Wonder Nails

The tech rushed thru my manicure and pedicure. I had to tell him to apply a base coat first to my pedicure. And tell him to smooth the corners of my manicure shape, he just cut straight and filed. He was not good with removing cuticles. Skipped entire steps, like cuticle oil and hand massage. The Polish chipped on my manicure in less than 48 hours on every nail! And they charge a 3% service fee if youre using a debit card. I wasnt aware until after I paid and tipped. I will not return and do not recommend. Also, the air does not circulate, chemicals are very strong. I coughed for 2 days. Pedi $30, Mani $25. 1st and last visit

If I could leave zero I would, The male nail tech I had was in his phone the entire service. I requested short nails pretty simple to do BUT they were lumpy, the white tips I requested were painted on and spotty. I still paid for my service being Im not a combative individual and left a tip which I’m sure he was surprised being he didn’t do a good job. With all that being said I got a refill elsewhere, (as I should have) It’s been 2 weeks since then and one fell off. BABY in my Monique voice, I have FUNGUS ON MY NAIL AND NOT WHERE THE REFILL BEGAN MIGHT I ADD. This is the second time I’ve received FUNGUS on my nails from this nail salon. In all my years getting manicures this is the only place this happens I’m not going to lie either, I was trying to be cheap but never again I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Im disgusted by the way the first 2 girls that do lashes acted the funny part is one was mad I stopped seeing her and she told the other girl false information great way to stop your money anyways the first chair the lady a day before my photo shoot did my eyebrows and she ripped my skin off I took pictures because she told me it was the wax still on there no it was my skin so of course I stopped seeing her the girl on chair 2 next to her did my lashes on Friday may 31,2024 I like 55 minutes away and 3 hours after seeing her my lashes fall off 🙄 no I didnt wet them I didnt do anything I havent been doing for years so the next day June 1,2024 I go back and showed her the lashes she told me to wait she took 2 clients then came to me and took the lashes that fell off my hand and started pulling the lashes apart so I said hey I come from port st.lucie please dont reuse them because it has glue and it will fall off again she proceeded to start yelling at me in front of customers saying it was my fault it take long time to dry and that I had no lashes of my own to hold the strip lashes I have been doing my lashes for over 10 years never was told it was my fault why they would fall but my lashes never fell after just a few hours I told her she then proceeded to yell and say the girl in the first chair told her about me WHAT! The amount of money I spent going there and on ya service plus tip this is what I get.. I told her you shouldnt listen to others shes mad because I dont see her no more for taking my skin off on a eyebrow wax she then says she seen me go there for a year and it was come off before I said never in a few hours and yes the corners peel off so I come to get it fixed but I always tip I told her I live on port st.Lucis its a 2 hour drive back and fourth so this isnt kool she then saids oh you drive too slow I go back and fourth from there in 45 minutes mind you port st.Lucis is really big and I am 54 minutes away not 45 I then decided to just stop arguing with ignorance I said dont worry I will look in my area for service she said yea you should ppl say we cheaper in my head Im like I pay very well money isnt the issue its your mindset and your attitude she put on the same lashes which is unsanitary and walked away on my way out I spoke to the owner and told him I will be reporting the shop I have video of today incident and Tallahassee will be notified ! And the health department with proof of pictures and videos .. very unprofessional both those First Ladies are .. I also used my google translator and they talk awful on EVERYONE mind blowing experience

I have been to this place before but this past Saturday the job was terrible and I didn’t notice until after 2 days of been home already. Did dipping powder and the nails look like they have 14 days old but is not even been a week, some of the nails look chunky. I also did wax on my chin, eyebrows and mustache, I still have hair when is supposed to last at least 14 days, I spent $100 between everything and they did terrible job.

This place is nice but it was my first time over there for my eyelashes and eyebrows wax and I decided to get my toes And my nails done that’s what I got nails too big no shape

I was there for the waxing of my eyebrows and chin … everyone that ever did my chin alway did my neck area as well and this lady decides that my sideburns is under my jaw line and it wasn’t included in my wax and had the audacity to want to charge me more money …. & left me with an half a$$ service and that small area she did was $20 alone . I’ve being going here for years now, but this draws the line ….. you guys ripped me off .

Horrible, the lady messed up my eyebrows. I do not recommend. It was my first time and last. The lady to the left corner in the back.

Terrible customer service, the lady who was doing my nails didn’t understood what I was saying, she was hurting my finger, using that machine to take the gel off, she broke two nails and just was keept going. Still have gel in my nails and she said for me go wash my hands to finish the nail, so I went to pay and left, so ridiculous.I couldn’t get my nails done, they clearly have no idea what they’re doing. Be careful if you are thinking about get your nails done at this place. Normally I don’t give a bad review, but people need to know how bad this place are. In the picture you can see how she get “done” my nails.

