I was in West Palm Beach for business and I stopped by Healing Spa & Massage because of their great reviews. It is a nice little Asian spa at the end of a strip mall with very friendly and accommodating staff.Booking online was easy and when I called to make a schedule change the receptionist was super helpful.My therapist, Lisa, was awesome. She really knows what she is doing and she expertly loosened up the knots in my shoulders. I was finally able to relax after a stressful week.I definitely recommend going there if you are looking for a great massage at a very reasonable price.

First time here and booked off Google reviews. I received the hour deep tissue massage. The front desk was exceptional. Kind, welcoming, and asked questions where I was hurting and if I was allergic to any creams or had any surgeries. Incredibly clean. I went in with terrible back and shoulder pain and had the best massage with Nancy. She was caring and asked if I was too hot/cold, how was pressure. Great background music. Not annoying. She helped smooth out knots and was so calming. I got a complimentary water (always a nice touch to help with cleaning out toxins) and wasn’t penalized for using debit/credit with extra percentage like other places. I found my new massage place and will definitely be asking for Nancy. Thank you for helping my back feel better and relieving stress. 10 stars. In a world lacking in kindness and compassion, thank you for caring and helping people feel better. I got a nice little escape for one hour and knots are heck of a lot better. The whole experience was just peaceful. 🙏

First time to go there today. Front desk lady Rachel was very friendly. The massage therapist Helen did a great job on my tight muscles and knots. The place is well maintained and very clean.

An amazing experience. The Masseuse was wonderful, did the pressure I needed. I always worry when getting a massage from somewhere other than my normal location, as most places dont get in very deep, not the case here. I feel amazing!

I got a 90 minute massage from Selena and it was one of the best I’ve ever had. Her technique is awesome and she is really skilled and talented. I highly recommend her. I will be back.

My friend and I went in for a couples massage and it was hands down one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. The ladies were so kind and respectful, while remaining professional. We wish we would have booked a longer massage! Don’t think twice about making an appointment!

Ive been coming here for the past year on a regular basis and appreciate the quality of their massage. It helps get those knots out and the 60 minutes just flys by.

UPDATE: Next day - my scalp HURTS. I’m just still so confused why they would ask you what kind of massage you want and then do the COMPLETE OPPOSITE.Original review : They asked you what kind of massage you want… my husband and I picked Swedish and it was super aggressive and fast paced. I tried to voice my opinions and say it was too rough but it ended up being the same rough vibe. I also asked for my head to be massaged and instead I got a super hard and uncomfortable head SCRATCH. I’m not sure they know what a Swedish massage is. It was just overall rough and uncomfortable. We wanted to tell the front desk on the way out but there were other customers there. So decided to write a review instead …

A friend refered this massage place and we enjoyed the 90min couples massage a lot!My therapist applied the perfect pressure and my entire massgae was beyond my expectations. My wife was impressed with her masseuse as well. She applied hot rock and back walking to loosen the muscle and it was amazing!The establishment was very clean and relaxing. Soft music and tranquil atmosphere.Thank you for accommodating us as walk-ins and providing such a wonderful experience!

Went today for a couples massage with my S/O and boy were we happy with this place!! Our masseuses Peter and Amy were amazing!! They really got into our backs and worked out all knots we had and had us walking out feeling brand new!!! This place was incredible. I was desperate for a good massage but sick of going to chain establishments that didn’t deliver (*cough* Massage Envy). Jenny was my masseuse and she delivered - I asked for as hard as possible, my back had so many knots, and she went to town! I was not let down. The spa was clean and relaxing. When I was done, I felt like I was floating on a cloud. The only thing I was confused about was that the 1hr massage was $80 yet my card was charged $96 (I tipped in cash). Not sure why that is, but apart from that, I was very pleased with my experience and will definitely be returning and recommending to friends!

