Excellent after office pub! Superb service and the atmosphere is great, just like a real Irish bar should be! Highly recommended.

They hosted a UF alumni event there last weekend. Great atmosphere.

Stopped in solo for some after dinner drinks while on a business trip. Greeted warmly by the bartender Ashley. I was given great service and struck up a conversation with several other folks seated at the bar . Didnt order any food so cant comment on that but I enjoyed my time at Roxys.

I had the best time here when I came into town tonight. The food was great! I had Buffalo wings and my partner had chicken tinders. All of the bartenders (Marcus, Clint, and Carlie) were awesome! They all checked on everyone at the bar non stop! Nice find!!

Let’s just say I’m never coming back here again. There’s live roaches crawling at the bar top while I’m eating. God knows what’s in the kitchen. If these wall could talk they would tell everyone to runnnnn 🏃‍♂️💨💨💨🪳🪳🪳

We came in on a visit to West Palm Beach from Buffalo, Ny!! Heard about this place because we looked up Bills backers bars!! Started off with great service from Skip who introduced us to a lady who runs Bills Parties…he also gave us recommendations of other places to go while in town… next we had Klintt as a bartender.. he was very attentive and just AMAZING.. not to mention the happy hour snacks we got were very good.. even the wings.. and from Buffalo that’s a big thing! Definitely will come back if ever in town again and would recommend to all our friends!

Okay, so the website is awesome. I have never been their and did my quote on quote research on good bars/restaurants in the area. I was truly disappointed in Roxys. It was so unpleasant and unwelcoming by the staff inside. They were just looking at us instead of speaking to us and asking us if we needed assistance. Nothing but looking. Until, I walked forward and asked for help on how to order some food and drinks. I will say that the kitchen staff was doing there job well. Surprisingly, the food was really good. Unfortunately, still very disappointed. I was truly looking to have a great time their.

For being “bar food” with an Irish blend, this place has good food. They had their own unique sauces and flavors to regular dishes that separates the food from the regular bar food you typically order.Definitely recommend the loaded fries and wings.

There are ROACHES here!!! Saw 3 within an hour. I am pretty sure there is an infestation. Jake, the bartender could not stop laughing once I brought it to his attention. Actually killed one in my presence. I immediately stopped eating the wings I ordered. Come here at your own risk.

I came here on a Sunday night around 12ish. All of the kitchens nearby were already closed. I was happy they served food so late. We had the chicken quesadilla, Mac and cheese bites, and fries. Everything was delicious and the food came out pretty quick. Cool vibes, TVs everywhere, and cool people as well.

The only reason the rating for service is low is because there is none. You have to go to the bar to order, there is no table service. The atmosphere is great, and its a fun place to be, but you wont be served.

Great spot to get drinks. Shuffle Board was the cherry on top. Pool Table was decent. The foam dart boards are a nice touch outside of the typical ones you see everywhere. Good amount of space.

My wife and I were married here on April 20th, 2019. No strangers to the venue, we originally were looking to only have our reception at Roxys Rooftop. However when our event planner (Sam - who was amazing), mentioned everything else Roxys could do, we quickly made the decision to have both our wedding and reception there. They exceeded all of our expectations through their exceptional service, perfect rooftop layout, appropriate ambiance, delicious food, and quality DJ/sound system. Sam made sure our concerns were addressed, and she personally oversaw decorations the morning of - ensuring the venue looked the way wed envisioned.Thank You Sam, and Thank You Roxys,Lance & Haley Charles

It may be considered a late night party place, but they really do have a great dinner menu with very good food. The Texas tacos are great, as well as the fish and chips. Party time starts at 9:00 pm, but you can have a nice quiet dinner prior to that.

The layout of the bar and comfort of the booths were great. The farther in you go, the more there is to do. Perfect place to hang out and have a beer.

Best burgers in all of west palm beach, service is okay but it’s a bad so idk what you’re expecting lol

Ashley was possibly the best bartender I’ve ever had. 100% went above and beyond our expectations. Will definitely be back again. Food was great quality and did not take long to receive. I’d give 6 stars if I could

This place used to be good back in the days lets say 2012-2015 the staff was great and the owner was nice. I went back in 2017 lot has changed the prices went up on drinks, the food is bland just out of taste. The only good thing about this place is rooftop bar and view that the only thing going well for them. It used to be the good hangout spot for all ages and now its mostly over 40s years old people you get to see in this place. This used to be a great place, unfortunately, its not anymore.

