My boyfriend went and bought me a vape from here a few days ago and I opened it this morning as my old vape finally burned out & it was full of oil on the outside. I understand that my boyfriend should have checked before leaving but he didn’t & since we go here often I figured there wouldn’t be an issue exchanging. The gentleman that spoke with me said he couldn’t exchange it since a few days had passed & “he doesn’t purchase faulty HQDs?” Which is not true I’ve been using these for about two years & I’ve had multiple faulty ones it’s just what happens with the disposables sometimes. My issue was him then changing his mind & saying he’d take care of it & then changed his mind AGAIN & telling me there just wasn’t anything he could do best thing was giving me 15% off of a new vape today. Just very disappointing from a place I frequently buy vapes from.

The store is very clean and has a bountiful supply of the latest and hippest mind body and soul tonics and remedies. Mr Jay is running a tight ship and must be a joy to work for because the staff is always in a good mood and knowledgeable. That being said, its just a cool place to be. Best smoke shop I’ve been to in the whole state of Florida. If you’re looking for something you can’t find. I’ll bet more than not they carry it. Whole spot is packed with products from front to back. Customer service was prestige to. My boy jay hooked me up with exactly what the Dr ordered. I would and will definitely go back there every time I swing through vero beach. Appreciate the service my bro. 👍💯

I’ve been coming to Lucid Dreamz for about 2 years now & i can 100% say hands down the best smoke shop for ANYTHING you may need, the 2 guys that started the business are really nice,funny, & helpful, they’ve also added a couple new employees, and Micheal is definitely a favorite when it comes to having a vibe/helpful conversation, COME HERE! you won’t leave without buying anything! 😉

Ive gone here since moving back almost 2 years ago and refuse to go anywhere else. I love everyone that works here (Jay, Ruby, and Michael (I wish I could remember the other gentlemans name but hes great too) have been amazing to myself and my son every time we visit).

Been to all the smoke shops around here and this one hands down is the absolute BEST there is. The tall gentleman named Haith is always around to help me and recommend me new items and things to try. Everyone’s customer service is great and literally they have the CHEAPEST prices all around!!!!! Couldn’t recommend this place enough!!!

I am really impressed by this smoke shop, I’m not good with making decisions and picking flavors etc.. The owners/employees were more then happy to take their time to help me with my choices and make sure I got what I liked, they have the best prices I have seen at any of the stores similar in town, along with a large inventory. I don’t even live in Vero but I come here everytime I’m in town to stock up and will continue too, I appreciate places that appreciate their customers!! For sure this is the go to vape store in Vero Beach!!
