I would like to say I appreciate the woman at the front desk, she was understanding of the issue I had with my stay, but the Owner or Sr. Manager overrode her decision to reimburse me, even when I agreed that she can keep the $40 deposit.We didnt even stay there for 15 minutes, the rooms were too hot for comfort, yet the owner was happy to scam me for a service he failed to provide. I am never giving my money to this business again, and I had come there many times before.

I stayed at this hotel after it became a Quality Inn. My brother lived in the area and when he died there was a lot of business I had to take care of so I needed a lot of help getting various things accomplished. For me it was a difficult business trip. The people running this hotel are very nice. I asked to move to another room (because there was some street noise) and they were very accommodating. Every time they could help me, they did and were always nice about it. I wont go into detail about the many things they let me use but suffice it to say I appreciate everything. The room was nice and clean, comfortable, and convenient. When I return to the area I will stay here again!

Ive stayed at this hotel several times Its always clean, Its quiet here. The managers are great they will always help you. I enjoyed staying here my kids love the pool, Its always clean. I definitely will stay again. People leave bad reviews Because of the old managers the new managers keep up on this place. It has been completely remodeled. The rooms are Great.

I do t know how this place got a 4 star rating. I believe the room we stayed in was painted recently as it smelled strongly of stinky paint which was hard to take. Also discovered the room was very poorly cleaned. See photos. Wifi also only one to two bars or nothing! so pretty useless for video calling home.

I stayed here so many times when I was younger that I lost count 😂 Its right across the street from the liquor store and little Caesars. The owner here was very nice and friendly. Back then this hotel was a hot mess due to its previous owner. However, this place has gotten a lot better.

I love this hotel. I got Molly Brown’s Cafe right next-door, Circle K past that and you got little Caesars across the street. Everything‘s convenient. I stayed here many times always enjoyed my stay, the managers are always friendly, and always willing to help you. I would recommend this hotel to other people and I would always stay here again.

Horrible. The pictures were nothing what it stated. The pool was empty. The room had no air conditioning. The view out the window was metal scraps and there was no screen. I seen 2 roaches. The towels I didnt want to use. The sheets were white and clean though. The employee were nice and u understanding. I slept maybe a hour. We checked in at 2 and left at 630. Super tired after a long day and drive. I did call for a refund. However they denied my refund.

I am generally the type of person who doesnt complain and gives most businesses the benefit of the doubt but having said that. Please DO NOT stay here. The room was absolutely disgusting and there were cigarette burn marks everywhere. The rug is dirty, the walls are stained horribly and the curtains were filled with stains. I couldnt have imagined that an establishment be so poorly managed but its TRUE. I took pictures to ask for a full refund and received it but it wasnt until I demonstrated the stains via my phone and received pushback from the gentleman who was insisting that in 30 minutes I did the damage. I literally checked in and checked out. Please do NOT spend your money on this poorly managed hotel.

So we needed a place to stay for a week and was told that this place was cheap as far as weekly rates go so we paid and couldnt wait to just relax it was a long day already. Room looked ok but once the lights were turned on we saw roaches everywhere. We immediately went back down and let them know at the front desk. They apologized and gave us another room. We really didnt feel reassured that it was just an isolated pest problem but nonetheless we still tried.....same experience as the last room. Roaches everywhere and this rooms a/c was busted also. We head back to the front desk asked for our money back but they were not so eager to let us go just yet. They said they would give us one of their nicer rooms and couldnt stop saying how this room would be a lot better. So if we go to the third room in 20 minutes of just getting there. Walked in looked like a very nice room. A/C worked... Appeared to be clean...them here come the roaches and the microwave was disgusting full of food. We got our money and left. How is this place still in business?!?! Ill take my chances sleeping in a tent its probably cleaner and safer.

BAD!!! do not come here unless you want to sleep with roaches. Not clean. No trash can. Holes in the wall. I came in and there was a used condom on the floor! We spoke to the man in the lobby and he just shrugged! Let’s say we didn’t sleep here and left within 10 minutes! Disgusting.

