Best place in DC to get pampered!! I usually get my haircut, manicure and pedicure here. The staff is great! They listen to what you want done and execute it very well. I always look forward to my pedicure because it is a whole experience from and they have so many options to choose from from a basic pedicure to the works! Highly recommended!

I visited for a spa package and felt considerably taken care of through each service. My masseur Suki was quite attentive and skillful. My esthetician Helena could not have been more pampering and informative about skin care.And Cynthia provided the perfect polished sendoff for my mani/pedi. Quite an oasis in the nations capital!

Nancy, Nancy, Nancy….you are the BEST! I finally found a great hairdresser in the DMV! I have very fine, thin hair and Nancy has such a gentle hand. I literally cried the first time she did my hair and will continue to go back!

I used the Groupon deal for a massage, facial, and mani/pedi. Peter gave me one of the best massages of my life! Helena did my facial and she was super knowledgeable and friendly. My mani/pedi was decent. She offered wine and everyone was super accommodating. It seems the spa had a recently change in ownership and some quality issues this year, but overall it was a good experience and I would return.

This is only a review for the Gel Manicures at the salon. Ive left a review for the other services separately.After several recent gel manicures here, I am pretty disappointed because the manicure doesnt last 1 week. After a few days there is always a chip or polish is lifting that I have to back and fix. To their credit, they always fix it quickly and dont charge. But it still a hassle to have to go back every time. I even asked one of the more experienced techs, Mandy, about this and she said that OPI has changed their chemical formula so that is why the polish is lifting. Some of it could also be I am not leaving it to cure long enough in the dryer.Three stars because the manicure was relaxing and meticulous, and they didnt charge to fix it.TLDR: Polish doesnt last, recommend visiting another nail salon on Connecticut Ave (there are Dozens) instead for Gel Nail manuicure.

I have struggled so much to find a good manicure spot in D.C and finally found Thi at Spa Logic. Best manicure, detailed, perfect technique and really cares for her clients. The girl at the front desk was super helpful and patient helping set an appointment and of course Nilou is the best for eyebrows.

Ive been going for facials to SpaLogic for 6 years now and every time I get an exceptional service. Kathy is a talented professional, very attentive to every little detail, her face massage after each facial is surpassing extraordinary! My skin is glowing and looks healthy after each visit!

Ive been going to Spa Logic since 2020. In the past 4 years Ive gotten hair cuts, blowouts, massages, facials, and nails done at the Spa. The place bills itself as a one stop shop for all your beauty services.My favorite hair stylist is Rachel and my favorite aesthetician is Fatiha because they both listen and provide excellent service.Ive been paying a $3 service fee every time and its never been explained to me what its for. You can ask to waive it but it is all dependent on who you get at checkout. I suggest to management to reconsider the service fee and at the very least provide an explanation to clients what it is for.Ill leave a review for the nails separately.

Do not get your hair cut here. I left here with a haircut so bad that I genuinely questioned whether the person who did it had been trained. I’m including a photo of the haircut I first left with (this photo was taken ten minutes after leaving the salon) and the photo of the haircut I had asked for (blonde girl). The haircut I got was actually so bad I went back and to their credit they did have a different stylist spend about an hour fixing it for me, but I can’t stress enough how BAD the original haircut was. Between the initial cut and fixing it, I ended up losing about four inches of hair (after I had come in asking for as little length as possible to be cut off). I also have bangs (which I did not ask for) that are too short to be pulled back, so I will be dealing with those the entire humid summer. They did fix it and were very apologetic about it, but the original haircut was so bad I want to warn others to not go here or at the very least do not get a cut done by a junior stylist!

My aesthetician did good. She explained everything to me and answered all of my questions.The spa is not inviting or friendly and they did not offer me anything to drink.

Best Pedicure Ever! My visit was spur of the moment. Spa Logic was able to accommodate me and my 2 friends immediately. My pedicure came out perfect and lasted for weeks. The Leg / foot massage was relaxing. Color choices were overwhelmingly excellent. Spa Logic runs a perfect operation! 2 Thumbs up!

I’m in love!!!! Me and my friend came in to get pedicures. Cynthia helped my friend and I was assisted by Evelyn. Aside from the amazing quality service, they both were friendly and even engaged in conversation and laughter with my friend and I. We are also offered mimosas 🫶🏾. I definitely plan on returning to see them soon! Me and my girl may be regulars here!

I went in to get a pedicure after at least two years. Cindy took her time to fix a painful toenail on one toe and remove heavily built up calluses. Nice foot massage with the pedicure and the best part is that it didn’t tickle. Normally I have a very difficult time being still especially during the callus removal but Cindy has the right touch. My sore toe is no longer sore and my calluses are gone. Highly recommended.

Ten out of TEN. Everyone here is so amazing. I went in for a facial, massage, and mani/pedi and saw 3 different people. Each person was so kind, attentative, and great at their job. Highly recommend their facials! My appointments somehow got mixed up and someone CAME IN on their day off so I could be seen. The facial was amaaaaazing and I looked radiant af afterwards. Reception was kind.. and a great location in Dupont. Definitely will be back.Shoutout to women that saw me, Faitha, Selene (I think :/), and Helena. Outstanding team of employees at this minority, WOMAN-owned business!!

The folks at Spa Logic are the best! My favorite local spot for an excellent massage. A calm, clean environment with professional, skillful therapists who have helped me recover from injuries and surgery…and general stress of life!

Nancy does a great job with hair. Ive never been loyal to stylists because of frequent moving and unsatisfactory work but Ive finally found someone I can trust to do a great job. Also love the nail services downstairs! My go-to in the city.

