I came in the store looking for something specific and RoseMary, knew exactly what I was looking for. She even helped me when my cashapp card wouldn’t go through using my iPhone. She helped me buy a new vape and broke it down to me of what to buy and how to take care of it. Thank you so much for your help today.

Rosemary was fantastic, pleasant to talk to and very knowledgeable. Hooked me up with some great flavors today and turned me on to some to try next time. 10/10.

Great service! I visited this location for the first time and was thoroughly impressed. Wonderful vibe/ambiance. After being greeted I was asked if I had my ID, and I thought this was great because it shows the organization’s commitment to restricting access for underaged users. Rosemary at Planet Vapor on 12th St was very helpful in every way when I went in the store today . I got a new device and she took time to show me how to use it. I’ve used the Planet Vapor Stires on Sunset Blvd in West Cola and Huger St in Cola.too . They all 3 have been great to do biz with …For example they allowedme to exchange a device , I’d only bought it rhe night before and when it didn’t work I returned it the next morning they gave me one that did work; easy peezy !

This is by the worst store ive ever been too Ryan sold me a $20+ bottle of juice. I walked out the store to my car and noticed a HUGE leak around the seal. Turned around and walked back in and told him and showed him what was going on he proceeded to text a manager then finally called when he saw i wasnt leaving. Ultimately the manager said no returns or refunds i didnt want a refund or return simply an exchange for the same thing, just a bottle of juice i could take to work. They have lost a customer for life over this. Ill be sure to spread the word to all the people i know who vape. Bunch of thieves if you ask me. Dont come here go somewhere else. Over priced and unwilling to do anything to assist a customer only after that dollar amount. Haha all over $20. Complete joke of a company. On top of all this he trys to sell me a $5 bottle that he couldnt even figure out how to use it!!! There are stains that wont come out of the bottle they clearly knew it leaked but cant waste product!

I am so impressed with the guy that sold me the flavors today!! I went into the shop (very clean and organized) looking for a good menthol and maybe a fruity flavor. I left with both!! Not just one bottle but 2! Serious ICE &SERIOUS Blue !! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! . He said his name was Kato like the green hornet & we had a laugh hereally seemed to know what he was talking about- very knowledgeable and very personable!! I will definitely be returning in the future !

The store its self is great and you can find what you need there, but the employee in this location is so rude. He doesn’t have any customers service skills, he made me feel like I am not respected. I wouldn’t go to this location if you are searching for new flavors, the guys with the beard doesn’t want to help at all and he through the juices on the table and not putting them politely for you. I would go to the other location in Garners Vary Rd not this location at all. I also was at the other location Garners Vary Rd looking for Free Max Mesh Pro tank, and they send me to this location in Huger St because the rude guys says he has it and I went there driving 15 mins and he told me this is the replacement glass that I need and I told him this is for Fireluke tank and he said no it is all written it is Free max and he does not know any thing about tanks. (HE INSISTED IT IS THE RIGHT GLASS) This employee made me loosing money for buying two coils and one replacement glass that doesn’t fit with my vape and made me loosing gas by driving 15 mins. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!

I give most of my business to these guys! They are very helpful and have good customer service! Thanks Chris for helping me pick out the best pod kit. I love it! I’ll be back soon to see you!

By far the best vape store in Columbia. I do wish they were open an hr or so later, but Id prefer it over any of the other seedy shops - even if I have to wait til the next day.Have a pretty decent selection of products. Staff was also super helpful when I had issues with my new mod. I did end up having to buy a new battery, but that was more a manufacturer issue than a store problem.

I bought a SMOK in June, it stopped working, got new pods, wont work with .003 thc juice I bought cause its too thick!! Duh, why did he sell it to me then??Girl talked me into getting just flavor juice dont work!! WILL NOT GO TO THIS VAPE SHOP AGAIN, TRAIN EMPLOYEES TO ACTUALLY SELL YOU SOMETHING THAT WORKS???? 5.22.24, forgot to say the manager offered me a $5.00 discount on a $50.00 item. Are u kidding me.I go to Sams Vape and Tobacco on Two Notch Rd. Now.

Fantastic place, I was helped by miranda who was absolutely amazing and helped me set up my new device and was fantastic on helping with e-liquid flavors, 100% deserves a raise. My new favorite shop and person.

