Good place to get your medical marijuana card printed for free, however their website doesnt say what is on sale, so when you go to pick it up and try to apply your medical discount your not allowed to. You only can on items that arent already discounted. How am I supposed to know whats discounted and whats not when the website doesnt say anything? And just listing the brands in a list doesnt work half the time because if you mention something is on sale but its doesnt correlate with the discount day some of the staff dont even know its on sale! Very inaccessible website. Kind and accommodating in person.

Absolutely amazing managers…. substantially less amazing ID checker! I just watched the woman at the door scream at a customer, cuss him out, and get in his face for a solid 3 minutes (minimum). The only reason I’m giving a 4 star review is because of the 2 managers who came out to see what the issue was and treated said customer with respect and kindness. I wish everyone could communicate like this!ID checker… PLEASE find a new job where you don’t have to deal with people literally at all ever.Managers… keep up the good work! We love you!

I absolutely love High 5. Out of the hundreds maybe thousands of dispensaries at my disposal, this is my number 1 choice. The parking lot is small for the positive reputation High 5 has.Their is a pipe shop connected on the west side of the building. Check it out.After the typical ID check. Looking around in the front entrance there is some wall art you can buy. Its an inviting atmosphere and the choice should satisfy. Pens, oil, joints, & Buds ect..I like the option of Choices for a variety of cheaper buds to smoke.But dont let that last statement fool you. Seems to be an variety of excellent top shelf to choose from.Yup ! A Happy Camper Here.

Always fast and friendly service. I have bought a few cheap carts that have broke so I’m not sure if I would recommend buying those. Other than that I can’t complain. They said they couldn’t replace it. Whatever.

Ive never given anyone five stars before this! Id never been here before; I stopped in to make a purchase for my daughter & son-in-law. From the instant that I entered, people I interacted with were very friendly, patient, and helpful, including other customers! The employee who helped me at the counter even went in the back to get fresh stock of the item I sought. Whoever was the old employee with grey hair mustache (you can’t miss him, he’s really old) can’t be bothered to do his job properly. i’m a medical patient, and have bought close to $1,000 worth of products (probably more) from this store and he cannot be bothered to check in a medical patient so they can get their discount and he insists on giving the “wax wednesday” discount. like bro i don’t care about that discount. check me in, give me my medical discount and ring me up. it takes an extra two minutes. that discount is never gonna be more than a medical discount, so i could careless about it. do your job, you’re on the clock anyways. if you can’t be bothered to do your job properly, then why come to work? makes no sense. i’m trying to be as nice as possible on this, and y’all as a company better not delete this review. cause imma keep reposting it. i ain’t the one to play with. i’m not trying to be a karen or act entitled at all, but i should get my FULL discount as a medical patient. plain and simple. and thats not just what i say or think, the law says its that way too. so follow the law, and conduct better business practices. or perhaps hire better employees. maybe younger ones that are more competent. or at least one that will do their job properly. something. idk.

Even when you try to get the bud tenders attention for help they gladly help others who come in after me! Went in and talked to Jeremiah with some medical questions about edibles my husband has been using for neck pain. He was more than helpful with what I was needing. I had pre-ordered which he agreed I had the best for the symptoms, but also gave me an idea for another type that we are going to try. No pushiness. I was very appreciative.

Amazing and cheap weed for a great price

Even when busy it doesnt take long for service. Staff is always extremely friendly. They are knowledgeable about the products and help you select according to your needs and budget. There is a lot of competition, but I think this place is the best and I typically choose them. The daily specials are great. I particularly like Vendor Friday. I dont recommend waiting until the last minute of the time frame though as they may be sold out of some of the specials for that day by then.

Quick and efficient dispensary. We were in and out in under 5 minutes. The online menu makes the selection process a lot quicker. Line outside while store is at capacity - but they had canopies and heaters for the customers during the short wait. We got two carts. They offer a warranty on the carts for 30 days if they stop working. Good business. Will be back.

