Nice and clean salon, lots of options of color to choose from. They let us bring our own champagne to celebrate for a bachelorette party. I showed a picture of a simple nail color to the nail tech and although my nails are beautiful, this was $80 (yes EIGHTY) dollars!! (Before tip). This includes the $17 up charge for the little chrome powder that it takes 4 minutes to rub on. I believe it was builder gel but all I wanted was regular plain gel. And the tips are chipping not even three days later. Also my girlfriend and I both got the same pedicure and manicure and she got a menu of options for the pedicure and I didn’t, and she got a back massage during her manicure and I didn’t! I probably wouldn’t come here again.
Do NOT even try to come here. It was my first time here and to be honest the environment was very clean and calm. I just had my nails done this Sunday (6/9/24). I had gotten a dip full set and my toes done. After I left the salon, I realized Selina made a gash on the bottom of my foot where I had to call off of work the next day (Monday) because it hurt so much. I had to go back in on Tuesday due to a nail falling off on Monday while washing my dishes. I showed up and they were more than accommodating to me and had fixed the one nail. Today is Wednesday and the same nail they fixed yesterday plus another has fallen off. Making it the third time that I have to go back. I called the salon to let them know what had transpired to see if we can come to a resolution and they said they couldn’t give me a refund but they can give me a new set. I was fine with that. Then the gentleman called me 5 minutes later saying that the owner won’t allow it and they can only fix the two nails. After spending $200.. to me that is an absolute ridiculous resolution. They are really sweet and I feel bad for writing this but it’s an absolute waste of money here.
Young was absolutely amazing!! My nails are outstanding!! I never do reviews but she did such an awesome job making sure I was comfortable and happy .. my last nail place did not have that special customer experience! I’m happy to have found a place that values their customers!! I finally found my nail place forever!!
Bad experience. For a place that encourages no cell phones and a quiet environment, you would think that the nail techs would pay attention to what theyre doing and not have side conversations with each other and not completely look away from their work while handling SHARP TOOLS. My nail tech completely cut open my cuticle while having a conversation with another tech and left me BLEEDING from the cuticle trimmer and minimized the situation by saying its just a little bit, sorry and then proceeded to rush through the process. When the manicure was done, I went to wash my hands, cleaned dry blood from around my nail, and the wound immediately opened up again and poured blood. I had to leave with a bandaid on. Imagine if I had to go somewhere directly after the appointment! It is a shame to leave with a bandaid covering a freshly done nail.I only got a fill, polish change, and kept the original shape I came in with and was charged $72, which I thought was ridiculous. When you mess up, you would think they would at least offer a discount.I still thanked my tech, who I believe was Kevin, but I will NOT be returning. I really liked this place the first time I was there, despite all the additional fees, but they are no better than any other nail salon that you find on every corner.
I’ve been getting manicures and pedicures here for a while now and they are always great! I used to go somewhere else but my gel was always chipping. That doesn’t happen here :) Nail techs are super sweet and the place is run very well.
The place was very clean and there work is nice also. I brought my girl closer to closing time, but the experience was very rushed and really didnt feel like a customer more like a hurry up situation. Her pedicure was quick and fast without a massage whatsoever and really didnt get what I wanted because they were so much in a rush. Not saying I wont ever return, but really hope when she does return the service is far more better than what she received on her first visit.
I am really disappointed in this salon. I have been coming since around 2016 and had nothing but a good experience. Today I came to get my dip removed and new dip nails done. $81!! I was charged an upcharge for cuticle trimming, “special shape” hello it’s a regular oval nothing special. Surely manicure means take off the cuticles? That is pure extortion and I will never be back. Not only is this price outrageous but I was never informed about these extras until the end. So if you want to go be prepared to pay almost $100 ( when you add a tip) for a simple dip. Not okay.
Acetone product leaked from the gloves onto my satin skirt. The technician and I noticed it after the pedicure and during the manicure.My skirt was sticking together and now has little holes. Unrepairable holes.She immediately said that’s not our fault and then in her native language called other technicians to look at it. They laughed.I waited until all services were complete. I paid as expected. The technician who was working on me called the owner. I was told the owner was coming to the store.The owner came in saw the damage and said acetone doesn’t do that. It never has. I said the only items on my lap during the services were the acetone, cotton balls, foil and gloves your technician put on me.The conversation went back and forth. She said I don’t know what your clothes looked like before coming here. I said do you have cameras, she said yes. I said then roll the cameras. She said I will call the police. I said ok. We waited for the police to arrive.The Police said they were called because I had not paid. I said of course she said that she needed to get you here. I explained my version. And said I didn’t ask for anything. Only an acknowledgment that it happened vs an insult. They told me to sue her for the damages.Another 18 yr patron saw everything and approached the owner and said this is not right the owner cut her off.I’ve been coming to this salon on and off since 2017. It will be my last. 12/04/2023.
My first time coming to this salon and I really enjoyed my time here! I’ve been so unsatisfied with the salons I’ve been going to lately and wanted to try somewhere new and I’m so happy I found Palm Beach Nail and Foot Spa. Kevin did my gel pedicure and before we got to talking I was watching how he did everything so intentionally and full of care. I can’t wait to be back here!! :)
Nina is MAGIC! I had the combo foot and body and it was heaven. I’m planning to be a regular here. Clean, quiet and lovely place and the people could not be nicer. Also the prices are very very fair. Highly recommend to all.
I’ve been a long time customer and I’ve finally decided to take my business somewhere else. I’m tired of spending $100+ dollars on a manicure and pedicure and come out hating the colors and not having my fingers and toes match. Additionally the dip polish does not match the color of the samples given to choose from. Why bother giving me a sample if it’s inaccurate. I even stopped the manicure to check the color was correct before getting too far into it and before they put the same color on my mothers finger. Now we are both stuck with Pepto Bismal pink instead of a soft plum for the next few weeks. I nicely expressed all along my concern regarding the color to my technician and my mothers throughout the process and no solutions were put forth. Additionally since this not the first time Ive been unhappy I finally decided to speak up when paying and no acknowledgment was offered. It’s time to end the relationship and find a place that can match colors.
Place came recommended to me. Couldn’t tell from the outside (basic strip mall) but the interior is marvelous and the services are superb. I did (and highly recommend) the 60 min back and foot combo. My therapist, Cici, was really attentive and clearly knowledgeable. I like how the foot massage portion is in an oversized comfy bed.... as opposed to the typical chair you might find in other places.

Very clean and spacious, I got a regular mani/pedi and it was very well done. The price point is good too. I left my book and they were nice enough to hold it and follow up with me picking it up. Definitely recommend!

I am giving three stars because I feel like my manicure should have lasted much longer than it did.I requested a gel manicure specifically to last, and it lasted 5 days to the first chips. I work in an office space and dont do anything outrageous.I paid $37 for a gel manicure on natural nail, then paid an additional $7 for French style and another $10 because I wanted more than 1 colorThe amount of polish was less than a full nail, so to me, the price was unwarranted....
I always do my nails to feel good and confident. My first and second time I’m always amazed how low the prices are. They do great quality work (my set lasts 2+ weeks) and they are talented and very fast. I was amazed each time how cost effective and efficient they are! Sky even did a massage while waiting for my last set to soak off. We are now using my natural nail (no tip extension) because my natural nails are healthy and growing even with dip powder over them. Thank you guys !
I love this place! Ive been getting a dip manicure and a regular polish pedicure once every 4 weeks for the past 6 or 7 years. I know exactly what I want and in the colors I want. This is my second year snowbirding, and I havent found a nail salon in WPB that I like...until now. My 2 biggest issues are: 1) I dont like a gel top coat, and 2) I like my fingers and toes to match. I also expect my dip mani to last 4 weeks, but it usually does. (That said, my nails started chipping after 1 week when I went to a different salon downtown.) PB Nails delivers! It was a lovely experience with a good selection of matching OPI colors, and it will be my new regular nail salon.
