Always a pleasant experience when I stop in there. Always the same guy there too. Very friendly and knows his products. Definitely stop in if youre in the area and are in need of some vaping supplies. He has a wide variety of juices, mods, tanks, and accessories. Good dude, great little shop.

The owner John is so good to his regulars. I love going in there bc no matter what I need or want or can afford, he makes sure I leave happy. Everyone who works there is so helpful and friendly and educated on their products. Definitely the best prices in Washington and their selection is great. I only buy from them bc I know Ill get the best quality for the lowest price.

Great shop lots of inventory and the owner is great very informative..best around.. This dude best in the BIZ.. I buy model from him 2 months ago best model I ever owned and Im picky. Go back because my Mod was stolen owner informs me he is sold out!! Them he continues to tell me he is running same Mod and Tank that was stolen from me!! He goes way beyond and sells me his personal MOD!! I WONT DO BUSINESS ANYWHERE ELSE.. CANT FIND THAT SERVICE THESE DAYS!!!

John and Austin are some of the nicest and most down to earth people I know. They’ve always taken care of my friends and I and have some of the greatest customer service around. They are all about your experience and not making a sale like most other Vape shops I’ve been too. Great experience and completely reccomend them to everyone.

First time I went in I had little idea of what was going on with vapors. The owner of the place seemed like he was extremely enthusiastic about his business. This in turn, as most should agree, makes the whole experience of our basing his products that more pleasant.The only issue I have, which is not the owners fault, is an issue in finding it through Google navigation. It takes you to the correct area but the incorrect road. I didnt hold this against him because, not his fault.Over all I will be going back Everytime I need color items.

Very friendly was headed to the casino and my coil had gone bad. Told me they had it in stock even bought a juice which they had a large amount of and mods and coils!Love that it is a reclaimed corn silo and next to a barn!! Looking for a different shop with great customer service this is it!

We stopped in on Saturday looking to make our first vape purchase in an effort to quit smoking. John was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable as well. He listened to our needs, and made recommendations accordingly. No pressure or trying to up-sell us on something we didnt need. We couldnt be happier, and the shops they are located in are a super cool atmosphere!Check them out!

Great store!I’m from WVa, but was in the area and needed new coils. So glad I found The Vapor Cloud! The guy there that day was extremely helpful and super pleasant. Would probably have bought that RDA if PA didn’t have a 40% tax on the products.I’ll be back again!If the person working that day reads this, thanks for all your help and information.

The owner is very knowledgeable and helpful. Great variety of juice, always something new and unique to try whenever I come! Hardware selection is smaller than most vape shops, but usually high quality items.

They have really good juice and the owner is a really good and nice person. He took really good care of me every time I was in. The younger employee is really great and helpful as well. The reason I rated 1 star is because of the taller dark haired employee. Im not sure of his name and do not care to know it. He is really smart elicky and rude but in a nice way. The last time I was in there they didnt have the MG of juice I needed so I bought a zero and a twelve which had to be added together to make a 6. When I asked him for something to mix it in he gave me a paper cup and told me good luck. I had to that point spent a lot of money there and sent a whole host of my fellow out of town workers down there to shop. That was just the straw that broke the camels back. I had been dealing with his mouth long before that but that did it for me. I no longer shop there and have referred everyone to the new store in town called Dubtown vapes. I own three Vape stores in Florida and wouldnt even hire that guy to mop my floors.

Awesome shop with super friendly staff. They make you feel really welcome. They are also the only place I know of that sells nicotine salts in store for devices such as the juul. I highly recommend stopping in and checking out their selection. I will be only buying from them from now on. Much better than xperience vape!

I love this vape shop! Its the first one I went to when I started vaping, but of the other ones Ive tried its the best. The owner and other employee have never steered me wrong when it comes to selecting flavors. Other shops Ive been to Ive had to throw away suggested e-juices because they were awful. Ive used every e-juice Ive purchased at the Vapor Cloud. They also helped me in purchasing pens. I wont go anywhere else.

Always pleasant and helpful. They are very customer oriented, focusing on your needs rather than pushing for a sale. They are not actually a cloud, which is disappointing.

Amazing atmosphere awsome workers highly recommend this shop only thing bad is the parking and road to the shop is narrow. If the parking and way in and out was better it would be a 5 star place in my book!