Best manicure and pedicure I have ever had! I had Mandy, she is amazing. The pedicure was very relaxing, they offer wines and teas. She went above and beyond removing dead skin, any callouses and giving an amazing feet rub. My pedicure its gorgeous, I get so many compliments, she paid great attention to detail. This place is fabulous.

Lots of color options & open super late, which I love! Prices are low and a lot of the time there is little to no wait for service.Street parking, some metered and some zoned.Recommend Vicky for your nails. She is great for taking care of cuticles, calluses and massage!They take appointments usually during the day but not generally at night.

Mandy & Nina were incredible nail artists. My mother was in town and we both needed a major de-stress. This place was the perfect reprieve. Go to spa logic if you want to chill for real!👏

I had a fabulous experience getting a gel mani! My nail tech’s English name was Angela and she was so precise ensuring the photo I brought in matched perfectly. I don’t think I’ve ever gotten lines as straight as this before free-hand. This woman has talent. The whole establishment went out of their way to accommodate my friend and I even though we were late and my friend was taking long on deciding on colors. Kindness goes a long way. I noticed everyone was having a great time getting to know their nail techs. They do want to give the best service and experience and it truly showed. I was also offered a beverage and ended up choosing wine because “why not!”, thanks Angela! Note: $37 is for solid gel manis. They added $3 for removal, $3 for a service fee, and $10 for nail art. Completely fair and a great deal for a boutique salon. Highly recommend, and will be returning!

The place isn’t as good as it used to be. With in a day my manicure chipped and my toes weren’t painted right.... they did have a nice atmosphere, huge selection of polish, and cover and clean the predicate bowl .... so that’s something

I booked an appointment through ClassPass and I was SO impressed. I’ve been looking for a nail salon I would like to frequent in the area and I think I’ve found it! The prices are very reasonable compared to some other locations in the area! The location is easy to find and the space is very clean. Cynthia did a fantastic and relaxing pedicure. I can’t wait to come back :)

Kathy Luu is fantastic! She has built an incredible all-inclusive salon! Ive been going to Spa Logic for ten years and love my color and cut each time. I occasionally add in a mani-pedi or massage to the appt to make it an indulgent a perfect day! I highly recommend Kathy and Spa Logic!

Mandy has always provided excellent service when giving me pedicures and acrylic refills.I have been booking services with her every 3 weeks since she became a member of the staff at Spa Logic. I’ve noticed that other customers continue to get services from her as well. Repeat business and customer satisfaction is key to any business and Mandy does it all and does it well!

When I received my facial, the esthetician applied my mask and walked away - then she proceeded to watch television/videos on her phone while in the same room. it was disturbing & absolutely not a relaxing experience. i will not be going back for a facial again.

Ive been back in the DC area for eight years now, and this salon/spa is still, hands down, the place where I get the best manicures and pedicures. All the nail techs are great, but Cindy is my favorite. She is consistently pleasant, remembers all the colors weve tried, and is so helpful when Im trying to figure out what I want to try next. Shes a truly consultative technician. The salon is also super clean at all times and smells great. Great appointment confirming process.

I asked for subtle, partial highlights and I got my hair bleached into haphazard stripes. I don’t even think any color was applied when I wanted subtle light brown. Not bleach blonde. I contacted them to let them know that I was unhappy with the color and wanted it fixed and they never responded. Couldn’t go out in public like this so just fixed it myself at home and did a much better job with a $10 box than what they did in 2 hrs for $200

My daughter went to the spa for her birthday. She is a recent college graduate and wanted to do something nice for herself. She saved her money so she can get a facial and a massage. Instead of coming out of this place relaxed and rejuvenated she was made to feel mediocre and less than. She was laughed at and made to feel small. I will ensure that everyone in my professional network is aware of this place and how they treated my daughter. Please do not get any services done at this place. They are rude and discriminate against people. I am hurting for her and her experience.

Nilou is the best threadist and waxist in the area. She’s funny, warm, personable, and and fast. She’s my new go-to!

Bad communication with reception.. the place is full of miss management..fat reception is a joke, really dont care. Save your money go somewhere else, you will thank me for it.

Good service I did my hair and makeup for my wedding and everything was nice I get there a little bit earlier ( like 10 min ) and they take like 20 min to start doing all the process (take that in mind when you do your appointment)

I’ve been going to Spa Logic uninterruptedly since I moved to DC, and never felt the need to try any other salon! I have done several services sush as nails, haircuts, facials, and massages, etc. All the services have been to my great satisfaction. Kathy is amazing in everything she does. So professional and detail oriented. She always makes sure you’re happy with the service you received before leaving the salon.

Grateful beyond belief to have found Vilma! She does an excellent job with cutting my long hair, she is so sweet and professional!! I always feel cared for when I see her!The salon/spa itself is clean. There are thoughtful touches all around that make you realize how much time and energy has gone into making this an excellent business. I’m going to have to come back for a facial and a massage!

Ive had three or four facials with Alejah at Spa Logic, and shes fantastic! Not only has my skin really improved, but shes also super sweet and helpful. Shes particularly good at recommending new treatments for my skin based on what it needs and what she genuinely thinks will help me, not just what treatments are trendy or expensive. Im a regular for a reason!

They have the most wonderful staff. Getting a facial here is just amazing. They take such pride in their work at this spa I highly recommend calling in for a facial appointment, as they sometimes get booked up. I will definitely use their services in the future.