No option for zero stars .One of the worst places to get your nails done . Linda is very rude, racist and has absolutely no regard for her customers , walked right through the door and she asked my mother and myself why we were there ,if we wanted to come in .. mind you we were already inside and what we wanted in the most aggressive tone there is, before we could even answer she was already passive aggressively commanding one of the gentlemen working there ,she was so disrespectful to the receptionists too , broke my heart how she spoke to the employees on there …ordering them around like kids . Nobody deserves to be treated like that . Two customers walked out shaking their heads at just how inhumane she was . I would gladly take my business somewhere else .
Iris is wonderful. She is kind, thorough, and my gel nails have lasted the usual 2 weeks. My last two appointments were her last of the day, and she took her time.The salon is also very communicative around appointments. Overall great service and I enjoy coming here!
Im still here but I will give this place the maximum stars as Im having multiple treatments and so far my experience is great for a place in this category. The #zerogravity chairs for pedicure are the best. You also have option to have your pedicure laying down. Also this is very comfy. They do foot massage, back massage and mani pedi in same room or in separate depending on needs and wants. I dont know of any other place that does this all together. Other spa services are also available.I was able to get my appointment on the same day as calling. Staff was all friendly nice and talking very softly as to not interrupt services. They use plastic liners in tubs. Very clean and sterile location.Update. Polish began chipping same day. Very disappointed with mani pedi. Even my toes are peeling. Polish I chose must be too old.
Have been coming here over two years but will be trying other spots from now on. It’s is very hit or miss, only a couple of the technicians are good like Kevin and Jason and the only person qualified to give a massage in that whole building is Lucy who does a great job. I’ve gotten a massage two other times and the last time was actually a joke, the guy who gave it to me had absolutely NO IDEA what he was doing. He was massaging the bones on my spine which is dangerous. it was an extremely uncomfortable experience.Every time I come here I get a dip manicure and happy feet pedicure and I always pay a different total each time. Just wish they had more consistency
After almost two years of coming to this establishment, I have called it quits. Today I went in for my usual and I have the same nail Tech everytime. I am a loyal customer and I spend an average of $120 - $130 this does not include tip. Well I gave my nail tech the usual tip and proceeded to get ready to pay my bill.By the way Irina was my nail Tech. She is very nice, friendly, and is great at doing nails and pedicures.Well the lady up front that everyone on these reviews is talking about was rude and tried to embarrass me saying I should have tipped 20% to my tech. There are no signs posted saying customers have to tip 20%. The front desk lady always looking at me with a contempt look and frowning every time I come in. She said, this is a spa, like I didnt know it was a spa. Then she said if we make you happy, you make us happy.Whoever, the Owner is need to stop having her work the front desk. You are going to continue to lose loyal customers. Always know that customers are the reason you have a paycheck and customers are the greatest advertisement for your business. I feel sorry for the Techs because she is causing them to lose good loyal customers. Sometimes people think reviews are over exaggerated but after what happened to me and the number of other people it has happened to recently, please know these reviews are real.Also, I went back and gave the nail Tech additional money to make it 20%. She was very happy but I feel bad because I will no longer be her client. As I was going out the door the front desk lady gave me a look.I hope this helps someone who is looking for a nail spa. Never go to a place that will shame their loyal customers.
This is was an absolutely horrible experience. I have gone to this salon a couple times, giving another chance at the service.This last time was the last time I will ever spend another penny because EVERY single one of my nails chipped within a matter of days… DAYS. I have gone WEEKS with a gel manicure from other salons but not for this one… they are extremely rude. I’ve been yelled at by the lady at the front desk a couple of times.I was supposed to get my nails fixed because all of them chipped within a few days, but I would need to pay for them to be redone! And then the manager accused me of LYING by saying that I must have purposefully picked at them…. (how on earth would I chip all of the nails from my no- chip manicure in a matter of days. I live 40 minutes away so why would I voluntarily pick at my nails? Just to drive an hour and a half total to get them redone??).I would give 0 stars if I could…..DO NOT GO HERE- YOU WILL GET YELLED AT, TOLD YOURE A LIER, AND ALSO OVERPAY FOR A TERRIBLE JOB.REPLY TO RESPONSE:I never said I had been yelled at on the phone. I rather said that I had been yelled at by the front desk lady on different occasions… me, family members, and friends have all been yelled at by this individual.Also, I did not call after nine days. I had called after seven days (which should not be a problem because your advertising states that gel will last 2-3 weeks). I schedule my nail appointments AROUND weeks and did not want to go through the inconvenience of driving and hour and a half there and back if I didn’t need to. It was once the seventh day came and having all of my nails chipped that I had decided to call.Never have I had this horrible experience of the countless of nail salons I have been to.
Iris is great!Unfortunately, this salon has a rude front desk and regularly up-sells without asking. Today was the second time Ive left with a total charge well over what the service I booked is listed as. I went in for a $39 pedicure, with a $13 up charge for gel polish. Should have been $52 total. I was charged over $83 before tip. I literally pointed at the $39 Healthy Foot pedicure before being taken back.I will be taking my business elsewhere, which is a shame as this was my go-to salon.
Just upgrade your pedicure and stop buying the basic. It’s so worth it at Palm Beach Nails & Foot Spa. I have had exceptional service from Kevin and Lee; however Lee is the best.
Beautiful place but not worth the price. I received a “renew my sole” pedicure and the gel started chipping within one week! I have been to other salons that cost less than half of what I paid here and the gel lasts much longer. The foot/back massage was great but overall, poor quality pedicure so therefore, I won’t be returning here.
Don’t judge a book by its cover. I decided to come this nail salon due to the fact my original salon was booked. This spot looked like a nice, luxury salon/experience. Wrong. They sat me down in a dirty pedicure chair. I didn’t put my feet in until they put a plastic bag into the foot bowl.We began the pedicure and honestly, I really look forward to the foot scrub and foot massage. (That’s the main purpose of me going). I didn’t even get a 5 minute massage. I had to ask why was it so short when I got an add on of their personal massage which was 10 minutes total. I felt Like she just slapped the olive oil on my legs and barely rubbed it in. I saw her putting on the foot separators as if she was going To start painting The nails. I then asked her “do you guys not scrub the bottom of the feet?” At that point I was so disappointed. Not once did she lift my feet up to see how the bottom were doing. She then says “yeah that’s $8 extra to scrub” like what? So now I’m up to $74 for a gel French pedicure (tip not included yet). It’s just ridiculous. No good foot massage, scrub was NOT included, and on top of that, my French tip is completely crooked. I should’ve waited 1 day and went to my original spot who would’ve charged $30 less for a better experience. Literally don’t judge book by it’s cover. And I mean both ways, good AND BAD, Because this is not it.
I’ve came to this salon many times and I loved every second of it. All the workers are so nice and patient and they are very skilled! I recommended this salon to everyone around me because it’s just a great place. The place is very clean itself and very relaxing.
Left wondering why I spent $135 + tip for my toes to be messed up and needing another coat, having some polish still on my skin and my sns nails chipping within a day. This has been my go-to salon for years but I’ve been having bad experiences and yesterdays was by far the worst. I cried in my car it was so bad. My fingers hurt from my nail tech from going too aggressive with the drimmel or from when he was filing my nails and continued to brush the file against my skin over and over and kept being aggressive despite my shrieks and telling him it hurt. Next day my nails are already chipped on my hands which SNS shouldn’t do, and both my big toes need a 2nd coat. Disappointed… and it’s my birthday and I’m out of town so I can’t even go back to get them fixed.