Roxy’s was the first place I visited after arriving in WestPalm, fresh off the plane and starving. We went out looking for a heavy meal and Roxy’s was perfect. Cold beer, good food, and a great bartender to boot. I would definitely recommend.

We went to Roxy’s to watch the Heat Game the other night and received Grade A service. I don’t usually leave reviews for anyone, but the bartender gentleman with a braided beard welcomed us in with kindness & respect. He’s a class act in service & and made some damn good drinks! Just wanted to leave him a genuinely great review, since he radiated positive energy and went out of his way to make sure we (and everyone else at the bar) were accommodated.We’ll be back! 🍀

Here on vacation and found what we were looking for. The drinks were as advertised and fantastic. The food was also real good but the mozzarella sticks weren’t anything to write home about. Would come here again for sure.

This is my go-to spot after having unlimited mimosas on Sundays. The owner is awesome the security team is on point the crowd in the music keeps the vibe positive and the crowd is usually a social one... they make my blue Long Island Iced Tea OnPoint every time

Came for atmosphere got shunned and treated poorly. This is my place to hang till tonight. Ordered food for inhouse got a take our box. Had to search for food. Didnt feel very welcome for the price i spent on my food. I used to love this place.

This place is disgusting and morally corrupt. Casey Anthony, the child murderer, frequently visits and is touted as a VIP. Staff goes out of their way to protect someone who left their child in a shallow grave. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Do not support this business.

Good place to go and watch college football games. My buffalo wings were great and my friends Roxy Burger looked incredible. Plenty of beers and mixed drinks to choose from. Clean bathroom.

The service here is always quality. The bartenders are incredibly attentive and make sure to make the experience great every visit.

I come to Roxys to watch sports. Because someone told me about this pub. So I checked it out and I liked it. The Hispanic server, the Caucasian female,and Caucasian male are really nice bartenders and servers. I wish I knew there names,but if they serve me again I will get there names. There was only 1 problem that occured.And that was the satellite went out. I think you should use cable instead. Other than that hospitality is the key. Thank you guys for your hard work and dedication keep it up.

Well God damm, the pizzas are the best in west palm beach, no joke. Read my other reviews. I thought this place was going to be terrible for food but its pub food done really really really well. Put sports audio on when it isnt labeled as a sports bat. Would be different if it were not blasted. Put on some music next time. Really disappointed as it does not label itself as a sports bar like duffys...

Very well put together pub. Good combination of food and drinks. Very Spacey with a variety of jumbo size games.

Fire the bartender working tonight BLONDE GIRL WITH THE MESSED UP SLEEVE!! (4/27/2023) The bartender flipped out because we left a 15% tip on pre made shots we got (gave her another 20% when she made actual drinks). When we were leaving, she gives us so much attitude and was being extremely unprofessional and condescending. She started making bride comments because we were on a bachelorette trip. Completely ruined our night when everyone thought we would enjoy here. We also asked her what are good places to go and she told us maybe not go out on a Thursday? Hella rude and does not deserve to be working in service.

The upstairs was a great mix of people and ages! Food was great as well music.

I have been to this establishment countless times and usually have a great time. However the last time I came me and my friends didn’t go to the rooftop. We ended up going to the first floor to have a drink. We ended up having a blonde bartender who was extremely rude to us. We didn’t do anything wrong or say anything to offend anyone but yet she had the worst attitude. She proceeded for 10-15 to walk by and make a remark towards our group as if we we’re talking about her? Just very horrible customer service from her and not a great work ethic. She needs to be reprimanded and a manger needs to remind her proper customer service. I’ve been in the industry for 5+ years and this is not how you treat your customers especially when we did nothing. Other than that I usually love this place other than the rooftop price and this past experience this place is pretty great

I got the potato soup here one time, it was good. Otherwise, I always come for my Guinness pours. Monday nights are dog nights, great vibes for sports on the back patio.

I used to love having lunch there since I work next door at the galleria. Very nice and pleasant. Food is great, service was fast, employees very professional. Was feeling good and positive about doing a Saturday night for once. The bad attitude from the employees and the bad service was surprising to me. Rude and unprofessional. Dont ignore the one star reviews for they are true. Was totally disappointed I would never recommend this place 👎

Went tonight to have a drink tonight (4/15/23) and asked for a Bud Light. The bartender proudly stated that the bar no longer serves Budweiser products with a giddy, smug smile. Clearly happy to be transphobic. Transphobes run this place and they are trash. I will never, ever give them my business again. Repulsive.