Nasty, nasty, nasty. I wish there was a negative star rating to give. They have the nerve to charge a $25 deposit knowing what awaits you in those rooms. We walked in and had to get out quickly before the roaches could carry us away. Unfortunately it was already so late when we arrived, every other motel was booked up, so we had to stay in another town and pay a much larger fee thanks to the motel owner not having a clean establishment. My husband was brave enough to take pictures as he quickly followed me out of there. I will try to attach these.

When we pulled up to this place it looked like a broken down hotel from 1954. People with their doors wide open, looked like they’ve been living in these rooms for months.The guy at the front desk was rude. When I came in he was eating a full meal with snacks and watching a tv show. He almost refused to get up and help us. He came up to the dusk and shouted “Name???”I asked to see my room before I agreed to stay there. I asked for an Non-smoking room. When we walked in it smelled like smoke. The box spring was sticking out from under the mattress and had yellow stains all over it. I went to the bathroom, the tub/floor/toilet all had cigarette burns and other stains.I walked out and told him to keep the money and I would rather be homeless for the night.

Unfortunately everything about this room was dangerous as well as hazardous. Deep with the walls I know there is mold. I can smell it.. Not a clean room at all. Carpet was black instead of the bright colors it was suppose to be.. The owner not to hands on with anything... Never bothered to fix anything that was addressed to him.. There is no pool so scratch that off your list it grew and looks like tadpoles live there.. There is no free breakfast well if coffee is your breakfast then we have a winner. It is very bothersome that the fire alarm doesnt do to much... It never beeped not once.. The remote didnt work. The T. V. KEPT SHUTTING DOWN.. the fan in the bathroom was never plugged in... There was a funny odor in the bathroom I guess due to the leak within the walls... The question is how long will the city continue to let these people treat treat their customers like that.. When we pay just like everyone... When one roach sneaks out they all try to sneak out.. The door was hard to open and close not to mention the lock had to be given some power to lock and unlock... My key didnt work on many occasions and instead of the owner just saying OK he had to have a problem with doing it.. Never friendly, not caring about the well being of others, or what customer needs help.. The towels are stained, and maid serve that came didnt pay attention to her cleaning director... Pretty sad the owners can sit up in something nice within the building while others suffer from the smell from the dirt and from the horrible visual of the green pool.. Ease choose your motels wisely...

Im traveling across the states and came here for a place to rest. The manager was very accommodating and the cleaning staff are doing a great job! The renovation work is going really well. All in all, good people and a nice place to stay when needed.

I reserved a room online for your business and was extremely disappointed in the lack safety, cleanliness, security, and overall quality. Looking over the room the main safety concerns was that there was NO FIRE ALARM INSIDE THE ROOM just disconnected wires hanging from the ceiling! Also, the door lock did not function correctly!  I attempted  to call the front desk regarding  this & that the television was not working and the phone was not in service. Upon pulling the bedspread down to put my children to sleep I found several hairs on the sheets that didnt belong to us, the sink was broken, there were cigarette burns in the bathroom and the bathroom door didnt close completely. The man from the front desk showed me the  room next door that had  a  fire alarm but it didnt have a light so Im not sure if it was working or not. Upon leaving this room to go get my family to move rooms I looked in the bathroom noticed a cockroach running across  the tub. Also to complete  the experience there was an obvious smell of marijuana outside to the left of the office. I requested refund and left immediately but not before  I highly   recommended they should not rent that room let alone any room that doesnt  have  a fire  alarm in it. I would never recommend this $**t hole to anyone! We ended up driving 5 minutes down the freeway to the Hilton Garden Inn spending $20.00 more and the peace of mind that we were safe. I also want to add that I sent this complaint to management and have yet to hear back from them not that I honestly believe they will or even care.

Rooms are horrible 😫 they smell alot of cigarettes. They dont have family room. Bathroom door does not close, tub is disgusting, sink faucet does not work. After I got my room key. Someone got in there. With out my permission. Also main door does not look good.

Room was horrible. Woman told us there was a microwave and there wasnt.. Tv didnt work. Drapes wre falling down. They were stained wth nicotine and filthy. 2 towels only. Not a good area. It was the only place available after waiting 41/2 hours 2 get over pass then pass was closed down 4 the nite. Was suppose 2 get 2 queen beds but heater didnt work so they gave us 1 king bed 4 the same price. Noisy heater all night. Very sketchy area. We needed 2 sleep and head back home early the next morning. Glad 2 get out of there. $91.00 for the nite. Ridiculous... I only gave a 1 cuz we needed somewhere 2 sleep besides our car..