This review is specifically for the salon manager, Linda. I have been a loyal customer of Palm Beach Nail and foot spa since 2017. Typically, I’ve had positive experiences at the spa. The technicians/staff, Bonnie, Salina, Jacob and Iris are amazing. I am a new mother who is legally blind and don’t get many chances to get out of the house, so it is a treat when I can get my nails done. At my visit today, I brought my friend with me to have her nails done as well. I also brought my seven month old baby who was pretty well behaved during both my manicure and pedicure. While my nails were drying, the spa manager, Linda sat down next to me and gave me a lecture on how it would be better if I could find a babysitter for my child when I get my nails done. In addition, the spa manager proceeded to tell me that I was talking to loudly to my friend during our nail service. She went on to explain that people come to get their nails done and to relax while doing so. I completely understand that everyone expects to have an enjoyable and relaxing experience when getting their nails done. As a customer, I expect to have the same relaxing experience, but today, I had the opposite thanks to Linda.
It pains me so much right now to write this review. I love the experience and service I have been getting with Eddie I think hands down he is THE BEST manicurist/pedicurist I have ever had. I also greatly enjoy getting services with Iris as well, not only do they provide friendly service but they do wonderful work and the best massages! My awful experience with the rest of the staff today had to be shared. My mom and I are Regular costumers and are in just about every 2 weeks since we have moved here in December. Today we walked in and were not even acknowledged at all by the girl at the front desk and she just let us stand there awkwardly as I was trying to make eye contact to let he know we were there for our appointment. I have never been to an establishment where the front desk person has such a bad attitude. In past experiences I have overlooked it but today was the last straw. Anyway, moving forward mom and I were enjoying our experience and we were having normal nail salon chit chat with my 8 year old daughter just like everyone else. I think we started to laugh about something while sitting in one of the manicure chairs and one of the workers reprimanded us like children saying that we were being too loud. Meanwhile we were just merely talking and mind you we were talking and laughing at a reasonable volume for being in a nail place. Personally after spending over 200 today I think it was totally uncalled for. We come in quite frequently and spend a lot of money here and to be embarrassed like that was atrocious.My mom actually let it marinate for a little while as we were finishing our drying but ultimately felt something needed to be said. She walked to the front desk and let her know that she thought this was very rude behavior. The woman behind the desk took a condescending and reprimanding approach saying that other people were turning their heads and looking… meanwhile they probably wanted to see what had made us laugh. I also have a very mature and 8 year old that has a huge vocabulary and more often than not people are always turning around just to admire her. My mom and I feel that if we were in the actual massage part of the place then it would be correct that we would need to be in a whisper volume. We have been to nail salons and spas all over the world and have never had an experience like this, I didn’t know that we weren’t allowed to have a chuckle at the nail salon. If their goal is to loose us as clients this is a good way to do it. They already almost lost my mom because her first time there she had another tech and ended up catching a horrible nail fungus in 6 of her nails. Because I had such a different experience with Eddie who I thought was amazing I was able to salvage her as a customer for this establishment and Iris has been taking good care of her ever since too. We were not even going to mention that but today’s experience left a very sour taste. I have never heard of not being able to have a laugh in public and be sociable, I thought we were in a nail place not a communist country.
I loved it here!!! Jacob did a fabulous job! He made sure I was comfortable, asked me about my preferences on certain things, and it was just what I needed to feel relaxed, pampered and refreshed. They don’t allow photos and I understand why however, I will say it was beautiful and nice throughout the area. They have a wide variety of polishes and offer complimentary drinks as well. Truly amazing experience
Do not spend your money here! Customer service is trash. The woman in the front who I assume is the owner or at the very least a manager likes to shame people in to tipping. (Mind you a tip was given) It is very unprofessional to state what you think a customer should tip (20%). Ive come here before for nails and left unimpressed. Never again Ill take my business and my hard earned money elsewhere same for the sister business Top nail tech.
I ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT :) I booked my nails and eyelashes the same day and they were very accommodating !! When I got there I was greeted with a smile and they made me feel at home. My nails are absolutely amazing (I had Jason do them) and I will definitely be back for more !! I also had the eyelash tech do my lashes, as a first time client, she was super kind and made sure every part of the process was the best!!! I’m in love with them!!Overall not bad pricing either very reasonable !!!* only thing is you must tip with cash, so I would bring some but they do have an ATM on site which is very handy*
The only thing appealing about this place is the aesthetics! While sitting in my car before going in a saw 2 set of people turned away. Wasn’t sure why at first but now I do. The woman at the register did not greet me and when I begin to tell her what service I wanted she interrupted and said “we don’t do that here”. As I tried to continue speaking she interrupted again and said we don’t do acrylics and asked have I been there before. I firmly stated yes because I have a couple of times. I told her that I wanted the powder dip and she sent someone over. Service was rushed and I had dried product on my fingers. I went to pay and she insisted that I leave a tip. Which I don’t mind but the service was poor! She brought my attention to a sign that stated a 20% gratuity is required! Why the heck would you practically force a tip when you are providing mediocre service?! Should have not returned from my last visit because of the cold shoulder she gave me before but I tried to give them the benefit of doubt. The girl who did my nails the last time was actually nice despite the miserable woman at the front desk! Do not recommend unless you meet a certain description which was made clear. Obviously a certain clientele is trying to be maintained
Definitely won’t be coming here again. The guy that did my nails did a horrible job with the design. I told it him I didn’t like it and he said “looks nice” emmm it doesn’t. Had my eyebrows done and I told her in detail what I wanted done. She only cleaned around it and now my eyebrows are to different shapes. I had to go home and fix them myself. +$100 down the drain
The customer service I received walking in the door was just disrespectful I have been coming to this location over a year now with no problem.very pleased with the styles however the lady at the front desk has no customer service skills, not the fact she didn’t greet me so I told her she was being rude she never looked my way, then she laugh in my face. When coming in you should want to feel good also who you are spending your funds with. Hopefully management rectify this.Fast-forward to July 4 since it won’t allow me to make another review. So I was coming in for a relaxing day ask for a one hour massage by Lucy she was very rude then I also ask for my nails and toes to be done with a upgrade in the middle of service they ask me to pay now this is normal for me each time I come. I have never been a asked this before. So then the guy at front say he has to go home so pay now this had to be 1 pm I walk out of there it’s like 2:30 bill over 208 dollars now at this point they want me to run my card again for a tip are they ok. The man acted is if I couldn’t leave so I said I have my receipt I’m leaving one hour later I get a call from this shop saying she wants her tip. Did you not know a tip is something someone wants to do for working hard. I would not recommend these people at all they are very rude. Ps the guy never left
Fantastic experience! Ill definitely be returning. The masseur was very attuned to his work, and I felt very cared for. I requested the foot and back combo massage, and I about melted. Also the atmosphere was super relaxing and the massage lounge was really really comfortable.I booked two separate sessions online starting 15 minutes apart from each other. I was in a bit of a rush so I accidentally made one for only 30 minutes, but I called and was pleasantly greeted by their receptionist Shelley, and she was very nice and switched my session no problem.Also the hospitality was next level! My friend arrived late, but I left his name up front, and there were no issues at all. He was shown in when he arrived, and his massage wasnt rushed. Also, since I was in a hurry, I asked to pay up front before the massage (normally you pay after) and they accommodated me with that too! I used a Groupon for my session, and I paid for my friends session separately, no problem! Im so grateful for everything! Im looking forward to the next time!