The staff was super friendly! Food was delicious! concept keeping with the beach was really cool! I loved how I felt like I was sitting having lunch. I would like to see a better house sound system (powered as opposed to passive speakers) but, a side from that the food was great the people are cool the atmosphere is killer!

I’ve been coming to Roxy’s since I moved to the West Palm Beach area five years ago… I have to say that this place is not what it used to be. The food is good, but I have to say that the service is lacking.. the employees act like they don’t care at all…I used to go all the time, but it looks like I will have to find a new spot… I will say this, I miss Hunter.. she was always super cool, and you could tell she enjoyed her job and customers. The rest of the staff should learn from her!

Had a great time there with friends. The raspberry margarita was delicious. Bartender was a sweetheart. I definitely recommend them.

Roxy’s is good for young people who want to climb 7 flights of stairs to “dance” on a slippery wet wood floor because people don’t know they’re not supposed to bring their drinks onto the dance floor. A fight started to break out and the security guy was on it fast but he had no backup which would have been a problem if the fight escalated. I wouldn’t go back.

Amazingly this bar was relatively quiet while a few other places were jammed. Exactly what we wanted. Darts, pool table, gigantic connect four. Me and my sis had run of the place with reasonably priced beers and good service. We even saw a couple of dudes walk out with the atm. No joke. Hopefully they were authorized or we may have been complicit!

Always a blast. Great atmosphere and unexpectedly great food! Beer selection is huge and eclectic. Upstairs dance area is beautiful and fun! Last time I went there I was 18....went recently at 40 and did not feel at all out of place.

Went here for the dance club on the roof. 5 out of 5 for entertainment, staff was pretty friendly, bartenders were very hard working and security was quick to assist with cleaning up the dance floor. Drinks werent actually overpriced so we got quite a few. For being vacationers well definitely look to this spot for an after hours venue on our next trip.

Every time I come here, my card has fraudulent charges. Last night, it was stolen. Never going back. Three cards were stolen on St. Patricks Day, shady people here.

This place has it all.. bar games darts,pool,and other fun games. All the food and awesome free buffet on Fridays or maybe for a small charge now.. good pour on liq and wide beer selection.. has roof top partys on weekends and holidays.. fun place lots of tvs and good vibes.

It was my kind of rooftop. There were booths around the outside of the rooftop so you could sit down and even have conversations, But when you feel like dancing you can get up and go to the middle where theres a covered area and the DJ playing. The roof is big enough that you can go to the outside and be far enough away that its a borderline peaceful (all things considered). The drinks were about $10 each. The bathroom was pretty clean and they had an attendant in there with gum and mints and cologne and such. We paid a $5 cover to get in. Because of covid they were at reduced capacity which gave everyone a little more space, but because its a rooftop no one has to wear a mask so be aware that you could look around and have no idea theres a pandemic going on because no one was wearing masks.

Great bar! They have tvs and pool tables downstairs and awesome dance floor with a great view of clematis street from the rooftop. Drinks are very well made, and worth the money and the appetizers are delicious.

My husband went Friday night and had to check his hat which was no problem. He forgot it so we went back Sunday to get it. The bouncer looked and couldnt find it so he told us we needed to speak to the manager. We went inside and asked one of the bartenders to get him for us. We stood and waited for 45 minutes and he still didnt come. We went back to the bouncer and asked him to get him for us. The manager finally came and went to look but didnt find it. We were given a gift card for the wait but at that point we were done. Poorly ran business and pretty sure they take home the remaining hats at the end of the night. If they dont keep the hats safe then it makes me very concerned for people who start tabs and leave their cards. Unfortunately they lost business from us and we will warn everyone we know about their policy.

The DJ on the top floor club not friendly at all and refused to play some spanish music when we were there. It was our friends birthday. When we asked He said that the demographic of the people that goes there was different (seriously?) And we were the only ones there. We just wanted have a good time. However, we didnt let him ruin our night, we dance anyways and left about 11pm. Wont come back, disappointed

Came here for some drinks with my friends. The restaurant is nice but there were a few serious problems. Firstly, their mixed drinks were terrible. We had the bartender mix us up some drinks because we didn’t want beer — terrible. We sent the drinks back!Also the clientele is horrific. Not only did a crazy drunk guy hit on my wife and friends but he also got into a fight in the back of the bar. ON A SUNDAY! Then two separate douchebags sat next to our friend and aggressively hit on her, despite her trying very hard to scoot away from them. We had to move seats to get away from them.Really bad experience!

