White Orchid Spa

This was my first visit to White Orchid Spa. One word describes it….amazing! The spa itself is beautiful. My appointment was with Krista. She is so personable and lovely. I cant wait to go back and try all their different services. Such wonderful friendly people!!

I work at an exclusive spa in Palm Beach and I took a little road trip. I was very impressed by this little spa. It was better than I thought it was going to be. The service was excellent. The massage therapist, who performed a beautiful wrap, massage included, was excellent. The amenities were great considering the size. Go see Tara. You won’t be disappointed.

Beautiful spa! Love their salt cave. I really feel pampered when I go there. Also highly recommend for laser hair removal packages. Very fair pricing compared to other laser hair removal places.

Really had a nice 50min Swedish massage. The spa is beautiful. Has everything you need. The salt room, the sauna, shower room and they give you a day pass at the pool too.My hubby and I did the couples massage and it was soo relaxing. If you get there earlier you get to enjoy the rain shower in the room, and then get the massage. The pool is very nice, perfect temperature. They have a restaurant there too that offers food and drinks. Really enjoyable.

Courtney did a great job with my botox. The results were exactly what I was looking for. She was very thorough explaining everything. I highly recommend White Orchid. The scheduling process was easy, especially with texting. Everyone was very nice and welcoming!

Very nice upscale spa. Relaxing atmosphere. The PA that did my Botox was very kind and professional. Unfortunately I did not get very good effect from it. Upon check out the receptionist did not know about Alle. Had I not pushed her to ask someone else I would have missed out on using my points and gift cards toward my bill. Evidently you are supposed to let the injector know you are using Alle before leaving the procedure room. Being a new patient I didnt/wouldnt have known this. Just an FYI for anyone else new to this place.

Went to my first appointment with Krista, I have been going to the same PA for my filler and was concern trusting anyone else. I definitely will be coming back! All stuff and place itself are awesome. Thank you Krista for making me feel comfortable!

Went to have my eyebrow micro blading touched up after having them originally done in Boston and loving them. I felt there was no way I could not like them given she was just supposed to be going over the preexisting strokes. I don’t know if she added strokes or just went in too heavy in certain spots but they were not the same shape as when I entered and some strokes were very apparent. Months later, as I am writing this, they have gotten a strong blue hue to them. Fading is normal but after only a couple months, they should not look like this. I will need to do laser and have them completely redone (not here!).

Wow! What a great spa. The message therapist was amazing, but the facial stole the show! Might have been the best ever. Definitely scheduling my next fascial treatment with them. 5 stars all the way!!

I had such a wonderful experience with Courtney! She was so pleasant, professional, and really took her time educating me on different procedures. The front desk staff was also absolutely amazing. Very polite and welcoming.

I have always been hesitant about fillers and Botox, and the staff at White Orchid made my choice to to go ahead and pull the trigger so comforting. Very quick to respond to all my questions, and talked me through it every step of the way. The outcome was amazing, and beautiful. Needless to say Ive went back twice, and will be going back for more! ❤️

I have been coming here for years as a local, but will be finding a new spa. Scheduled an appointment Friday for a 80 min deep tissue on Monday. Like most of us who plan “spa days”, I took off work and rearranged my schedule.. I got there and they told me I didn’t have an appointment.. Non apologetic staff.. writing this review in hopes staff won’t do this to others. This is the second time in 5 years it has happened to me at this spa.

I met Krista for my appointment. She was wonderful and very easy to talk to. She didnt try to sell me things I dont really need. Easy to find location. I had the new patient special so the price was reasonable.

The spa was beautiful. My appointment was right on time and the nurse practitioner did a wonderful job. She was very professional, but friendly.

Great spa. Clean, neat facilities. Pleasant, courteous staff. Custom massage and facial treatments were great. I was asked at the facial if I wanted to upgrade services but I declined. The facial was relaxing. I have been to other spas where therapist or aesthetician will talk your ears off. Of the facilities, the salt room noise would be my only complaint. I guess there is a fan that turns on occasionally. The noise come from a hole in the wall opposite entry door. Everything was fantastic until the noise started. It was so loud, you couldnt hear the soft, soothing music. Other than that, I enjoyed the spa.

