My husband and I did a full day of couples retreat at Flor da Vida. We have been together 10 years and it was beautiful to renew our vows there. The day included breath work, massages and a sound bath. It was romantic and powerful. I recommend to any couple looking to reconnect with each other.

I had my first prenatal massage with Deby today and it was everything I hoped for in an experience and a massage at 38 weeks pregnant. The space is beautiful and calming. Deby puts you at ease immediately with her gentle, happy nature. The 90 minute massage completely relaxed me + eased my aches and pains. There were times she used a hot stone in combo with her hands and it felt incredible. I booked another appointment on the spot. I highly recommend!

Deby was able to see me in short notice specifically for a lymphatic drainage as I was suffering from a sinus infection and inflammation caused from my thyroid and Hashimoto’s condition. The massage was incredible. Deby’s expertise and soothing techniques melted away my tension and stress, leaving me feeling completely rejuvenated. I can’t recommend Flor Da Vida highly enough for anyone looking to unwind and recharge. This place is truly a gem!

Flor da Vida is the definition of a healing space. Personally, Deby has been amazing in my postpartum healing journey. She is extremely caring and is truly great at what she does. Professionally, as someone who works in womens health, I love that I can refer patients here during any phase of womenhood and know they will be empowered and taken care of.

My face has never received so much love! Pampered like a baby, wrapped up in the infrared blanket - lymphatic drainage is the best combination of sauna-feeling and getting a massage at the same time. My whole body was just melting under Stephanies healing hands and caring touch. I left so relaxed and uplifted at the same time, with a beautiful glow in my face. The whole Flor da Vida house is an oasis of peace, calm and feminine energy that once you enter, you never want to leave.

I had an incredible facial massage that not only visably rejuvinated my skin and facial tone- but my neck, head, scalp, sternum and shoulders were able to reach a level of relaxation that I have never before experienced and I could not recommend this place more highly. 💕✨🙏🏻

The owner Deb is a woman with centuries of knowledge and life. She facilitates a space that is much needed for women today and always and works in a very healing way. I’m addition to Deb and her services, there are numerous other women who facilitate other practices. I attended the yin yoga class with Danielle and left feeling like a whole new person. I highly recommend this beautiful den to any and all women. ❤️

Wow! I had one of the best healing massages of my life. Deborah is intuitive and knows just what oils you need and where to go in your body. Her deep womb work adds another layer that no other body worker I’ve known can do. Her energy, wisdom and knowledge are so what’s needed in our modern times. I’m looking forward to my next session. Even if I have to wait a very long time til the next session (she is in demand), it is so worth it.

I feel like finding Deby was a meant to be occurrence during my pregnancy. I was having terrible back pain which started out of no where during my second trimester and was referred to her. She happened to have an opening right away and the first time I saw her she provided so much relief physically, incorporating reiki for energy work and guided meditation. It wasn’t the experience I was expecting, having had prenatal massage with my first son, her services are so much more. I felt more connected to my baby, relaxed and was provided with valuable information regarding the laboring process along the way. I have seen her routinely throughout my pregnancy and will continue to work with her for postpartum support. It’s the best self care I could give to my body and I encourage anyone who is planning, pregnant, or looking to connect with their bodies while receiving a terrific massage to reach out to her and find out more about her experience and services. I had an ice sculpt session with Patricia. It smelled amazing and Rose Ice with essential oils was such a bonus🌹My skin feels hydrated and tighter.

Débora is so lovely and informative. She made me feel at ease while discussing my fertility. My experience with her was nothing short of amazing. I enjoyed an intuitive massage! Deby is amazing. I have gotten regular prenatal massages from her during the last trimester of both of my pregnancies. As a mom of a 2 year old with another on the way (and in the midst of a pandemic) she knows just what to do to help me clear my head, focus on myself and my baby. Its literally the only hour of the week that I can begin to turn off all the other thoughts and take a little bit of time for myself. Its hard for me to connect to my baby with a toddler on my mind, but she helps me connect, while also giving me the space to relax and leave rejuvenated. She is so kind, caring and attentive, starting sessions off with a meditation of sorts to help me get in the mindset of self care. And also scheduling in such a way that I never feel rushed. I can take the time I need after to get ready to go back into the world. I have had a lot of hip pain and back tension with this pregnancy, and she always knows what to do to alleviate the pain and help me relax. I also love the mix of oils she uses to help set a calming atmosphere. If you havent gotten a prenatal massage I highly recommend going to Deby. She will not disappoint you.
