Posting for my senior Dad. He used to go to another shop but they charged him for an extra bag of tobacco. Luckily someone who knew him was there and told the cashier they over charged him before my Dad paid. I found a new place for him after that. This place has always been very friendly and helpful to my Dad. I hate cigarettes and the such so I cant tell you about their prices. I can, however, tell you that they arent ripping my Dad off. Hes charged for what he buys and nothing more. One product I do like is their incense. The employees there are kind and helpful.

This place is a great shop. They have a ton of glass to browse through and their selection of cigars is unmatched in the area! They have all the best cigars that I have looked for at other places and cant find. The staff is great and the owner is super friendly and will go out of his way ro help you. If he doesnt have it he can get it. Definitely check this place out, you absolutely wont be disappointed.

This shop is the BEST in west Chicago!!!! All products are high quality YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!!!! AMAZING fine cigars!!!!! The mam that works here ( JAY) is bilingual and a great help always! The shop is always kept clean and the owner goes above and beyond :) will keep coming here until I die

This smoke shop is illegally charging customers $1.75 for minimum debit purchases.It is illegal for a business to charge the customer a minimum debit card fee.I will be reporting the business and taking me and my family and friends business else where, like to the smoke shop that’s right across the street, that also has better prices and a better selection.

First time coming here and I definitely recomend it. The owner truly knows what hes talking about. Plus a great selection of products. Plus if youre a cigar smoker the back room is great. Ill definitely be coming back!

Always a pleasure coming in here. Not only does he have a large selection of products not found in allot of stores he also is a certified zippo seller. He has catalogs where you can order zippo products not found in any random vape shop. Check it out youll come for the products but stay for the hospitality.

I live off North ave & 59 and have been to nearly every other vape shop in the area over the years. If youre struggling to pick, Go here if you value hospitality, good prices/deals, & a large selection! blows the others out of the water. Went in looking for juice and was impressed by the great customer service, Will definitely be back.

Those comments about variety, good prices and excellent customer service are completely false, because it is a lie, they sold me a defective posh, at a price of 7 eleven, which is expensive, and the person who served me kept looking at me as if to say, come on quickly so you can leave. You want, its not like other stores Ive been to where they ask you how your day is going or what you were looking for, what you like or what you regularly wear.