I loved my Swedish massage by Sarah! She was such a warm person and her vibes made me feel relaxed and comfortable. She knew exactly where to melt away the stress!The changing room was lovely, felt cozy and feminine. Inside the changing room was the sauna and himalayan salt room, which is great because you didn’t have to go out from there, very private. They also have showers and towels and hairdriers. Felt like a princess changing room!The staff at the front were very nice too! I highly recommend and i’m coming back!

10/10 Perfect customer service. I have been Nurse Injector Sarah’s client for 20 months now. She has done my Botox and lip fillers. I highly recommend her services! Beautiful experience. Wonderful facial and the products I purchased are rich and feel great on my skin.

I had a CoolSculpting procedure done here. The CoolSculpting devices werent placed in the area I wanted treated. Because the area I wanted treated is my upper backside, I didnt know until I got home and took pictures. Theres no mirrors in the treatment room and theres no robes to undress. I was just asked to roll my pants down so she could do markings for the devices. I was at the mercy of the technician and Id mistakenly trusted that.I called White Orchid and was told to wait 8 weeks for my follow up appointment then theyd discuss it with me. At the follow up appointment, I mentioned my concerns. The technician said she couldnt have treated the area I wanted done anyway because itd create a shark bite effect. I told her if Id known that then I wouldnt have spent $1,200 to have it done.I was told a manager from White Orchid would call me the following day because she was off on Mondays, which is when I had my follow-up. I waited two days without a call from anyone so I called them. I was told they knew nothing about it. Someone called me the day after that. She said she discussed it with another manager, and the owner, and they wouldnt refund the $1,200.Im a single Mom. This was the one single thing I saved up for, for myself. They willingly knew the area I wanted treated wasnt treated (or even treatable) and they had no qualms about taking my hard earned money and not returning it for their error.

Love White Orchid Spa , recently had a few different treatments done. Courteney was outstanding in her mannerisms, explaining and helping you understand procedures. As well as giving you honest feedback based on her knowledge and understanding of your skin type as to what would benefit you the most. Definitely will be going back there and to Courtney again.

Quiet, clean and inviting. I knew this was exactly what I needed after a long day of traveling. I received a hydra facial by Gloria and an 80 minute massage by Zach. Both of my services were 10/10! Each staff member I came in contact with provided the best guest experience and made me feel completely pampered. Being from the spa industry myself I can tell management does a great job leading their staff! I highly recommend White Orchid Spa!

As a new resident of Vero Beach, I needed to find a full service salon that met my expectations for cleanliness, courtesy, personal attention, and location. From the first phone call (booking my appointments with Taylor) to gorgeous nails (courtesy of Elise) to my follow-up communication regarding a item on their website, White Orchid Spa has delivered excellence at all levels of interaction. I was so pleased with their standards, I walked out of my first visit to White Orchid Spa with the next three months of appointments booked!

Lisa did my eyelash extentions. She is a great person and very good at her job. It was so relaxing that I slept through the entire appointment. I will continue to visit her for my eyelash service. The atmosphere is so calming and everyone goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. Will definitely be back.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Brittany this morning! Not only does she have the greatest most positive customer service skills but she was able to book a last minute treatment for me this weekend and put in notes for accommodations using my credits I have from my membership. They are all so sweet and I couldn’t ask for a better SPA to have these treatments done at!

A mixed review.. overall it was a nice experience and I appreciated the staff. I got a massage, requesting deep tissue but it was just a relaxing massage, not deep tissue. My masseuse was so very sweet I just wished the massage was deeper. Afterward my friends and I had reservations for lunch. I’m still a bit confused as to why we had to pre-order from a limited menu when we could have just walked in and ordered anything: I tried to make a slight change with the Buddha bowl (no rice, add shrimp) and they would not accommodate which seems odd considering this was made all in advance. Also there was no one else in the restaurant. We asked for champagne but the server came out with Chardonnay and wine glasses; took forever to fix that and to get our pre-ordered food. The beach view was nice and they have a lot of potential, maybe just need some organizing.

Don’t bother wasting your time or money at the spa White Orchid. Claimed they couldn’t reach me via email after already having exchanged emails with their coordinator jayme. Clearly my emails were working. They ruined a months-in-advance planned spa day from my husband who was deployed and gifted me with a day there. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

From the moment you walk into White Orchid Spa you feel relaxed and it only gets better as your visit continues. Facilities are clean and welcoming. Staff are friendly and the environment is totally suited to provide a pampering experience. The massage I received by Ash was wonderful. Looking forward to my next visit.