Ive been here a a few times. I usually get the massage, facial, and mani and Pedi. Its usually an over all good experience. This time I went experience was still good but less than 24 hours later my girl polish was coming off on several nails. Ive never gotten gel polish done here before. I called got an apt to get it fixed. Unfortunately, I was stuck with having to get the same bad color because they charge an extra fee to switch polish even if its their fault. The lady fixed them and they looked nice. Well 4days later you know the gel polish started coming off again. I didnt even bother calling again to get it fixed. I know for next time to just get regular polish and buy my own gel and do it at home.Side note. There was also a lady in the salon on the first day I went also stating the same issues with the gel polish she had, so this seems to be kind of common maybe.

I was greeted on time. The consultation for my hair cut and color was thorough. My hair turned out so much better than I expected. I booked a mani, pedi, amd waxes as well so rhey offered to do my gel manicure while I got my hair colored to which I said yes! Everyone was very kind, detail oriented, and efficient. The salon is very clean and organized. Does not smell like a typical nail salon with all the chemicals which was a huge plus. I will be returning for all my self care needs. It is so nice that it can all be done in the same salon. A+

Have been coming to Spa Logic for numerous years for various services-- manicure, pedicure, haircut, massage, and facial. Good location and a welcoming staff. Though some of their services can be on the pricier end, they often have specials, and I always leave feeling good and well treated/happy. Wanted to give a shout out Van who cut my hair. She was very detail oriented and I love my hair cut. Would give 5 stars but my minor gripe is that, at this point in time, its time to not charge the $3 service fee for covid. Lots of other places have dropped their surcharge by now.

I cant recommend Spa Logic enough. The reason I come back is for Mandy. It wouldnt be the same without her. She does gelX (builder gel?) and I love it. Mandy is so particular and pays such close attention to detail. Ive never gone somewhere for my nails religiously, but now I cant imagine going anywhere else. Highly recommend.

I visited Spa Logic for the first time in June for a massage, facial, manicure, and pedicure. Every employee I encountered was very kind of professional. I was also thoroughly impressed with the services. The gel manicure and pedicure I got at Spa Logic was by far the best I’ve ever experienced (they lasted for a long time without chipping). My massage felt great and didn’t feel rushed at all, despite my late arrival reducing the amount of time for the service. My skin looked great after the facial and the esthetician who serviced me was very knowledgeable. Overall, Spa Logic was an incredible experience and I’ll definitely be back!

I had an amazing experience! I booked a facial with Alajah for Mother’s Day, and she was wonderful. She was very professional, gentle with her hands, educated about her work, as well as super friendly and polite. I’ll definitely be booking with her again!

This place gave me a pleasurable experience of having a manicure and pedicure. It was completely relaxing. Barbie was my technician, she gets 5 stars. 4 star rating for Spa Logic for tension (directed at me) provoked by another technician w/ her clients and charging me higher than whats advertised on the price list.

Great place to get your nails done! Tons of nail color options from regular polish, Gel, and SNS Dipping powder.Definitely recommend anyone looking to relax and get your nails done. I’ve visited several nails salons throughout DMV and don’t compare.All are great nail techs, my favorite Sam, Angela & Barbie- so kind and generous.Keep in mind prices are a bit higher compare to other nail salons but worth it. I appreciate the attention to detail, customer service/attention, and value for service.

My massage and facial were amazing. It was such a relaxing experience until it was time for my mani and pedicure. I did not enjoy the services and my manicure was rushed. I had the services on Saturday and my nail polish is peeling off today (Tuesday).

Wow! What a a great spa! You can have almost everything done here - massages, mani/pedi, facials, waxing, haircuts and dye, extensions, etc. I had a massage, possibly the best Ive ever had, a facial, also great and a mani/pedi. Highly recommend.

I got a really nice pedicure my 1st and this 2nd time was not good. I understand that the tech likely was new but you all should tell someone that. I declined getting gel x nails because I didn’t want to go through a situation where I didn’t like the service. They also didn’t have the length I wanted yet the tech told the gentleman at the front a different story. The paint job was horrible and I got a spa pedicure which isn’t cheap, I’ve had better pedicures where I paid less than $35. As someone looking for a new place being new to the area idk about trying here again. It’s hit or miss, folks shouldn’t play with peoples time or money.

I had a wonderful experience here last weekend. I used a Mothers Day Groupon, but was never made to feel like a second class citizen for being a Groupon client. Had a massage by Fatiha and it was literally the best massage Ive very had. It was both relaxing and therapeutic as she focused on parts I had requested and was so kind. Then onto an hour facial with Alajah that was fantastic. I dont have the best skin and was anxious that Id be pushed to upgrade or just general experience disdain from the esthetician like I have before, but Alajah was such a breath of fresh air! She worked with my skin and was so gentle and patient with my inexperience. And then lastly a spa pedicure and manicure with Sam. Wow. She worked SO hard on my feet, spending more time than was alloted to really take care of them and get rid of calluses. I was so blown away by the entire experience at Spa Logic and it well exceeded my expectations. Im 100% going to be back. Highly recommend.

Friendly staff! Amazing massage and facial by Fatiha. Pedicure /manicure felt a big rushed, maybe coz it was closing time. Apart from that, over all experience was good!

Very experienced massage people, very thorough and caring.

The location is amazing, there is parking, and the overall ambiance is lovely. HOWEVER, the customer service or lack there of is another story. I booked for a 9AM wax Mothers Day Weekend and arrived 15 mins early per their instructions. When arriving, the wax lady wasnt there and didnt arrive until 9:35-9:40 due to traffic. That was the first instance of poor service. I still tipped her $10. Today on 5/19 I had an app for lamination at 12, when arriving the woman at the front desk seemed confused. She is who booked my app as she told me she remembers speaking with me. However, she said no app was found, when I also received a text confirming todays app. I am unsure if they overbooked or maybe the eyebrow lady was running late like the wax lady. But everyone but me who came in the spa was able to be seen for their apps. I felt very upset and uncomfortable. I also wasted time on my lunch hour. This is unacceptable and I will not tip when I return and the lamination will be my last service from Spa Logic.

