Only vape shop Ill go to, the worker are nice and always remember me and know what I buy, they know what day Im coming in and will hold a product for me if the item is getting low. Great customer service! Also very knowledgeable on products helped me when I need to change out my vape.

I used to love this place but I feel like the customer service here has gone down hill a lot. I continue to go there when Adam is working because he is extremely nice and doesn’t not make me feel as if I’m a inconvenience. When he’s not working I try not to go there because when I walk in the employees who are they are very mono toned and almost look irritated when you walk in. I’m very picky about my juice and when I ask some basic questions I just get a cold stare because they seem more concerned about having side conversations with other co-workers . But again I try to ignore it and get in and out as fast I can because they have more variety of juices than most places in my area.I get everyone has bad days but it’s more frequent than not it seems to me. I spend anywhere from 40-100 dollars here to keep my my vape up and running and I double up on my juice quantity so I don’t have to go in as frequently. Thanks Adam for providing great customer service I’ll keep giving you guys my business as long as you work at this location. I’d also like to note the manager is also very nice and helpful the few occasions i was in for juice.

Love them! Asked them to order me something and they got it quickly! They even showed me a new tip so I didnt have to completely replace my vape to get a bigger tank!

Their customer service here is AMAZING everyone is always super helpful and very friendly! This vape store is by far my favorite place to get coils and juice for my vape! They have a HUGE selection of different vape juices & disposable vapes as well! Also if you give them your phone number and make an account with them you get a 5 or 10% discount I dont remember how much the discount is exactly but it does help since everything in Washington is super expensive! They have vape batteries, new tanks, and also mods that you can purchase as well! Check it out!!Just NO KIDS allowed inside!

Went in to buy a vape here a month ago. I’ve tried to work with it, replaced the coil, etc. I get no flavor from my juices no matter what I do and the power won’t go above 20 and every other hit tastes burnt. I’ve been vaping on and off for years and this isn’t due to any rookie moves. I research vapes heavily before even touching them.I called in and told Sarah about this and explained that I don’t even want my money back, but just to get a replacement or another product. I was sold a defective product and just wanted to get what I originally paid $150 for: a working vape.She told me that unfortunately I’m “JUST barely” outside of the warranty with them. I explained that I’m a great customer and I buy all of my puff bars (which I bought this vape to get off of but am still buying because the vape doesn’t work correctly) there. That I’m a brand loyalist and have picked this shop to go to for as long as I’m in the area.She went “well…” and a very long 15 second pause before reading me what was likely a canned response. They can’t go outside the warranty because it’s a corporate policy? I asked if this was a chain. She said “well it’s a company-wide policy”What, to not help customers that are loyal to you by replacing defective devices they bought from you? As a small chain??I’m appalled. And frankly hurt because I didn’t do anything wrong here. I tried to love this vape and tried to work with it and it’s just not working and now I’m stuck with it. I cannot believe that a shop with few locations would do something like this while dangling the carrot that I’m just out of the warranty. What was the point in emphasizing how close I was to getting some real help??Thanks, guys. I’ll go elsewhere from now on.

Ive had nothing but good experiences at this shop. I have weird taste buds and only like certain vape juice flavors and Fatboys is the only place that actually carries the juices I like! The employees have always been kind, helpful and patient. I really like the rewards program as well!

So I used to really enjoy going to this shop . But after this last time I will not be back again. They changed me twice for 1 bottle of juice. Now this is the second time this has happened. The first time was no big deal it was fixed by me going in to the shop but this time I was told I was out of luck and they would not fix there mess up. Not a way to treat a customer that only shops with you

Worse shop i have been to. Been here 4 times thinking it will get better. But nope you have lost my business for good. Nothing but a bunch of little kids working here who think they know everything. Asked a simple question about juice. Had to wait a good 15 to 20 minutes before being helped. All the employees seems lazy and just does not care about their customers. Decided to take my business else where and found a new shop to go to. Everyone be warned. If I could give it a 0 star I would.

