What a great shop!! The manager and the owners were there today when I stopped in and I will definitely be coming back! Great customer service!I stopped in today just to see if they would charge my batteries while I was at the cafe next door and the manager not only helped me out but was very knowledgeable about the industry and was able to answer a few questions. Most importantly, he didnt try to pressure me to buy anything but instead just made sure that he took good care of a potential customer.Bravo!

Been going to this vape shop for so long and every time have had nothing but the upmost respect from both employees. Everytime I go there they have exactly what I need and Im in and out within seconds. The way the employees treat the customers is beyond good. Many selections to choose from at a great low price! (Also none of the workers there have greasy hair, some has just never heard if hair gel 😂😂)

Personally not a fan of nic but the rolling papers are standard and great quality, never break on me while rolling. The co workers here are very quick to offer service and advertise all their products, from bowls and grinders to papers and tobacco. 10/10 will shop again! There are other shops in town with employees that just irritate me (like green smoke) but this shop keeps it real and always has stocked shelves.

At Supernova their prices and deals are great. Of course if you order a vape online it might be cheaper, but you never know If it’s gonna come broken or leaking or used. And Supernova workers are very helpful, they know their stuff when it comes to juice or vape devices and If you ask them about it they will always help you. They remember their costumers and always advice you what to buy. Very nice atmosphere and the look at the sky. Love that place

Worst customer service ever, I was sold two mods, ( rechargeable battery) and one over heated so bad it almost started a fire. I asked not even for my money back, not even a store credit. And they sell tanks where you cant find coils for it anywhere. So now I gotta buy a new tank because I cant find coils anywhere. STAY AWAY. DONT TRUST THESE ASSHATS. They only except cash, well thats what I was told. I live a mile from there and drive to another cape shop 5 miles from my house. I cant believe how disrespectful they were, over priced and worst customer service ever. No stars if that was an option. And Ive been to every cape shape around and they are the worst yet. Good luck finding the store.

If you don’t just want tobacco products but also want Covid-19, this is the perfect place for you. Enjoy the 10 teenagers hanging out inside without masks blowing their smoke everywhere coughing up a storm. Also enjoy going there at 12pm (they advertise that they open at 10) and finding the place closed.The place has terrible, absentee owners. I don’t have the heart to do it but with the current heath hazard violations and the deceptive advertising, the place would be closed down overnight if the right authorities were informed.

Bought a vape. and was told not to use it for 10-15 minutes after purchasing and filling with juice. Stupid me, listens and waits until I get home to try it. Go figure, the battery is broken. 20 minutes later I return to the shop, and the kid(Spanish kid with medium greasy hair) tokd me he couldnt refund my $80 and to go through the warranyt after selling me a broken vape 30 minutes ago. He got upset and told him to call his manager, he then proceeded tobtelt me that I need to relax and that hes much younger then me, and I need to have respect are you serious? Ive been coming here since this place opened since I live within walking distance! Im not sure if he was high because he made no sense or he was trying to impress his girlfriend that was sitting there looking stoned. After the headache he finally called his manager and refunded me my $80. Sad, this place use to be great, I will never ahop here again nor will my friends or family. What a shame!

One of the worst shops in the area. Im surprised they are still in business. I have been here 3 times and every time I come in it reaks of weed. They sell over priced cheaply made products for a a huge mark up. Its the closest shop near my house but I would rather drive the extra 10 minutes then spend money in that shack

At work in West Chicago and needed to get a coil so I go to find out that I have to charge $10.00 to use my Card as I did not have cash. I shop at a lot of Vape Stores and have never had this issue. The Business is too cheep to pay the fee for using a card then you should not except Credit Cards. Wanted to give the benefit of the doubt after reading other negative reviews but unfortunately my experience was a negative one as well.

The employees are fantastic and I would say some of the best out there! They help you with whatever you need and are very kind and knowledgeable. Great environment and great service!

I always come in greeted by great service and great products . The Mexican kid working there does an excellent job at what he does , and helped me walk thru my questions , will definitely come again .

The staff is very knowledgeable and the prices arent bad. Every time I go in, I know I will be leaving with some great tasting juice that doesnt break the bank.

Walk in and the 2 kids in there not wearing masks which isnt a bug deal but as Im walking out you can here them talking and laughing about me wouldnt recommend this place and its a little pricy compared to the shops around
