I love this place. The quality of the massage for the price is excellent. However, I wouldnt recommend the face massage if you care about skincare; it made my face smell odd and wasnt enjoyable. Aside from that, the service was fantastic. My only complaint is that a loud family entered the room towards the end of my massage and had a full conversation, which disrupted my relaxation. If you are coming to a spa, be mindful that there are people there (like you pretty soon) that are trying to relax and wind down and it is pretty rude to walk into your shared room and start yapping away with your party and throwing off the ambiance.

You must be comfortable with a true massage and how it pushes your boundaries; I think some of the comments about being exposed may just be from a persons lack of expectation management. There is a chiropractic move of applying gentle traction and twist to your upper body. If youre a lady and you dont want to be naked, Id recommend a sticky bra for that one moment of exposure. But this was by far the most thorough and worth-the-price place Ive ever been. My husband and I went for a couples massage and both ladies were very good, methodical, and able to tailor their technique to deep tissue massage.There are some idiosyncrasies. They require a ten dollar tip. The concept of making that obligatory is kind of silly, in that it should just be in the price.But by no means will that stop me from going back. Highly recommend. I will always tip more, gladly, for such excellent service.

My husband & I were traveling from out of town & I called & they got us right in. The massage was great, the staff pleasant, and the rooms clean. I will definitely come back if Im in town & the price was great!

Place used to be great when it was wellness spa. Switched owners awhile ago and they started shorting the time by like 5-10 minutes I noticed. I said something and they didnt do anything about it. Happened a few times. You go in room, watch the clock, then massage person arrives way late, starts massage and ends it on 90 min from time you enter room, but doesnt make up the time they were late entering the room to start. So really your getting shorter after undressing and waiting for the massage person. When it was wellness spa it was incredible, professional, prompt and friendly. Too expensive now and unprofessional.

I just called a few minutes ago to inquire about the services. The lady literally said she was busy and hung up in my face. I called back to confirm that this was intentional and sure enough after asking about the services again she said she was busy and hung up in my face. Five minutes later she had the nerves to call me back and said she is available to talk. No maam. I told her that she was rude and will not be using their services. Either dont answer the phone or incorporate being a professional. I dont care how great you are because if you are unprofessional you will not get my business.

This location may be licensed to do massages, but their professional training is lacking.. I went in for a relaxing hot stone massage and felt very violated once getting my massage. I am a professional massage therapist myself, and have very high standards for the level of comfort and respect for the one receiving the treatment. The sheets they have to drape yourself is only a towel to lay down your back, otherwise you are exposed. I kept my underwear on for my service and not only did she move them far below my waist (they’re very small & she could work over them) she was using such force the whole time it actually hurt.. I had elbows in my neck and spine causing me actual PAIN. No relief.. I was disappointed because I just wanted a simple relaxing massage and ended up leaving so uncomfortable in more ways than one… I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Seriously my favorite place! They all are great but got Angela today and wow she is amazing! She really worked the stress and knots out especially in Lower back and areas I didn’t realize were needed. I usually can get in as a walk in but lately I make an appointment to guarantee a spot. 10 am is when they open and so far to me is the best time. However they are open late to accommodate so you have plenty of time to call to grab your spot . Prices increased slightly but who hasn’t. Mandatory minimum tip of $10 but again totally worth it. I highly recommend!

Bad service, apart from them HURTING me from massaging so hard, it is MANDATORY $10 tip for your masseuse and SHAME you if you don’t give a tip that they expect. Very rude and for the BAD service and the SHAMING, my fiancé and I will NOT return nor recommend to anyone ! You should tip what you’d like and if it’s mandatory I believe one should know before hand, also be ready to pay upfront ! been here before a few times and never had such bad service like we had today , smh this place is 👎👎👎👎

My husband and I went to this place for our anniversary celebration. I was little hesitant because some of the reviews I read here. However, we gave it a try since we just moved to this area and most of the places I called to book an appointment were not available for couples. We asked for the combo massage 90 minutes. I may say the massage was awesome. I didn’t expect this place to be this good. Coco and Tom our masseuses were amazing . They were nice, professional and communicative. They were always asking if the pressure was ok and if everything was ok. First, we received a massage in our upper backs and shoulders, including head pressure points. Then, they did our feet massage which included the calves and legs. Totally kill my soreness. Lastly , they did the full back massage which was a review of the whole body. Very relaxing I have to admit. I hadn’t felt this good with a massage. Definitely, I recommend this place.