Well for one, the Television remote didnt work properly. You had to disconnect it from the wall outlet to power it off. The paint was peeling off the door to my room. The hair blow dryer was broken. The bath tub was cracking and peeling. The shower was a hassle to turn on. And to top it all off, I had left my room no more than a couple of hours and realized I left my cellular phone charger connected to the wall in my room. I called and asked them to check my room for my charger. The lady said it wasnt there. So, Im guessing someone pocketed the charger. How nice of them.To add to this review, I completely forgot that I had written this review previously, so I stayed again ... Room was clean, the ventilator in the restroom is on its last limb. The person who helped me was rude and I dont even care to ask for his name. This is probably the most ghetto hotel/motel in the city... If it gets worse than this, geez... Im glad I threw up and spilled beer the first time I came.

NEGATIVE STARS. DO NOT STAY HERE.When a friend and I made a reservation here, we weren’t expecting much. The pictures made it look like your average one night stop in a small town, but we ended up in a horror movie. The pictures that show up for this hotel ARE NOT THE SAME PLACE. We entered the room and the first thing we noticed was the floor warp, the mold and caving ceiling, the cigarette burns everywhere and the tv that sounded like it was it was going to explode. We then turned to the bed...... there were MULTIPLE bugs that we saw right away, asked to change rooms and they said there was nothing else. We tried to be amicable and asked for new sheets... taking the blanket off is when we noticed HAIR ALONG WITH BLOOD AND FECES STAINS. NOT ONLY ON THE MATTRESS BUT ON THE BLANKETS AND PILLOWCASES. I am highly allergic to mold and it was so thick in the air that I started having breathing trouble right when I walked in. Needless to say, we did not stay there and were lucky enough to receive a refund through our booking site. When leaving, there were two other people in line behind me asking for their money back.AVOID THIS AT ALL COSTS, YOURE BETTER OFF SLEEPING IN YOUR CAR.

The motel has poor service with poor management. The manager was disrespectful about others jobs. The rooms was poor service. The toilets backed up way to easy. The doors were stuck that you have to bust the door. Buttons to anything barely worked. Outlets and switches barely worked.

Wrist place ever, the rooms smelled gross, the owner was rude, the carpet was dirty, the maids had us take out our own trash, and I saw them making people sweep out their own rooms, and when new people come the owner tells them the wrong room number so they start knocking on your door, and the maids tried to make us check out early. Would not want any one going there and the pool had high amounts of pee in it so DONT GO SWIMMING unless you want to get sick .

My husband booked this hotel for a week while traveling for work. He just called me to tell me all his belongings were gone through while he was at work and his suit cases unpacked. Turns out the hotel admitted to throwing all his belongings in the dumpster mistakenly thinking he should have been checked out. Returned what was left of his belongings to the room without saying a word. He realized as we were talking that all his name brand clothes and shoes where missing. We are talking about atleast$1k in clothes and shoes. Im so frustrated as I bought most of these clothes and shoes so I know the value. He feels so violated and frustrated because he cannot recall every item that is missing. The hotel manager keeps changing her story and 1 story was that while the clothes and shoes where in the dumpster, they realized they had made a mistake but by then, supposedly homeless people had already gone through it. They then returned what was left of his belongings which consisted of mostly my husbands old work clothes. Then the story changed to his belongings were put in their storage so they could fumigate for roaches. My husband then asked why his belongings are missing if his things were placed in storage. He told them, someone as in an employee stole his things and the manager got defensive and said they have tested their employees with money before and no one has ever stolen. So my husbands personal clothes and shoes are all missing now and he is left with old work clothes and old work boots. All I know is this place has some crooked activity going on and shady people running it. STAY AWAY!!! Unless you want to get bit by bugs and have your personal possessions stolen and without regard.

I found a roach on my daughter blanket the air conditioner u cant control. It set to a certain temp. No free breakfast like advertisements or coffee. The toilet constantly runs. It does come with microwave Nd refrigerator paint scraped off walls. No CABLE. We were watching TV and the cable shut off.