This place is absolutely amazing! The owner Aimee is very sweet, caring, gentle, and best of all does an amazing job. Everything she uses is sterilized and or brand new for every person that walks in the door.When I got my lashes done it was very peaceful and a very comfortable environment. She even has peaceful music playing so you can relax and fall asleep while she works. When she did my lashes she let me explain to her how I would like them to be (length, fullness, etc). She did such an amazing job with my lashes, and provided me with EXACTLY what I asked for. I was extremely pleased with the outcome.I also got my eyebrows Microbladed by Aimee, it was also very relaxing as it didnt hurt one bit. Aimee uses high quality numbing cream which made it feel like nothing when she did my brows. She is also very meticulous about measuring out your eyebrows to make sure they are even and adjusts them to your own liking. Im extremely impressed with her work and I would HIGHLY recommend her to everyone.

Excellent!!! Had a body scrub with wrap & peppermint foot treatment! My lady was Rebeka she was awesome!!! Very relaxing atmosphere, excellent staff!!!

Id give 10 stars if it was an option. I saw Elizabeth on Monday for a body scrub and my skin is SO soft I cant believe its really me. She used something with pumpkin and vanilla that smelled wonderful. I wasnt going to go that way because I am not a pumpkin spice gal. Then she started talking about the natural exfoliants in pumpkin and promised me I would not smell like Starbucks. (even though I love Starbucks) I about had to force myself to take a shower on Tuesday because I was sorry to see the scent go. Elizabeth is the perfect combination of a professional with way more knowledge than you would think necessary about everything skin and body, and also friendly and so much fun to talk to. She is very good at picking up cues if you want to talk or just lie there like a coma patient. Ive already made an appointment for 2 weeks to get the full body wrap. Counting the minutes. Thank you for the best experience!

The Spa is top grade! Extremely clean, top. notch staff with excellent service. The salt room is very unique, modern and relaxing. You will be pampered and taken well care of here! I make certain I include time here every year when I vacation in Vero Beach.

I had a facial with Katelyn and it was the best facial I’ve ever had! It was very relaxing and my skin feels amazing. I told her where my problem areas were and she focused on those and gave me some great suggestions on products. Looking forward to my next visit!

Aimee on the Med Spa side of this wonderful spa is amazing. She has a great grasp on what clients want and makes sure everything is done exactly as they wish. I dont have eyebrows since I am blonde and now I do and they are perfect. The whole Med Spa team especially Aimee and Sara had given me back years on my face and took away all that California Sun damage I thought I would be stuck with the rest of my life without major surgery. Thanks girls.......

From the moment I walked through the door, hot and frazzled and Ashlie Smith greeted me, I knew this was a unique place. It is quiet and lovely and even her voice was peaceful and calming. I am a spa junkie and this young woman knows what she is doing! I took every treatment I could in my 1.5 hour and every moment was better than the last. She took such good care with me, thoughtful and attentive. She used just the right pressure, the right amount of products, the right combinations to give the best massage (and foot care and hand care and scalp treatment) that I have ever had. I am sorry I do not live there but I hope everyone has a chance to have the benefit of her healing hands.

I recently had microblading by Aimee. She is amazing! I am absolutely in love my new brows. I wish I wouldve done this years ago. The spa has a great vibe and friendly staff. I will be going back for other spa treatments.

I went in for a treatment recently and was so pleased. The nurse practitioner, Sara was very through, knowledgeable and kind. I had lots of questions and she answered them all. She did not try to push any treatments on me. I give Sara a 10 and will be back!

