Massage Envy

I have visited the Vero Beach location 5 times. I always book with Ericka. I had never gotten a massage before visiting this location, and I couldnt believe how much it improved my quality of life. I suffer from TMJ, a right shoulder that freezes up regularly and carpal tunnel syndrome in both of my wrists. The day of the massage, the pain melts away. The day after, your body is a little sore recovering, and then after that, you improve each day until you feel your best. For me, its usually 3-4 days. My mental health has improved as well, bc I feel like I am finally doing something for me. The staff here is super kind and professional. I subscribed to receive a massage each month. Its my way of implementing self care. Highly recommend.

Whenever I know I’m going to Massage Envy for my day of “Self-care”, it’s always the start of an amazing day! Sharon is a true magician! She finds all of my over worked muscles and surprises me with attention to a few we often forget about. Shins, forearms, and occipital muscles are for me the main 3 that need a lot of love and respect!She worked her magic on all 3 while not missing a single one of the obvious killers in a servers body… back, neck and feet! I’m still smiling when I think about how lovely that 90 minutes was in her more than capable tiny hands! I will exclusively book appointments with her. Well done M. E. She is a keeper! Debra is an amazing massage therapist. She listens to what is bothering you and really works to make it better. i just had 90 massage with Debra and felt wonderful and pain free when i was leaving. i just recommend Debra to a friend, who made an appointment with her.

Mariela was very nice to speak with, she got my info and hit my target spots. I felt so much better after she was finished and I left feeling relaxed 💕 . Thank you 🙏

Been a member since 2018. This is my home location. I’ve yet to meet someone that is not smiling and friendly! The service is always timely and professional. All in all a great spa. Erika was great. She took extra time to make sure my shoulder was taken care of. All in all this is a great spa for any type of massage you’re looking for. All of the masseuse have been amazing here!

Mary was fabulous! She Ask the areas that I needed more attention- She was very attentive and responsive to working out some of my tense knots! I look forward to coming back and asking for Mary again!

Each massage therapist uses different techniques. Each client has different needs. I have found, for my particular health situation, that Deborahs and Scotts techniques work best to meet my needs. 5 stars to both of them.

First facial ever, it was great! Sarah was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything. Offered suggestions for ongoing skin care. Already booked my next appointment.

Mary was my massage therapist on Monday and I was so impressed by her skill and knowledge. I felt wonderful when my 90 minute session ended and booked with Mary again next week.

Marla is a wonderful therapist. Today was the first time I’ve had a massage with her and it was the best that I have had in a long time! I booked another one immediately!

I am not from Florida but was lucky that there was ME in Vero Beach due to a pull in my back. My massage therapist focused on the area. Truthfully it was one of my best masssage that I have ever gotten. Tafford was extremely professional

Michaela is firm, effective and efficient. Michaela focuses on my problem areas and I always leave my session feeling relaxed and relieved of the pain and discomfort that I came in with.

Just finished up another massage with Dan. I can testify that he is a miracle worker. I was like Gumby when I walked out but getting to that point takes a toll on both parties. 😉

Had a wonderful massage with Sharyn. I originally booked 60 mins but was offer 90 mins when I arrived due to availability and happily accepted! I left feeling very relaxed and would recommend Sharyn.

Massage Envy has so much to offer but I have only used them for deep tissue massages. The receptionists and staff are always welcoming and extremely kind. When you walk in you’re greeting by friendly smiles and that spa smell that calms you almost immediately. I am someone that needs a seriously deep tissue massage so I book with the Leann. She’s incredibly strong, thorough and so efficient that it’s best to book with her months and months out to ensure you get to experience her regularly. I have seen many deep tissue masseurs in my years but she is THE ABSOLUTE BEST at her skill.

Tyler is my favorite massage therapist at Massage Envy & is the most requested at the location he works at. He did a great job locating the source of discomfort & releasing trigger points.

Gabriella was wonderful, very knowledgeable and so nice! I couldn’t believe the difference in my skin right after the treatment. I’ve been going to her for over a year now and she’s made such an amazing difference in my skin.