Made an appointment for a one-hour, deep-tissue massage. The day before, I received both an email and a text message reminder of the appointment. And then I received five more text messages, 15 minutes apart, until I blocked the number. I didnt want to listen to text chimes all night, nor did I want 96 texts. I arrived for my appointment 15 minutes ahead of time and was informed they did not have me on the schedule. What a joke.

Upon entering the place looked okay. The people don’t really speak English only enough to ask you for a tip. It is a mandatory minimum of $10 tip no matter what. They will hound you for it before you leave. I don’t think tips should be mandatory and just for that I will not be going back. The massage itself was okay. I’ve had massages before and they usually put a scent in the room and tell you to take a few deep breaths before they start but not here. They did have calming music, however they are located next to a restaurant and I could hear the kitchen guys laughing constantly. Maybe take your headphones. The room looked very cheap and even the towels are hard. During the massage she never asked if the pressure was okay, it would hurt at times and instead of asking if it was okay she kept telling me to relax. I would have tried it again with a few modifications now that I know what I’m getting myself into but not after being hounded at the door for a tip.

I read through some of the one star comments here and i feel they may be a bit critical. i feel my experience with this massage location was phenomenal. the staff was very professional, i happily requested to give a tip after my massage because paying the regular price before my massage wasnt enough in my opinion. my masseuse did such an amazing job, and i feel like a brand new person, body, mind, and soul. im very impressed. thank you all for what you do Ocean Spa, i appreciated my experience and hope to see your company do well. im excited to see you again soon..

I always get a massage on vacation and picked this place based on the rating.It is was not the atmosphere I expected so it made me a little hesitant. They seemed busy with “walk-ins” so we did not get back there until 20 mins after.HOWEVER the physical massage itself was AMAZING!! The ladies are experts and know what they are doing with tense muscles.I left so relaxed and would absolutely go back again 90 minutes full body.

Was not a pleasant experience. The next morning I’m still sore and bruised. I told the lady light pressure. She dug her boney elbow deep into my back constantly. Most massage places include massaging your feet. This place charges extra. So I paid for an hour of boney elbow in my back pretty much. Won’t be going back.

WORST MASSAGE OF MY LIFE. She massaged way too hard, and when I told her it was, she didn’t understand. I left more sore than when I went. I don’t think they have any formal training. I was massaged on my spine. It really hurt.She got up on the table near my head. Very unprofessional.When I asked her to stop massaging an area that hurt, she kept massaging that.When I told the manager she didn’t seem to care. Said that next time I could request another masseuse. No refund.I felt like I was being tortured for answers I didn’t have.They don’t seem to know what they are doing.And they require you to tip. And pay upfront.Will not be returning.

I have always had nothing, but great quality massages here, but the last time I went in, I was touched very inappropriately by a male masseuse. Out of the five times I’ve been here, with the exception of the last, I’ve had female masseuses and they’ve always been great. The first and LAST time I was massaged by a man here, I was touched very inappropriately, looked upon while turning onto my back, and he closed the curtain between my boyfriend and I while we were getting a couple’s massage. I was too scared to say anything while it was happening. I didn’t want to leave a bad review because I’ve had plenty of good experiences here, but sadly, that has been ruined due to the unfortunate and completely inappropriate way I was treated.

They have multiple masseuses, and I really enjoy coming here for a massage. They have multiple massage options and are reasonably priced.

My husband and i went for the 60 min massage today at Ocean Spa. Beautiful experience. Both The masseuse were so professional and friendly. Made us feel very comfortable and relaxed there. The receptionist was very friendly too. Overall great experience. We will definitely go again. And we totally recommend this place for great massage n relaxation.