Im new to vaping and had an idea of what I wanted based on the samples and advice from others. I was ready to purchase and found Fatboy Vapes close to me in Google Maps.I was fortunate to find a very clean and well stocked store with two clerks full of knowledge and patience!It was a refreshing experience to be catered to by sales staff rather than corraled thru a crowded self checkout.Before I left, the clerk had helped me load the batteries, fill the tank of my new mod and warned me to wait the prescribed time for my coil to become saturated.Nothing but 5 starts for Fatboy Vapes. Thank you for a great shopping experience and no in 2 weeks cigarette free!!

I bought a monster bar and loved it until 2 days later it quit working. I work a full time job where I cant smoke at work so it is not like I was smoking it all day. I took it in to see if they would offer me a discount and no go. I bought another one and again 2 days later quit working. I called to talk to the manager and he said he feels like I got my use out of it and would not do anything about it. I will not be going back. At this rate it is cheaper to smoke cigarettes and we all know how much those are.

Always an awesome place to go if you need some juice or anything vape related. Check the clearance section if youre not overly picky, even if you are overly picky they might still have something there that will work for you. The cheapest place in town for a lot of things, and amazing customer service.

If you need good, no b.s. information, this is the place to go. Some of these reviews are ridiculous. If you break your device, it is illegal to return them, so thats of no fault to the store. Do your research before you buy a device, ask friends, look at device reviews. The people that work here know their stuff, but only you, the consumer, can make a decision that will fit your needs. If it turns out you dont like the device or the liquid, their hands are tied.These folks will bend over backwards to try and make sure you leave happier than when you came in, even if you leave without making a purchase. However, they can only do so much if your attitude sucks, and they cannot break the law to accommodate what YOU think you think they should do. Learn the laws, be an informed consumer, or even just ask those types of questions BEFORE making your purchase.*Edit*Ive been coming to this location for over 2 years, and their prices havent changed much, if at all. Coil packs have maybe gone up by $1 in 2 years, and liquid prices have actually gone down by about $1-$2, depending on the brand. If you change devices, coil packs vary in price by brand and tank type. Again, not the fault of the store if you switch devices/liquids and the prices are different. Pricing is very fair and they are very selective of the liquids they bring in.

I Get Ejuice online. $10 for a 120ml bottle. This place, sells 60ml for $25. Thats half as much for more than double the price. If I bought juice here for my wife and I, it would literally cost us $50 every day!! Thats $350 per week! Thats just for juice, not including coils. Im sorry but theres absolutely no reason not to carry affordable lines of juice. They only carry the most overpriced juice on the market. Anyone who buys from here is getting ripped off BIG TIME.

Used too love this place & would come here all the time but the owner has seriously let the buisness go downhill. Everything is always out of stock and half the brands arent listed in their menu so you have to ask what every single thing is. Debating just trying to use whatever points I have and never coming back.

Fatboy Vapors in Hazel Dell is my go-to vape store and has been for the past couple years. I am always made to feel like family and receive a warm welcome (name and all!) whenever I walk in the door. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and Adam is awesome!!!

I have been going to the HWY 99 location for 3 or 4 years now. It’s always been great service. They always check to see if there’s anything you need. Go above and beyond. Especially now with Covid19 they still stayed open helping there customers. Everyone that has ever worked there has always been wonderful to me. Thank you so much for always helping me out guys. Nick is great! The other staff is great too but Nick sold us on the fat boy brand and separated it from just another vape shop Nick knows what we need when I dont. I walked in the other day to get juice for my wife and forgot what kind she likes and he remembered exactly which brand and nicotine level she likes.

These guys are always super helpful. They take the time to help you, and if you have questions or are a first timer to vaping, they help you understand everything you would need to know

I purchased coils and talked with the employee for 2 minutes and then was told they have a 3 customer limit and I had to leave because more customers were going to be coming in soon. I laughed because I thought he was being sarcastic, then realized he was being dead serious and he kicked me out. I sat outside and waited for 20 minutes and no other customers came in. I guess maybe he had to go to the bathroom or something.