I LOVE Selena❤️ Her massages are amazing. The facial and the nails are nice but I had to go back this time for her massage. My neck and feet feel amazing. I’m going again❤️

I bought three Groupons for facials here and when I called to make the first appointment (for 3 weeks from now), the person I spoke with said that there is a $50 penalty fee if you reschedule or cancel the appointment, REGARDLESS of how much notice you give. So I could call the next hour to cancel the appointment and they’d still charge me $50 even though they have 3 weeks to find someone else to fill the slot. This is a stupid and ridiculous business policy.

Spa Logic exceeded my expectations. The ambiance, customer service, and the deep tissue massage were lovely. Thanks, Fatiha! (Try them with Groupon and see for yourself!).

Got the most amazing blow dry by Rachel. My hair is challenging and frizzy. Rachel is a master and did an incredible job. I recommend her highly!! I liked the Spa Logic experience.

First off, staff was friendly and welcoming. I got the spa package: mani, pedi, facial and massage. Every service I received was premium quality. I loved my nails and was excited about my new glowing skin. My massage was relaxing, soothing and intense; just the way I like it. I went on my birthday so was treated to champagne after ivwas done. I will DEFINITELY be returning. 🤗

They do the best nails in DC and I just love getting their manicure and pedicure its so relaxing. The girls are very nice and I feel really comfortable.

It took 2 hours to get my manicure done. They did not remove cuticles or dead skin. Price for gel nails was 40 but they charged me 81 because the did a thin layer of gel so my nails wouldn’t break. They don’t even look good. I was really disappointed and I did not expect such a high price for this kind of service. Will never come back.

Don’t go in there expecting to be treated like royalty! That’s the only “con” if that really is a con. Other that that every service I received was amazing! I saw the Groupon for a Spa Pack which comes with a Facial, Massage, manicure, and Pedicure and thought it would be a great Birthday Gift to myself! It was totally worth it and I definitely recommend!

My 60-minute Swedish message with Selena was pure heaven. Her pressure was perfect and she focused on a couple of troubled areas. I highly recommend Spa Logic. It’s very clean, quiet and relaxing. I’ll be going back for more services.

Wanted to love this place! Unfortunately, I spent $80 on Gel X on Friday for two nails to pop off by Saturday morning. I went back and they fixed them free of charge, but it’s Sunday night and another has just popped off. I’ve been getting Gel X for months from another salon but they didn’t have any availability so I decided to give Spa Logic a try. Sadly, it’s proven to be a huge waste of money and I’m really disappointed.

I had a massage and a facial. The guy who did my massage was great. Also if you have to get a facial or body scrub Fatiha is the best. My facial was very relaxing and my skin looks great. I will definitely be requesting her again! Overall it’s always a great experience.

This place charges outrageous prices simply to fall under the title spa. I have received better service (nails) for way less in BETTER establishments. The male narcissist at the desk has no people skills and is probably THE MAIN reason why I wont be returning. The massage and facial were DIVINE... however the nail service is basic- nothing extraordinary or special and these people charged me 32 dollars TO CHANGE MY POLISH. It was shellac and my nails didnt really need it, but I was told it was 16 dollars so okay- BUT WAS CHARGED 32..(ATTEMPTED TO CHARGE ME 50)...most places only charge 10-20 to change shellac on nails and toes, but whatever cause the DISRESPECTFUL MAN at the desk is a deterrent to my returning anyway...

My daughters took me to Spa Logic for my birthday. We were intensely pampered and had a very relaxing day. We received three services,each taking 50 minutes. You can add time to the massages and facials if staffing and other appointments allow. Each technician was attentive and did not try to pressure us to buy additional services. They explained what they were doing thoroughly. The Groupon gave us quite a discount. I will go there again! Park carefully...make sure to read the signs. We parked in a nearby garage and that worked out well.

I’ve been here for facials, massage, waxing, and nails. I enjoyed every single service I’ve had so far. I love that you can spend a whole day here, all the staff are so nice, and they have fair, upfront pricing. Plus WOC owned!

Spa Logic is like Mimosa Nail Salon for calmer people 😂🤣. Such a nice calming vibe in a hectic city, you enjoy every moment. They also offer coffee and tea on top of red and white wine 😁. My only andvice is to call and make a reservation (they honor those! And can even have your pedicure water waiting for you). Please ask them to confirm the cost of your service before you get started - my usual treatment seems to have gone up by $20 in this post-pandemic world 😥. I would have reduced my rating, but the manager quickly rectified the situation.

I came for a foot massage. I was really disappointed with the fact that there is a $25 to have a service in the same room with another person. I’ve been to mannnnyyyyyyy spas and never experienced this. I mentioned at booking that I would be booking for 2 and it want even mentioned. Having things like this come up takes away from the entire service. Very plainly put its petty and I’m not likely to return sadly. It’s not the money, it’s more principal.// update: so during my service the therapist walks out because I asked him to be less firm and they said “he doesn’t understand English well”. The person manning the front desk, comes in to tell me I was asking for an extra service. KEEP UR MONEY. THERES A PLACE ON P STREETTHAT IS 10000% better. The customer service is horrible. Lots of random fees. You could get a better experience in the middle of the mall. Worst experience of my entire life with Spa’s.

Spa Logic provided me the best pedicure I’ve ever had. I LOVE and appreciate that they partner with ClassPass. Tina was fantastic, they offer every salon service you could need, and I will 100% be back for more.