Me and my girlfriend had a massage at Healing Spa Massage after having a stressful day taking care of family issues today. I must say that we both echoed the same message that this was the best massage we have ever had. It is a very clean and inviting environment. We are here in Miami to move her mother to North Carolina. We were in so much muscle and joint pain, so I looked for somewhere that we could get an immediate appointment. The hostess took us right away. Our massage therapists massage every inch of our bodies from head to toe and front and back. They are great specialists in knowing where pressure points are. Thank you Miranda Melo for accommodating us and being so sweet. We will definitely be using your services again when we are in town. Also this is something I have never seen before in a massage spa, they have bars mounted to the top of the ceiling in order to be able to walk on your back if you would like that.Willetta

We went to Healing Spa and Massge for a couples massage. Our first time in West Palm Beach and we came across this place online. We read the reviews but didnt know what to expect. We have a great experience. The massages were phenomenal. I definitely plan to come again when back in the area and would recommend. The only minor feedback was that the massage bed did not heat up. This is an amazing massage place! Ive been coming here for few years and I couldnt tell you how great it is!The therapists are incrdible and very kind. I suffered from daily life stress and they helped me with shoulder and back pain countless times. The prices are affordable and the level of service and massage results are better than many other pricer places. The atmosphere is very calming. I also sent the gift cards from here to my family and friends. Love the place!

This place was incredible. Went as a first timer with my girlfriend to do the couple’s massage + cupping + hot stones and it was incredibly healing and reliving. The front desk customer service is beyond superb. Extremely caring and professional. I took my wife here for a couples massage. I had high hopes for this place after reading other people’s reviews. Our experience, however, was terrible and we left feeling disappointed, especially my wife.My wife had two—maybe even three—massage therapists during the course of a one hour massage. Throughout the massage, we both heard people coming in and out of the room. It happened at least five times.Not only were people coming in and out, but the ever-changing staff would not stop talking. It is far from relaxing to hear people talking and laughing in Chinese. The noise was a constant issue.As for the massage itself, we both agreed that it was bad. For me, it involved far too much rubbing—only a small portion of the massage was actually a deep tissue massage. Both therapists did not seem to know what they were doing, which is why we think massaged our neck and back for a short time and with little to no variation in technique.All in all, we found the massage to be neither therapeutic nor relaxing. Frankly, it was a waste of money. I am giving this place two stars because we both liked the receptionist, who was friendly and seemed invested in our experience. Unfortunately, that is where the “positives” ended.I am updating this review to share that my wife is now complaining of severe pain throughout her back.

I have chronic back and hip pain, so I am always particular about choosing a quality and very skillful massage therapist. From the moment Yu-Yu, my therapist, began the treatment, I knew I was going back to her. I get the deep tissue treatments. I have been back multiple times and plan to take my boyfriend, who is a general contractor, one day. Every time I leave there, I feel like I am on cloud 9. I highly recommend them.

Super easy to book a massage online! I scheduled a couples massage and they were very accommodating. Professionally and kindly greeted. Mary and Nancy were our massage therapists and they were excellent! Great price point and service, we look forward to returning every time we visit WPB.

Love the healing Spa. I get the 90 minute deep tissue for 120 dollars. Such a bargain! The ladies are all very talented. If for some reason they have to switch I am never disappointed. They all have great techniques. I would definitely recommend. And to help out these ladies it is best to be on time but not early for your appointment. I just went yesterday and it was sooooo good. I cant wait to go back again.

Update: On my last visit I had a couples massage with my husband. The masseuse he had was very aggressive with the massage. Even after he voiced multiple times that it was too hard. My husband left the massage with a sore back which lasted for days and because of that we will not be returning.

Easy to find and clean massage parlor. I love how they allow you to circle on a body chart each part that you want them to focus on. One of the best massages I’ve had in a while. Felt relaxed the moment I’ve stepped in there. I didn’t grab the name of the lady who’s done my massage but she was amazing!

My husband and I booked an appointment here for an hour after we landed from Maryland. It was hands down the best massage we have had. Beyond talented, you can tell they are passionate and knowledgeable. Also very considerate to your personal needs. Highly recommend finishing with the sugar scrub!

This was my first massage, mostly because I was nervous about what the experience would be like. My husband surprised me with an hour long couples massage for our honeymoon and it was AMAZING. If you’re considering a massage here — DO IT! I get shoulder cramps almost daily so Jack did a whole body massage with deep tissue shoulder focus for me and Mary did a full body relaxing massage for my husband. If you need a deep tissue massage of any kind, I HIGHLY recommend Jack!! My shoulders have never felt better! And Mary did an amazing job for husband too! 10/10 recommend!!!

