Bought a disposable vape from shop, i tried it in shop and it tasted burnt the first hit but i thought it was just a harsher vape. When i tried it again it definitely tasted burnt and i mentioned it. She said she couldnt return it because it was probably “something i ate”. Vape died so quickly after, i wont go back to this store. I had great service other times i went, this was rude. She also tried to sell me a pod system when i specifically asked for lower cost disposables and it was not comfortable.

They are having a buy one get one free on carts. I thought it was a great deal until I got home and saw both 3Chi carts have an expiration date of October of 2022. One was leaking when I took the rubber cap off before I could even try it.Are you trying to get rid of expired stock by making it look like a deal? Said it before and Ill say it again. Go across the street to Smokers Town.

Every interaction I have with each employee here leaves me feeling refreshed and a little happier, I’d like to especially shout out Nick for always guiding me in the right place! And I’m not sure which name he goes by but T or Thomas is also very helpful!

Can y’all please get the 12th street phone fixed? It’s very annoying when you’re told something is in inventory but drive there and it’s not! Keep up with your inventory- and get a working phone for your business!

I found this Location when I was taking my car to get serviced at the Toyota dealership. I’m so glad that I did find this location. I buy All my Coils, Juices and Mods from Planet Vapor. Finding this location is super convenient for me when I’m in the area to get my car serviced. Matthew and Emma were so Helpful. Matthew was so helpful and gave some awesome tips on prolonging the life of my batteries in my Mod. He also educated me on how to prolong the life of my coils.
