that too!The staff is wonderful all of them from the owner to the manager to the general staff. They are all helpful knoledgable and when you walk in they greet you like a long lost friend not just another customer.But hands down if you want to enjoy this place to its fullest, then walk through that door when Kellan is on shift. Evenings during the week is when I see him most. I spent over an hour in the shop with a very limited budget and high expectation and the man delivered. I didnt walk out with a cheepie wishing I had something else, I walked out stoked to get home and put my glass to use, oh yeah and spent $15 less than I intended. I was very indicisive and there were four other customers in the store and he was able to bounce back and forth and take care of us all at once with a smile on his face and a joke on his tounge.This place is a must see destination. Put it on the map and I promise they will not disappoint.

Favorite shop. Im loyal to this place. They have great prices, they cut you deals when you bundle (unlike so many places), have great service and fantastic policies. Also theyre the only place in town that carries Phat Clouds eLiquid. Every person that works here is really awesome.

This is one of the homiest little vape shops I’ve ever been to. Every employee here has been a joy to talk to and are very welcoming, Dustin especially for walking me through so many accessories I’d never seen before. So I am a loyal customer to our local Quick stop smoke shop and I bought a banger for my dab rig about an hour ago it happen to be the wrong size I paid $15.00 for this and i dodnt even take it out of the wrapping and i called and spoke with Jared explaining the situation and he said No I could not even exchange it for the proper size even though I had just been there! Worst customer service and exchange policy; Return policy. I was then told the last person to exchange glass was directly fired by the owner! Glad I didnt get hired there.

So I went in with a mod that my friend gave me and Jarred told me how to fix the leak on my mod and fixed my mod for me after he stayed 30 minutes after he was off of the clock! He was super helpful and awesome! I will definitely be coming back

I recently walked in to be greeted by a gentleman by the name of Brandon, who showed me the new products that they recently started carrying in the vaping section of their store. He was patient and very accommodating, showing me each ejuice that he thought I might like, Id go there again to receive the same excellent customer service. On the other side of the shop, there is a very broad selection of smoking untensils, each one of them beautiful and unique at a competitively fair price. Id go here for all of my smoking needs!

Usually a good experience but now I dont trust them. Went in to buy a torch and guy walks up and says give me money and laughs. Then he shows us torches, we pick one that had a price tag sticker of $35, which was same price as I paid before so I went to the car while my husband paid, apparently the guy removed the price tag and upped the price to over $50. I was shocked when I heard he had bait and switched us because my husband wasnt paying as close attention. We feel ripped off and no longer can shop there. Shame on you for this kind of business practice!

Went to 5 different smoke shops looking for a nice sized rig for a decent price. Mary Janes wanted 270 for one that was 2 inches tall. Came in and John greeted us as we came in. We gave him a price range and a rig size and he gave us a HUGE discount on the piece! Favorite place, favorite people, they are the most likely pot rig store willing to negotiate the price. John continued to help us find one until we found something that would work. THIS GUY SERIOUSLY NEEDS A RAISE.

I purchased a vape pen from here and quickly broke the heater coil. I brought it back to the shop and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Before I knew it, they gave me a great deal on a new pen. Friendly, cool, and helpful - this is the place to shop at.

Told them and verified with flumfloat that the vapes they have aren’t their product I love the workers so I gave it another chance since it was only the strawberry mango at the time that was not real got the new straw melon 2 days ago along with 3 other vapes non have any flavor and the straw melon blew up in my hand after opening it hit it once and then it started non stop smoking wouldn’t turn off then sparked and burnt my hand and had to call the fire department to get help to have it stop. These flum floats are toxic and Chinese. Do not get the strawberry mango especially it should never be yellowish the package is orange unlike theirs. Waste of over 100 dollars I spent there. No use in calling just filing a report last time I called Dustin and he kept laughing like I didn’t know that flum had printed that label on the package and wasn’t listening to what I was actually saying about how I called and verified they where fake. Didn’t do anything about it that store is a joke. And their workers need to be educated.

I have never been into this particular shop but as i walked in I felt very welcom. The store is very stocked and had good deals, jarred was the person who helped me out with my purchase, very respectful and just overall a good shop!!

