He also offered my hubs another item and that too was good. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and great prices for vapes.

My posh was burnt. I asked to open it in the store and he said yes. I hit it to make sure it was fine and it is absolutely burnt. They would not accommodate me as every other shop I have been to ensures that I leave happy. I would not recommend coming here because if you buy something and it is burnt, they will not give you a new one. I would recommend sky tec in addison or ashes off of army trail and swift. This was a long review, but only because I seriously left very unhappy.

Calls police to your house after price disagreements.Sid knows everything until you tell him the actual retail price of juice in the area. Great place if you know nothing about vapes and want to pay TOP dollar. He tried to sell 4 60ml for 50 dollars as a Deal after I said I buy 2 for 23.

Sid, the manager is great. He is suuuuper nice and very helpful! The selection is also really good with all kinds of vape and CBD products. I was only in there briefly, so I didnt really see their selection of other products such as glass and kratom stuff, but Im sure theyll carry anything you need.

Been in shop a few times. Never had a bad experience per say, but this last time I was in, was a great experience. I have bought a ton of different devices all over and all have either failed on me or I lost interest in them all together. Charles showed me a new type of mod called the Orion and I absolutely love this thing. He explained everything about it to me and was really good about answering my questions. I was reluctant to buy it at first, because I thought it would end just like the other 10 that I got, but he did a good job selling it to me and I have to say he knows his stuff. This is the most killer device I’ve ever owned and it’s worth every penny. Also they have my favorite juice out of all the different places I’ve been to. So, thanks Charlie, I appreciate your knowledge and patience, and you’ve got one happy customer right here in me🤙🏻

He always is in a good mood and when I come early to get my ecig so I can manage my day he has the doors open straight open at 10. Ask him what the best vapes are he always on it.

Everyone there is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Theyre always there when I get there at 11am and have some killer pipes and other smoking devices. A bunch of vape options too -- many more than other vape shops around here that I have visited. Quality all around.

My boyfriend stopped into this place one night looking for a specific vape juice that we wanted to try. He was amazed by the guys working. They are extremely informative, helpful and honest. They do not push products or things that you dont need and good prices. He has gone back to this place a few times since and every time he comes home with nothing but good things to say. Good mod selection and e juice variety. Sign up with five stars app to get deals with purchases. A little on the expensive side for e juices. But friendly and knowledgeable staff. Bought these 3 mods from them.

First time customer and that was greeted with a warm welcome.

I had stopped here for my first time and the gentleman working was phenomenal. He was very informative about all the questions I had and my purchase was highly acceptable. He definitely went above and beyond.

Sept 10 purchased a vape pod. I was told I can bring it in with any issues. Had an issue 7 days later. Dude at the counter would not do an exchange or return. Plus he was difficult asking question after question and not understand what was wrong. 1 star and lost buisness. Very dissapointed.

Misinformed me about a mod. Told me the battery life was 5 hours. Thing need to be charged every hour. When a went to exchange it they refused to do so. Said it had a scratch on it so they couldnt.Did NOT look out for the customer. I will never step foot in there again to give them my money. Neither will my friends.

Unfortunately google doesn’t have zero star and they should make zero star for this kind of store.They sold me vape mechine it came out bad leak and doesn’t burn good despite that i paid 110$ for it, i asked the to replace the tank they said sorry will give you a discount on another tank. Don’t buy from this store it’s vey bad experience for me. I changed the tank and now it’s working fine.