Small but everything seems clean and the place is well lit and nicely decorated. The shampoo area is a bit small but they try to social distance among customers. Easy to book an appointment and the service is good for their price point. I like the hairstylist Vilma they assigned me. She did a great job.

Just got home from my wonderful massage this afternoon. Mrs. Donna did an awesome job. From the moment I met her, she had a welcoming personality and provided me with a tour of the spa. My go to salon whenever I need coloring and a haircut. They do just about everything self-care at the spa. I had a waxing done last week and also enjoyed their massage chair

I recently went to spa logic for the first time. Thats where I met Sarah. She is a very nice employee and she was very helpful. I felt so relaxed after my massage. She has a very soft touch and shes honestly golden. She was very kind to me and she knew how to keep a conversation going. The place was also very clean and well kept. I recommend this place to everyone and if you go ask for Sarah. 10/10 hospitality!

I’ve found my new favorite salon! Tracey is the best!!! I only get a cut and style, but it is ALWAYS perfect. The glass of wine provided is icing on the cake! :-DThe front desk is great about scheduling and reminding you of appointments. I’ve waited for a couple minutes for Tracey to finish a client before me, but I’ve never had a long wait.

Great customer service and I am pleased with the service I received.. THEN WHY 4 STARS?because its a 3 level business.. you have to walk up to the third level (about 24 steps total) for the services I received (eyebrows and eye liner. For a salon with their prices, clients shouldnt have to walk up 2 narrow staircases, in my opinion.I hope they will find a new shop where all services are on 1 or 2 levels and lower the prices a bit .. Im sure theyd get more return customers.

This place USED to be good. Im not sure what happened to them. I went in with a Groupon for a spray tan and once Im already in the room, the nice lady tells me it only covers 1 spray; each additional layer is extra $10. This was not stated in the Groupon. I opted for the extra layer anyways considering that I had already taken time out to be there. Ive never seen any tanning places charge PER layer. Worst thing is that my tan never developed so I had to go to another place before my event. Id avoid this place at all costs.

They got good equipment, chairs with massage, dryers for manicure and pedicure. Everything goes fast and its a plus. But when it comes to details could be much better. I did your job with polish once again when i came back home.

We were treated with respect and well cared for. The establishment was clean and fancy. I had some extra time to look around because my husbands manicure took a while!Its an easy walk from Dupont Circle Station. Google maps led us around the back for some reason. The front entrance is the same side where you first spot the Tomate Cafe.We got the Groupon package (facial, massage, manipedi, and a glass [it was in a Styrofoam cup tho] of wine) and we went during the week. We were told its really peaceful during the week.Helena was an amazing aesthetician! She did my facial and wasnt pushy with selling me products. We had a lovely time chatting. Que, my masseuse, was efficient and strong.With Que and some of the nail technicians, you have to trust their movements and what theyll do next. I can see how this can be a little jarring for some people.You can also add to the package (a hair service, a body scrub, etc) as long as their schedule allows for it. Its possible to get everything done and to be fully pampered all day!Also, theres a COVID charge of $6 (maybe $3 per person? Not sure), even though my husband and I were fully vaccinated.

First of all if you go and get a facial, see Sedi. She was very sweet and fit my daughter in for her birthday even though she had an appointment. She suggested a cleanser for my daughter that actually works for the entire house! She was sweet and gave us some places to visit while in DC. A real credit to this great place. Our manicures were really beautiful and our nails looked great for weeks.

SpaLogic is my number one go-to for massages for the last six years living in DC and will continue to be when I come to visit. Excellent training and overall very satisfied with all of the masseuses - especially Wendy and Sara.

I tried this place for the first time and did Shellac manicure. The nails came out ok and Kim was nice. I didn’t like the rushed treatment though, and the cuticle cleaning was a bit superficial. I also found the place to be far from a “spa”, very crowded, and the separating plastic curtains all over the place were a bit much. The black hand pads need a replacement, the leather is so trashed.

My kids gave me for my birthday a great day at this spa. I was wonderful Donna did a great massage for me her experience is unbelievable she make me feel great and now my back feel much better after she work on all the knots that I had from all the stress. Donna Im looking forward to comeback for an other great massage. I sleep so well after that massage.

I normally do not write many reviews but I received the absolute worst customer service here today. I spoke to someone who was apparently the manager named Michael. He was just so unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful. I have never experienced this type of attitude. He interrupted me multiple times and his tone while speaking to me was nasty. I booked through class pass and wanted to use the same technician that I always go to when I come to Spa Logic. He told me that I cant because I booked through class pass, I would have to pay regular prices to choose the technician I want. I have been coming here religiously for over a year now and ive never had an issue, why cant I use the technician that I like if she is available? It just doesnt make sense. More than that it was his whole attitude and demeanor towards me, when we got off the phone I told him that its never been an issue. He responded with, thats your opinion and im sorry you feel that way. Ive been in customer service my whole life and this is most definitely not how you speak to or treat a loyal customer. I will not be going back here.

Wow! What an amazing experience at this spa. My friends gifted me the groupon spa package and it included so many awesome services. I requested to have the massage by Sarah, facial by Fatiha and pedicure/manicure with Anu. Not only are these ladies talented, but some of the nicest and friendliest people. It was my first time getting a massage & facial, needless to say I am CANNOT WAIT to go back. It was beyond relaxing and I thank these ladies deeply for such an incredible experience. P.S. my gel pedicure has lasted over a month and still looks PERFECT.