There inventory is huge, If Im looking for anything vape, tobacco, glass, CBD, or just related they have had it. If they dont they ordered it. Best shop I can find anywhere in area within 15 miles. Finally found a place local that carries the best glass. That kills brand is incredible! Plus hand made pipes? You cant beat that. While I was in there I was shopping for Kratom... 10$ and ounce! Im not going anywhere also anymore! Best bang for my buck by far! And yes I absolutely have and will recommend to my friends!

Dont buy any vapes from the bulk boxes on the counters here they are all 5 years or more outdated and make sure any you do but in the entire store you always open them all and try each one in front of the clerk before you walk out to cover your money spent... If you leave and they dont work which half of the time they dont at all even once your burnt in your exchange or refund

Ive spent more than $300 at this shop. Bought 2 Vapes, both of which broke. First one had a contact issue with the button. They told me to clean it with rubbing alcohol. Fair enough... Didnt work. The next one, which I only had for a day tipped over and the glass broke. They said they would replace the glass. Fair enough. Went in and all I got was a bunch of excuses about how it was my fault (which of course it was) but since I told Juan that his un-needed exuses were starting to piss me off, he rescinded the offer of the free glass. Sent me out empty handed. Resigned to waiting for the owner to handle the situation, I came back later to try again. I explained what happened again to this new employee, and he said he would sell me the part I needed. He then said my Manager told me you were going to come in and try this.ALL STOPAt this point I realized that not only was I berated by the first employee, but in preempting my second visit with whatever he told the next guy I was now being treated like a petty criminal in a jewelry store.So buyer beware. The Vapes break, there is no refund policy (but lots of excuses), and the employees are not below grandishly making customers, a US Veteran at that, feel like total trash over the possibility of curbing their ego over a $5 piece of glass.

I had walked in and instantly felt comfortable. They have a great selection of vape juice and accessories. I had asked for a couple reccomendations and if they had any specials. The gentleman who helped me had a very up beat attitude and knows how to help a customer. He showed me some great flavored vape juices and one of them is called “Island Passion” made by Cloud Nine. It is the most absolute amazing flavor, very smooth, great exhale taste... really a 10/10 for me. I had also bought “Reign” and “Phoenix rising” both made by cloud nine. It was a buy 2 get 1 free special. Huge selection, amazing atmosphere, just a great experience all the way around. I cant thank them enough! Thanks again guys!!

This is the best smoke shop in Vancouver/portland.I bought a vape rig at some random smoke shop in Portland thinking they were all basically the same(like Safeways but for smoking needs?) But I was very mistaken. I got an expensive setup that wasnt worth the price and had no idea how to use it. A few more bad experiences later at other shops and I decided to check out the quick stop smoke shop.John gave me all the info I needed to start vaping properly and he even tuned up my janky rig. Since then Ive been in many times and on johns recommendation upgraded to a B.A. Aegis Legend kit. The staff is always friendly, professional, and they sells things at a good price. Ill never go anywhere else ever again.

Hands down my favorite vape shop. The manager recognises me from when I first started shopping for vape juice there over 3 years ago. They also carry all kinds of other items and have a HUGE selection. On Black Friday weekend I got one of those silicon pipes super cheap because I was in the sale section even though it wasnt supposed to be and the owner honored the sale anyway. They have really good deals and prices year round. I live in Beaverton, OR and STILL go here to buy my e juice because they have my favorite kind.

I bought an xxl cool mint puff bar last night. The whole store reaked like they’ve been smoking weed in it and no one told me to try the vape before I left. I get home and it tastes and smell awful. Gave me the worst headache after one hit. I called to explain and they said you’re supposed to try it before you leave and I explained I was not informed of that and they said there’s a sign. Ok it was super late I had a long day and I wasn’t looking around for a sign. I was in and out. $30 for a pos that can’t be used. Very very disappointed.

You guys have the best prices on kratom in this town no doubt about it, my problem is that I’m 18 and you guys don’t sell kratom to anyone under 21 even though In the state of Washington you have to be 18 years of age to buy and use products that contain kratom, I’m literally throwing away hundreds of dollers because for some reason your shop made it 21 even though it doesn’t have to be