High 5 always has the best selection when it comes to edibles. Theres something here for anyone. They will also have affordable pre-rolls occasionally. I will be going here even more.

Honestly one of the best weed shops around. The staff are incredibly friendly and give off a really chill vibe. The selection of live resin carts, edibles, drinks, flower, joints, etc. Is amazing. They also have a glass shop side to the store that carries CBD and Kava like drinks and edibles. Overall a wonderful place, also 20% medical card discount!

I had a god awful experience with Kirstin. She was incredibly rude, snarky, didn’t make me feel welcome in the slightest. If that’s how this company treats their customers I’m never coming back and I’m telling my friends to stop shopping here as well.

Actually about a 3.5 due to extremely high prices. Almost double the price on the same product as Main St. And I can never get my discount on Sundays because your always out of Regulator. Saw an employee light incense and blow it around a customer like he was trying to sage the evil away. Did it behind his back and stopped when the customer turned around so I know it was malicious. Maybe if he wore his mask properly instead of letting his nose hang out, the smell wouldnt be an issue. Idk maybe his nose is too big for the mask, either way, its pretty messed up for him to do that, regardless of how that customer smelt.

I just want to give a shout-out to Casey (I hope thats the correct spelling!) and the whole crew! They have some of the best customer service you could ask for and they make sure you are a satisfied customer! That along with the killer prices and selections us why I will always pick them over anyone else!

Great service, employees full of helpful information, and a cool, yet clean layout. Top shelf product on every shelf. Yes, there is even a very tough looking door man checking ID . After talking with him only a few seconds I found him to be a really nice guy.

Alright selections. Love seeing staff picks, prices and percentages right next to the product. Love searching through the tub to find the right one. The staff are always nice, eager to help and supply me with recommendations when I give them my preferences.

Im from out-of-town and wasnt sure exactly what I was looking for but fortunately this place has amazing staff. We were helped by a man named Malcolm and he was very patient, knowledgeable, and a good conversationalist. He helped me choose from all the varieties and offered advice based on his personal experience with the product, which I greatly appreciated.

WARNING!!!!!!!! They do not recognize there owe return policy. Cartridge fell part and I was told on the phone to bring it in and upon arrival at the door I was told the the state will not allow the return. I asked why they are advertising cartridge return and not honor it, there store management Quotemost be PR thing. They tried to offer me 20% off and I come to find out that is the day discount. Did not rectify the problem and kept my receipt, security told me to cut my losses and leave. NOTE security officer was very nice and polite. He confided to me that he was there little over a year and they have never Exchange or Refund any return he has seen there. WARNING!!!!!!!!!!

Love this dispensary, always fast and friendly. Would’ve gave 5 stars but I had a not so good experience today. I didn’t know the sales so I came into the store and had to take my time looking around, the person whom was helping me(don’t remember her name but glasses and braids) did a very poor job of communicating with me. I had to alter my order a couple times and I could feel the discontent radiating off of this individual. I apologized multiple times because I was once a budtender and got no response . And the end of my transaction I got a brisk hand wave as I was leaving. Not the friendliest customer service skills I’ve seen. I get it you guys are busy, but I don’t think there’s ever an excuse to act disgruntled toward a customer.

Staff is good, but recent changes to the store make it hard to find the CBD items. They are moved to the back of the store and the employee reads from a menu. When asked why it moved, was told it was for new inventory and had to get use to it.For CBD users who need a natural alternative to manage pain, this was actually demoralizing and alienating. After being a loyal shopper for over 3 years, Ill be taking my business elsewhere. There is NO WAY to contact anyone about this, so my review is it.

Every body is so happy and helpful! I love this place. I am 60 years old and all the young people treat me like a queen :) I have gone to a few other dispensaries in Orchards and every one has made me feel like I am a bother. I am not high maintenance at all. All I want is something to help me sleep at night because melatonin doesnt work for me.

As a tourist from another legal state (Colorado) I was curious to see the difference in how they handle legal cannabis. I was impressed with their quality, customer service and their selection. Beyond all that, the prices were incredible compared to the prices back home. Ill definitely make it a point to come back to visit on our yearly trips in the future.

