LaVida Massage

Had such a wonderful experience that I’m writing this in the parking lot right after my massage. I didn’t catch the name of the lovely girls at the front desk, but they were extraordinarily welcoming, friendly, and personable. I saw Jenna for a ninety minute massage and it was everything I wanted. She focused on the areas that I needed extra work on, and used the perfect amount of pressure. I was very comfortable and had a very positive experience! Definitely signing up for the membership!

I love everything about LaVida! Olivia is amazing!!! I’ve used many different massage therapists and only had one bad experience. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing. I highly recommend them !

My significant other and myself enjoyed a couples massage. The surroundings were perfect....calm, low light and low music....comfortable tables as well. Both Jenna and Cheryl were professional, very kind and listened to our needs. This was our first experience at LaVidas and we were not disappointed. Also, we were welcomed with smiles and friendly greetings. Appreciate the wonderful customer service. Even when I made the appointment over the phone, I was treated with respect and care. Thank you to everyone we interacted with.

Went here for the first time to check it out and had an incredible experience. Emily was very professional and did a great job of making it a relaxing experience all while helping relieve me of a lot of the stiffness and stress Ive been carrying in my shoulders and back.

I have been a member since September, each month I am always very happy with the atmosphere at LaVida. Front desk is always friendly and helpful. Julie has been outstanding, very respectful of the times I want to just relax, and have quiet time. She had healing hands and is very sweet. The comfort of the table, the sheets are luxurious feeling. It is a great way to spoil yourself! Making appointments have been easy as well. I tell everyone to go to LaVida.

Julie is fantastic! She does such a good job of getting me relaxed I sometimes fall to sleep. She is kind, respectful and professional. I like that she will chat with me if I want or keep silent when I dont want to talk. LaVida Massage is a clean place with a quiet, relaxing atmosphere and everyone is caring and professional. The prices are very reasonable as well.

This was my first visit at the Washington location. I was pleasantly surprised and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From the moment I walked in I felt at ease. My massage therapist, Nicole was fabulous!! She was very attentive, pleasant, and has magic fingers and hands that were pure heaven…. I will definitely be back and highly recommend Nicole and this location!!!I only wish the cost was lower so I could go more often. I wouldn’t be able to do the monthly visits that cost less.

My fiance and I had a couples massage and it was awesome. My therapist was Nicole and I have to say she is AWESOME. Kind hearted, very nice and give one hell of a massage. My fiance therapist was Sandra and he says that she was very very good as well. She hit all of his stiff spots throughout his neck and he left feeling refresh. The overall space was clean and front desk was very very nice as well. Will definitely be back!!!!

This whole staff is amazing! So easy to talk to, so informative, and beyond accommodating! Tayna was such a pleasure! Hands of gold! Alexis was such a sweetheart and very informative! I can’t say enough about Brittney !!! She is beyond great! So happy we booked our office holiday party here!

The staff is so friendly and nice. The rooms are so clean. The girls at the front desk (Britney) are so nice and helpful. Emily is amazing at what she does. Emily has really helped my aches and pains . They have great hours and I feel they can accommodate all. They have a loyalty program that helps save you money massage after massage. They have a bunch of cool items for sale. Go check them out - you wont be dissatisfied.

I had a massage with Nicole yesterday and it was the best massage I have ever received! She had wonderful reviews, so I trusted them and booked an appointment, and she did not disappoint! I work from home and am a full time student, so I have a ton of tightness in my neck and shoulders, I left feeling relaxed and my muscle tension was gone. I will be back for sure!

Jenna was amazing! Her massage technique was different from those Ive had in the past, in a very good way! She listened and address all my concerns and problem areas, would highly suggest her to anyone! Maddi, at the front desk is always so welcoming and makes the check out process so fast & easy!

I had Emily for the first time and she was great at working on all of the area’s I needed. I get a lot of stress and tension in my upper back, shoulders and neck. I feel so loose now. I will go to her again and recommend anyone who needs a good deep tissue massage! The receptionist Brittney is always so kind and friendly every time and answers any questions you may have!

Heather is an amazing therapist. She listens to my needs and focuses appropriate time on the areas that need the most attention. Most important, she knows what she is doing! The staff are extremely friendly and the atmosphere promotes relaxation. Highly recommend!

Katherine was great! I’ve had several prenatal massages that did not go well and this was the first time I felt like someone did it right! The perfect amount of pressure and helped me feel a lot of relief in my muscles. Highly recommend!-Meghan

The place is clean and well maintained.The staff is friendly and I feel I get a lot of value for the price. Above all else the 2 massage therapists I work with are on staff (Nicole & Sandra) do an excellent job.It’s nice to see the same faces. One thing that I didn’t like about some of the other companies with similar business models is the massive amounts of employee turnover. It’s a bad sign when nobody sticks around.