I found this place on Google a couple months ago and so far I’ve been back 3 times. Both Lucy and Wendy give excellent deep tissue massages. The entire staff is very friendly and welcoming and the atmosphere is clean and relaxing. Very fairly priced too! They offer add-ons such as stretching and hot stones at no extra charge. When you come in, they give you a print out of a human body and you mark where your problem areas are/where you want them to focus more. I love that they do this, it shows that they really want you to get the most out of the treatment. All around highly recommend!

The gift from my husband was 90 min massage at Healing spa. Checked in with the spa staff and they were very nice and informative. They had clean and comfortable bed to lie down on and played some soft music in the background. My massage was given by Rachel, she asked about area of the body I wanted her to address and what type of pressure did I want. I felt completely refreshed and relaxed after the excellent massage! Afterwards, I was given a bottle of water to drink. Overall, very nice experience and I would recommend it to everyone.

Great massage! I just had a nice 60 minute Swedish massage. It was very relaxing, and I feel much better. They even massaged my head and face which was nice. The massage lasted the full 60 minutes and was good quality. I would come back here again next time Im in town!

The staff here are amazing and very, very professional. I recommend their services to everyone. My introduction to the spa was a gift from my girlfriend, being a chef in the culinary world, can really be stressful and tight on the body, ever session always seem to be just as good if not better than the last session. always leave their feeling amazing and ready to take on the day, their back and feet work, really get any mucus in the body broken down and a clear sinus. I always get the 90 mins.

The massage was really good, i felt it for about 2 days. I went with my girlfriend and we had a great time. Comfortable music, good people, she put some hot stones on back and caught me by surprise but it’s very smoothing. I came in thinking it was a back massage only but no she did my whole body. Easy to schedule, great hours- open 7 days, very clean and professional. Every therapist here is excellent, but Yiu Yiu is my go-to. I cant say enough!

They offer a variety of services ( all publish on their website ) They offer add on to your services ( like hot stone, stretching, and a few other options free of charge. I had a deep tissue massage and I decided to add stretching and hot stones. I plan on making another visit soon :)

This is the best and most value massage I had in west palm beach. The room was clean and filled with nice scent. The communication and customer service was nice and welcoming. The massage therapist was very professional and respectful. I got exactly what I asked for. The therapist delivered an incredible deep tissue massage and focus on the area I was sore and suffering. Shes strong and used elbow to move on my back to relieve the pain. Feeling much better after 90 min massage.I would recommend healing spa as the palce to go. A plus!

Jessica is amazing I asked for deep tissue and she delivered! She checked in multiple times to make sure I was comfortable with the amount of pressure. She included multiple stretches in her practice. As someone who has received multiple massages around the world, I HIGHLY recommend this therapist. Also I have received massage from Rachel and she is great for deep tissue as well. Both have great energy and are very welcoming.

Went in for a couples massage. Front desk greeted us so kindly and treated us as soon as we walked in. We were taken into a room with fresh linens and new paper towels that covered the face hole in the table. We changed when they stepped out of the room and they knocked, then entered after we responded. The first thing they did was ask us how we would like the pressure of our massage. Then they continued that same strength throughout the entire process. (Other places normally tell you what you “need”. They were not like that and they were beyond great). Throughout the massage they made sure that we were never exposed to the room and comfortable with the pressure they used. They used soft voices, amazing bedside manners, and were so kind. My lady made sure to lightly caress my hair off of my skin or where it might be pulled or touched with the oil (I really appreciated this). They included hot stone with no additional charge and right before we finished they massaged us with warm towels in order to get off the excess oil. I went in skeptical, I’m beyond picky. This place has changed my opinions about the negative mindset other oriental spas have imprinted on me. As we walked out we were treated with complimentary waters. All in all, their bedside manners are great, prices are affordable, and I will definitely be returning. Thank you so much! P.s. they also had gotten out a knot that has been in my back for years that other places couldn’t do unless I came back for “multiple treatments”. We left in no pain and feel amazing. This place is amazing!

I rarely write reviews here, but this place deserves one. The massage here was one of the best massages I ever had! The masseuse, Rachel was exceptionally good. She had strong pressure which I like, there was no pain afterwards, and she was able to reach some tight knots in my body.