I love this place. This is my #1 go to place for cannabis. One time my daughter threw her shoes out the window and I didnt know. We came back hours later asking if they found any shoes and they did. The lady went all the way in the parking lot and brought her shoes inside in case we came back. The most recent time, I used their online services and they called me asking if I wanted to switch flavors because they were out of the blueberry that I chose. Their staff is awesome!

These guys have excellent prices and even better service. Cris is the man, he is very knowledgeable and generally a really nice guy. I have had nothing but great experiences here and go out of my way to make this my main dispensary.

Too expensive. Excellent service, but the prices outweigh the hospitality. If you buy from here, no matter what grade you decide to purchase, youre going to pay top dollar. The market is now flooded with product, and justifiably the prices should go down accordingly, but not here. $50 for 3 1/2 grams????? Are you kidding? Youre better off taking an extra 20 minutes and going across the river. Over time, youll save a bundle!

Absolutely love going here. Have not met anyone that has been rude or mean in any way. Everyone is always in such a good mood and happy! Even during the awesome and insanely busy vendor days. The selections and sales are great and the budtenders can really make some good suggestions depending on your needs. The layout is nice and makes sense. It can get crowded but have never had a wait any longer than 10 mns. I used to go to main downtown but prefer high 5 due to the selection, the people and location.

This is an edit from a 1 star review:I initially posted an issue I had during my last visit, which I felt was less than ideal. This wasnt a staff or store based issue (staff has always been great and the store is both clean and well laid out) but rather an oversight on a product description (since corrected). The owner reached out to me on here, listened to my concerns, explained what action they were going to take to resolve the issue long term, and then offered to make the immediate issue right. Needless to say, I was blown away by both their tact and efforts to correct the oversight long term. This is the first issue Ive encountered in my almost weekly visits to the dispensary (over the past 6 months) and the manner in which it was resolved has made me a life long customer.If you want to support a local dispensary that actively listens to their customer base, on top of having quality products, I urge you to check this place out. Curbside pickup is painless and the staff is phenomenal.

I will drive out of my way to shop here. They have an amazing selection of edibles, balms, tinctures and flower. This is the only place I have been able to find Dragon balm in the jar and roll on stick. Best prices around, very friendly and welcoming staff always super helpful and knowledgeable. My absolute favorite pot shop in town. I love the personal service you get there. The staff is helpful, quick, and I always get a good recommendation when I ask. I was a bit worried that the budtenders choice might be a way to unload unwanted product. But I chose something that had 2 tags by it as recommended and it was AMAZING!

Love the atmosphere and always plenty of employees to help answer questions. Also had some issues with a oil cartridge and they replaced it after learning other customers where also having issues with them. Location is convenient and parking is available.

Never disappointed. Consistency in customer service, theyre always positive, upbeat, super friendly, a pleasurable (this is pre smoke, when Im grumpy) experience. The customer service was great from the time I walked in to the time I walked out. I was very impressed with that. I also liked how they actually let you pick out the product as you stand there. Prices are very comparable to the last dispensary I was visiting. Highly recommend!

I went there to get my Medical Marijuana card but while I was there I fell. The staff immediately came to my aid helped me up, cleaned me off, made sure i was ok able to get to my wife. They were Awesome! I wish I knew the names of the folks that helped me as they deserve thier props!

The Best Customer service Ever. This was truelly a memorable moment. From the moment we walked into the door we were greeted by some up spirits and smiling faces. They answered all of our questions and offered some great restaurant suggestions before we left. I will definitely return and reccomend any one visiting to shop there. Everytime I come here I have a great experience, the people behind the counter have great suggestions, they KNOW THE PRODUCTS. I always leave here with a couple well priced per rolls and a few grams or a eighth of high quality flower. Plus their logo is a great visual Concept. I pick up their high5 branded lighters and give them to my friends.. They are always well received little smoker friendly trinkets. They are always getting new strains and products. Check back often.