Would never go back to this place. Went there because my left side of my back had been hurting. I have bruising on my back and my hips Now my whole body hips, neck, Shoulders, I hurt everywhere that Has to be the worst massage I’ve ever had in my life.

Deborah’s exceptional technique, knowledge and touch was just what I needed. She listened to issues stated and applied massage that relaxed my muscles and whole body. When you walk in the front door youre greeted with a smile saying may I help you. And you just set for just a short time and Ill take you back to the massage room which was very clean very nice. And CeCe took care of me and she did an awesome job. And they even have a warmer for the little towels they put on you after they do the massaging. Great service makes you feel better thats what counts.

Hands down an amazing experience with Elizabeth! She targeted the problem areas I had with deep tissue and combined some relaxation with Swedish... I’ve had the membership because i love getting monthly sessions. Definitely recommend

I have been a licensed LMT for 36 years and as a massage therapist Michaela is top-notch in every sense.The Massage Envy spa in Vero is also very professional very friendly very clean and well worth going to.

Valerie does am amazing massage. She finds all the sore spots and I leave there feeling relaxed, pain and tension free. And she is an excellent listener. She heals my body and my mind. I regret that I cannot afford another years membership. To costly on a fixed income. But, thankful for the year of massages by Valerie.

The massage therapist was great, the staff was very friendly and the clinic was inviting and clean.My only complaint is: I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment time but was given forms to fill out that took about 10 min to complete. When I finished the forms I was called back to the massage room and after a brief introduction I was told my massage would be cut short due to starting after my appointment time. So, although I paid for a full hour my massage only lasted 45 minutes.

I have been a Massage Envy client for several years now and I can’t imagine not having my monthly massage. Valerie knows exactly how to get my body back to normal. I have neuropathy in my feet and she knows just how to make them happy! I’ve recently increased my time from an hour to 90 minutes and I highly recommend it! With all the tensions we deal with every day I think we deserve to be kind to ourselves….so go ahead and make that appointment…you’ll be happy you did!

Deb has been doing an amazing job on my back and feet as she treats my entire body using various techniques. Her expertise consistently improves. She is an overall brilliant mind and beautiful soul. I am excited about each session I booked months in advance.

First off, my rating is not because of my massage therapist. She was amazing! Her name is Cici, and she did an outstanding job. The reason for my 3-star rating is that when we called to make an appointment, the lady on the phone said she would put me with someone who does deep tissue. It was very awkward, and I felt bad because Cici asked me how hard I wanted my massage. I told her deep tissue, and she stated that she could not do deep because of an arm injury. I explained that the lady on the phone said it would be deep tissue. Cici felt really bad, as did I. I did the massage anyway because I had driven all the way out there, and I felt bad for Cici. She was actually really good and was able to give me a deep enough massage. You wont be disappointed with her at all. But the people who book appointments need to pay more attention to what the customers are asking for and make sure they book the appointments appropriately. I planned on signing up for the monthly membership, but because of this poor scheduling, I decided to hold off.UPDATE!!!!!This is an update on my previous review. Originally, I gave three stars, but they called me right away and made it right. This time, I went with LeAnn. She definitely does deep tissue, and it feels amazing. She is very sweet and friendly and I enjoyed my message. I would say this is the deepest message I have ever received. If you like trigger points and deep tissue, I highly recommend her. I still would recommend Cici as well. Both are amazing therapists and do a great job. LeAnn would be very deep pressure, and Cici would be a strong medium pressure. I was very pleased that they called me and corrected the issue.

She is just what I have been looking for. She gives a nice comfortable massage that feels good and doesnt hurt.

They stopped their 1st time newcomer pricing about 3 months ago. You now have to pay full price but they dont tell you that until after the massage. This location charged me $125 for a massage that had no more than 40 minutes of actual hands on massage. I have no idea what the lady was doing because my face was in a cradle but she would stop and walk around the room. Her technique made me feel more like I was being punished than rewarded.They ask you about gratuity in front of the entire staff and other clients and everyone stares at you until you answer. Very uncomfortable.I came here to unwind and relax, but Im more stressed out than before. I would not recommend this place unless you enjoy subpar massages at ridiculous prices. Ive been getting massages from all over the united states for over 23 years and this is one of the worst places to go. Spend your money on someone else that actually cares about you and not just your money. The staff was friendly enough but when I got concerned about the price for a first time client, they immediately put their claws out and had very short answers. My family, friends and spouse will not be visiting this establishment again.