Love this place for a good deep tissue massage! The environment is clean and ready for clients! I used to get really bad migraine headaches and would need a massage to get the stress out of my muscles in my neck! They did just that! They have very fair pricing and only ask you tip $10, obviously more according to your service! I just tipped $25! It’s worth it! ❤️

For a walk in, no appointment necessary massage, this is the place to go in Victorville. Exceptionally clean, and polite, many rooms available, and the massage is quite good. You can get a 90 minute very inexpensive and it’s totally worth it!! While it’s not really intended to be therapeutic, it’s fantastic for the soul! This is my go to for a relaxation massage. They offer a punch card where you get a free massage after 10.Keep in mind, it is cash only!!

I thought I would try the place out due to their reasonable prices. I got the 90 min full body and face mask add on. I was unfortunately disappointed. My masseuse did not speak any English what so ever. I was unfortunately not able to communicate with him in regards to where I was feeling discomfort, if the pressure was too soft or too hard and he literally had me communicate through Google translate in the middle of my massage. It was not a relaxing experience. I actually feel sore now. I will not be returning. I paid for the service and tipped 10$ but was very disappointed in the quality of service and communication

This place is AMAZING! I got a 1 hour full body massage and got a complimentary face mask/ facial for Mother’s Day and the prices are outstanding. It was so relaxing and my masseuse was so kind and made sure I was comfortable and okay with the amount of pressure she was using. I will definitely be going back!

This was my 1st time to a massage place, and i really enjoyed it. The workers were very polite very attentive. Mary gave me the massage, she was amazing, she did a really awesome job on the pain in my shoulder, I didnt ever tell her about my shoulder, its like she already knew I was having trouble with it. I would definitely come back. If I could rate 20 stars I would, Google only lets me rate 5 stars. Awesome place.

They were able to get me in for an appointment within an hour... Lisa was AMAZING! Very attentive, she always made me feel comfortable, super sweet, and strong lady 😊 Price wise it was great as well 😊 Lisa was able to take the tension in my body away. (I drove from Oregon for my grandmothers funeral, lots of stress going on within my body, before the massage and this was a gift from my sibling)

Showed up to scheduled massage appointment for my Birthday. Me and my friend were getting massages together. We were in room laying face down unclothed waiting for our masseuse to enter room. When they did a man greeted me and I freaked out! I was never asked if I was OK with a man to massage me or even given a choice! I will not be back to this establishment. So unprofessional!

This is hands down the best massage place in the high desert! Best prices and service! My fiance and I have been coming here 3-4 times a month since they opened. They are very nice and polite and we always leave feeling relaxed. We like this place better than the one we used to drive down the hill to. Come in and see for yourself! You will be glad you did.

So I started coming here again. Came for foot massage. Great price! All prices here are pretty decent. My masseur, Mary, did a really good job. Relaxing and attentive. I mentioned Happy Mid Autumn Festival and jokingly asked where are the mooncakes and they promptly gave me one!!! How awesome is that? Ill be back

My daughter and I went for the full body massage today, and it was AMAZING! I have tendonosis and arthritis, and after a one hour full body massage, I feel human again. My pain level is down to a 3 or 4 from an 8-9 when I walked in. The place is really nice, clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. My only issue was the really loud music from the restaurant next door, but who cares, I can tune that out and listen to the soothing music they play at the spa. I will definitely be going back regularly.

WORST PLACE EVER !! for one THEY GAVE ME RACIST VIBES ! For two , that massage hurt even after me telling her too rough. For three they will literally harass you out the door for a tip. Seen somebody tip one lady 5$ and she took it and threw it on the table and walked off highly DONT recommend to anyone. Wasn’t worth 55$ neither. Safe your money and time !!

Its a nice place. Clean, nice staff and a nice calming relaxing environment. I typically go to massage envy, but this time I need something quick and went here. Its not the same quality massage as massage envy because they use a different style of massage. Massage envy uses a Swedish massage techniques while this location....well Im not to sure on what the true technique is that they use, but its more of a pushing and rubbing than anything. Nevertheless it was nice.

The MOST relaxing experience! My masseuse communicated with me the entire hour long massage. Definitely add on the extra mini facial! Such a great deal and I cant wait to go back!

Fairly pricey. Been here 2x...1st. ...Visit was AWESOME. Next visit was just so. Asked to NOT touch head, lower legs and bottom of feet. Massuse did not realizing it was very painful for me due to medical reasons.Will give it one more go....if not better then will seek a different facility.