My experience is always excellent. The fifth star would be earned with product selection consistency. Every visit it is back to square one as I try to find what I want since the inventory is in constant motion.

Asked the short grey hair door man about wearing a mask. I had one in my pocket (knowing they need to see your face to id) but just wanted to clarify what the new rule was and if there was any changes. After rudely being told put on a mask or dont come in I decided to leave also , as there were a couple more with the same question. I have no problem following your rules just the attitude of the door man...I used to pass 5 different shops to come in, tip a minimum of$10 most time $20 per oz I bought. That just came to an end along with letting others know. Looks like from a few reviews your door man is a bit of an issue.

Great prices, knowledgeable staff, and sometimes a dog helping greet at the door (Preston loves belly rubs). What more could you ask for? If you answered 15% discount for food service workers on Sundays youre in luck because they have that, too.

What an amazing location! This place is a two in one stop shop. One side of this store had beautiful and unique smoking apparatuses that are just mind blowing to look at. And Debra is an absolutely joy to have shown us around and explain all items in store. Second side in the store.... Wow! All employees were in such a great mood and Knowledgeable. Id like to start off by saying I have, am, and always will be a loyal customer of this establishment the treatment I received over the last couple years has been Superior kind, and most of all honest,a knowledgeable and well-trained as their staff is they also wont B.S. if they dont know. Im a very picky customer with my cannabis, and I have always been able to find items of my liking in their cases. But most important at a personal level is how welcome I feel there. quite honestly it is my occasional socialization. I am an adult high functioning autistic, who loves cannabis. A Rainman of weed they dont just tolerate me there I can honestly see and tell a level of happiness to see me. Its not just sell me my weed and get on to the next one my many favorite Bud tenders will take time to engage in an interesting conversation. On a couple occasions I have gone there for something to brighten the day when I was going through horrific times and so I like to thank them for being more than helpful staff but for being friends there not only help me with the perfect selection of a strain but took the time to care about me emotionally. They are top-notch thoughtful professional. From a business side well-priced with an excellent selection, from a customer service side as I said above they go well above and beyond. And in closing I just tried the blueberry blast from Iona... A connoisseurs delight in appearance smell flavor and most importantly a complexed high.

I use to LOVE this place. Spending OVER 420$ A MONTH! That stopped ✋ Tylor or Taylor whatever his name is, is HORRIBLE with customer service! Instead of working something out or making it seem as if he wants to help (its all in the wording) he males demands & thinks everyones scamming. Sometimes it is what it is! Got some chicken flavored CBD for my dog with seizures. The staff was friendly. The prices were reasonable. Came to this place after being recommended by Main Street Marijuana in downtown Vancouver.My dog hasnt had a seizure since hes been on ten mg of CDB per day.

👎Extremely high prices. Limited selection. Absolutely not worth going to even though its the closest one to my house. Expect to pay two to three times as much here as you would at most other places for the same products. Bud tenders are nice enough but the security people at the front door are not friendly at all.

Let me be clear here, I dont smoke pot and never have but I have been here several times with others that do and thats what my rating is based on. The people were knowledgeable, friendly and treated everyone with respect. Parking can be a challenge and during some sales it can be somewhat crowded but overall, this is my favorite shop that I have visited.

I only go to the CDB side.They have a TON of great options! Pipes, bongs, dab rigs, tools, pieces, flower, edibles, CBD cigarettes, amung many many other great things! And the staff is top notch! They can answer any questions you have about what they sell and point you in directions that you didnt even know you needed to go in! Its an experience every time I walk in.

The only reason they arent getting 5 stars is because main Street is still cheaper. Other than prices tho they have everyone else beat. Great staff and its usually between $3-10 more markup depending on the items and main streets sales.

So unfortunately I did not have my ID to go into this place but my wife went in for me and came out with two joints one of them was called a firecracker and I have to say it was probably one of the best pre-rolls I smoked she tells me that people are friendly and knowledgeable and reasonable price will be going back on top of that right around the corner in the same building is a little head shop if you buy from the dispensary and go into the store with your receipt you get 10% off

Their prices are higher than other dispensaries however they always sell pretty good quality products. They also have a nice and descriptive website which you can pre order online which i love! It makes the journey much simpler on days i know they will be very busy.