I had an absolutely wonderful spa day at Spa Logic! I used their Groupon deal and added on a couple services, which resulted in an afternoon chock full of pampering. My main esthetician was Fatiha. She is extremely attentive, professional, thorough, and flat out awesome! From the body scrub to the massage to the facial... 3 home runs, she really knocked it out of the park!The establishment seems vigilant and their Covid precautions. My temperature was checked. I was prescreened prior to my appointment and had to sign a waiver acknowledging that I didnt have symptoms. Sanitizer is readily available. Everyone was in masks. & there are plastic partitions between each mani/pedi station. However I splurged on the VIP room for privacy and extra indulgence... #WorthIt.Joly did a fantastic job with my claws. I arrived with a full set done elsewhere and she corrected the hack job they did on my cuticles. She is gentle, detail oriented, & takes her time... very important in terms of nails.I am very appreciative to the entire Spa Logic staff. Everyone was warm, friendly, and professional. I feel like a million bucks & now I am finally a presentable human being again. THANK YOU!!!Ladies do yourselves a favor and book your appointment ASAP!

One of the best massages I’ve ever had, by Matthew. Very grateful. Followed by the absolute worst facial of my life. Thank god I didn’t add the dermaplaning like I had hoped; I’d probably be missing an ear. My nails look good but the environment is loud and crowded, it was impossible to communicate with the tech with her mask, behind plexiglass and all the fans and noise. I didn’t hear a single word she said. I will book a massage with Matthew again for sure but I definitely do not recommend anything else if you’re looking to relax.

I do the pedicure b/c I play a lot of sports and it really feels nice to be pampered. They do a great job, and I’ve not left disappointed. We recently tried their 50 min deep tissue couples massage and also were pleased with atmosphere and the therapists. Check their websites for discounted days and Groupon also to score a deal. They add a $3 fee for Covid PPE, p/p. Tips are cash only.

Since the beginning of Covid-19, this place has been very clean and sanitized. All of the employees wear facial coverings and always make sure the place is disinfected. I recommend this place to anyone who wants a massage or hair cut/coloring and ask for Sarah! She is very professional and knows how to make your experience very nice and comforting! Also the owner is very nice, kind and knows how to create a very welcoming space!

I would definitely recommend the full body deep tissue massage. Wendy was exceptional and meticulous. I am definitely going back. The only letdown was the person at the front desk, who wasnt very welcoming.

I wanted to have a spa day with my friend for her birthday and was looking up places to go on Google and found the add they had with Groupon. I thought it was a good deal and was excited to try the spa package!Placed the orders on Groupon and left them a voicemail and an email to make an appointment. However, havent heard back so, my friend called them this morning! Only to hear that they have appointments available today but not for Groupon deals. Told her angrily/disappointedly that the earliest they have for discounted deals is in early February and hang up on her.I have no problem waiting to go there in February only if they were nice on the phone. Seems like they judge and treat you differently depending on if you have a Groupon deal or not so dont really want to go there to get mistreated so, cancelled all the Groupon orders.Why work with Groupon if their intention is to mistreat the people who get their deal? They need to learn to treat people equally and provide a good service no matter what to get more clients. What they dont understand is if people like their service the first time, theyre most likely to return again and pay full price. Maybe they dont need more clients! Who knows!Please be aware that they mistreat you if you get Groupon deals. I regret spending so much time on this place! Happy to take my business elsewhere!

I went to Tracy. Shes the best! I am so incredibly picky about my hair and have been in search of a hair stylist for more than 5 years that actually cuts my hair how I ask. She rebuilt the structure of my layers, and a good haircut really does make all the difference in ones confidence! Love this place. Lovely people.

I got my nails done at Spa Logic this weekend and Amanda did such a good job! She was super friendly and my nails look great. A bit pricier than what you normally pay, but definitely worth it for the quality!

Service was trash and underwhelming. $77 for a pedicure…seems like they wanted to just make money. Calluses and dead skin were not removed completely during my pedicure. Hand slaps were given in place of massages…(ridiculous). Service was very subpar and will tell you that you owe more than the intended price. Go elsewhere. Not worth it!!!

I just went to Spa Logic on a whim and I am over the moon with the service and my hair cut. Kathy asked some questions about my hair and desires and an hour later I walked out feeling like a million bucks. Even a few washes after the layers look flawless and I still feel like I walked out of the salon. I highly recommend Kathy for all hair needs.

Massage with Sarah was fantastic. I walked in very tight in my shoulders, neck - she could feel the stress I carry and amazingly melted it away. She has magical hands, and it’s instinctual for her. I’m from Chicago and have had many massages, she IS the best! I might have to fly back to see Sarah. Be warned if you are looking for a light Swedish “pleasant” massage, this is not it. But if you want to truly trust her hands to relieve stress and pain she is your girl!!

The worst massage I have ever had. No technique, painful, zero relaxation, place not clean, and amateurs doing the work. STAY AWAY if you looking for a massage. I dont know about their other services.

The staff is friendly, its a well oiled machine when you come for all the services.Definitely will be back for a massage and facial. The mani/pedi was hold just prefer my regular salon.

I have gone here several times to get my eyebrows tinted and waxed. Before yesterday, it had always been a great experience. I usually left feeling refreshed with great eyebrows. Plus- the people are as sweet and friendly as can be. However, yesterday I had someone different tint and wax them and she burned my skin. I thought the wax felt hotter than usual but assumed she knew what she was doing. I woke up this morning with red burns and peeling skin from the wax. What is even worse is my eyebrows are crooked! I am very disappointed with my experience and will be finding a new salon.

At Spa Logic on the first floor, the nail technicians have great attention to detail. When my friend and I received the GEL manicure and pedicure services, they told us to come back within 3 days if we found any chipping issues. The nails look and have stayed in great conditions.