Extremely weird vibe in this store. Went in with my brother was thinking about buying some juices and a set of batterys. Neither of us were acknowledged walking in, my brother had to get one of the employees attention to get help. We were the only ones in the store other than a bunch of teens sitting in the corner. They must not need business very badly if they just ignore their customers. I decided I would take my business elsewhere before they even finished the transaction with my bro. My brother has had a bad experience before too with buying a particular brand of juice he usually buys online. Flavor was off and he was treated like some sort of half-wit for questioning the quality of the juice. He didnt want a refund or anything was just curious if anyone else who had used the juice thought it off. Better vape stores in Vancouver spend your money elsewhere. You’ll be happy you did.

I will say that this place has some of the best variety of juices that are actually flavorful. But I honestly hate going in there. The guys never know what Im talking about and are pretty unhelpful. Its like any little question that I might have is a huge burden for them to answer. Definitely not my favorite customer service but like I said the juices are good.

Love this company! Been going here since they were Bubbas. So going on 6 years now. They really treat you like family, decent prices on juice. Vape comps every other Fridays at 9 which are a lot of fun. I dont go to any other vape shop. Love you guys!

I’m a true genuine customer . Sure I could order items online an pay less . But I go here because when I walk in they know my name . They know my flavor preferences. They answer my silly questions! An when I’m a dork an lock my Vap or mess up a setting they don’t tease me for having my friend drive it to them to fix it because I’m stuck at work they do. They fix it without question or teasing or mocking. All of the long time employees are amazing an are very knowledgeable!!!***Update *** I still love this place and since taking all thier advise I went from 32mg to 3mg . I trust them whole hearted. Kate the store manager is fabulous, the tall guy is so sweet an I hate I never remember his name , my fuzzy face guy is seriously a know it all about vap. He will never stir you wrong. When you go in be honest with you smoking habits , dont go with with 20$ and expect a miracle. Go with true expectations and $100 bucks so they can really help you to stop smoking the cemicical based cigarettes. Jeremiah was who helped us. He was rather rude and didnt seem like he wanted us there. Nobody bothered to even say hello and dude kept trying to watch TV rather than trying to see what he could help us with. We are new to vaping and this was our first time going in to this store and will be our last due to unfriendly staff.

Steven is a master. dude knows what he talks about and honestly gets to know his regulars. my wife works in the food industry. knows what they want before they wants it. Steven is the same way he sees me park. sees me walk up and already has it placed on the counter before I get there. we had a rather long conversation about a new box mod. and he sold me. steven you keep trucking on hell off a job!

The price of the starter kit I was specifically looking for was nearly double what the average price was online. The tester devices temperatures were set way too high so everything tasted like burned popcorn. The 2 people who helped me were nice but not very knowledgeable (which I completely understand), they had to ask the 4-5 guys sitting in the corner joking around with each other, never once did those guys offer to help or give anything other than monosyllabic responses. A couple of employees stood right outside the open door to smoke tobacco cigarettes.

I just got into vaping and i really enjoy it. I also really enjoy going into fatboy vape shop, the customer service is amazing! they are very energetic and kind. I also had a problem with my positive post tilting and i had previously bought it a few weeks before. I went in and expected them to just fix it for me but instead the guy that was working ended up giving me a better one and replacing mine with one that was more expensive and i was very happy with the outcome. This is the only Fat Boys vape shop I go to. In fact, it is the only vape shop I go to. The employees there are very knowledgeable and always super helpful. They are eager to answer any questions I have about different mods and tanks and they help me get the best devices that are within my budget. They go above and beyond to help their customers. I have taken mods in there that I thought were broken and they have always solved the problem for me.Usually it was something very simple and they showed me and explained to me how to solve the problem.I cannot say enough about these guys, they are the best, I frequently refer my friends to them, and I will always go there for all of my vaping needs.

Mason was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me chose the perfect mod and tank for my needs. I highly recommend asking for Mason specifically. He is the one who earned Fat Boys this 5 star rating. :)

Talked me into a lil vape. Bought it. Ended up really not liking it. Only had it for a single day. Called and asked if there was anything I could do. Gave me suggestions on how to fix it, Or make it better. Told me there was nothing else they could do, No exchange or in store credit, Customer service is sub par. Taking my business down the road. Chill place though.

Really helpful as far as getting me started on my first vape. Neglected to disclose info about the Smok V8 stick as their company is well known for having factory defects with their coils. But I guess thats my fault for not doing my research