Great staff, not pushy. Tons of choices low to high. They run specials every day. Military discounts, service industry discounts(food service). Every once an a while they have grower days with live glass blowing. Great choice in Orchards.

Definitely the go-to spot in Vancouver. Been going here for years and each time I try a different spot, it turns out to be a disappointment. Literally cannot go wrong here, even if its your first time. They have the biggest selection (I usually like their higher end like Skord or Western Cultured) but they have more than something for everyone. Least expensive atm fees around. Always have some sort of deals. Easy online ordering, curbside pickup, and rewards program. Store hours are unbelievable - I think they only close to restock lol. Most of the same budtenders have been there for many years, which says a lot in itself. Most of them legit know their products, and wont hesitate to honestly tell you if its not good - theyve never steered me wrong and have helped me find some amazing new products. I tried to think of any negatives, but couldnt come up with any.Its no wonder they always have a line (it moves super fast though)

No doubt they know what theyre doing and what theyre selling is good stuff.my only problem with them is that they cheat on the weight of the package.i scale my stuff every now and there and I decided to do it with this guys too.3 weeks on the row the 1G package where between 0.8 to 0.9 G.now that my not be a lot but consider the fact that everything counts I consider that stealing.I did try 2 different scales tho in case of a error.but m not a professional reviewer on Google so I my be wrong.juat saying check it out.

This place is AWESOME. Its not just another pot shop. The 3 to closing crew is by far the very best group if people I have ever dealt with. The day im sure is the same, Im just an evening shopper.Selection thats incredible from pre rolls, concentrates, flower, edibles they got it all. The store in front has all you need for your smoking needs.I have shopped nearly every store in town. High ,5 is the one I shop now exclusively. If for nothing else, the incredible customer service. Something not found in any other store Ive been to in town.

Owner is rude and not helpful. Sells product without actually knowing what he is selling or with little information. Has an attitude when asking about differences in products and seems to have little care if hes actually advising you on what you need or not. I have spent a lot of money in his store and over the past 1.5 years have decided that it is no longer worth it. Hit up The Herbery on Chkalov for better service. He is enough to want to make you shop elsewhere.. just some friendly advise.

This place is one of the few if not only place I know that actually sells large balls of hemp wick. I can not tell you how many stores only sell the small ones but not the 100ft or 250ft. This store has them, I make sure to tell them everytime I go in that this is why Im there customer

I have been there twice. Theyd listen to your question and get an answer . No up sell friendly concise to the point bud sales. The decor is relaxing open spaced rectangular displays filled with a variety of green and edibles. I suggested adding some gold arrows or Dragon claws to point left of the glass shop at the front. They had a wide variety of glassware. the front part of the store needs more lighting because of the black exterior reducing light reflection. I am a deep thinker with chronic pain. I left more relaxed compared to when I arrived. So go check em out to yet your smile back.

Love the interior and how the prerolls are displayed. I shamelessly flirt my way from introduction to exit and got one weird look through my entire visit. That I know of. No worries, Im sure it was deserved.

This is a great place if your needing something for pain and you dont want to use pain medicine from prescriptions. They are very helpful to answer questions and give suggestions. They have a good variety of edibles, capsules and pipes if your wanting to smoke. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The staff is both knowledgeable and nice, and they have a good selection which changes. Im a high CBD + low THC user and was stoked to find some yummy chocolates (though it was hard not to keep eating them). And, the fact that they have the CBD only shop is fantastic!! Another really fantastic thing about High 5, they have special discount days; For people in the service industry (just need to bring your food handler card), edibles day, etc. And, I can always pop in and get a special treat for my wife.