This was the worst Pedicure experience I have ever had! As soon as I left the store, my Gel polish fell off one of my toes. I went back in to the store to have it fixed. As soon as they reapplied it and I started to leave again, 4 more toenails lost the gel polish. I then insisted on a refund and they told me no refunds I paid $67 for a pedicure with 6 painted toes. WTH?? This is so unbelievable that this even happened. I do not recommend anyone goes to this business for any service!!!In regards to your response offering a refund........................This is my response:After being completely humiliated in front of everyone in the store trying to ask for a refund 3 times and being told this was not an option, I will never step foot in this business ever again! The credit card company will be contacting you - I suggest you comply with the disputed charges. You need to learn from this and be more professional with your customers in the future.FYI- 3 more toenails have since lost the nail polish applied. You also need to evaluate your products, as they are obviously defective or old.
Best mani/pedi in town. I always choose the Happy Feet pedicure on a pedi sofa bed and its so relaxing! Everyone has been kind. Ive never had a bad experience!
We came to this place and they are very sanitary which was nice. Overall it was an ok experience and but the young lady did a TRASH job on my ladies toe nails!! I could have done a better job. Again people do your best at your profession. People should be happy and appreciative that they are able to work an stay open. Do better people and especially when your dealing with customers. Do not recommend to get your nails done.
I have never had any issues with this place. They are always trying to accommodate my schedule and Nancy is amazing. I have had many of the other nail techs and have been happy. Yes, they speak in another language, which is Chinese, but who cares. You are not here to make friends or influence people, you there for a relaxing time and to get your massage or nails manicured. You all do a great job and thank you again!

My first time at this salon started off well and ended badly. I asked for my nails to be painted with gel polish (No soak off and no manicure; just polish) and was quickly brought back to get started. That was the only positive. When she was done, I looked at my nails and they were all bumpy, thick and clumpy. They looked terrible. Maybe she was new at this... I don’t know. I’ve never had such a bad experience getting my nails painted- not a very difficult task. And the price for the poor quality was outrageous. Expensive service for a poorly done manicure. I will never be back.
Super unfortunate., my first visit was awesome. I had a foot msg and it was probably the best ever! I decided to spend an hour of my day there again today as I was released from work early. I was super excited as I was expecting to have a relaxing afternoon after running a 5K on Wed. Reasonable expectation I would say, as i am PAYING for a spa service. The guy I got was drifting off into la la land the whole time, he knew nothing about massage and knew zero English which made for no communication. Needless to say I was instructing him the whole time on what to do and he still didn’t get it. I cut the session short and explained my experience to the girl at the front desk which whom directed me to the “manager” 🙄..Linda ... she listened to my case an immediately asked how long I stayed in the session. She was more concerned with her “therapist”🙄 getting paid then my experience. Linda next time it would be helpful and way more attractive to apologize for my experience, ask for another chance and meet me where I’m at. Linda... I hope you get the skills you need to run a successful business. I won’t be back and I will not recommend your spa to anyone.
Have been going to Palm Beach Nail and Foot Spa for years! They are always extremely friendly and accommodating! Even during Covid they made sure to make changes and keep things clean and sanitized, was never worried about their business not being clean! Highly recommend them! I get gel nails and they always last 3 weeks, which is definitely longer than other local nail businesses I have used before I found Palm Beach Nail and Foot Spa!
I was really happy with my experience here! I texted them for an appointment 30 minutes before they could get me in. The place was very clean and offered sanitizing throughout the services, and obvious steps were taken to prevent the spread of Covid-19. My manicure and pedicure (done by Ivan) were fast, efficient, and high-quality. I was happy to get a bonus back massage during the manicure! Ill be going back. Thank you!
Recently relocated from New York and struggled to find nail salons downtown that had availability on the weekends. I called the day of and was able to get an appointment at PB Nails & Spa. I loved the multiple chair and massage options available with a manicure / pedicure. The establishment was clean and all of the staff were friendly. Grace did my services and did an excellent job! It’s fair to say I found my “go-to” nail salon.
I was aesthetically impressed. Thats the most positive attribute I can offer. I called prior to arrival to ensure I could get a Mani Pedi was told pedicure only they were closing early. I was fine with that. Upon arrival the receptionist area had Three ladies that let me know they didnt want me there. My pedicure was simply putting my feet in water with no additive, my toenails were cut never filed, I didnt get anything cleaned underneath or on the sides, my cuticles werent done, he put the scrub on my dry skin rubbed rubbed it a few seconds and quickly rinsed. My toenails are uneven, polish isnt covering the toenail, its an uneven polish, no topcoat. With literally 100s of options within miles I would avoid this salon unless you are there when the technicians and the staff ACTUALLY want your business. Otherwise your paying for a less than desirable experience.
The facility is clean and is aesthetically pleasing, however I was not happy with the end result. I asked for a gel manicure and pedicure. I asked them to find a color that matched the gel for my pedicure and they led me to believe it was a match. My manicure was lighter than my toes. Luckily, both colors worked separately for my skin tone. About 4 days later my gel started to peel while still on vacation. Peeling has never happened to me before with gel, especially not a few days later. Nice place, but the end result was not worth the ~$80.
I am in shock this amazing salon and spa is not sitting at a perfect 5 star in Reviews. This was my first visit and I am HOOKED! It is immaculate with service to match. From the onset of your entry, you are greeted with a smile and the utmost professionalism! Then add a nice smooth glass of vino and you are already in heavens doors.Then let’s go to the service. My technician was Eddie. He is fast with high attention to detail and delivers EXCELLENCE! I started with my pedicure service. Everyone, I highly recommend the “Happy Feet Spa” which is pure decadence filled with a back and foot massage on top of the pedicure where I guarantee - “your feet will be happy”. My feet are still spinning somewhere in the clouds immensely happy!Move now to the Dipping Powder Fills and ANOTHER HIGH FIVE ROUND OF APPLAUSE. EDDIE KNOCKED IT OUT THE PARK! Nice “not thick at all” coating and very gentle on my own nails to promote a healthy state.Flawless service all around deserving of a 10 out of 10 but 5 is the highest rating I can give. Prior to departing, I immediately booked my next 2 appointments to assure I can get in front of Eddie as my mail tech.Everyone reading this, do not be swayed by any of the ratings that are complaining about not being able to use their cellphone for voice calls. It is a SPA! The owners simply wish for their customers to have the best experience without any disruptions or loud talking. The soft music tones with nature images on the TV screens promote this. I am ecstatic to highly recommend this business for your spa needs and looking forward to trying out other services.
I’ve been going there for about 10 months and I tip my nail lady every time I go but the last two times I couldn’t because of certain financial situations and the prices went up. My nail lady had someone call me to tell me she didn’t want to do my nails anymore because I come in late( mind you I was late one time because I didn’t have my car) and that I don’t tip her. I pay you for the labor and the work you so tips are not mandatory. I work hard for my money and so should you, I think a tip should be given only if you go above and beyond. It was very inappropriate and unprofessional for her to say that so they long no longer have me as a customer and I do not recommend them anymore. Also the girls at the front counter like to shame you into tipping people. So don’t go here unless you plan on giving a $20-50 tip every time you go. Over the span of a year equates to $240-600 that you’re just giving away. If you have it then good for you.
Today was my first time being at this nail salon. The interior is beautiful and breath taking. The designer did an amazing job with decor and structure of the facility to meet all needs of service. The service was also excellent. My pedicure was flawless from beginning to the end. The facility uses plastic coverings for the pedicure station which is a plus. They also do not use the same utenstils for everyone which is also another plus. My only recommendations would be to upholster the pedicure and massage furniture and shampoo the carpet. As well as make the massage section a little bit more personal and intimate by using a sheer curtain. Overall, the setting is beautiful, relaxing, serene with superb service.