The atencion is amazing! They are very professional my manicure was really good and the pedicure was the best part with the long massage.

I gave her a polish (old) off the shelf but she picked another polish from another shelf.(im thinking cause this is old) I asked was it the same polish cause it look different. She shook her head yes 🤨 but it look different to me. She proceeded her work with the polish she picked. When she was done, I told her the color doesn’t match with what I gave her 😠 so then she found the polish I wanted, polished my nails over the wrong polish and was done 😡 i was so mad I just told the man who asked “was everything okay” what happened but he didn’t know what to do so i jus paid an left… FIRST AN LAST TIME WITH THEM!!!! 😡

The best place to get lashes and eyebrows done at a reasonable price. All the ladies are wonderful but I always request Emily. She does a wonderful job. She knows exactly what I like and how I like it. My lashes last up to a month. Great customer service!

Im so mad my baby got her nail done for 15 dollar for gel polish..and the next day she came from school she had no polish.. they lied about putting gel polish on her fingers and my baby have had gel polish on her nail before and this never happened a

Never going to this place again. First time I went they were charging me $1 to buy a mask , meanwhile no one was wearing a mask. And went again today for a simple eyebrow cleanup, got my skin burned, bleeding a bit and eyebrows weren’t cleaned properly and are uneven. They have too much people doing eyebrows yet quality of work is very low. No one had clients and they sat me with someone that didn’t know how to do eyebrows.

Its convenient. but as soon as I find a black owned salon that does not take appointments only then I wont be back. They try to sell you extra services you never asked for. But its okay. The nail work is inconsistent but once you find the right tech keep them.

Absolutely terrible experience every time i try and give them a chance. they don’t clean their tools whatsoever. went in today before work for a soak off and manicure. they ripped off my nails with a nail tip, (didn’t soak like i asked) didn’t provide a basic manicure (just cut cuticles and buffed, no lotion, no massage, no treatment), then made me switch chairs w someone and used the same equipment on BOTH of us at the SAME time. extremely unsanitary and terrible workers that rush to get you out and could care less about their work. save your time and health.

Probably the worst set of nails I’ve had done in years, if I didn’t have to go to work after sitting 2 hours for them I would have had them fix pedicure was fine. Won’t return

These people are very rude and argues with the customers when they are called on their less than quality work. Ive been there for 3 manicures and all 3 times have been bad. The only saving grace in there are the women but they only do eyes and pedicures. Ive had Kim and she was great. From the owner to the other males they were always rude and tried to up the price when you tell them their work is not what it is supposed to be. I liked Kim but I wont be going back there.

Thee worst pain job ive ever gotten. They charged me 30 dollars for a refill !!! Ugly gel paint job just horrible.... I did not argue i even tipped but im livid!!! which i paid!! The man who was doing my nails most of been tired because my 15 yr old paints my nails better. Save your money and go elsewhere.

They’re service has always been mediocre, but i kept going because it was cheap. But over the last 2 years they’ve upped their prices on everything but have not improved with doing nails, customer service, or any other service they provide. I went to go a simple soak off of my acrylic nails, and they said that it would be $20… they said that it cost that much because I was getting them soaked off to possibly go to someone else to get my nails done after leaving them or some sort of crazy explanation. I just went to the beauty supply next door and bought some nail clippers and etc to do it myself because that is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional of them to even insinuate such things, when they’re just supposed to provide the service at the listed price. I recommend going elsewhere because they never really have a set price for anything anymore, it’s all about how much they need for the day or how petty/greedy they’re feeling.

This place is an absolute shame of people working and think they can ultimately disrespect all people of color that walk in. Just simply because I know what I want they made me color my own toes per the owner stating that I am too picky and no one would take me when it was my very first visit there. I mentioned to the owner that he needed more patience and and learn how to talk to people everyone isnt the same so he called me all names and everything when I intended to pay anyway. I do not recommend this place they are completely racist when predominantly blacks helps keeps their business running.

If I could give a negative number rating I would. Awful service and very rude. Went to get an eyebrow wax and got treated poorly because I didn’t want to tint. I hate how tint looks and declined the offer multiple times. The tech was rough, didn’t want to wax the middle of my eyebrows and didn’t even tweeze the extra hairs due to her being upset about me declining the extra service. Then had the nerve to slap my hand, when I was trying to insert my card to pay. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!! Never felt so humiliated as a human.

