Employees were very kind as usual but this pipe I bought just a couple days ago is already cracked almost all the way around. Ive used it maybe 5 times & it has never been subjected to any type of drops or physical shocks since I purchased it so it makes no sense for this to be cracked at all.

This place is great with a wide selection. The employees are all kind and helpful too.I think they need to update their hours though??It says they’re open 9am on Saturday but when I got there at 9:15, they weren’t open :( bummer

Great customer service, first time in and they were outta stock on my usual vape, they made a recommendation on which i was very hesistant to try so i bought 2 others of my usual and they gave me the one to try for free! DO NOT RECOMMEND this shop at all! Awful service. They sold me old juice and then refused to do anything about it. I brought it to their attention after opening the box that I just purchased not even a minute beforehand and I was told they could not refund or exchange it. I was told by the cashier Mike Street the best he could do for me was give it back. If you don’t want to get scammed and ripped off I’d completely avoid this shop altogether.

Very much love this place! Beautiful pieces and a lot of choices to choose from , good reasonable prices and I bought a couple things from here and absolutely had no problems. The employees are very nice and very welcoming!

This place used to rock. Good supply of vape products, gear, kratom, odd and ends. Kind of like an old head shop. They sometimes are lacking extended knowledge of product, but very friendly. They now have a mgr, Mike, who is there almost every day. I have been going there on and off since they opened years ago. Sometimes my little dog comes with me. The owner knows me by sight . So this mgr, Mike is very amiable but is really all about the sale. Unfortunately he also made a $50 mistake in a charge to a credit card on a recent purchase made there . I brought it to his attention. He insists he never makes a mistake and told me he couldnt help me. ( Did he just call me a liar?) Anyway their receipts are not itemized and only have the total. Also they charged me 2 different prices in the same product a couple of times. Cost me $10 more both times. One was in this location and the other time was at their Sebastian store . So be sure and check your charges !Also, Mike does not stand behind the products if you have a problem.Also, a new phone repair guy has set up shop there. Has wide array of replacement parts. Check the place out.

Went looking for a vape to replace cigarettes. Maybe the least helpful staff person Ive ever met. Then the device they sold me, marked $12.99 on the box cost me over $20.00. It does not work. They dont do returns. Could be the worst retail experience Ive ever had.

It was our second visit there and both times we were allowed to look around and not be hounded ( AWESOME) And we asked a lot of questions and Abraham answered all of them and we appreciated him for that , so thank you Abraham. Unfortunately I had to return a product because of an inventory problem in the count in a box , so I can’t say for sure who to blame ???but really I do !!! I blame myself because right there it says on the wall PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CHECK YOUR PRODUCTS BEFORE LEAVING or something to that effect So my bad , And I don’t know the other guy that helped last time but he was Fantastic and had a good time working anyway Thanks again great store so much stuff to look at O’H AND GET THIS THEY HAVE A LIZARD IN THERE !!! I was in town visiting on a Sunday. They were out of stock on some of the items we were hoping to find but thats understandable it was Sunday. The employee was soo helpful and we found a lot of great stuff. He also gave us a small discount on some things which was very nice since we purchased a lot. I will definitely come back when Im in town again! :)

Mike Street greeted me the absolute BEST I have ever been greeted coming in the store and Ive been coming in for years. This is my first time meeting Mike by the way. Give him a promotion or a raise immediately.

I bought a bong that didnt work. I know that sounds bizarre but it would not clear or smoke properly. Brought it back and they exchanged for the same piece that didnt work as well. When I asked for a trade in for equal value the owner tied saying the bong was worth half what i paid. I was then called stupid by the owner for paying what they had it listed for . He said he had an employee up charging and keeping the profit but said that was my problem and refused to help. Just beware

Salesman was too pushy about sales that my partner and I werent at all interested in or had very clearly already been looking closely at and moved on from. Came in looking for a vape and he tried to sell us waterpipes and other glass pieces, dab rigs, etc on multiple occasions when we already completed our purchase. Stop trying to upsell when your customers have already checked out, its super overbearing.

Our “normal” location was closed so instead of being patient we went here. On July 23rd we purchased 128.00 dollars worth of supplies from them (two tanks and a bottle of juice). The one tank works fine. The second one leaked from the beginning. I brought it back in and they changed the coil and said it should work...nope still leaking. Went back a third time and they wanted to change the coil again. I told them I would like to just exchange for the tank that is working (The Prince). The answer was no, they would sell us another one for a five dollar discount. So, I basically threw money down the drain on the Prince Junior because they didn’t want to make their faulty product right. I would understand if they hadn’t seen me since I made the initial purchase, but I had been in there since telling them the tank was broke. Don’t waste your time or money here!!!!