The hotel in the photos is not this hotel. The doors are red and there are debris everywhere in the courtyard. The rooms are horrid!!! And it’s in the ghetto of Victorville with hookers walking up and down the street. Exposed light fixtures above the bed and shower. Burn marks, graffiti, green spray paint, open soaps, not cleaned, foot prints on the “clean” sheets, exposed bed box spring. Rotten furniture, and mites just everywhere sticking to you. ! Nope!!

This site was extremely scary. Staff members appear to be on heavy drugs. The blonde lady cleaning the rooms is extremely rude and looks like she just broke out of prison and I could smell alcohol and vomit when she was near me. Clean up the property before you get shut down. This was a disaster. Stop smoking meth in the lobby. It was clear that the man who checked me into my room was on scary drugs. Twitching. He had a boy in a cage in the background!!!!!!!!!! Not humane. This place should be shut down. Not to mention I was given the wrong room and it was filthy. Never again. Get off the drugs you guys are supposed to be running a business!

This hotel eas the worse I have ever been in my life. I have never had to clean a room because i didnt want to touch the door knobs or light switches. My room, pool, tub, walls, furniture, carpet, was dirty. The tub had dirt and a wring n the bottom. The pool was green. A hole in the door, blood on the door, holes in the chair, graffiti on shelf, chipped paint that im sure had lead, dust mites from air conditioner. No smoke or carbon moniters, the sink had a hard substance that I couldnt scrape off. My daughter found a box of disposable needle containers & some kind of splatter in the ceiling. They claim to be renovating or upgrading but they need to try again. I will never stay there again nor would I recommend. Service was horrible, because I stayed for a week I had to use my iwn cup for the complimentary coffee. There were no towels at all and the 4th day I had to ask for the toilet paper. Hopefully they clean it better than it was.

Location is good right off the freeway. I did have to change my room 4 time due to the overload of roach infestation. Also my room key needed to be deactivated everyday. Not really sure why they say maybe it was my cell phone. I will never stay there again.

Beware of this motel. I checked in on Friday and have only been here 4 days and the room and building is cock Roach infested. Notified the office and nothing has been done. Told a maid nothing has been done. The only positive about this place is that the rooms are big. When we first arrived and got into our room I noticed dead cockroaches on bathroom floor. The pool does not work. The washer and dryer is not working. The shower pressure and handles were hard to turn on. Even had a cockroach in the microwave and even in the refrigerator. Paid a little under 1600 to stay here until Oct 1 because it was either here or homeless on the streets with a senior till Oct 1. Never ever stay here it is so Roach infested . theres a better place just about a mile from here that I know is better than here. Go there its cheaper . stay away from the sunset inn motel on Mojave drive in Victorville. I wish I did. Wanted to give it a half star but couldnt. I was in room 121 and it was Roach infested just like the whole motel is. Stay far far away. Rent somewhere else. U will be better off.

I wasnt blown away by my visit. Everything is well lit and is next to the freeway and gas station. Accross the street theres a donut shop, pizza, Barber and a liquor. Also theres a nice restaurant on the premises but the furniture is dated. Rugs and curtains are too. It meets my needs though I like it dont love it.

Zero stars. DO NOT STAY HERE. Room keys and TV do not work. It took practically an act of God to get enough towels for me and my kids. When I told the manager the key wasnt working instead of giving me another key he insisted on using hismaster key. It seriously took him at least 10 minutes for his key to work. Mind you my kids and I are standing in the cold waiting for his key to unlock the door. When we couldnt get a TV signal he told us to use our personal electronic devices. Pay a little more and stay elsewhere.

The friendly staff deserves at least 4 1/2 stars but the property Im sorry to say is atrocious. Bad plumbing, filthy sticky carpet, peeling paint, green pool and barely furnished. It was quiet however.

Its a DUMP ! Its not sanitize every where in the room are cigarette Burns . The health department need to pay them a visit 😡 . And if you want to cancel the room he will not give a refund . One star is still one to many . Do not stay here you will regret it. The hotel is very disgusting 🤢🤮🤮🤢🤢🤮🤮🤢

The worst hotel I ever been to. I do not recommend this place to anyone. The first room I got the door wouldnt lock, there was gum on the carpet, the TV was broken, and the toilet would run nonstop. The second room that they switch me to had almost the same problem minus the gum on the carpet and the door actually lock. However the worst part about room two was that the toilet was clog and had overflow, but they still placed a paper sign on the toilet stating it was sanitized for your protection. FAIL!!!!