Nails were poorly done. No matter what profession youre in, you should take pride in it and love what you do. The nail tech who did my nails was watching his phone at the same time which couldve cause an accident as hes using tools, My nails were not buffed properly, they were very uneven and chunky. I went to get some dip powder, instead the nail tech used a brush to apply like a regular acrylic. Thank God this isnt my nail salon, I went as a last minute to attend a wedding as my previous nails got damaged. I was not pleased. I paid, tip the tech too and left. I will never go back and I would not recommend. VERY POOR JOB

My guest and I arrived together a few hours before closing unbeknownst to us we asked for new gen dip powder and pedicures first her them myself. They did not want to want to soak off my dip properly being that takes longer than the half way job they tried to do only getting off half the color i arrived with scrubbing roughly and quickly. It was the worse not to mention my thumb nail was uneven on an angle. One would assume with all the filing the young girl did on my nail she would perfectly evened each one out. They rushed her over to the seat for a pedicure first but it took so long that it was closing time and then refused to listen to her talking quickly when she said she only came for a new gen dip but decided to get a pedicure also she would rather have gotten her nails done instead had we been mase aware of the closing time at arrival instead of towards the end of our first service. My fingers were littered with nail color all around my cuticles and underneath my nails. It was quite messy but the color itself was gorgeous i must. My sat down to have a deluxe Pedi done as i normally wouldve had we been in Miami. It should include a light exfoliator and a couple other creams with the heated wax and massage and or hot towels. Its magical you have got to have this treatment its heaven on earth and i find that makes me feet look and feel AMMMMAAAZZZING! Anyhow this was great my pedicure went as expected the guy was thorough and gentler than the young girl who halfway dipped my nails. My heated wax and towel were great to relax my calves and feet. I dont like that they refused to allow me to have the dip on my toes to match the pretty color so my feet are a noticeably different shade of red rather than pink. What a disappointment. They said they dont do that. However the manager did file my jacked up thumb back evenly and he tried to be polite to me though he was rude to my guest who happens to be a local.

Worst place to do your nails. Nails be thick. They don’t know how to do French tip, one side be up & the other side down. They started growing out in 4 days. I don’t recommend!!!

This place is a hit or miss. First it’s not fancy. It’s one of those places you go to for “stylish nails” but not to relax.My 1st visit I wanted to treat my mother to a pedicure. The older man who did mine was fine. The older women who did my mothers was rude, rushed & wanted to charge $10 more bc I wanted to use 2 colors (not design just 2 different colors).2nd visit Peter did my full set. It was amazing! It was perfect I was so happy. If I ever went back it wld be only to him.3rd visit was the worst & my last! I literally showed the young lady the picture I found on their IG page & asked her to do that. An ombré fill with a polish change. Since the design was in their IG & done by Peter I assumed everyone in the shop cld do the same. NOPE! 🙅🏾‍♀️instead she decided to do a full set, added extra EXTRA Rhinestones(I didn’t ask for) and made them longer than what I asked. She picked at my original set so much one of my cuticles started to bleed. And when she started to use the drill it burned! 😱🤦🏾‍♀️. So obviously 🙄 I ended up paying a lot more than what I intended. She rushed me out the shop so fast that although I decided to tip her she didn’t give me an opportunity to. AND I ended up cutting them after about a week and a half bcuz they were so long they got in the way and I smashed them against everything at work.

Peter does my nails and Im always satisfied. If theres a nail mishap Peter rights the wrong. My only concern is with pedicures the tools arent sanitized and are in a tool type box.

I normally like my eyebrows/eyelashes but the technician that did them this time did a poor job. I wanted my nails cut down and coffin shaped I dont know what I got. My eyebrows are ridiculously dark && long, the right 1 is good but the left 1 is just plainRIDICULOUS

I went here on a whim thinking that my nails would look beautiful because of the high rating this place has. Unfortunately for me it was terrible!!! I got a gel manicure, the woman put the gel on so thick I could see where the polish had bubbled up. She even left gel on my skin!!! Some places barely had any polish and then other spots had clumps of gel on them. If I would have hit my nail on something it wouldve pulled the gel off way too easy. I went back to ask them to fix it, guess what, the guy put a new coat of gel on and that was it. They wouldnt refund my money and my nails were absolutely horrendous. - DONT GO HERE unless you want to risk walking out feeling robbed!