This is HANDSDOWN my favorite shop in town. I drive out of my way multiple time a week just to shop here. There is a kid name Billy there who helps me a lot when i come in. Awesome guy. But everyone the is super chill and super helpful with whatever you need. The prices are great. Selection is massive and they carry it all. From cbd to crazy thc selection. Ive been to this dispensery numerous times and would have given them 5 stars, but my experience today was terrible. Not the actual purchase, the woman who helped me today was wonderful! It was when we were leaving, and in our car that this happened.After we had bought and paid, and all the product was in one bag. My sister and I got in the car where our husbands were waiting for us. My sister proceeds to hand me the 3 joints i bought to put in my purse and the tall bearded red headed man that was working the door on 9/15/16 starting walking towards our car, yelling at us and said put it away, God dammit.We were absolutely appalled. It would have been one thing to ask is to put it away until we were of the property, but to approach us with hosility and swearing was completely unacceptable.That is NOT how you treat your customers, whether they bought something or not.The product is amazing, but because of the door mans actions, I must give you guys one star.How many other customers could he have treated like this.

Little courtesy and flexibility goes a long way, especially with the number of shops popping around.Pulled in to a full parking lot and a long line. Only spots available were 5 empty online order spots. Driving a larger truck in a small parking lot I did the logically thing and carefully maneuvered into the last spot. Got out of my truck and went to get in line before being rudely confronted by a door man telling me to move my truck to an empty spot...what empty spot? So I shook my head and got in my truck and left.Lost a loyal customer...some advice,, try customer service next time or fire the mumbling, incoherent door man.

Excellent customer service. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Only downfall is the limited medicinal edibles, but in truth, I blame the recreational laws for that, not this establishment. Will bump to 5 stars if they offer a broader assortment of medicinals.

The best place in town to go. We moved out to Salmon Creek and we still come here for our cannabis. Staff is very friendly and helpful amd they always habe great deals going on. Be sure to stop at the head shop on the side facing the street after and you get a discount for showing proof of purchase.

Fast service the dude helping me didn’t waste anytime and got me a nice replacement battery much love ✌️ , edit, have gotten numerous stemmy packs with a lot of leafs. To most it would even look like poor weed. I understand it’s business but the flower is cheeks compared to mainstreet.

I always come here for all my Cannabis needs. Great hours specially for me because I dont get off work until later in the night. They hold special discounts for each day. ( my favorite is munchie Monday with a discount on edibles every Monday ) and to put the trichomes on the leaf the employees are always nice and accommodating to all my questions and always with good vibes and a smile. Always friendly knowledgeable staff in a medium sized but very open store space with the usual concierge at the front to check your ID. Ive called them to give personal feedback and their customer service is top notch.I am frequently in here buying concentrates with the best prices per gram of many local shops. Their bottom shelf dabs are affordable yet effective and their mid-top grade concentrates never dissapoint. Cheap pre-rolls and daily specials on all of their products keep me coming back. A quick sign up for their daily email lets me know what theyll always have in stock.The reason I did not give a 5-star review is their glass/hardware department. They have a limited selection at this location and their bud tenders always seem to be stuck behind the counter, never really engaging on apparatus used. If you are looking for smoking supplies and accessories I would recommend elsewhere.

They quickly memorize each dog that comes in and they absolutely love to watch puppies grow up! My dog loves going with me to the dispensary! They all know her so well and have gotten to watch her grow up. High 5 Cannabis is an exceptional dispensary that makes you feel safe and comfortable.

I really want to give this place 5 stars since I live super close. They have a good product selection ... its just everytime I come in I feel rushed, and maybe its just my luck, but I seem to end up with the most unfriendedly budtenders. A lot of the times I stop by to get a few tiny things. An edible, a joint. Sorry Im not spending a fortune evertime. I especially feel this treatment on the weekends. I think I will drive the extra few miles to the Hebery on 162nd Ave; where I get consistent good customer service.

I just picked one up for the night cause i still have half of one from last night so ginna smoke the half one when i get home then snome half of this new one. Seriously the nicest, helpful, informative staff around. I was looking for pain relief but cannabis was never my Go to drug of choice. But I asked a lot of questions and took the advice of the young man that was helping me. It relieved me of my pain and I didnt feel drugged up. Much appreciated the break from pain.