Honestly, the pictures look way nicer than the actual place. In my room the bathroom light didnt work, there were cigarette butts on the floor, and it was just not a nice stay over all. 2 stars is being generous.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Waited 30 minutes to get someone to come to the front desk for check in, got the room key, and was absolutely appalled at the room. Bed skirt was shoved under the (wrong sized) box spring along with used condoms. I guess the used syringe in the courtyard shouldve been my first indicator... Would not recommend under any circumstance.

It was the lousiest place that I have ever stayed in. The rooms that we booked online were supposed to have a jacuzzi in them and it turned out that they had no such thing also they said that the pool was open and it wasnt. When we checked in the booking was for 2 rooms but they only had one reserved room, so they found us another room but the air conditioner didnt work and they didnt have any other rooms close so they put part of my party on the second floor away from where my room was. There was tweakers every where And one of my guests woke up with bites all over their back. By far the WORST hotel, save your time and money, STAY AWAY.

I stayed there with my sister. When I walked into the area where our room was the halls of the corridor or very dirty and when you walk into the room there were patch marks on the walls that have not been painted. And where it had been painted there was dripping from it being done sloppily. On one of the beds the comforter had a whole as if there was a burn mark on it the carpet had it was blue carpet and you can tell him to the furniture everywhere else it had been dyed red. There was more Patrick in the bathroom there seemed to be no heater in the room no fan in the bathroom the bathtub in the bathroom was gross. The room have no microwave. The fridge has been running for so long that you can put anything in the little freezer. There is 3000 only one washcloth there is an ice bucket but no sanitary bag to put ice in no cups. But I guess for the price I didnt really expect much more the only thing that was nice about the place was the lighting outside it has LED lights that change colors.

It was filthy dirty and tons of cockroaches all over the room, everywhere. They were crawling out of the base boards and even in the bathroom. Maid service was horrible. They charge you as much as a upper class motel. You have to pay for your ice! Thats crazy and cheap!

Never go n stay here the power kept shutting off roaches every where. The owners father is very rude n dont speak no english n trying to put my disabled mother upstairs. No wall covers over outlets which is very unsafr faulty refrigerators that leak water all over the floors n it took several hours to reacommedate us to another room under exstream protest of the management.

Horrible Nasty place.. Rooms are filthy& ROACH INFESTED. Disappointing the owner is extremely rude. Seems to not have a problem taking your money and will make up any reason to kick you out without refund. Owner is also a bit of a fruit cake but hey, thats none of my business. Not to mention all the druggies and lowlifes constantly roaming the parking lot. BBB will definitely be notified of FALSE ADVERISEMENT= #NO HOT BREAKFAST, NO AMENTITIES.. This place should be shut down for health reasons. Slum palace ran by a slumlord. DONT STAY HERE!!

Horrible place to stay, stayed two nights. TV did not work,toilet ran all night,no housekeeping, and I have over 10 bed bug bites. I feel like I have been eaten up by mosquitoes. Never again, pay the extra money at holiday inn Express.

The most rude and unprofessional place Ive been. They are price gouging like no tomorrow. Room was paid for with my friends credit card, when I get there they ask for 25$ deposit which was not previously mentioned. They told me I could have him pay the deposit, he tried then they wouldnt let him pay it. The desk manager said it could be refunded, no they wont. I cant believe this place is still open

Made sure I checked the room before bringing of my personal belongings inside and I walked right back to the front desk and requested a refund after checking the room. I found roaches immediately upon entering. I took a video and showed the front desk.

There was only a dozen vehicles in the parking lot, but the clerk fed me a line of B.S. claiming all they had available was a smoking king bedroom or the Valentines Day suites ($65 vs. $99). I dont appreciate being fleeced so I opted for the smoking room. They stuck my wife and I in the shittiest room Ive ever been in, and Ive spent nights in bombed out mud-hutts in Afghanistan! The floor is disgusting, as well as the sheets. The bathroom was a nightmare of stains and missing acoutrements (like a tiolet paper dispenser). There was even amateurish grafitti on the walls of the main room, entrance door and bathroom walls. I wouldnt wish this hole on my worst enemy; Id rather spend the night in Gitmo. The T.V. was nice n big, so that totally makes up for the EPIC stale fart/B.O. smell that permeates every orifice of this dungeon.