I send my husband here all the time for facials. They are great. He loves it. I’ve sent him cheaper places but the quality of care was not up to par. They are professional, friendly, and always do a great job.

I had a 90 minute massage with CyMe Boost hydrate enhancement. Tylers’ experienced technique and expertise left me feeling so relaxed, renewed and this time just plain giddy!

Five stars for Gabriella. She was professional , caring, and knew what she was doing. A pleasure. However the product used caused a skin rash on 80 percent of my face. I’ve had facials before and have never had issues. I’m going to Care Spot this AM to have it checked. Think you should rethink the product you use. No stars for the product

Kyle is amazing!! His knowledge makes him an expert. He uses the right pressure every time and gets the knots out without making me sore after. I always leave relaxed and refreshed. He works magic!

Michaela was a good and attentive masseur and made sure things were comfortable for me. We discussed beforehand if there were any issues and I explained them to her. She went right for the spots I mentioned and worked on them plenty. For what she offered, it was relaxing and helpful for some stiff and sore areas.

Vinny = excellent massage therapist Vero BeachHe was attentive to my specific requests areas of concern (it’s been a while of built up physical and emotional stress) and pressure was perfect - firm but not so deep that my muscles tighten in defense. Best of all - no soreness the next day - I still feel great!

I’m going to give this place a 4/5 because the receptionists lacked professionalism except Kat.I showed up to my appointment about 45 minutes early because I’m a first time customer and was told to prepare to fill forms out. I filled the forms out and came back when it was time for my appointment. Kat walked me through everything and answered all my questions.When it was time for my appointment there were 2 other ladies behind the reception desk who were nice, but after I sat down and waited for Jessie (who was PHENOMENAL btw 5/5 stars for her) the 2 ladies who were working with Kat were LOUD. I’m not talking about normal conversation level, I’m talking about cackling, yelling, etc. I know the place is small so noise travels easily but if I am paying for a relaxing session, I shouldn’t be able to hear them in the first massage room.Jessie has great technique and is a very sweet and light hearted person. I am considering signing up for the membership and I did schedule another session with Jessie before I left.Overall, my experience was great, but I should not be hearing about when your receptionists are getting laid.

As usual, Tyler is always spot on finding things need TLC. Today he Was working on the tendinitis in my hands. He Pinpoints areas to massage until they start feeling better. He is the best!

Vero Beach Message Envy generally is very good. Excellent front desk service but space upon entry is a bit tight and waiting area space is limited. A water cooler near rest room would be a welcome sight. There may be a retention issue with their Massage Therapist. I dearly missed Elizabeth and seriously considered canceling my membership. I recently received a Massage with Jennifer and my faith has been restored. She was awesome. Prices have gone up so the expectation for an all around excellent experience will be expected. I do highly recommend this ME. Their efforts to continually provide an all around excellent experience is always evident.

Leann is a great therapist. She has the ability to detect problem areas and address them with the perfect amount of pressure. I recommend her for a deep tissue massage and she is also very good at relieving/relaxing stressed, achy areas. Feet and neck massage is to die for.

This was my first visit to the Vero Beach location. The staff was professional, friendly and efficient at getting me both into my appointment and out afterwards. My therapist, Angelika, was amazing! She got the pressure just right ... firm enough while still relaxing and included some great stretches. She communicated well, was friendly, concerned about my issues, and professional. I have booked another appointment with her.

My husband got me a membership for Mothers Day a few years ago. As a nurse, esp during 2020, it was hard to get there. But they have always been super accommodating. They suggested different massage therapists until I found one I loved. Valerie is a dream. I almost hate to share her name bc she is already in such high demand!! I also get facials there and Sarah is wonderful. Bobbie is also great.Tony and Tafford are also great massage therapists!!