Im not a smoker, but i have really bad knees.. i buy the Flow Rub on gel and it really is the best Ive used so far.. when it became legal i went to several different stores and just felt out of place and the creams i bought were just a waste of money. Here they are professional, and efficient. I dont feel weird.. i work 16 hours a day and this helps keep the knees going!

High 5 has a large inventory of high quality flower. My only complaint is that the budtenders are hit or miss. Sometimes theyre incredibly, deeply knowledgeable and unbelievably confident, helpful and compassionate, and other times theyre just obvious partiers with very little to offer in terms of understanding customer needs.Otherwise, High 5 has great daily and weekend specials and events that I try not to miss. The events in particular foster a better understanding of vendor products and the processing process. Theres also a great paraphernalia store next door with great gadgets. I highly recommend them for your Cannabis needs!

High 5 is my absolute favorite dispensary in Vancouver. The staff members are all super friendly, and they take the time to find out your preferences/needs before making excellent recomendations. I also love that theyre handicap accessible, it was the easiest place to shop when my ankle was broken. I stop by every Sunday for their food handlers card discount.

Friendly and good pricesEdit - just had one of the door guys refuse me because my passenger had no I.d.So I had to drive all the way home and all the way back again to get her I.d., shes 22.The lady in front of me was a passenger in a vehicle parked right next to mine. When I asked why he didnt also check the I.d. of the driver of that car he replied because she is older than you. She looked 28-30 and Im 25.So either 99.99% of the time they dont follow the law or this guy made up a rule and was rude to a customer without reason. Either way... no bueno high five.The douche had light blonde/red hair and a longer beard

Location, parking, and customer service not great. Some staff members behave erratically and are obviously under the influence. Security is rude, ownership frequently brings their dogs to work, and overall work environment seems unprofessional. Any Herbery or Main Street Marijuana location has superior staff, product and selection.

I can only speak for the front side of the building where they sell non THC products. This is my regular spot for CBD. The employees always surprise me with how much they know about this stuff. They are always nice and they have a military discount. A great place for CBD for your pets too. THC is in the back to the left of the building.

I called into the store before coming in to make sure that they had what I was looking for. I was looking for some CBD high tincture for my epileptic dog. I was very fortunate enough to get Brian on the phone, whom went above and beyond to answer every question that I had about the different products and give me his professional opinion about what would work best for my unique situation. Usually when I call into marijuana shops I am told that I need to come in to get to information that he gave me over the phone. I cant express my gratitude enough to Brian for the help that he has given me. Hands down this is the best dispensary in town not only does the door greeter make you feel like a million bucks if I had a million bucks this is the first place I would spend it.

I have only been to a few dispensaries but so far this one is the best. Very chill vibe, I like the lighting/wood cabin feel. Knowledgeable employees, a pipe shop attached, and the reputation of being one of if not the best dispensaries in town and also location: closeat to where I grew up (down 152nd ave which is pretty much the border of Brush Prairie and Hockinson). Definitely my go to place.

I described a flavor I was looking for they knew within seconds which cartridge to get. And it was EXACTLY what I was looking for. Also they are strict on social distancing so there might be a line at the door. Like there should be.

My wife and I and our family moved here a month ago from Ohio.....when my wife would go in to get me some flower all the budtenders... Anthony, Robert and Krysten just to name a few would show her about all the co centrates, waxes, shatter....I had no idea!...lol...I went a little crazy the first day she came home with a vape pen and some wax and oil....anyways weve tried other places...the budtenders are awesome and so is their product....we wont be going anywhere else!

Old over dried buds and over priced. They advertised a strain for 17 a quarter and said it was 28% online. I drive all the way there to check it out. The strain cost 17 a 8th and it ends up being 22%. Cute smiles are nice but Im shopping for good buds. Drive over the bridge to AmericannaRX. Totally worth it!