This was a terrible experience NEVER go here unless you want to be treated with absolute disrespect from the front desk lady. She guilt trips you when you don’t tip, and even suggests you to go somewhere “cheap” when you already pay 50$ for a basic pedicure, which took only 10 mins. Comes out uneven and the worker had his AirPod in and didn’t even do a satisfactory job. Overpriced service and disgusting behavior by staff. Felt embarrassed when the lady literally advertised another place to me. Do better and maybe I’ll be more generous. Thank u for actually reading this important PSA.
I never write reviews but, I went to this spa because a friend recommended it. Once we got there, they were friendly and asked us what we wanted. A nail tech told my friend and I the prices and let us choose what we would have liked done. My friend was taken away at once. They asked me if I could wait as there was a delay in techs and I sat at the counter they have, the man offering customers wine handed me a water. I asked him if I could have some wine as he had given to previous customers while I waited. He ignored me and my friend various requests as he served two other customers. After I finally sat to get my nails done the tech seemed to be in a rush. My friend sternly asked for wine as the tech rushed to serve us. As she was doing my nails she didn’t clean under my nails or put any oil on my nails at the end after placing the clear coat and putting them to dry in the machine I told her my nails were sticky. She then proceeded to throw alcohol on my nails and left me that way as she rushed over to my friend to help her co worker do my friends nails. We collectively asked for the manager as several employees told us she went home for the evening. As we spoke with our nail techs, one of them decided to call the manager (Linda ) and speak with her in a different language what had transpired. Once my friend complained and stated that it was not a good thing for the company to do that. They handed her the cell phone which Linda proceeded to explain that she would give us a discount and continued to argue with my friend. As the tech was trying to rush me to pay full price and even more than the prices that were initially presented to me. I told her to give me a moment as I was trying to explain to them as the techs were standing there that the clear polish had dried off and the nails looked dull. She ran and got the oil and lathered them on my nails. We told the manager it was ok and we would not be back as it was a terrible experience.
I’ve gone here for 5+ years. Today they charged me $21 on top of the regular dip manicure price just to add a thin color tip to it. Very overpriced compared to other places i’ve been, sad to have to find another nail salon.
Honestly, so many reasons why I love this place. I always call for my appointments and my nail tech, Ivan, is always on time. I love the way the front desk handles the salon. She always lets people know when they have to wait and how much time they have left. The place has a great vibe, they offer wine, coffee, tea, and water. They also enforce no cell phones, which I appreciate because it gives me a space to relax which I now look forward to. You also get points every time you come so you can earn complimentary foot massages and more.😊
Had an amazing experience with the 68$ pedicure that comes with a back and foot massage. I’ve had many massages ant many spas this was the best! Great experience and they offer drinks with service. My gel pedicure was excellent.
This is my new favorite place in West Palm Beach. Professional & Friendly Staff, Excellent Customer Service, Hygienic, Clean, Spacious, Comfy Furniture, Welcoming, Relaxing , Great Range of Services !!! I got a great Manicure and went back few days later to get the 1 hour Foot (30 min) & Back Massage (30 Min) Combo. I definitely recommend and absolutely will be going back soon.
I just left palm beach nail and foot spa. I had the pedicure that comes with the 45 min massage that costs $60. I must say I was greatly disappointed. The salon itself is well kept and has nice vibe and decor but my nail tech was aweful! She did not tell me her name nor did she wear a name badge. Her overall disposition toward me was not very pleasant. I watched her under the towel on my eyes. She talked about me to next tech while frowning her face. On a few occasions she laughed and pointed at feet. After finishing she didnt say anything to me. She just got up and walked away. Overall very unprofessional. I will never go here again but instead their sister salon Top Nails. It isnt as intimate but at least the techs are professionals, greet you, smile and have a pleasant conversation with you like a decent human being should.

I went in for my nex gen and happy feet pedicure and Jason was great. He gave me an excellent pedicure and massage and he did a great job on my nails. I’ve been going to Palm Beach Nails for a few years now and I’ve always been happy. I highly recommend them.
I have been here a handful of times and the service gets worse each time. I keep trying to give them another chance but after this last time around I’m done.I paid $60 for the pedicure that included a bunch of different things. They did not complete all the services they claimed to do. I found the cheaper one to be better. The person that did my manicure and pedicure changed THREE times. The people just kept getting up and leaving for a few minutes than coming back, than a new person would come. I figured maybe the other people left but I later saw them and they were still working. I was later asked if I wanted water. I said yes, the man walked about and returned 5 minutes later with no water. 20 minutes later he asked if I wanted water again...i said no I was so frustrated at this point because my manicure and pedicure took THREE AND HALF HOURS...but he got up and walked away again. I would say one hour was pure lag time of me waiting for my person to come back.My manicure came out so bad they told me I could come back..but it took so long to get it done I didn’t even know how to respond to the offer and I doubt if I came back it would be free. After my nails were done they forgot to do any lotion and massage (that is part of the manicure). I asked about it and they did a VERY QUICK one and told me “I forgot”.On another note they made my toe bleed as well as my finger because they were to rough.It was an all around terrible experience.Then I had to pay $102 for a terrible manicure and a decent pedicure.I also have a friend who got a foot infection after going here but I wasn’t a part of that experience, just feel like it’s worth mentioning.Inside is nice looking but the work has been going majorly downhill.
Relaxing and unique experience, it nice that they also can do a back and neck massage before having a pedicure. It was by far the most relaxing pedicure I have ever had. The Salon is beautiful new and clean. The staff is very professional and do a really good job.
I dont like leaving negative reviews but I feel that this is worth mentioning. I have been coming to this salon for about a year now and have been seeing the same nail tech every 3 weeks or so, except when I make an impromptu appointment and he is not here. He always does my nails so well and we have established sort of like a friendship. Nevertheless, the manager/owner has really rubbed me the wrong way on a few occasions. This last time, I made an appointment and when I got here, I was asked to wait a moment while the tech finishes up. Then, while Im waiting, the owner comes up to me and asks what Im getting so I told her. She goes on to tell me the price which initially sounded higher than usual but it was no big deal until she proceeded to say, This salon is not cheap.. its like a spa. As if to distinguish her salon from the rinky dink salons she assumed Im used to frequenting. I was like, Umm.. Im aware; Im a regular customer here. She goes, Oh.. I didnt know. Well, the prices havent changed so you should know if you get the same thing every time. I was very taken aback. This is what I mean by she has rubbed me the wrong way before, with her snarky comments and snide attitude. That is very off-putting and unprofessional, especially from the OWNER. I have witnessed her treat people whom she seems to feel doesnt fit her ideal caliber of clientele differently, especially if youre a person of color. I have literally witnessed it time and time again. I chose to share this incident versus the others because like I said, I dont like leaving negative reviews, but this is a pattern of behavior that cant be ignored. I will likely return to see my regular tech as I have only had positive experiences with him, but I hope the owner sees this and takes heed that she needs to improve her nasty attitude.
Massage therapist was great but front desk person made the what should have been a relaxing experience stressful and a waste of money. As soon as we walked in, complained that the prior person shouldnt have made the appointment. I was 20+ minutes early and waiting on my friend and she insisted I pay before friend arrived even though I agreed to pay before massage. Seemed angry at another employee. So I asked if we should leave. I should have but I didnt want to screw over the therapists.
Came here for the first time today and I will never go anywhere else for a pedicure. They are very clean, with comfy chairs, and a knowledgeable staff. Ivan was great, and whether or not he is a licensed massage therapist is irrelevant because he, and what seems to be the rest of the employees are very well trained in massage and the human body. They have great packages that include a long detailed foot massage, AND shoulder massage for a great price! The environment was lovely, they had calming music playing, but not the annoying kind with woodland flutes 😂. I smudged my toe seconds after leaving and my wi derful technician Ivan fixed it up for me very quickly.10/10 will be here again. Just moved down from NY and Im really happy to have found such a wonderful spot. I cannot attest for any kind of tips, as I only do regular polish, but when it comes to care, detail and massage THIS IS the place to go.