Kelly is amazing!! My entire body was tense when I went in - when Kelly was done with me I felt amazing!! Became a member and booked my second appointment with her. Sharyn is phenomenal - I have major feet issues and she took away my migraine. Cant say enough about them 🥰.

I have always enjoyed the local Vero Beach Massage Envy. They are fantastic with communications and flexible, always offering a substitution or a schedule change. I have been a member of Massage Envy at two different places (Orlando and Vero Beach )and have found an excellent therapist at both places. it’s always a little sad when your favorite massage therapist leaves his or her job, but I have never had a problem finding an excellent person ready to take on some of my physical challenges. Mark is excellent and his technique and knowledge Are a definite A+! I have an unusual body position I must maintain for hours on end in my work, he has helped me devise many strategies for releasing tension and stretching specific groups of muscles before an after work. Super friendly front desk staff!

I have been a member of Massage envy for about 15 years. I’ve always had the pleasure of great massages throughout the years. Then they started the facials.Well I must say Gabrielle has been so awesome doing a Microderm abrasion facial on me. I’ve been going once a month for the last six months or so and my skin never looked so good! She is so personable and so knowledgeable with skin care. She only uses the best products available on the market. I will not go anywhere else, again I am so very pleased with this beautiful Gabrielle! She gets 10 stars in my book!

Bing was great as usual. I’ve had this therapist before and she takes the time to inquire about issues you may be having and addresses them. She works on areas that have been verbalized by the guest and also spends time on areas which she uncovers during the session.In short, she is an exceptional therapist.

Jenn is my life saver! I see her once a month and she has the perfect plan in place to address the parts of my body that I have trouble with the most. Oftentimes, I don’t even have to tell her anything, she automatically knows where I am in the most pain. Her massages are definitely deeper but I did not know what I was missing getting Swedish massages. Jenn is an expert at what she does. She books super fast so don’t let an appointment in the future discourage you. She is definitely worth the wait!

I have had the same massage therapist for six years. I must say “He is dedicated to his clients.” I’ve only had to be rescheduled with someone else on three occasions. Mark Bradley is the greatest!

To be honest I’ve had my share of scheduling issues and lack of communication with Massage Envy but I’ve been pleased with some great massage therapists. One of the therapist who’s worked there for a few years shared that the Vero location manages and takes care of their employees well which I loved to hear! I can respect and support any business that does that.

Nicole is an wonderful esthetician, I received a facial from her Friday and my skin looks amazing.She recommended I get a peel treatment next month to get the beast results. I got complements on my skin from friends I saw after my treatment and I did not have any makeup on.

My massage was excellent! I left feeling relaxed with no tension in my muscles or joints. As always Leslie listened to everything I needed done and applied just the right amount of pressure when needed. I highly recommend Massage Envy and Leslie for a good massage.

Sheryl is the most specific massage therapist that I know. I always feel like a million bucks when I leave. Sarah is very knowledgeable about facial conditions and products. Very overpriced compared to the competition out there. They tend to hire directly out of school and it shows. This location always amazes me! Everyone is polite and friendly. The staff even helps explain promotions that may work out for your benefit in the long run. The manager, Katie, is great - her and her team make booking seem easy. They will help book future appointments throughout the end of the year -yes it’s an option if you’d like to! They have a good mix of therapists here as well, anything from Pampered to Deep tissue! My favorite therapist over the last 3+ years is Dan : I have never met anyone so professional and caring! He is by far the best deep tissue massage therapist in vero beach! Ohhh and their facial aestheticians are very knowledgeable about their full line of skin care products - Gabby is great! I went for my first paid massage and got the deep tissue massage. It was super fantastic. I have arthritis in my knees and shoulders and have had 2 back surgeries and walk with a cane or Walker. I was in so much pain when I got there. Afterward I felt great alot of my pain was gone. I would recommend this place to anyone in pain. My boyfriend even noticed that I was walking much better afterwards. And I feel great it was a godsend.

Gabrielle J is the best esthetician I have ever encountered! She has done wonders to fix my adult breakouts and problematic skin. Facials are great and relaxing; she is awesome at extractions. Chemical peel was easy and refreshed my skin. I recently tried the high frequency to help with breakouts, I really like it. My absolute favorite is the microdermabrasion. I’m starting to love my skin again!