WOW this was incredible. It was quick and easy to make this appointment. We had a couples massage on a Sunday morning and they got right too it. They were so thorough! The did legs, back, neck, arms, legs, hands, feet- the whole shabang. I’ve had multiple massages in the past and none compare to this. I didn’t really have to say where my problem areas were, all she asked was “light, medium, or hard?” She got in there. We left and feel like we are floating. 10/10 we will come back.

I just finished my 1st time here. My body is so tight because of back injuries and stress. I did 90 minutes with Jack and he was fantastic!!! He really got into my problem areas. Ordered a 1 hour swedish massage for my mom. Very helpful staff allowed me to pay in full and tip in advance so my mom would have a stress free visit. The massage went great and she was very relaxed after. Will definitely be coming back

Very weird massage experience. I walked in and asked if they can do 1 hour of massage, the front desk person says of course. Apparently they overbooked themselves and the girl who was doing a massage did it with opened door and run out 10 times out to accept other customers while i was chilling naked For about 20 minutes while she was trying to accept new customers. I end up having 30 mins max massage and she even asked for a tip which obviously i denied. Would never even bother come back or recommend to come here.

What a wonderful atmosphere here! The light, music etc. The place is very clean and peaceful. The massage therapist was very experienced and helped me get relief of neck pain, she focus in the exact spots I was asking for. Hot stone and oil made me almost fall asleep. Ive gone to many massage places and this is by far one of the best. You can go book online and usually find an open slot within a couple hours the same day. The massage therapists pay attention to detail and make sure youre comfortable the whole time.

Really, you should visit us! My husband has scheduled a couples massage for us, but he is well aware that no masseuse can rub me vigorously enough to relieve the tension in my shoulders. It is a really amazing experience. The therapist gave me a penetrating and comfortable deep tissue massage, which release the tensions and get away the knots in my shoulder and lower back. She suggested me to keep my neck area warm to avoid the tightness . Very relaxing and helpful.

I found Kelly online and scheduled a same day visit within hours while on vacation in West Palm. During my visit, I found Kelly to be a top notch professional and damn good massage therapist. To begin, she spent time learning about my problem areas and educating me on what to expect based on my feedback. Her massage technique was amazing, using a combination of deep tissue and lighter massage techniques to accommodate the areas I was feeling pain or were tender. Kelly is a true professional and expert of her trade but also very down to earth and kind human. I hope to see her again when I return! The location was easy to get to with no problems finding it. Absolutely Amazing!! Words cannot describe how good my masseuse was he asked all the right questions to know exactly where I needed the most pain relief and applied the perfect amount of pressure to get all my knots out, always making sure he wasnt hurting me!!!

Wanting to get a last minute massage, my partner & I were a bit skeptical settling with this place instead of the traditional massage envy. Healing Spa and Massage exceeded every expectation! The outside is a bit misleading, because the inside is super nice & clean. The woman who worked on me (Nancy) was absolutely amazing! She even gave me tips on how to breath when the deep tissue massage got a little too deep. This place is way cheaper than a traditional massage and you get way more bang for your buck. They literally massage everywhere from your head down to the tips of your toes. I’ll be coming back here monthly & referring just about everyone I know to this hidden gem. Thank you Nancy !

This was my first visit and it was amazing! Helen was my therapist and she had just the right touch for getting out all the knots. It was a combination of massage and also stretching. I will definitely go back!!!

This place is a joke . First of all my partner paid a deposit online and after a horrible service of a dry massage request they continued to massage her with a blanket over her the whole time rubbing the blanket on her as a massage . Then another masseuse came in and began she was pretty okay until she turned her over and didn’t cover her and had the audacity to say “your body so fat “ . Ridiculous then decided to charge for one massage and still took the money from the deposit online . Next the lady at the front continued to try to make us seem wrong or crazy and tried to offer us free services . I do not want none of your service I want my money back . I will never be retuning here again worst services ever and worst customer service . Ruined the whole day never again

Sad to say I’m really unhappy with how my massage went. I went in for a Swedish massage, I feel like I got a deep tissue. I was in pain for more than half of it. And some of that is on me, as I should‘ve spoken up more than I did. I said something twice but she continued to be just as tough. My shoulders are really sore from how hard she was pressing in. There were moments where I thought to myself that I’m definitely going to end up with some bruises. This is why I always get a Swedish because I can’t take the digging in. And afterwards, I left feeling dizzy, slightly nauseous, and with a headache from how rough she was during the head massage portion. The lady at the front desk also tried telling me how much to tip. I always tip well, but I really didn’t like that. I guess it’s also my fault trying to find a place last minute that takes walk ins.

