Poor management went into this business today had the best customer service from the young lady working she had to call for a price because they dont put price tags on items we sat there while she called all for us to hear him yelling at her that he had another call what do you need she proceeded to ask him the prices and ended the call you can tell she was very embarrassed and apologized never will go again

I bought a premium cigar inside a tube for me 22 dollars. As soon I got to my car to smoke my cigar I just bought. I open the tube the cigar came in it was crack and unable to be smoke. I when and ask if I could get a different cigar that’s not damage and I was denied for a non damage cigar. We’ll never return

DO NOT SHOP HERE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE THEY DO NOT DESERVE IT!!!! THEY LIED TO ME SAYING I WAS BUYING AND GETTING A PUFFCO AND WHEN I OPENED THE BOX IT WAS JUST AN ACCESSORY PIECE I WENT TO RETURN IT WITHIN 5 MINUTES I DID A U TURN AND WENT TO SHOW AND EXPLAIN TO THEM WHAT HAPPENED AND THEY SAID NO RETURNS I WASNT THE ONE SELLING I WAS THE ONE BUYING WHY CANT I HAVE MY MONEY BACK FOR SOMETHING I DID NOT WANT OR HAVE NO NEED FOR... THEN HAVING EMPLOYEES WHO DONT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT WHAT THEY ARE SELLING OR HOW TO EXPLAIN ANYTHING FOR THAT MATTER SUCH A DISAPPOINTMENT....

Bought a torch yesterday and it barely had anything in it. Literally one light and that was it. Tried calling the store multiple times to resolve the issue but unfortunately no one answers.

Was happy that they are open between 10-11pm when I accidentally burnt my coil to a crisp... Be prepared to pay the price for a whole package of 5 but for a single coil only. When its the only place open I guess your willing to pay but 3 coils shouldnt be almost $30. Learned my lesson though, keep backups and order online for way cheaper!

I bought an elf bar here was was leaking out the bottom and completely defective, I didn’t take the top pice off yet and hit it. I walked right back in and mentioned it was no good but because the plastic was unsealed it was no longer available to replace. Other smoke shops have a great customer service response anf they typically replace it with no hesitation. So I bought a useless Elfbar. Thank you so much for the wonderful service.

This is a great smoke shop. They actually spend time trying to help you & are patient with you & have at least a few items of every category it seems.(Just a professionally run establishment altogether)The opposite of Palmdale smoke shop up the street. They had great metal butane torches at lower than average prices & I might go back for a e dab rig.

Had a very bad experience with them I’ve bought two elf bars for $25 apiece and each one stop working after being charge. Call the store and the man was totally rude never again.

I went to buy a carton of cigarettes because on yelp it says they accept credit cards. When we arrived there he rang up the transaction and when he saw it was a credit card he said that he doesn’t take credit cards. He processed the transaction then he refunded it. I won’t be going back there again he was a very rude person. I just don’t understand why it was approved but he didn’t accept it. But I will never go back there again.

This place will literally not sell you the last of something because they “might lose” a regular customer. They end up losing potential new customers that could be regulars with that logic.The store is clean though and has everything you’ll need. Just know they only value their regular customers .

They do have alot of good choices for vape juice BUT the customer service is very poor at least with the guy I got he was SO RUDE. I get that some shops are weird about same prices over the phone because of competition but I called asking if he had a certain flavor and if you had a deal like if I bought two because my husband was going to go pick them up for me so I needed to know how much money to get my husband and he was like I dont do prices over the phone he said it really rude Ive had vape shops tell me before they dont do prices over the phone but they explain to me why and theyre very nice about it and everything that he was just so rude like made me feel like I was asking something wrong. So anyways we still went there and even when we walked in hthe owner ,Im assuming said, oh yeah you guys called on the phone and were like yes so how much is it and hes response was, well are you going to buy it? and we say yes thats why were here but we need to know how much it is to pay and he stated, well I need to know youre going to buy it for sure and that youre not just trying to get pricesit was just a really weird experience an uncomfortable

DO NOT GO HEREthey told me to try my vape and I’ve bought this flavor for a year, I told them it didn’t taste like anything, thinking they were gonna exchange I let the guy working there try it then he told me I could buy another and gave it BACK 🤮 I had been here before but never again and don’t waste your time with this rip off spot. Unsanitary and unkind.

Horrible service , also do not answer phone and say it’s a service line and they are not in the store. what kind of a retail store doesn’t have a phone number to directly contact them, you aren’t as big as albertsons and they are closed down. horrible bad no go

Beautiful smoke shop.I always come here, the staff is nice and well trained it seems to be the cleanest in Victorville. 10/10

Got a bunk vape that’s burnt and couldn’t even get an exchange spent $25 and they wanted me to buy another and only get a $5 discount literally got it and as long as it “worked” as in it hit I couldn’t get an exchange for the same one or a refund