VERY unprofessional, WELL Over Enough Staff & It’s Still A Whole football team sitting around all up in this smalls mail shops nobody ain’t doing nothing to help everyone is just sitting around on their phones , this is bad business & any of them rarely speak english I was very disappointed & not satisfied

Nail techs are horrible. Had to have my nails repainted because the guy did a bad job. Then when asked to redo a couple he seemed to have an attitude. The waxing girls in the back are great. Will not get my nails done again

Eyelashes and brows are the bomb, its usually no hassle for that ,but today i was in there and it was very busy, a young lady was upset because she was lied to about who people ahead of her were waiting for. The nail tech got pretty rude with her....and I think thats wrong.Respect your customers. I may walk in here and there for brows and lashes but for nails Ill go to first lady on military and 45th

It’s a very nice place. I go there all the time for one specific nail tech. But every time I get my nails done, my fingertips swell up and hurt for at least a week and a half. Then they scab. I asked my nail guy if he cleans his tools and I got no response. Other than that everything is awesome.

One of the nail techs didnt speak any English she took a whole hour to do my pedicure. The nail tech who started out doing my fingernails was so rude to me I wound up telling her off because she was hurting my nail bed on purpose and when I told her about her hurting me her feelings were hurt and she kept mouthing off to me so bad I had to tell her off so she jumped up and left me sitting there so they sent a nicer more polite nail tech over and she was more kind and courteous that first nail tech so I tipped her.

My lashes are always on point but nails always depends on who does them they barely last. Prices are good . but no fifth star because of pedicure they never want to clean under the nails even after i ask they only understand when i physically clean it with my bare hand .

I went for a basic gel manicure and they referred me to one of the nail techs that generally do feet. I still decided to give her a chance and it was a disaster. She filed my nails down to the bed & I left with polish all over my hand. If you guys at WONDER NAILS are going to have nail techs that do only basic mani/pedis, atleast teach them how to file & polish!

Unprofessional and disrespectful. I was told not to bring my 5 month old back because Im too overprotective when the staff kept bumping my baby stroller and not apologizing. Plus my gel nails didnt last a week. Awful, dreadful place!!! I got my lashes done and within 2 days my eyelids swollen and blistered.

This place is AMAZING! I just moved back to Florida and to a new area so I tried this one out. I had a young girl and an older women both work on my toes. I had chipped a toe which they were able to fix and look natural like it was nothing! The older lady spent so much time cleaning my toes and nails up, they had never looked so nice!! I definitely reccomend this place - they don’t disappoint!

Very unprofessional, I went today to get a pedicure and full set and left very unsatisfied. My nails are all un even, big and bulky and rushed . My feet are the wrong color and when I asked them I wanted to change the color they caught an attitude. I’m spending my hard working money for something that wasn’t worth it. I will never step foot at this nail salon again . K

I have been coming here a lot recently to get my nails done and I must say this is my favorite nail salon and the only one I go to. I always get short acrylic with gel powder and the nice old man I usually gets always does a great job :)

Ok so I’m never going back here . I went to get a fill and they left dirt underneath my nail and recovered it with acrylic so you can see the dirt under 3 of my nails I told the guy and he said I’d have to get new nails since it’s under and I said umm ok so then put new nails on me then he like completely ignored me and just painted on a darker color which turned orange so I have a French with orange nails now and streaks of dirt . Yeah there cheap but you get what you pay for

After going to 2 other nail salons i found this place it was busy but they work hard to take care of all the customers. The older lady did my pedicure and was great!

Worse experience ever ... never go to them , lies to me told me he did the nails I showed him , to get my business had absolutely no idea on how to do what I asked for . I recommend No one goes here . Not even for a simple poilsh my gel so caked up , nails are so uneven . Poor Job ... cut them when I ask them to take them off . Refuse to take them off so I would have to pay for them to get removed else where very rude , &’ disrespectful.

Superb! Kenny is an efficient perfectionist: completed my dip nails, tips and all, beautifully in less than an hour. Highly recommend this shop.

I took a friend of mine here hes a disabled veteran and needed his finger nails and toe nails clipped. They tried to charge him $35+. Theyre not friendly. After my objections they charged him $10 Id never do business with them. How do you try to take advantage of the disabled especially a disabled veteran 76 year old gentleman 🤬😡

Love this place they prices are great and the work is also. From ROC never paid so low for a pedicure i love this nail shop. Just got a pedicure yesterday toes looking great. Just wish they open on sunday as well. Great place!!!😜

I think these workers are amateurs, my nails were all different lengths and shapes. Upon complaining to manager he barley spoke English and told me more money to fix.

My visit to this salon was not a good one. I was treated so badly that I will never reccomend someone to go there. The staff is careless and unprofessional. All they want is your money.

This is one of my love/ hate relationship nail salons. They do a good job but they can be kinda rude at times.
