Stubbys Bowl

Small but cozy. 6 lane alley in the small town of Waterloo WI. Lanes are old but seem well cared for. An old pinball machine, video game and claw machine are provided for the youngins. Appears to be a few gambling electronic games along the wall behind. Food is served smelled and looked good, didnt partake this trip though. Very friendly staff (or perhaps Stubby himself) helped get us set up bowling. Will certainly visit again.

Fun because it is a small place in a small town. We had a work gathering here. Snacks, beer, bowling. No rules, well just normal ones. Plain fun.

They were very kind and helpful two me and my friend (were a little new to the sport and how to work the electronic score pad), the mozzarella sticks were awesome and the bowling was great!

Stopped in for a celebration of life party for a friend. Very crowded. It has a 6 lane bowling alley and pool table on main floor. Drinks are reasonable. They ma have food bu on the day I was there food as catered. Fun for all.

Stubby goes out of his way to make sure his customers have what they are looking for. Sam is the best bartender but others are good too. Lanes are in good condition for leagues considering the size of the house. Fun crowd.

The 1 star is because I can’t give this place a zero star. My brother and his fiancé had set aside 4 lanes to bowl and an area to eat for their rehearsal dinner. They confirmed the date and time multiple times before the day of the event, they were assured everything would be perfect and ready for us. We showed up for bowling, our pizzas had been delivered, but the place was packed and all of the 6 bowling lanes were full of patrons. When my brother and his fiancé asked if we could now have the space and where the confusion was, the bartender responded with “well people showed up, we let them bowl.” We quickly left and made other arrangements. If you also want to get covid, this is the place!! No masks, crowded, and just plain dirty. There is a sign outside saying “no mask we assume a medical condition.” The only condition seemed to be of dental concern since most patrons were missing teeth. Small town Wisconsin is really quite the place.

If your looking for more of a quiet old school kind of experience this is for you. I think they only have 5 lanes so I would call ahead. They had a small menu to order food from.

Lisa is the best bartender ever! Shes amazing and sweet and the best this place has. She deserves a raise or promotion!!!! Great place!!

Great place for the kids to have fun bowling and the adults enjoy their time having a couple adult beverages Bartenders are personable & Stubby is a great owner.

Its a great atmosphere to sit down and have a few beers and enjoy a good game of bowling!