My husband and I scheduled two 110 minute massages, which I specified as deep tissue when making the appointment. We are currently staying at the Kimpton hotel which is attached to the spa for our 10 year anniversary getaway. We were scheduled to have the massages yesterday.When I went down to the spa, the very rude and pretentious front staff did not have any price menus so that I could look at additional treatments I may have liked to get during our stay. I was told curtly I would need to look online. I asked who our massage therapists would be for that afternoon and was given two names.When I went onto the website later I noticed that both massage therapists were brand new; one has just graduated (and prefers aromatherapy and stretching) and the other didn’t even have a bio yet.I would expect this from a place like Massage Envy, or some other entry-level business-not a high-end spa where we were easily going to be paying 600+ dollars for our two massages.The other therapists had more extensive training, to include deep tissue massage. Our therapist were at the bottom of the page.I have had many, many massages in my lifetime. I know what an art it is, and how long it takes to become proficient in the discipline - particularly with deep tissue.When I called the office to express our concern, and ask for different, more experienced therapists, I was treated very rudely. We offered to come in on a different day during our vacation when more experienced therapists were available.There was no way around it - no solving the problem or even recognizing it. Oh, and they wanted their money.I was told we would be charged $100 to cancel the appointments.Okay, if we were canceling as a result of our inability to make the appointment, I would understand that completely.However, the fact of the matter is, we were forced to cancel because of their bait and switch tactic. Better to pay $100 than $600 (after tax and gratuities) for a nearly 2 hours beginner’s level massage.You can’t promote yourself as a high-end spa, charge exorbitant prices, then provide recent graduates to the consumer. This is unethical.If you’re planning to stay at the Kimpton property because of the spa, like we did, I would look elsewhere.

Ash was absolutely awesome!!! She performed the Golden glimmer body polish and massage! Dana’s professionalism and customer service is epic!!!Shelley is awesome! The facial lift was relaxing and produced immediate results!!!

White Orchid Spa is one of the best spas I’ve been to. The staff was exceptional, very friendly and accommodating. My facial, manicure, and pedicure were superior. I was treated like a queen. I’ll revisit and refer this spa to my friends and family.

Katelyn assisted me with booking a 50th birthday spa day for 8 women. Everyone enjoyed their facials and massages... and we set up a brunch on the patio to celebrate in between our treatments. Katelyn and the staff were wonderful...helpful, organized, and so accommodating. We all had a fantastic time.

So I had my first experience today with Orchid itWas extremely clean and sanitary with the Covid! The place is beautiful and well taken care of they pay attention to detail which should be the case in any spa!Very professional will returnFive star

My facial was good, but the parking was not. I had to drive around several times to find a parking space...the valet told me the hotel lot was full. On the fourth time around the block I went into the hotel lot and told the valet that I had to cancel my appointment due to the parking situation, luckily he found a spot for me. This is not the way Id like to have a treatment at the spa. So it looks like you have to book early in the day to have valet service or maybe figure out how to care for your clients.

Beautifully designed facility, extreme calm and soothing. Got the deluxe massage, and thoroughly enjoyed it. Afterwards, I relaxed in the cool mist room and cleaned off in the rain shower. Well return next time Im in town for some additional services. Well done!

I have used White Orchid Spa several times for both facials and massage. I have been extremely satisfied with their services. Ambiance is specatacular. Staff is friendly and make you comfortable during your stay. I usually have lunch at the hotel and use the amenities of the hotel for the day. I highly recommend a visit. They will pamper you and make you feel renewed.

The Orchid Spa is by far the best Spa I have ever experienced. I almost fell asleep while getting my eyebrows and lip waxed. YES WAXING!!! Gina made me feel so comfortable from the moment she said HELLO. I had a warm neck pillow and she followed with a cold stone treatment. Im not going to a therapist anymore...my new therapy is the White Orchid Spa!!!

I have waited almost 60 years to have anything done to improve the signs of aging. I was very hesitant and researched for months before I decided to have a consultation. I am so pleased with this Spa, Laura is very informative about what you can expect in results and took alot of time educating me about Botox and filler expectations. I did have some light Botox done for my forehead and I still have full movement with great results. I also had some filler on a later appointment and I am very pleased with the results. If you are hesitant but would like to see yourself looking more youthful, do not hesitate to book with Laura, she is simply the best!!

Always get the best massage from Elizabeth. She gets the knots and stress out of my back. You cant go wrong with any of the staff. They are all professional and so pleasant to be with.

They called at 10:00 am, as we were about to walk in to the spa for a 10:15 appointment, to reschedule. They claimed they did not have enough rooms to accommodate the appointment. Though they did offer to reschedule the appointment a few hours later, this did not make up for the inconvenience. we did not take them up on the reschedule.How unorganized must the spa be to only recognize this scheduling error at our arrival time. very disappointing.

Absolutely wonderful. Ive been to many other Spas before and my masseuse Michelle was the best. Having someone move your arm or neck in combination with massaging to work out a knot or kink was magical.