Lavida Massage, Washington, was very welcoming and clean. The girls were helpful and answered all my questions. They were very friendly. Julie was my massage therapist and she was very very good. She was gentle but firm enough to get all my aches and pains away. So relaxing…I came out of there a new woman. I’ve already booked my appointment for my next massage with Julie. Can’t wait. Lexi gave me and my bonus daughter our first ever facials!!! And babeeee my face is as smooth as a baby’s bottom!! She was so sweet through the whole process and telling me step by step what she was putting on my face what the be if it’s were .. and her arm massage was 🔥!!! I would give 10 stars if I could!!!! Well worth the 1hr drive and the money!!! Don’t miss out she is the best!!

They are very clean and friendly! My massage therapist Julie is the best therapist I have ever had! She is focused on your needs and doesn’t try and have a conversation with you while you are trying to relax.

Katherine is a rare find! An amazing therapist and a wonderful human being!! Investing in my well-being with regular massage therapy is one of the best things Ive ever done for myself. I wish I hadnt waited so long. Dont put off taking care of you!

For me it goes like this. Im a busy body, I dont sit still and surely never fall asleep in front of strangers. Nicole put the Mike Tyson on me and knocked me out! I had to peel myself from the table I had melded with. Shes amazing, that is all!

I can not thank Brittney, Nicole and Katherine enough for there absolutely amazing service. They went so far above and beyond with every aspect of our experience.I surprised my boyfriend with a couples massage as part of an all day scavenger hunt where he had to figure out the clues to each of his destinations. Not only did they deliver on exceptional massages, definitely one of THE best I’ve ever had, they facilitated in making his birthday fun and a day we will never forget. It was definitely one of the best parts of our day....my boyfriend commented on multiple occasions throughout the day how fantastic it was and that we will for sure be returning.Thank you again for all that you did to make his birthday special. It’s going to be difficult to raise the bar next year 🤗.

I got a call this morning, from this location saying my massage appointment is was unfortunately canceled because “my massage therapist” Jenna called in very last minute sick which is understandable people get sick sometimes. But I get a call the day off to cancel my appointment and they didn’t even try to find someone else for me to come into my appointment. This is unprofessional especially since this would be my first time coming here. I would not recommend coming to this location. For their unprofessionalism, and that fact that they were very Inconsiderate to find someone else for my appointment. I have been waiting a month for my appointment for it to be canceled last minute. I am very disappointed, I had to call serval other locations just to get an appointment. This is unacceptable. If I could give zero stars I would.

I have had many massages in my lifetime. Jane is by far the most knowledgeable therapist I have ever encountered. I spoke to her about my anxiety, tension and migraines. She was very compassionate and was able to help me with my issues. I left there feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. :)

Very nice place, massage beds are clean, comfy & heated. The atmosphere is warm and relaxing my massage was wonderful given by Kathleen this was a gift from my daughter which was a very pleasant surprise I do plan on making this a regular treat for myself!!!

My massage was done very thoroughly and professionally.I felt so much relief that I wasn’t really expecting from a massage.I’ll definitely be coming back.

We have a spa finder gift card for 50 bucks and my boyfriend called them to check if they would take it. The lady who answered the phone said yes. She took the number of that gift card to double check and made the appointments for two of us. We showed up on time and had to wait 10-15 min before they started the massage session and guess what, they ended it at when the clock hit one hour session, did not give us back our 10-15 minutes that we missed by them. Not yet, when we cashed out, the girl at the front deck tried to charge both of our massage service on that gift card and of course it was denied because its only 50 bucks gift card (she didnt tell us, the spa finder told us about it when we called them later) She should have just charge for one of us on that card and the rest on our credit but I guess she wasnt too smart to know the basic logic. However, she didnt realize that and started to claim that they couldnt take the gift card, must be something wrong with the spa finder gift card company and then she even had a gut to say that my boyfriend must have told her over the phone that we had their gift card instead of spa finder gift card. Stupid and lair. We wont ever be back. How could they checked the gift card number and booked the appointments for us and couldnt know what kind of gift card it was. We talked to the manager but nothing changed because we already paid with our credit card. Their massage werent that great anyway. Its okay job. But I dont like the the way the girl at the deck lied to us and tried to claim us and the spa finder about the incident.

Its nice that Brittany remembers who I am and greets me by name before I even open my mouth! And Nicole is an excellent masseuse as she is attentive to every need!

I was in a lot of pain, and needed a therapeutic, sports massage. I was very clear about what I needed, but there’s always a possibility I’d be paired with someone who thought that meant a candlelights and oil relaxation massage.I was so pleased that my experience was exactly as I wanted, and even surpassed my expectations. She listened well to me, and explained along the way what she was doing to diagnose and help fix the tension in my body that was causing the lower back pain.I left a new and better person because of the care I received.MB

LaVida Massage of Washington is awesome! I try and go at least once a week as it really helps my back and I sleep better. Everyone is very friendly and helpful and my masseuse is one of the best I have ever experienced. Great place and I highly recommend it.

Katherine at the Washington Lavida did an amazing job of significantly reducing my neck and shoulder pain. She has excellent skills and knows how to apply them for maximum benefit.