I went a few times for both mani and pedis. Usually an ok experience. Last time I went after I was finished with pedi and mani I asked at check out if the guy was new. I was told yes, he’s been here one week. The worst pedi ever basically he just put new polish on it, worst powder mani ever. My nails were huge and out of shape. I was charged the total price and was told someone else could fix it. Well after 2 hours there already I said I’m running out of time I’ll have to come back. When I returned no one remembered what happend. I was charged full price again to fix nails that looked horrible. They offered nothing. Not returning.
Had only 30 minutes to spare. Lucy’s skilled hands were worth every minute. Incredible how she was able to concentrate on my problem areas (neck/upper back) with no prior interactions. Massage included a mini stretch as well. Book it! Your body will thank you.
Terrible experience going to this nail salon. I took my mom who rarely gets pedicures but I wanted to go for my birthday when we first went in they were rushing us to pick the colors. They didn’t offer anything to drink but offered other people. The entire time we had a massage both techs were talking loud the entire time. When it was time to do our pedicures they were laughing and speaking in another language which made my mom and I extremely uncomfortable paid over $100 for nothing. I always go to the best places and was told to go here. Extremely unprofessional and a terrible pedicure birthday with my mom.
The staff is wonderful and attentive. Kevin is amazing. He always takes care of me and is a perfectionist. Extremely happy with their service.
Updating to report that I just had the most amazing combo massage almost full body For $52! Lucy, Kevin or Jackie are all absolutely magnificent! I love the chair massage here! Nails are quite pricey though
I dont ever write reviews but I am making an exception for this place. It was the best pedicure of my life. It was transformative, a spiritual experience. While my feet were soaking, I had a neck, back, and shoulder massage. Then I was covered in blankets in a cushy chair - my eyes covered, and a strict no-cell phone policy, while they worked on my toes. Capped off with foot reflexology. The most physically relaxed I have felt in months. AND all of this for $35? Sign me up.

Love all of the nail and spa options here. I got a full set of pink and white dip French nails and she did a good job. The only downfall is I felt like she rushed a little on the alignment of the french tip, but it was my fault because I didnt realize they closed at 8pm and I got there about 725pm. Im still happy and will return.
I just finished a dip manicure and my nails look terrible. My nails have dip product stuck underneath and between. The technician used a pink cuticle oil and it stained my white nails. I presented my finished manicure to the manager and nothing was done. I truly liked this salon and wish they had at least offered some form or amends but nothing, heads down and no eye contact!
I took my friend here for her birthday and I was so embarrassed! The 2 techs talked in their language the whole time, looking up at us and making remarks. The pedi was probably 20 mins long including polish time, I am sorry for $32.00 that is terrible! My feet look horrible, she did not clean under my nails or cut around the needed areas, polish looks like if I did it at home. She burned my feet with the water twice! Needless to say, I will not be going back, just felt so bad for my friend because it was a birthday treat from me and the experience was mortifying .
I love the elegant atmosphere here, as well as all their skilled technicians. I’ve recieved massages here, pedicures and tips on my nails. They always do a job well done. It’s my favorite salon & I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my pampering needs.
The best nail salon around the 561! .... I started going here about a month ago when I randomly found it - on a Sunday. The salon is beautiful- clean, professionally run and the nail techs are fab. Now that Im a regular - Ill share my guy with you Skylar. Hands down. The best. Meticulous. The perfection of my nails is unbelievable. I wont go anywhere else. My mom and I visited Palm Beach Nails and Foot Spa today. It was by far the most awful experience I’ve had in my life. My mom was indecisive about her nail color and after it was applied on one toenail she asked kindly if she can change it before the technician proceeded. Who told her to do that? She was the laugh of salon during my whole pedicure. All of the technicians were speaking in their language the whole time back and forth laughing, commenting, and complaining about her. You may wonder how do I know this, but I assure you it was true because when I was finished with my “pedicure” which was fast and unrelaxed with all the chatter... I joined her in manicure bar where she was having her gel nail polish removed. I heard her ask for white nail polish to be on her fingernails. The tech proceeded to use the same color on her fingers which wasn’t white when my mom reminded him he laughed and made a comment and looked at the girl three tables down which was the girl who did my moms toes. At this point I didn’t even want to pay and just wanted to leave. I understand that speaking a foreign language is the first language and probably the only language used by some but using it to complain about your customers in front of them is completely unprofessional and an experience that I don’t want to have again especially when I’m paying my hard earned money for a service that was not only done poorly but with such an awful attitude. It’s unfortunate this happened today because this was my “go to” salon and one I used to recommend to everyone. I will be sure to share this story with everyone I know.
So very unhappy today. Overpriced. Always rushing to pick a color. They are not interested in assisting with matching tors and fingers. My daughter and I have been here many times. The last few visits have been disappointing. Will not be back. Ps I hate my Pepto Bismal fingers.
Took my boyfriend for his first pedicure, while I have had plenty, This was by far The best experience I’ve ever had. Prices are high but you’re definitely paying for what you receive. I will absolutely be back.
Abysmal service at my pedicure appointment. The technician was clearly not trained and had no idea what they were doing. Basically beat up my back and shoulders for 15 mins in the name of massage. In the pedicure itself, didnt take the time or effort to do anything. If I can do a better job at home why should I come to your place. Ultimately left half way through the appointment bc the technician was hurting my feet.
Okey, so I love to pamper myself once a month and I visit a lot of places and review them. I recently moved here from NY and decided to get my nails done. I told the girl I wanted a gel manicure and regular pedicure, the girl showed me the price and it said 30$ didnt even mention it was only for pedicure and did not give me price for manicure. Anyways Im thinking nice 30$ for both. When I am done i tip the lady that did my nails and then i go to the front to find out everything was 67$ -_- . I never paid that much not even in NY , I paid half of that for the same job and even better service. Im not cheap but if you are on a budget I wouldnt recommend going here. I even wanted to do my eyebrows but after that price i didnt bother asking.
I usually come here to unwind and enjoy myself, but my most recent visit wasn’t as much enjoyable but more stressful. I came in asking for a mani/pedi and I had an issue trying to explain to them that I didn’t want to takeoff my dip nails, but I just wanted them filled and repainted. Not only did they paint my nails the wrong color of which I informed them of, I had to try to convince them to fill my nails and they took them off completely. I just gave up trying to argue with them. The tech took the drill to my feet for some reason (never had this before) and burned me each time. The massage chair didn’t work, and they tilted backwards in an uncomfortable position that left the mechanism inside the chair to poke me in the back the whole time. During the manicure, they offer a massage while your hands are being soaked, and tech went way too hard on my back and I’m actually in a bit of pain. They tried to tell me I was done and ready to go without the top coat on one of my hands, which again, they didn’t listen when I tried to tell them.In all, I had a Gel mani/pedi that came out to a price point of $95?! Apparently there’s a 10% increase that they neglect to inform you of, which I found out about after asking them why it was so high. I don’t even pay that much if I go downtown for the same thing. Working in the service industry, you tend to display a little bit of forgiveness if a few mistakes happen, and understand that in this industry, we make our money through gratuity, but this time I really couldn’t justify paying for more than I needed to for this very VERY unpleasant experience. I am so disappointed. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.
Hire new techs please! It looked like my 5 year old cousin polished my toes. When I told the tech to please fix the polish on my toenails she became frustrated after I had to show her multiple times where my toenails were missing polish. Also be aware of the new price change for the same low quality of service.