Chop is the best employee there. Ive been here a few times and I always, without fail have Chop as my cashier and his input is always needed. Even when I think I know what I want. Someone should give this man a raise.

Terrible stay away from this place…Today I bought a glass “Bubbler,” smoked from it once and the internal tube broke free, took it back one hour after purchase and DENIED an exchange…Left the bubbler on the counter as it’s nothing but a bad blown paperweight that cost $40…Live and own a home in Vero and would never , NEVER recommend this place to anyoneDisabled Vet!

The selection of items in the store is constantly changing based on what is popular and high quality even when it comes to new products. The staff are all really chill and the vibe and aesthetic of the store is honestly refreshing.

This 1 star is for the phone fix that is located inside of The World is Yourz Smoke and Vape tobacco shop. They “supposedly” fix my iPhone screen and when I tried to use it (gently swiping my finger across as anyone would normally do) the screen broke. The dude working here was a joke from the start. He gave us one price over the phone. Then when I go inside, he tried charging me more. Once I told him my issue with the new screen and asked to speak with the manager, he said to call the number on the card, which is the number to ring the same number to call where we were. This just made me boiled inside even more. The top of the iPhone was not even attached to the bottom of the phone properly when he gave me my phone back after he “fixed it”. After all the games being played, with poor and disgusting customer service, he gave me back my phone with the original case and my money. I would not recommend ANYONE to come here to get their iPhone or any other device fixed. Pathetic!

They arent even open. The least they could do is put a sign up!*Thats hilarious! I was there sometime between 10am-12pm. I even rang the video doorbell, so you should know when I was there. Its funny, the shop down the street by Mrs Macs was open! Their hours are 10-8...

Finally, a dedicated shop to represent the vape and byproducts. I visited a few weeks ago and upon entering it takes me back to the smoke shops of the village in New York.There is soft music playing, which sets the mood.Also there is a soft scent of Jasmine lingering in the air. I was looking for a certain incense fragrance and to my surprise they had it.(baby powder) a soft spoken young man helped me with my purchase. He was knowledgeable of the in store product and l really appreciated his patience with me.All in all it was a very pleasant experience. If ever you need anything related to a vape shop I recommend this little diamond in the rough.

Prices change from day to day depending on who is working. Just bad for business. Cannot justify spending my money there or recommending them.Edit: Had nothing to do with affordability. Lol. The same exact item (juul pods) were being quoted at different prices by different employees from day to day.

Very well versed shop. I noticed one bad review but I saw the dude hitting his vape non stop at the bar, so dont let idiots who cannot properly vape sway your vote. I love the large selection and the fact they are also a music studio that can record, mix, and master your tracks for a very fair price. I gave it 5 stars because they earn every bit of it.

I went in purchased a vape for 70 dollars. The box was unsealed and missing the coils and batteries that were supposed to be included. It literally said itWas included on the box. The staff had the audacity to argue about what comes with it. They were rude and it’s not the first time they sold sketchy stuff. Buyer beware!

Spoke to someone on the phone who was able to give me pricing. I drive over 30 min to come to the shop only to find out that all the info i was given was incorrect and the prices are actually almost double. Bummer. Don’t lie to customers on the phone to get them into the shop.

This vape shop is by far the best there is in Vero beach. Their hospitality is amazing and they know exactly what they are talking about. If you have any questions they will answer them in a helpful way (there is never any judgment). Highly recommend this place to everyone I know.

I stopped in there looking for something to address anxiety ever since I made the decision to give up the legal marijuana. And the gentleman behind the counter I’m quite sure I had to have been the owner and I just mentioned anxiety and he pulled out Maeng Da Kratom, Green vein. I got home did some research online for that specific strain and then I tried a half a teaspoon mixed with water and about a half hour later I stopped shaking 🤗 .. it gave me this wonderful sense of well-being without taking away my clarity and about eight hours later I took another dose and I got the best sleep of my life let me tell you !

The cheapest vape is 80$ and the guy behind the counter was rude and didnt give any information. We had asked for his help and he served 3 people before getting back to us. Plus, The pieces are really expensive. They should expand their vapor options because the name. There are hundreds of juices, and four vape options. Voopoo, Smok, Juul and a few non brand items. Overpriced. A vape you can buy online for 40$ is 80$. Beautiful shop, but not much option and not many employees to help customers.
