This place is amazing!! I needed some cigs real bad the other morning But did not feel like leaving the apartment so my GF found this place and I was interested because it was local and on top of that they delivered. After checking out their website and the reviews on Google I kind of started getting skeptical because almost every review was five stars and honestly the website kind of looked a little janky so I was thinking maybe it was some sort of elaborate scan but after seeing all the phone numbers were local and everything I decided to just give them a shot. I will admit the prices are not the greatest but for the convenience of getting it delivered to your place its worth it to me. I wont bore you with the details but everything went smoothly I got my stuff and actually ended up making a pretty big order with them later on that same day. The selections not the greatest but they got about everything you could need from cigarettes to prerolled joints to Vapes and accessories and stuff and dabbing rigs and bubblers, just about anything you can think of. They even have cleaning supplies and some household stuff and other miscellaneous things that might catch your eye. Long story Shortys on you highly recommend these guys and I will definitely be shopping with them again in the near future!!

This is the best smoke shop I’ve found in LA. The staff is super friendly and are more than happy to take their time to show you their products instead of rushing you to buy something . I placed an online order on January 24th at 3:11 by 4:14 I received an email that statedThey could not deliver to my state and they asked if I wanted to cancel with a refund. I immediately sent back and said yes refund my card.No response from any correspondence I have sent which has been several emails, texts and calling the store. The guy took my number and said he would have someone call me. No response from anyone at all. I just want my money back!

Teagardin has the best products and customer service around. I worked directly with Derek for OCB flavor cards. Derek has great customer service and knowledge of there products. I highly recommend you give Teagardin your business.

Cant judge the physical store, since Ive never been in. However, I can tell you not to order online. I ordered on 13th of February, and havent received any order, nor further information about the order. I wouldnt mind waiting if I hadnt spent extra on faster shipping. The reviews Ive read have merit in those aspects. With all due respect, if you cant manage an online store, then maybe you shouldnt advertise it.

I came across this site after doing research on vape stores that deliver. All the reps have been super helpful and nice. The process is very easy. Call, place order, provide delivery info, then delivery is made all in the same day. The only downside I would say would be delivery wait time. Depending on your area it may take longer but it is super convenient and they are an awesome team.

So expensive and one of the worst encounters with someone who’s entire job is selling products and customer service. The MOST “I don’t get paid enough to care” attitude, ever. Woof. If you’re going to charge those prices, staff your store better.

Made my order online and I was charged for my purchase over $120 and a day later an age tracker sent me a notification about needing an identification check. I noticed that the birthdate i put was wrong so it didnt accept my ID card. Now they already took my money and there is NO way of contacting them other than a # to text but no one has responded for the past week. Not good business practice at all!! Not even a email online for customer support. Will be reporting this to my bank to dispute charges since no one can respond to me!!

I dont wanna put my business out there for personal reasons, but the customer service here, and business etiquette is TOP NOTCH here. Not to mention the prices, but for some people such as myself business etiquette is like the cherry on top. They definately gained a new regular customer for sure. Thank you.

If youre in Hollywood and need Kratom, look no further! Derek has the best selection and takes care of his customers. He is always bringing in new product and makes sure its to his customers liking. Most shops mark up their Kratom to unbelievable profit margins but not Teagardins! In an area where you can expect to pay $0.75 more per gallon of gasoline than anywhere else, these guys stay competitive and keep ALL their products reasonably priced. Keep up the GREAT work!

Service is swell, massive selection on blunts so it won me. Reasonably priced glass for its quality. Huge vape selection which seems to be their main event so if your into that it seems like a great place. Knowledgeable and good selection. Also spacious, nice chill vibe and space. Bumped into this place after hitting two different smoke shops. I was visiting from Portland looking for kratom. They have plenty of high quality opinions. The prices are higher than their website leads on. Their selection for pods is far more limited. I called ahead for a specific product, was told they had it, they did not and the price was double what they claimed. Will not return for nicotine. Will absolutely go back for my glass pieces and rolling paraphernalia however.

They aren’t responding to my emails when I’ve ordered 6 days ago and also haven’t been sent my tracking number. I understand covid is slowing things down, but there’s nothing more sketchy then not getting any info following a large purchase, please respond.

Jesus that place is a joke... They dont realize its on Santa Monica boulevard and theres a lot of quick traffic. That guy that just got turned away 5 minutes before they close because they dont get paid overtime. Literally 10 people just witnessed that. That was disgusting. Making sure to never go there

They take your money, send emails that say oh sorry, were delayed and then with out even a personal email or phonecall, I get a generic email that tells me the order is cancelled. 3 weeks later! So now the vape accessory I was waiting for - have to start all over.

What a lack of response and customer service. Ordered on 5/7 wasn’t told my order was back ordered till I emailed on 5/20 got one response and I responded back within 10 mins to hopefully resolve how they recommended and now I get nothing again.