I was given a gift of a full body massage, facial and mani pedi. I am accustomed to deep tissue massage, but when they get up on the table with you, put their elbow into your shoulder bone and tell you to take the pain to make it good . . . NO! I told her to stop three times before she finally stopped doing it. The facial was great. Her reviews were not favorable so I knew what to expect walking in there. So when she asked me what do I use on my skin, I replied I saw your reviews and Im going to tell you, absolutely nothing. We laughed and talked about much and I appreciate her forwardness. I think her unfavorable reviews are due to very sensitive people. The mani pedi was also wonderful. He was pleasant and did a beautiful job. He explained all he was doing and everything was great. Id recommend Spa Logic, but not the massage.

Wow! Cant believe they were so busy in the afternoon on Saturday. Had a nice spa pedicure that ends with a 5 minute shoulder massage. The staff is great and it is a very busy place. Enjoyed the services and would recommend it to others.

I got a very nice haircut here and my hairstylist was very friendly and gave me just what I wanted. However, when I left I was charged a service fee on top of the price of my haircut, which I thought was ridiculous. I asked what it was for and didnt get a clear answer. It was just $3, but still... felt like I was being squeezed.

Was expecting to get treated like a queen for my birthday. I work a very physically demanding job. You think they would be in tuned with your body. If she was a tad bit softer it would have been the perfect deep tissue massage and i wish she spent more time on my feet. I felt like i was being skined alive during my facial but my friend said thats normal. My nails were done perfect, but when I asked her to callus remove my feet her job was sketchy, I couldnt had done this at home. The other nail lady changed the price of my nails 3 times and each time it got higher. I dont know if that was because I was black, young, or it was my birthday. She gave me a glass of wine and disappeared, I would had like another one but no one asked and I shouldnt have to if i am doing a spa day. Once my nails dried i could not wait to leave. I felt like a hostage, i wanted to leave the nail salon because of the fumes and the lady called the receptionist to tell her where I was going. Where am I going to go, I got dropped off. I asked yo use their phone because its the spa i assumed we are not allowed those things and they took 20 mins to get it and did not let me use it for myself. My friend said that she was rude and told her where is she and to come get me. I barely talked and I was very nice to everyone. Its a nice place and all but i am going somewhere else when i does my next spa trip in October. This was not a good first impression of the spa for me.

Had a great couples massage at spa logic. They are a little pricey but will give you a discount as a first time guest. They have Groupon deals that are pretty good but they wouldn’t let us share the same room if we purchased 2 Groupons. (Makes no sense to me since the couples room wasn’t reserved.)Pinkie was my masseuse and she provided just enough pressure. They also ask if you prefer Swedish or deep tissue. I wasn’t sure so I asked if we could start with Swedish and if I could handle it move to deep tissue. Apparently this is a combination massage and there is an uncharge for that.The spa is on the top floor. The lowest level had a nail salon and the middle level has a hair salon. The spa gives you a secluded feel once you’re up there.Overall, I would go back.

I highly recommend a combination massage (Thai, Swedish, and Deep Tissue) with Sarah. Where relaxation meets body and muscle adjustment. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. They are always able to fit me in last minute or in a friendly timeframe. Haircut was great too.

My boyrfriend and i bought groupon combo for $187 each that included massage,facial,mani and pedi. Wow it is such a great deal! Barely any waiting time. They had us ready to go as soon as we walked in the door. The staff was very nice and there was always someone to direct us. The facial lady started with questions about how we took care of our face. It was fine at first, but it slowly turned into condescending for a bit. She did a good job though.The massage was next. It was fantastic as she concentrated where i wanted her time to be. Music was soothing and massage oil was not too much where you feel like you can be put on a frying pan.The mani and pedi was great!!! You get wine for free. Such a clean place and pretty. The acetone smell was well ventilated and didnt feel as if i might pass out. If you want gel its $20 add on.I will come back,!!!!

We may go back on a less busy day; early Friday was pretty busy - too many staring eyes and people not moving through the stations. However, when I could access the different places, the water jets provided relief for sore muscles. A couple sections were under powered. The dry rooms were interesting and could have been improved with some soft music, no TVs, and enforcing quiet rules. Luckily we had a Groupon; full price would have been too much.

Im disappointed in my experience. After purchasing a Groupon package which consisted of facial, fmassage, a mani/pedi, I was expecting several hours of relaxation. Thats far from my experience. My facial was first. The aesthetician asked what I do to clean my face. I told her that I dont use any products, just water. She scolded me for not using an facial cleanser. Then she kept making remarks about me not taking care of my face. I can understand if she said something like you should strongly consider using a cleanser because... and left it with that. Instead she kept getting on me when I just wanted to relax. Obviously this is her job and passion, but theres a better way to show you care.Next, the massage. Ive had countless. I know I have a great experience when I fall asleep during the massage. This massage...not so much. I requested a Swedish, but never had one like this. The masseuse very aggressive, though everyone writing reviews raves about her. I told her when the pressure was too hard, and she adjusted somewhat. She used various techniques that cracked my joints. I felt like I was in a chiropractor office. I could not relax at all. She obviously felt like she had done a wonderful job. At the end, she asked How do you feel? I replied fine - as in Im not in any pain or discomfort after making it through the massage. She said she was disappointed that I didnt feel great. If you like a lot of pressure, then this will be good for you. I like to get my kinks/knots worked on but she was way too aggressive. Based on the reviews everyone else who goes there likes it. One maneuver on my foot was really painful.The mani/pedi went well. All in all, the structure/transition of the day went well. Everyone was friendly. However, I wont be going back.

I have gotten my hair cut with Rachel for years. She is always warm and cuts my hair exactly as I like.

It was a fine haircut, but I used a Groupon voucher, and it seems like the staff did a bait-and-switch. When I sat down, the stylist said that they charge an extra $20 for hair longer than shoulder-length. I just got a basic trim, but it wasnt the deal I though it would be with Groupon because of the extra $20 fee.

