I bought a lighter 2 days ago and I stopped working yesterday so I brought it back. I was told that despite the fact that I was not offered a receipt I needed to have it and she refused to check the cameras from a couple of days ago plus said that the charge on my card that just so happens to match the price of the lighter plus tax wasnt enough. She then told me if I wanted to push the issue she would call the police and i didnt want to know what she would tell them. I do not know what that woman is on but she needs to learn moderation.Update.I returned to ask about the lighter and was belittled for making a review. There was a very heavy set man that smelled like stale beer who was threatening to throw me out personally while the woman told me she was calling the police because I refused to leave. I told her that I had no issue with leaving but I was being addressed by the large man and she said thats not what they will hear. I dont know what is wrong with these people but I recommend everyone go anywhere but here.

This store has great prices and the guy that works here has a lot of knowledge about merchandise very helpful. I believe he said his name was James very helpful guy.

Visited this location while ordering a pizza next door while I was on vacation. Upon entering this establishment, the gentleman behind the counter already seemed bothered that he had to get off his cellphone. I asked about a vuse pod and they didnt have any. Asked about a mint vape, they didnt carry any. Asked for a simple pack of Maverick menthol 100s, and wouldnt you know it, they dont sell those either. Wont be back.

First time experience was not good. I got a Rick & Morty vape. 6000 puffs. After day one it wouldn’t charge for me so I barely got to use it. Took it in and there was a woman. Sweet as can be. Very helpful and willing to accommodate. She tried charging it on their charger and it still wasn’t working. I decided to try another charger (new) anyways and it still wasn’t working, so I brought it back in. There happened to be a guy that day as well as the owner. I explained to them the issue, so they tried the same charger, and of course it worked for them. It seemed to me they didn’t believe my story, but I explained kindly and then respected that they couldn’t return it once they came to a final decision. On the bright side I now had a charging vape! A few days later the coil burned out. It didn’t take any damage to it, so I felt they would let me return it. I went back in and luckily all three were there, so I knew, if anything, I’d be able to get her word that it hadn’t been charging for me. She did in fact speak up about it, but the guys disregarded it entirely and said they couldn’t return It. Even though I know for a fact that they have taken back damaged vapes previously from the second time I went in. They were just rude and basically accused me of lying and trying to rip them off. I paid $20 to barely be able to use it and didn’t get good customer service in the meantime, outside of the lady there. Unpleasant, disrespectful, and $20 down the drain. Also wouldn’t exactly put stake in the Rick & Morty vapes. Although maybe you’ll get lucky and it’ll work for you. Cool vapes. Good luck if you try this place, but wouldn’t recommend it.

Gave 1 star cause 0 isnt option. After I was falsely informed just so they would get a purchase I had taken my vape pen back and told them they were wrong they were rude as can be and continued to say they were right. Show me where anyone else other than themselves can vouch for that. I researched for hours online and not 1 person said its both dry and wet. Only dry.Rude R

Said on the door must be 18 to enter check Id, but dude said I had to be 21 to enter and play games, but have been there before and played games.Maybe take the sign down that says must be 18 to enter and change it to 21.

The women that work there are as sweet as can be, the men on the other hand are rude. It’s sad I want to see small businesses succeed around here, but when you don’t feel comfortable going back what can you do?

James was helpful and knowledgeable about the shops inventory... He made a suggestion, which I decided to take on, and I wasnt disappointed.

They have a wide variety of smoking devices and can do a lil gambling great
