Terrible experience- don’t waste your time or money. The facility is extremely small- a maximum capacity of 3 people- there is no privacy as you try and undress nor any place to get ready after your treatment. Not much they can do about that but this is the Ritz and there shouldn’t have been dirty towels and used robes overflowing in the bins. The massage was subpar. The therapist did not work on the areas I requested and when I reminded her, did a quick 5 min focus at the end. They also ran out of bottled water. When we checked out, the gal never asked how our experience was. All she wanted to know was what form of payment to use. Turns out the receptionist was actually the spa manager. We did share our poor experience but she just stared at us and said nothing. She did of course add a 20% gratuity to the bill.I followed up later with the hotel manager but he didn’t seem concerned either. This was a girls day out to celebrate a friend’s birthday and it was so disappointing. Definitely the first and last time I will go to the Ritz spa. Wait until the Four Seasons and the Salamander have completed their renovations for a far better experience with excellent customer service. Save your money on the spa and go upstairs to the lounge with the fireplace where the wait staff was outstanding and the food divine.

KATIE did the absolute best job on my customizable facial. My skin has never felt so clean and hydrated, and it was so relaxing! She took the time to ask me about my skin type and what I was looking for in the facial. Absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a great facial! 10/10 she was amazing!! Also such a relaxing spa and atmosphere, and such friendly and helpful staff!

I was greeted immediately and given a tour of the facilities which are beautiful but fairly small in comparison to other spas Ive been to. Two showers, dry sauna, and a steam room. I wished there was a pool or Jacuzzi, so I could soak, but I came early, so I could try out everything! It was a Tuesday afternoon, and it was very quiet. I believe I was the only guest! I had a lovely couple hours relaxing while waiting for my treatment, which was a Nourished Body Glow. A full body dry brush then scrub and oil application followed by a back massage. It was heavenly! Everyone was so accommodating and professional. I had a wonderful experience overall!

I cant say enough about the comfortable, beautiful spa facility at the Ritz-Carlton, Georgetown and how glad I am its reopened. Why? Katie Ghazzar! She has been my esthetician for the past 15 years...super friendly and incredibly gifted at making my skin healthy and glowing! Youll never want to leave the table after all the treatments and massage! If youre looking for the best facial in town, do not look any further! Cant wait to return!

Had one of the best facials performed by Jennifer K. Very knowledgeable and took such good care of me during our session. She never tried to hard sell or upgrade me on products. Totally trusted her recommendations and expertise. I felt like a million dollar client.

Honestly felt discriminated as I walked in there. To be seen and spoken to as if I was an outcast and to find out the guy is the general manager? That is untorolable BEHAVIOR. Maybe he needs to be educated and given some classes in regards to culture and perhaps he might be a little better off. Never going there again

The Spa at the Ritz-Carlton Georgetown is definitely worth the visit. I came for the day to enjoy the gym and spa ammenities. No services this time. I believe the day pass runs you at about $50. The reception is small but the service is exceptional. You are led down a small windy hall to the locker rooms, where there is a small but efficient and relaxing sauna and steam room. Note, the facilities are smaller as this is a boutique hotel. There is no whirlpool or pool. The gym is complete with hand weights and cardio equipment and can be a rather quite calm place to work out. The best part of this spa is the relaxation room. There is some great artwork there and it is a very tranquil place to spend the afternoon. I willmost certainly return to enjoy some spa services next time.

Made a spa appointment for my birthday in December, I was surprisingly disappointed at the level of service and my spa experience. I honestly dont write reviews but the massage was mediocre, the space was very small and the service was definitely not the Ritz service you would expect; they completely forgot to add the hot stone add on that was part of the appointment and didnt even acknowledge my birthday (why ask what Im celebrating when I made the appointment if youre not even going to acknowledge on the day of service). To add to the fun or not so fun birthday spa event, the valet scratched my new car that was less than 5 days old and never told me about it, once discovered (two days later), the valet company (Colonial Parking) which is contracted out by Ritz wouldnt take responsibility since the vehicle was removed from the facility without reporting any incident to their attention. Tell me who checks their vehicle each time you valet? There is a level of honesty you expect from the company to report to you if they damage your car but trust me that didn’t take place. I know for a fact the damage took place under their possession because that was the ONLY time anyone else drove my new car and the car was parked (damage was not the kind of damage that would happen while a car is parked) after getting home since my work is walking distance from my place of resident. Needless to say, I will not be coming back to the spa nor allowing my car to be driven by colonial parking EVER!

They were so nice and professional. I got a Brazilian and a half leg wax. I feel so smooth that I could slip out of bed tonight. Jennifer was my waxer. Ask for her! Shes sweet and lovely.

This is a great spa. I went for a facial with Katie, and it was amazing. My face is very hydrated now. I also went to a hot stone massage treatment and I loved it. Highly recommended

I would just like to say whoever Zoe is was super helpful and friendly. She helped me find my way with an eGift card that was gifted to me! I spoke with many people who were NOT helpful but she was concerned and made sure I got the answers I needed! Thanks again Zoe!