I will never be backI had an appointment last Thursday at 6:30 After paying for my massage and attempting to tip $5 I was advised by John to never return. John stated he works too hardfor a 5dollar tip. John yelled at my friend and I for not tipping more and yelled in front of waiting customers to go elsewhere. He stated the owner gets all the money not him. He then proceeded to follow us to our cars to harass us more. I will admit he came to apologize but the damage was done. I will never return! And I have been a customer for over 3 years.

My wife and I used Yelp to determine a location to go to and sure enough it lived up to its reputation. We were passing through from Cathedral City to the Bay Area and decided we needed some massages. Very polite, clean, decor is very nice music playing and the massages were great. Ive got a condition called frozen shoulder and they helped me with it. It didnt cure me if you know what that is but it sure helped. We went from the total body massage to another hour of foot and more body massage. Even though we are not locals we highly recommends this place.

I surprised my boyfriend with a couples massage for Valentines Day. They had a coupon that offered an hour long hot stone massage for $39.99. Im assuming because it was Valentines Day, they threw in one of those facial masks that has the eyes, nose and mouth cut out that you lay on your face for free. The massage was really Heavenly accept both my boyfriend and I felt that sometimes it was too rough and that they went to deeply into muscles and Bone. If you buy 10 massages your 11th one is free. The room was very dark which added to the ambiance and the music they played was very nice. They kept the room quiet so you could relax and enjoy. One of the women didnt speak very good English so another had to translate anything above basic requests. I will definitely try this Spa again!

I came here with my sister hoping it would be good due to reviews but it was mediocre. We got an hour full body massage and the woman doing my massage spent a total of about 45 minutes massaging my back and then at least 5 on each arm and the remaining was my legs, which was barely any time. The women are very nice, just disappointed that it wasn’t actually full body. I won’t be coming back.

My boyfriend and I made a 9PM appointment with Sophia and Nancy for a one hour full body massage.To sum it up: amazing. I’ve been to several different massage businesses in the area, to include massage envy, and this place - and more specifically Sophia - exceeded my expectations.I’ll definitely be going back.

The massage therapists are pleaseant. My sister and I went to eat and seen the massage location, so we decided to go in experience was good. We had gotten to the end to pay and my sister only had a specific amount which would cover the fee for the massage. The representative told her she had to give a tip sense she felt good. I explained to the lady a tip is optional she told me that if she felt good she should tip. I told her hey maam she only have a set amount but I will tip my person. She then got really mad and snatched everything out of our hands. I gave her cash and asked for a receipt she told me they dont do receipts for cash. I just thought the end experience was very unprofessional. They should not have the massage therapist stand in the front to stare you down and make you feel like you dont appreciate the service just because a person cannot tip. I do understand that it is courteous to tip, but if you dont have it you dont have it. I will not be back because of the tantrum she had at the front desk it was so childish.

Thought we were going for a relaxing time but once we got to our room the two workers got up from the massage beds they were sleeping on AND tried to play it off like they we’re fixing the beds! Worst part is the other room they switched us to had wet towels 🤢🤮 once we finished with our massage they fixed the beds with our SAME towels 😖

Loved it! Perfect pressure and very relaxing. I have a messed up spinal cord from my skull to my tail bone so it causes me much pain THROUGHOUT my body and she helped everything from the top of my head to the bottom of my feet. Definitely going back.

Advertisement is false. When I ask a question about thier site she states they dont do it. I see that as being falsely selling items with untruths. No good. You can get people like me that reads and clearly and makes the call you have wasted my time. And I dont like being scammed.and I let the community know. So they dont waste thier time. We live a busy life style and need to not have our time wastede.

Why do they have to make you tip?? Like??? This last threw a tantrum because me and my mom didn’t leave a tip, we were going to but before we could pull it out she was already saying you have to give at least 10$ for tip, so we didn’t even bother giving it to her because that was rude. She wanted an additional 20$

A tip is a requirement here. If they want to require a tip then charge more for the service but I will not be forced to tip or shamed for not giving a bigger tip when service doesn’t merit a tip.

Ive been going to this place for 7 years a few months ago the original Owner sold although I wasnt too happy with the service I gave it the benefit of the doubt thinking OK theyre easing into that move or change of ownership But today something happened to me that was very uncalled for I will not go back to this place their service was awful ..