The merchandise I bought was defective. The sales person was rude and nonchalant about my issue. After calling his manager they offered 15% off new pods. The pods I had were new from their store bought less than a week ago. Worst customer service Ive had in a long time. I always go to Kure vape on Columbiana Dr. this is what I get for not staying loyal to them. Theyre customer service is awesome. Lesson learned.

Oh man where do I start. Ms. Ashley is the best she helped me in so many ways and its because she is a person who loves her job and the customers. The store is always clean and its always a positive energy when Ms. Ashley is there. She goes above and beyond. She is the epitome of customer service.

Great staff members! Every time I come here I get prompt service with a friendly face. It helps that they also have a wide variety of juices, both house and outside brands. They let you test the flavors as well, for $0.25 per visit. (I feel like they would let you try them for free otherwise but they cant because its against the law now)They have wonderful discounts on in house juices, with a happy hour from 2-4 PM every day.Definitely a convenient location as well.Thanks for making my trips here engaging and pleasurable.EDIT:Well, my favorite guy, Justin, is no longer here. Big disappointment. On top of that, the BEST MINT EVER, Absolute Zero, has had a formula change so it doesnt even taste like menthol anymore.HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT for me as that was my favorite thing to get, and now it is no longer a strong mint. It was PERFECT the way it was. Now it is ruined and I cant find a substitute menthol flavor that is as strong as I want it to be.

Drove up from Savannah for the weekend in Columbia, SC and was impressed with selection and customer service. I had a minor issue when I returned home with a purchase, they were quick to respond and fix. Overall one of the most impressive shops I have seen.

Every time I stop by here its a phenomenal experience. Every employee Ive dealt with is highly knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and always friendly! Not to mention their recommendations for different juice flavors are always excellent.This is, without a doubt, my favorite vape store to go to.

Great atmosphere and good staff. Very knowledgeable on ALL of their products.Over the last few years of going to this vape store I have only loved it more. Everyone is very happy there and knows their stuff. I can give a very vague idea of what I think I want and they can point out more than a dozen things that I end up loving. Online sites are cheaper but you dont get that full service talking with them to see if its a match for you since they can say what theyve liked and you can say what youve tried and theyll be able to give a more accurate advice. Rather than short reviews. Also, their prices arent bad especially when they have their specials. I highly recommend this store!

I went in there with no clue of what flavor I wanted. The sales representative was very informative and helpful with my indecisiveness. They have a wide variety of house blends that are mixed to perfection. Staff is very friendly as well. I usually find myself in relative conversation for up to thirty mins a visit. Five stars definatley deserved. They also have a gargantuan choice of top shelf out side juice companies to choose from. Good job Planet Vapes. Yet another satisfied customer.

The customer service here was A+. The environment was very laid-back but at the same time professional. The inside of the business felt like an upscale Lounge or a really nice smoke shop. Compared to other vape shops Ive been into in the area the prices were unrivaled. The selection was not as expansive as some shops but the prices and the quality of the products made up for it. Everyone was very eager to help and very knowledgeable on the different types of oils and coils and vapes out. I will be returning.

Went in Really cuz I just had time to kill, but wound up buying supplies , service just like the 2 notch rd. Location was great. Very busy, everyone including myself left happy.Did feel a bit rushed, and almost like my my questions were not taken well,since I was inquiring for a FUTURE purchase,not a current one. But my questions were answered, just felt odd. All in all the 5 stars waz earned...

One of the coolest vape shops I have been in. The employee, Mariah, took very good care of me and is very sweet. Doesn’t get much better than her at making you feel comfortable and taken care of. Customer Service A1 right there 💯👌

Very good vapor store! Knowledgeable, friendly staff. Great products and extremely good liquids and flavors. They are an exclusive dealer for several brands one of which is my personal favorite! The only negative at this point is pricing. They are a little higher than some other local competitors however sometimes the product and environment are worth it as it is here. I would highly recommend this store and will continue to be a patron myself!

Man I moved to Alabama a few weeks ago and missed their ewak juice terribly, I called this shop on huger st and they gave me their discounts, applied my reward credits and shipped 4 bottles priority mail for free! I have so many good things to say about planet vapor and their staff and their support for military. Thank you guys so much. I would rate it 10 out of 5 stars and will continue doing business from a few hundred miles away!

My least favorite location to be honest. Been to a couple of PVs in the area and the guy working here made me feel like I was bothering him with the one or two questions I asked about juice prior to purchasing my coil. I will keep going to PVs in other parts of Columbia, but this location will not be one I come back to.