I will definitely be back to pb foot spa! The other thing I always hate about nail salons is the smell that hits you as soon as you walk in. This place was clean, smelled great, and the decor was the best I have ever encountered. And of course the most important part was that the services offered were outstanding. My wife and went for a foot massage. The only downside in the whole experience was that the team at the door was pretty insistant on getting us to upgrade to package which included a backrub and foot massage instead of just the foot massage we came for. We ended up getting the package and it was worth it. Even with upgrading the price was pretty great. This is our new go to spot to take family & friends when they visit.
Phenomenal service ! Conviently located right off I95. Front desk was super pleasant and my 60 min massage from Ben was beyond amazing. I also got a fabulous pedicure by Shirley who throughout the the service also gave another neck & shoulder massage. The entire staff did an outstanding job. Being a local of Palm Beach , i’m proud to say i wouldn’t go anywhere else !
Really sucks when you try to treat your girlfriend to a relaxing foot massage/Reflexology session and get poor customer service, rude staff and bad massage. After session, she was disappointed with lack of quality and/or knowledge of reflexology. As she was leaving was told a tip is mandatory.........WHAT? She had intended to tip less than 20% for the reasons stated. When told that tipping was mandatory she tipped more than 20% and said if it so important, they can have it and lose my future business. Too bad, looks like a really nice place inside. I will try to treat her with surprise foot massage elsewhere.
This salon is pathetic. They have low quality items for their price. They were hesitant about fixing my nail that chipped off in less than a week and yesterday it chipped off again! The other day I went and they said it wasn’t going to be fair that i wanted it fixed since the nail tech that did my nails wasn’t there. Unfair to her? it’s unfair to me that I had to go back to a nail salon that does not like to help their customers. I won’t be back here!
Had a gel pedicure done by Ivan yesterday. It was my first time going here. What a beautiful establishment and the music choice is so relaxing. After my pedicure was done, I thanked Dr. Ivan for cutting out my ingrown nail that was causing me pain. If you need your ingrown cut out, Ivan is gentle yet persistent. Thank you for giving me such a wonderful pedicure. I will definitely be back.
I try to come here once a month and it’s an enjoyable experience each and every time. The reviews about the prices are correct they are a bit more expensive BUT for what you get you can’t beat it. 35 dollars for a pedicure AND a 15 min massage is incredible. It’s clean and I never worry about getting a infection like other places in West Palm. Worth it 💯
This is the first time in my life Ive ever had a pedicure. I was hesitant about making an appointment and going in. Im glad I picked this location Palm Beach Nails and Foot Spa.From the front desk to the back area back to the front desk everyone was pleasant and very very helpful. I definitely will return when its time for another pedicure!
I had a groupon for a 1hr foot & 1hr full body massage and it was FANTASTIC! It was worth way more than I paid and I enjoyed every second of it. Its an extremely new & clean facility! My masseuse was so good I had to run to the bank so that I could leave her the tip she deserved!
Two people worked on my nails for over an hour and they never finished the job. They continued to get up and leave and go work on other clients. This is most unprofessional nail salon Ive ever experienced. They literally left my nails unpolished and undone. No one came to finish the service. Theres unprofessional and then theres disrespectful. This place is terrible.
I had a two hour experience (1 hour deep tissue back massage and a 1 hour reflexology foot massage) and Edie was wonderful. The spa is very clean and the décor leads one to relaxation. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was well pleased with my experience.
How I wish I could a negative 5 star review! Most times I stray away from giving negative reviews, however, when it is fully merited I leave them.This was the worst experience Ive had at a Nail Bar. The customer service was horrendous. From the original greeting to the actual service and then to the awful checkout.How do you pay $50.00 for a total experience and leave feeling like you shouldve paid $20.00. I hate the entire experience. The worst to me was the lady in the pink sweater that was checking everyone in and out. Her customer service is extremely poor. Shes loud, assuming, and was unfriendly today. Just because your business is busy doesnt mean you make excuses for your Ill manners, lack of service and behavior. I was stunned that this was her excuse! Just shameful.Then when I didnt leave a tip for the guy who did my pedicure. I asked her if its by FORCE to leave a tip for an expert I did not enjoy? She had the AUDACITY TO SAY YES!! Because theyve been working all day. Hmmm, it would seem then they should be compensated better by their employer!It is not compulsory to leave anyone a tip if a patron is not satisfied with the service. Just shameful. Then she made a display of speaking loudly as we were discussing the issue. I will need again step my foot in such a place. Extremely unprofessional at this location. If Im paying $100 for a service just for a pedicure it should be an enjoyable experience and not one I want to quickly forget.Another irritating factor was that they charged the lady in front of of me $50for her childrens (3) pedicures! Outrageous. They are children. She finally did give her 10% off and said they dont normally do that! I thought to myself is this a joke? Not my kind of place. The container may look good, but the contents need to be overhauled. Terrible experience.
I never experienced racism the way I did when I visited this nail spa. The place is clean and looks beautiful but the lady who was doing my pedicure is racist and does not like black people. I love all people and I hear other people stories of being treated badly because of the color of their skin but I never experienced that myself until today. It’s sad that people can have so much hate in their heart for others just because they don’t look like them.

I made an appointment that was confirmed for 10AM. When I arrived on time they told me they had given the pedicure chairs to other clients and that if I wanted a pedicure I would have to either pay for a more expensive pedicure to be seen or wait 25 mins to use the chair, which is what I made an appointment for. What’s the point of making an appointment if it’s not honored? No apology was given and the staff seemed more annoyed that I wanted to have the appointment I made honored as opposed to being apologetic for the mistake that was made on their part.
Rude, inappropriate management! I made an appointment with a Groupon for 10am. I sat down at 10:10 and the manager came over and accused me of being a customer before and I have never even had my nails done there or been in that plaza. She requested I take my glasses off, even after telling her I just had my eyes dilated. I explained that I have a twin but it was highly unlikely that she had even been there since she doesnt live here and she pretty much called me a liar to my face and in front of the other customer getting her hands done!! F*ing rude b*tch! What humiliation!! There were only 2 other customers in there and at least 6 workers and I sat at the nail table until 10:35 with no service. Apparently they didnt even want my tip money and Im a very generous tipper. Horrible experience to be called a liar, humiliated, and refused service!! They dont deserve to be in business. I did nothing wrong. I was so excited to finally have my dream come true of getting a manicure and a shoulder massage and that was rudely shattered and broken. I dont even want to use the gift certificate to this place that I received for my birthday!

Today 7/28/2018 is my youngest 9th Birthday and she wanted a Spa Day which I really needed myself, so I made reservations for 1pm. My daughter enjoyed her combo massage to the fullest. You all made her day exactly the way she wanted it, now were at ur Nail Salon getting a Mani and Pedi which is the icing on the cake bcus the design the nail tech did is perfect. I really appreciate the AMAZING services at both of ur locations and thanks for the discount at Spa.
Wont go back. 1st time going tried a massge w pedicure and had a gel manicure done. My pedicure bubbled up (probably because they used oil before the pedicure. Had to have the tech reapply top coat but I was so upset). While having the massage , the pedicure, and the manicure, the tech had a young girl following him and watching and talking about my feet and hands and laughing, supposedly she is learning but it is rude and unprofessional to do that while someone is paying for service and trying to relax. Then my nail got scratched, had to repaint and then on top of that all the techs talk amongst themselves and it almost seems like they are arguing because they get loud. So i was disappointed they dont understand you and even though the place is nice the service didnt do it for me. Very unprofessional crew who could do way better.I wont be coming back.
Im surprised this place has gotten anything less than 5 stars. My mom and I both got mani-pedis and it included a 45 min massage. We bought a groupon for it. We will definitely be back. Excellent service, good prices and very clean. They are a new business, so I hope others will give them a chance!