Went for a masage. It was a terrible experience. Not only did they take me in 30 minutes late, the massage was the worst I have ever had. I left before it was over and I was hurting in places I didnt hurt prior to my visit.

Alajah is an excellent esthetician with a calming energy. Her facials are relaxing and rejuvenating and I always leave glowing.

Excellent reflexology appt. with Sarah! Her skills were superb, and I left feeling as if the natural flow of energy in my body had been restored. Aaron did an awesome job scheduling my appt, and making me comfortable while observing the Covid protocols.

Micheal is very rude, I would NEVER return! Staff is unbelievable, and it is unclean! Utensils are not properly cleaned, sheets dirty, etc. so unhappy! For sure felt discriminated against being serviced here smh. Groupons are not WORTH it! Go somewhere else!

Hit or miss, some people were great, while others caused my wife to cry on her birthday and ruin much of the day. Whole 3 hour experience seemed very rushed (ended just after 2 hours); massage ignored requested focus regions and some were seemingly not trained in upsold techniques (i.e., hot stones).

Spa Logic has EVERYTHING! and I mean everything, from hair to mani/pedis to facial s, massage, eye lash extensions and eyrbrow, Microblading. Excellent staff,a very classy and warm atmosphere, I highly recommend, for massages ask for Johanna (you wont regret it) for facials ask for Kathy and hair Nancy.

I went to Spa Logic just once. I asked to make an appointment with someone with experience in styling coarse curly hair. The receptionist recommended 2 people, and I selected Mily, who was available at a convenient time for me. I made an appointment with her for 11:30 and called on the appointment day to confirm it. I was put on hold and then disconnected 3 times--the fourth time I called & asked the person who took the call not to hang up on me again. He must have felt from my voice that I was upset and listened to asked me why I called. I told him, and he confirmed the appointment time. I showed up at exactly 11:30, but Miley was with another client. At 11:50 I decided to ask what was going on and approached the manager, who happened to be at the reception desk. He told me that Miley was still with the client. When asked why was my appointment made and confirmed for 11:30 instead, the manger told me that the client before me was late. When I asked why the other client wasnt told to wait until Miley is done with my hair, I was told that it would to take just a few minutes. I decided to wait until 12:00 pm. I approached again the manager only to find out that unfortunately Miley was still busy with the other client. I was becoming quite angry and asked the manager again why I was the one to wait and not the client who was late. The manager told me that the client is getting the hair done for a wedding as if that should matter to me. I was quite upset and made no effort to conceal it. He promised to check on the status upstairs, where Mileys station was, but I didnt see him going there. I saw him instead going in another area of the ground floor and talking to other people. He then returned to the reception desk to talk to the receptionist and when I asked about the status with Miley, he told me he was going to have another stylist do my hair and offer me a discount. The caveat was that I had to wait for another 5-7 minutes (like in the Chinese restaurant episode from Seinfeld). I had a feeling that I might have to wait for more (it was already 12:10 pm, and said I would wait for no more than 7 minutes and would like a 50% discount considering the time I had wasted. The manager appeared scandalized and offered 30%. I agreed, but then I realized that that the stylist whom Id pay less would be quite frustrated by the arrangement and might not do a good job on my hair and also might not have experience with coarse curly hair. The manager assured me that all his stylists are versed in all types of hair, but I had no reason to trust his judgment. In addition, I might need to wait for him or her indefinitely, as everyone seemed to be very busy. I decided to just leave and never come back. I got a great haircut the same day with Carl at the Last Tangle. I highly recommend it. Since I didnt have an appointment and it was lunch time, I had to wait for about 10 minutes, but I got the attention I needed and the cut I wanted in a very professional atmosphere.

Tony was very unprofessional and refused me service because i went from getting wax and gel set to only nail set because i was running late and did not want to hold the workers past the salon closing time. This happened after he called me to ask if i was still coming. So because the cost of my service was lower he refused my appointment! Very veryyyy unprofessional

I called in to set an appointment for a haircut and the front staff was rude and impatient. When I was trying to determine a suitable appointment time, I was cut short, put on hold and transferred around from one person to the other. It shouldnt be that hard to schedule an appointment over the phone. I am extremely disappointed by their customer service.

I got my eyelash done by Jiba.. She did an amazing job on my eyelashes; they look so natural and feel light on my eyes ... I high recommend Jiba for eyelash service!

Amazing mani and pedi! My hotel recommended SpaLogic and gave me a discount card. I’m so happy they did. Very reasonable prices and incredible service. I will definitely be back.

Decent massage! Cut short on time by 10 minutes by constantly leaving to pick up things and started late. Other than that highly recommend the massages.

From the moment I entered the salon and I was greeted by exceptionally helpful/professional staff to my hair styling/ color and gel manicure pedicureI was impressed by the client attention/quality of service -- they also have spa services such as massages facials and also reserve time for your special events -- go there you will be totally taken care of no matter what client service you reserve!

My boyfriend and I came here for pedicures. Everyone was so nice and welcoming, and we left feeling very relaxed.

My microchanneling did not improve my skin; I ended up with hyperpigmentation afterward. The aesthetician, Kathy, was kind and helpful afterward.

They are open until 11pm! Who can beat that? Newly remodeled nail shop. Very modern and hip to the new products and style. Beverage included.

Services are always good. But, this time we had to wait for abt 90 mins, even after we both had appointments. Out Saturday night plans were messed up.

Went there for a couples massage with hot stones...very friendly staff, reasonable pricing, relaxing setting...they really worked us over but in the end it felt great and it was just what we needed.