Amy was great! I went for my shoulder since it was hurting. After the massage it felt better than ever. Amy was very nice as well!

This spa has gifted LMT’s here. Their pricing is excellent! Due to some of the one-star reviews here I was skeptical, but kept an open mind and I’m so glad I did. The ambiance was peaceful and Tina was INCREDIBLE. I did an hour of deep tissue - holy cow. So good, so worth it. I will definitely be making coming to see them a routine for my health!

The atmosphere when you walk in is nice, but don’t let the looks fool you. I’ve had plenty of massages in a variety of different locations and I will never come back to this place. The massage was way too rough and the day after I have more kinks than when I went in. They didn’t even ask any relevant information prior to going in, which in some cases is extremely important. Definitely in the top 3 of worst massages I’ve ever had :/

This was by far one of the worst experiences I have had. From the time I called to the time I left. They told me they did not even need my name when booking. I booked two massages and they asked me if I wanted a couples massage which I said no, two individual. When my friend and I got there they walked us to a room with two beds so I had to tell them again, individual.From there the massage was rough and she kept going over my spine as opposed to along the sides. Every time I would be about to tell her to stop she would move on to somewhere else. Needless to say I have never been in more back pain and I workout regularly.The head and feet part of the massage did feel very nice so at least there was that positive.I’m very disappointed as I had really been looking forward to having my muscles relaxed and I left even more tense then when I went in.

The location is tucked away in the corner of a plaza. The atmosphere was calming and set the mood just right for the couples massage I booked for my husbands birthday. Because I booked the package and an extra something for my husband, the owner said shed give me a discount. Got the bill, no discount. The massage was really good so at least that portion had me satisfied.

This place has a very calming atmosphere; just what I needed after a stressful day with pain in my neck and back. Therapist was very professional starting off gently and I could feel the tension start to relax as her strong hands found the trouble spots and went deeper. Very pleasant demeanor without too much talk. I fell asleep and she let me rest and take my time getting up; will definitely repeat.

I went in with my sister in law to get a couples massage. The atmosphere was amazing but the massage was not. I have been massaged before and it was painful to say the least. The lady giving my sister in law the massage not only left our room door open as we are on table she often stopped my sisters massage to answer the phone. We heard the phone ring over and over and she stopped over and over. The lady who massaged me her technique was very deep and fast. We didnt even sign a waiver or asked anything about our bodys. It was very unprofessional. I am in serious pain today. I can barely bend. My sister in law is a massage therapist herself and she had to work today thru her pain. We wont be going back!

Went there today, very nice lady, she will find your problem, give you recommendations and really get deep into the tissues. Will be coming back, highly recommended. And for the people complaining about the soreness, that Normal because she’s massaging muscles that probably don’t get used as much so it’s going to get sore.

Honestly the WORST MASSAGE I ever had. Their idea of deep tissue was walking on my back. She burned me with the hot stones. Then didnt stop when I asked her to. If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT GO HERE. she left me with tweaked muscles that were not sore before she touched me. WORST MASSAGE EVER

Worst place! I went to get a massage and I told the lady to please be gentle because she was being way to rough. I repeated myself more than 5 times and she kept doing whatever she felt like. Instead of relaxing, the massage hurt a lot. Never going back :(👎🏼

Found this place on geoupon and has 5 star rating from lots of people.Ask for viki, hands of gold.Took a spill on bicycle and sholder was in pain. After 1.5 hours massage I was sore but she found and got the knots out.A couple things I do not like. The location is next to some kinda of player club so makes you initially feel like the place is a bit sleazy just because of establishment next to it, nothing really about this place at all. it s a legit place. Also the walls are thin so can hear others talking which is distracting. Even with negatives still a 5 star because just a terrific massage.