The room was a smoking room and I had my child with me. Everything was dirty. Tagging on the doors and holes in the walls. Used to be a good place now theyve gone completely down.

If there was a way to leave negative stars than I would choose -500 stars. This place is roach infested and a rip off. My husband and I paid for 2 nights and while we were gone the owner sold our room to someone else and all of our things were stolen by his supposed cleaning lady. Never again will we stay here.

Bed bugs, cockroaches and drugs. Plus housekeeping staff goes in and takes things when youre not in the room. The manager only cares about himself and his family. Plus I found out two people have died there.

You pay $75 for a crappy room that doesnt look clean and have to deal with Police Marshals pounding on windows. They need to step there game up and lower their room prices until then.

Bed bugs and roaches. Caught a bedbug and demanded refund at 11PM. DO NOT GO HERE AS YOU RISK INFESTING YOUR OWN HOME WITH BED BUGS. Continue to get the run around on a refund a week later.

It was full of roaches. left a few slices of pizza in it on table for about 20 min. Went 2 eat it and it was full of roaches! Tv kept going off by self. Water pressure in shower sucked. Roadwar across street on I15 off mojave is 10x better.

The guy who checks people in later at night is very rude. He also tried to charge me for having a service dog and tried to ask for paperwork. Both of which are illegal. He said his reasoning is because I am young and if I was in my 60s he would believe me many young children and young adults have service dogs. I guess it took me having 3 seizures the next day at my work for him to stop questioning me.

Because it was full of roaches...and people using drugs.... plus I made reservations and when I got there had to pay $95...and booking.com took $65 off my card...so no one has returned any of my money to my card... booking.com is no better than the people who owns the place

False advertisement,.....cigarette burn spots everywhere possible. Carpet really dirty and really unexplainable. No micorwave, no refrigerator, had to pay for ice this place is just n it a lot place recommendable for no one.... I would never stay here again.

Awful, no clean towels, no remote, looks like drug addicts burn carpet and bathtub. Just nasty. No customer service get attitude if you ask for your money back etc...

Nice hotel. Much more spacious than imagined. Nice shower and bed, but broken cutains and breakfast was just coffee and toast. Service is fast, polite, and helpful all the time.

The rooms at first.appear to be nice & clean but once I was in a room I can see some that it wasnt very clean, there were some roaches, & the pool was green

The place was trash, invested with bugs. bed was comfy though. but its a scam. dont let the outside decieve you. the only thing entertaining was the roach. it knows whats goin on.

Are room was trash it had bugs and it doesnt come with toilet paper and no trash can and we had bed bugs no clean sheet. So if you guys end up staying here I feel sorry for you.

Room 103 is the only one worth getting in my opinion unsure all the other rooms are just fine But definitely recommend this Room Service was a little rocky at 1st but that was more my fault I think Given that the reservation wasnt under my Legal name But still got the reservation and the Room so all good in this mo mo

I walked in to turn around .. this room is very disgusting K didnt get any sleep and when I asked for refund he said no refund . Very un Sanitized I feel is not a good place to stay.

Upon arrival the night manager was very rude and it was very uncalled for was put in room 201 where as soon as I sat down i spotted a little baggie from someones Drugs from the night before which always shows that the room wasnt cleaned properly and this moment I told the manager and he gave me more atittude and tried to presude me that he was gonna give me my money and I could leave however Im from out of state traveling and I have a couple bags Im not trynna walk down mojave with them so next after being scolded about showing him a picture i was given a room where the door didnt work and then I was given 220 and all was well tell i felt this welt on my leg where i was bitten by a bed bug and then my girlfriend was also bit this is dissatisfying and nasty and i want my fuccin money back pictures and video for proof

Not a good review, not clean, rooms nothing really working, my advice dont bring your children here,the motel has a contract with the county to house a certain amount of pedifies,no one knows who they are, just some advice to protect your children dont bring them here, hopefully this is helpful, have a good day!

Disgusting... i never been to a dirtier motel, there was roaches coming from everywhere,!!! thier was also even bed bugs jumping everywhere in the room, i dont recommend this place for anyone,!!!... well maybe the health department......