Jacob was the nicest tech ever. He was very thorough and checked to make sure i was comfortable and enjoying the service every step of the way. Also gave great tips for my dry cuticles. Will be back.
The management here is atrociously rude. I have been to this salon many times, but now I will not be returning. They have been extremely disrespectful to three of my family members and to me, all on separate occasions. This last time was the final straw.
Appointments are useless in this establishment. Upon Arriving I learned they had no clue I Scheduled an appointment and I found there to be a lot of stress in an entablement that is supposed to be stress free. They also over charged me by $30 and when I tried to dispute this with them they told me refunds are not possible and instead gave me a useless $5 off coupon. 10/10 would not recommend.
My first experience was cut very short , first I found the place online and saw that their gel fill cost $25 , once I arrived for my appointment the lady at the front added on $20 extra dollars, saying it will now cost $45 for the fill because this is more like a spa ...... last time I checked, it said (Nails and foot spa ) on the front of your place. I would not recommend anyone going here , they are money hungry , add extra fees. They even tried to get me to just go down the street to the other nail salon instead of their business . Nasty people.
My first time visiting this establishment and honestly it will probably be my last…I came in and the front desk lady was very rude and inconsiderate of my standing there, as her and other staff bickered back and forth, not to mention the blank stares from the techs. The place is beautiful, however the service was not.
Hours posted online and on the door are open at 9:00. I got there at 9:07 and they were closed. So I called and someone picked up the phone and said oh were open at 10 oclock temporarily. I was so annoyed! This is my first time trying this business and this is the first impression I get. You cant run a business with flexible hours but post your hours on the door. If youre going to be flexible with hours then dont post any hours at all! It took up more of my time going to the salon and then waiting and then going to another salon to actually get my service done. I dont know if Ill give them a second chance. Such a waste of time and not how you run a business.
This was my 2nd time going there. 1st was with Tom he gave a great massage and did my manicure and pedicure. I was very relaxed and happy. This time I got Shirley who was awesome! PB Nails & Foot Spa was a great experience!Their ambiance is relaxing- music is light and calming. I agree with their request of NO cell phone use 😉They’ve a nice selection of services and combinations. I recommend “Happy Feet Spa” 🦶🏼 in massage sofa. Shirley was amaZing with 25 minute Reflexlogy treatment. Neck & Foot massage was totally relaxing- and afterwards I had pretty pedicure accomplished.
Very dissapointed...needed professional look for important meetings. Pink and white dip with tips at $55.00 TIps werent done right as they have discoloration blotches and lines showing through 5 out of 10 nails. Looked like beginners work. Worst part is they acted like it was a great job and wouldnt acknowledge poor workmanship. I am embarassed of my hands and have to hide until i can get fixed. So much for looking professional.
I have been coming here for a minute now I really dont have any complaints. The only real suggestion I could make would be forthe for the scrub massage to be a little bit longer. Other than that it is a nice clean place and the staff is friendly. No complaints on my nails either.
Worst experience Ive had.I had a pedicure - very expensive and they didnt do half of what other places do.My boyfriend had a groupon for a 2-hour massage/mani/pedi. They touched him for 5 minutes and did a mani/pedi in an hour.It is a beautiful nail salon, but the customer service was the worst Ive experienced. The owner is very rude as well as te employees.

They did a fantastic job on both my pedicure and eyebrow wax. I tried the Healthy Foot Pedicure in the massage sofa. This option included a 15 massage first and then she began the pedicure. Very relaxing and clean.
I came here because this is a beautiful place inside, but BEWARE the nail techs have NO IDEA what they are doing. It took almost 2 HOURS to have a next gen with tips. The first woman had no idea how to do nails and she was so slow. The second woman looked like she was trying to rush to leave. Did not bother to fix my cuticle, clean under my nails, or apply oil when finished. All my nails had different shapes also.When I told them why I was upset they made excuses they offered me a 5 DOLLAR discount. The women were talking their language to each other and giving me FACES because I was upset they did NOT DO THEIR JOB RIGHT. The manager spoke to me and she didn’t even care but also made excuses and basically told me OH WELL. This obviously is a poorly run business save your money and go somewhere else where the technicians actually like their JOB and know how to do nails. I willl tell all my girlfriends NOT to come here anymore.

Awesome mani/pedis and Tony gives the BEST chair shoulder and neck massages. I will be going back regularly! As a side note, the owner is not kind m, abrasive and rude, but everyone else is great.

Me and my husband went today for manicure and pedicure. The guy who did my manicure and pedicure , he was not good at it. He didn’t clean my regular nail polish properly and the main thing was he didn’t clean my toenails properly there were some dirt inside it too. So what is the purpose of pedicure if my nails are looking still dirty??
They don’t have “perfect match” colors for those who want gel on their fingers & regular polish on their toes. My gel chipped in less than 1 week, when it usually lasts me over 2 weeks. Multiple customers complaining about how this place wouldn’t honor their Groupon, even though the customer already paid for it. This went on for over 20 minutes very loudly & disrupting the relaxing atmosphere one is supposed to have here. Yet staff wouldn’t budge on them paying $10 less each - $20 less total. I went back 2 days later (before my polish chipped) to get a wax done on eyebrows, lip & chin, then they tried to charge me $15 more saying I got my sideburns waxed, which I did not. After 15 minutes of arguing, I won. I got home & saw half of my chin wasn’t even waxed properly.Bottom line is this place tries to overcharge for every service & the customer service is awful. I noticed most of the other bad reviews say the same thing. Plus, their services aren’t even good. I will be finding another nail salon & make sure to tell all my family & friends not to come here, it was that bad. The only good thing is the place has a nice appearance. But it’s not relaxing because there’s always a customer arguing about the price since they try to overcharge everyone. And they talk about the customers in their native language. Go back to your home country if you’re going to try to run a business like this.

The nail tech broke my big toe nail while she was cleaning it, didnt say anything to me, proceeded to polish my toes, I have half a nail on one of my big toes. And it hurts to walk. Spas are supposed to be comforting and this is just painful. Doubt Ill be back.
Today I had got a dip power French style nail set..I stead of my nail tip being white they were black...normally for this design I pay between $40 to $45 dollars...but today the cashier charge me $75 dollars..as I was leaving to check out my nail tech told the cashier my price is $55 dollars and she still decided to change me $75 and then had the nerve to demand me for a tip 25% tip at that😡 and when I didnt want to pay the tip she declined my card...I had just politely used another card...I was very pleased how the nail tech did my nails but the cashier really has to go

I asked for deep tissue neck and shoulder massage and they gave me someone who gently massaged my lower back and the top of my head - everything but my neck and shoulders. No matter how many times I tried to communicate they just did the only thing they know apparently. Wasted money.
Not as good as it used to be. Try to request the same person, receptionist was not friendly informed me “that they really don’t do that” also massages tend to run short on time never got a full massage around 10 minutes short. Will be looking for a new place

Do not buy the Groupon for 2. I called before I bought the Groupon to see if I could use it with a friend today. They said sure, so I booked an appointment for 2 people. When I arrived, they told me that not only could I not use the Groupon in this fashion, she said that she would never have told me that I could use it this way. She called me liar in front of me friend. They will NEVER get my business!
My nails where uneven and shaped wrong.Then instead if fixing the nail he slapped on a second the top coat to dry. I paid 150 for terrible service. Then followed me to the front and asked for a tip then he told me i did not give him enough and i need to tip the person that helped him. I will never be back and I definitely will be doing a YouTube video above this service.
This place is amazing!!! You can get a pedicure in a relaxing room that is so quiet and the chairs are so comfortable. There are packages where you can get a massage too! I wont go anywhere else! :)
