HOTBOX VAPE

They do not open at 10, even though its on the door and on google. Waited 20 minutes after, then decided to leave. Ill not be going back.

Got to the shop at the time their hours are posted for them to open. Sat and waited for over 20 minutes and they were still not open. Very rude of a business if they are going to post thay they will be open at a certain time and to not actually uphold to opening their doors at that scheduled time. Some people have strict schedules that depend on other businesses having their hours correct. Will not be returning. Never stepped in the shop and already lost my business.

Been all over the high desert. This place is great. Workers and owner alike. Great environment I can ask any question with out feeling like who I’m talking to is not interested in what I’m saying 5 stars all day. Oh and the prices 👌

Decent price and service, bit it always feels clerical in there. Almost always just an in and out visit. Small selection of juices, but batteries seem a bit over priced.

I come here once in a while, I drop my smok tank, glass breaks, I come get replacement glass here, they always have replacement parts for my mod and tank in stock and coils are a bit overpriced but its same everywhere unless you order your coils online and wait if you have the patience but over all good vape shop close by

Got my first faulty tfv4 replacment coil from them. Not their fault i suppose. But i didnt go back to ask for a new one. I didnt want to have to prove i didnt damage it. Coil was running at 0.69 ohms.

I have been to many vape shops in the high desert. I enjoy coming to this shop the most. And now I only come here. Good prices. The owner is awesome, and the staff are extremely knowledgeable and kind. Great shop. I Will continue to go to this shop for as long as I vape.

Great customer service! Staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend coming to Hotbox especially if youre a newbie at vamping and all of the accessories.

Rude service, if you want to test juices or try to find new flavors that you like he charges for the samples. Selection is good but definitely not going back.

Over priced and every time I visit they are out of stock on popular flavors. I gave 3 stars because the staff was chill.

Decent selection but way over priced. Tried to split a 2 pack of orion cartridges and sell em to me for 9 bucks each

I like this store but the big guy with the beard dont have good customer service hes rude and he have no patients . I order the fruits loops drops 2 months ago from him and I been to the store every sense and its still not there I dont think he ever order it 👿👺