I cannot believe thay are still in business and the health department did not shut it down my mom n dad stood at this motel 20 years ago and it was nice back then i got a room there it was the same room my parents had 20 years ago and guess what same carpet table dresser it was a a kitchenette when i whent in the room i got sick to my stomach the same carpet and every thing from back then but filthy the carpet was all riped and dirty and stained took the stove out so basically it was i huge hole with mold dirt all over the smell was horrible all i sed when i walked in was oh my god i didnt let my kids sit eney where full of bugs it looked abandoned i got my money back and left thos place is a health hazard

Place is terrible sink leaking all over the floor, was only in the room for 45 minutes tried to get a refund was told had to wait for owner to get back which would be in 2 hours. Once he came back could only give half cause we had been here to long. DONT STAY HERE

This place doesnt even deserve a star rating period..My Husband and i were Saturday late night because everyone else was booked, They charged us $75 for a room full of Roaches everywhere, patched up graffiti on the walls, smoke detector missing and someones dirty towel was left on shower i was totally disgusted, we left at 9 am and notified the office for them to say well we have an exterminator..No they should throw the whole motel away or have it tented for extermination..I do plan on notifying the better business bureau as well as code enforcement this is tragic for the community and visitors.

Rooms are nice but the owners suck assthey will lets prostitue get rooms and do dates and drug junkies n dealers hang out there dont do it dont bring your kids

My daughters and I stayed here the day before yesterday,one of my daughters got bit looks like bed bugs, the toilet had piss on it, the bathtub was dirty no one wanted to use it the floors were disgusting,it stunk in my room the paint was horrible and they had roaches

Point #1 DIRTY, matter of fact FILTHY there was graffiti on the walls, inside of the room not out 😞, the walls were dirty, the beds had hair all over them, and crumbs on the bed lining under the sheets, the microwave was beat down like it was on its 12th round in a heavy weight fight, the pool was almost green, one glance and you could tell it was a safety hazard, this hotel is worth 20 dollars a night...and thats pushing it...i recommend everyone reading this to FIND ANOTHER LOCATION👍...its not worth it

Good value, staff is helpful, family owned, management cares, lots of TV channels, just off the freeway, strip mall with inexpensive pizza and liquor store just across the street, so for a freeway convenient motel it works just fine every time.

The Sunset Inns motel is a place for people who dont have a lot of time or money to find another motel to stay at when visiting Victorville, CA but it is also not the worst motel I have been in. There is Direct TV as a way of entertainment but it is not a good place for children or impressionable youths because the negative activity in the surrounding neighborhood is rampent.

This place is so nasty and disgusting they had roaches the bed is on the floor its nothing like the picture that they show you dont ever go here the manager nice just cuz he wants you to stay there he knew the room was dirty and he going to say I dirty through room up they keep my deposit😡😡😡

ROACHES AND BED BUGS!This ghetto hotel has comfy beds but other than that the dirty towels and BUGS THAT BITE make me never want to come back.

The room was terrible bathroom ceiling had a big hole in it,the paint in the room was all messed up, it needs a lot of work done to it ,half the time the key wouldnt even work.it was the worst hotel Ive been in

The owner is running a drug motel..... The rooms are not clean the towels arent clean... They have black stains from the drug addicts that live there and deal drugs from there. Not a place I would recommend unless you use drugs.

The place was a roach hotel staff was bad does not look any way it show on booking .com all kinds of life running around not safe we pull up and the police was there we went across the street to get food people watch us across the street ask us if we are staying there I said yes they informed me they have bedbugs we check our bed closely

I have always had good service until recently when i stayed over night n my kids were covered in bited from bed bugs n hospitalized...

The hotel room we booked for one night online was dirty, the bed had stains the pillows were so yellow , the shower curtain had mold and there was cockroaches everywhere even on the ceiling , bed was broken and even to enter your room you would struggle cause it wouldn’t read the card and it smelled so much like cigarettes , WORST HOTEL EVER

Had a great stay at sunset inn Victorville.coinviently located on Mojave drive across the the street from liquor stores a pizza joint bagwhores and meth.

It was located in a nice and convenient party of town and I loved the fact that they allowed guests without there being an extra charge