I continue to be impressed with the Massage Envy in Vero Beach. Their therapist are outstanding and that is not by chance. The leadership works hard to find and secure great, responsible therapist who are committed to providing the best experience to every client they serve. Therapist who do not align with this paradigm quickly realize the expectations may be higher than they are capable of maintaining.Therapists, such as Kyle, set the standard of care at ME Vero Beach. This type of professional care should be covered by insurance because therapists like Kyle are definitely helping to restore nerve and muscle function in my body. The training most of the therapists I’ve had at this ME has been stellar and Kyle is no different. Kyle’s background working with chiropractic care and his extensive knowledge about the human body means he is easily able to know exactly where to massage to reduce or stop a pain and how much pressure is needed depending upon my health condition.I live with a severe case of Fibromyalgia (along with an autoimmune disease) that was undiagnosed and untreated for over 20 years. While the research shows that patients who receive treatment of massage therapy show no significant difference in their level of pain than those who use other forms of treatments (e.g. medications), my Rhumetologist would argue that all of his Fibro patients tell him massage therapy helps tremendously!I can vouch for that myself. What the research fails to mention is that patients take medications daily. If I were able to receive a 90-minute massage daily from Kyle, I feel strongly that my condition would improve. Fibro is a complicated condition with no normal pathology, meaning it goes against everything we know about the body and how it should work. Thank God he gifted men and women like Kyle with caring hearts and strong, knowledgeable hands and bodies!Thanks to all the wonderful therapists, staff (the friendliest EVER), and leadership at ME Vero Beach 🏖 ! EDIT: I will leave my original post because I want everyone to see what happened and how Massage Engy made it right. After my receive I received a very kind email from their owner showing they are a good business and wanting to help their customers. I then had a massage with Cheryl and it was wonderful. She was wonderful to me and a fantastic massage therapist. I will definitely be back and hopefully seeing Cheryl again when her schedule opens up. Thank you Massage Envy!The office staff was very kind and friendly. Unfortunately the rest of the visit was terrible. I was out in the tranquility room which was calming music with some chairs but four other women were in there, three arguing with each other (I think related) then the other on her phone loudly. One of the women apologized to me. Then when I was brought into the massage room my therapist asked me questions that I clearly spent time getting there early to answer on the paperwork. Then she asked what intensity and I said maybe medium but preferably deep. She immediately said no I wont do deep on you, you dont get massages enough to have that. That turned me off quick. Then she left for me to change and arrived 15min later. She apologized and said even though she was late I would receive the full hour. Nope, she ended 15min early. And the massage, a body rub. No concentration on one area when I asked specifically for a therapeutic massage concentrating on my shoulders. Then I left with oil all in my hair when she didnt even touch my head. This was a present from my deployed husband and I left crying because I felt so bad he spent the money for this. I do think there are great therapists there, I unfortunately didnt experience one.

Today I had a massage by Jenn at Massage Envy in Vero Beach. I have to say she was awesome! I went in today for Sciatica pain. When I left I felt much better than I have for the past week. I would totally recommend Jenn to anyone.

So, I have had a membership for quite some time. Their scheduling has become very disorganized. I scheduled bi-weekly appointments from August until the end of 2021, all at one time. They sent out confirmation emails that show the Date and Time, and click on them and it adds to Outlook. Pretty Standard. Except twice now, they have changed the appointment time by 15 or 30 minutes forward without sending a new email to confirm that. So, twice I arrive at the confirmation time, only to find out they have moved the appointment up.They wont own that is the case even when you show them their confirmations from their emails. Instead, they say you have to check our text messages. No, I am going to double check or cross reference your text messages to see if you are fulfilling an appointment or moving it up randomly! Pushing back at the customer when their system or their processes or their staff has issues is the wrong way to deal with customer service issues.Cancelling my membership because they are unreliable.

The entire staff is very friendly and welcoming. They offer various therapeutic services including massage and also carry a selection of essential oils and skin treatments. Serene and pleasant atmosphere throughout. I recommend them.