The gem of Clematis Street. This is kind of like the Cheers of the neighborhood. The staff always makes you feel welcome and the beer selection is good. The food is alright...but I would recommend the Nachos. You cant go wrong. The half size (or smaller size) is enough for one (with leftovers). I love this dish. Great bar food. Fun games toward the back of the bar if you visit during the evening and weekends. This place is always busy during the weekends, ensuring youll meet new people and never go without good people watching.

Roxys Pub has always been a great place to go. They have awesome events good bands amazing drinks and the staff is very well mannered. Its right in the middle of all the happening spots I would definitely recommend visiting at least for a drink or two.

Pros: Good food, decent prices/happy hour, fun games, cute cozy Renaissance style atmosphere.Cons: EXTREMELY RUDE front of house staff, all the bartenders except maybe one or two act like you’re a nuisance to them and would rather ignore you than take your order. Another con is EXTREMELY loud music that just doesn’t mesh with the atmosphere otherwise.Roxys owners, if you want a 5 star restaurant, turn down the music and hire more polite staff (or give some training/warnings to the snobby bartenders)

Service in the pub downstairs is always fast and friendly when it isnt too crowded. Ive had a few things from their menu and I like the fried mac and cheese bites and their buffalo chicken wrap.The rooftop bar is fun for drinking and dancing especially when the weather is nice.

So so food. good drink selection. bit pricy. pretty empty place just a bunch of young 20 somethings. the staff (especially the tall black bartender) acted like I was annoying them by asking if I could purchase drinks and food. they were more interested in their cell phones and one another.

Honestly not fun at all, Im never going back. First of all, my friend and I got two Moscow Mules, which somehow was $30. They were average drinks and it honestly hurt me to pay that much to sit at an overly lit bar trying to ignore the drunk man hitting on us. Even the seediest bars Ive been to in Baltimore have bartenders with the decency to tell strange men to leave young girls alone if theyre clearly being bothered. ALL the toilets were out of order in the womens bathroom that night, and just to play darts was difficult, because to get a few darts my friend had to let the bartender hold onto her ID card. How can you charge $15 per drink and treat your patrons like theyre not trusted to give back a few darts?? Also, not letting someone order a drink without full out starting a tab? We felt totally unwelcome and uncomfortable here. It looks like a cool place from the outside but Ive never heard of anyone with taste going there more than once. The rooftop might have been cool if it werent raining, but I cant afford to try it again.

The old bartender is the worst. order a drink paid for it and had to wait 10 minutes for that damn beer. If it wasnt for that guy I would give it 4 stars. I love their french fries the wings are amazing. pretty chill place to be with your friends and play some games.

This is by far my favorite place downtown!! Irish pub vibe downstairs and the biggest party and hottest Dj’s in West Palm on the rooftop! Always ask for Hunter, she is amazing and the drinks that she makes are why I continue to come back to Roxy’s time and time again! The service she has given us for years is beyond what is expected and absolutely appreciated!! Roxy’s Pub is the best!!

Very very disappointing. Went there last night for 4th of July weekend. I was so excited that because I hadnt been to this venue in years. I always remember it being really beautiful and looking over the city. When I got there they asked men to remove there hats. That was the first big problem. Any other clubs or bars on the strip do not have that rule. Most men feel uncomfortable removing there hat due to baldness. Then I forgot but there is 1 million stairs to walk up. At least 4 or 5 flights of stairs and no elevator. Absolutely ridiculous. Once up there is was only about 7 people in the whole place. I was shocked because I had just left the loft and there were so many people I couldnt even move or breath so I couldnt believe this place was completely empty! Such a nice venue and looked like a ghost town. Well after ordering pretty pricey drinks and being bored from no atmosphere I then had to leave and walk again down 5 flights of stairs. Once I got downstairs there were a few workers leaving and said Ill never work here again this place is terrible. Managment I hope u do something before this place goes under ! Would be such a shame ! I would start with allowing men to wear hats and then next look into an elevator if possible! Also maybe hand out wrist bands downstairs promoting your venue and maybe ladies drink free or some kind of promotion to get in the customers. Also put speakers on the sides of the building because there was no music I could hear when I walked on the sides away from the dance floor.

Horrible - I would give no stars - rude staff - acted like they wanted to be any place but here ! I should have hit the reviews first .Bouncer was lucky he didnt get throat punched by the two girls in front of usHe was a real creep - looked like he was trying to memorize address rather than check dates !

Service and product was good, there were 2 adults and four children. I dont like to be seated by the door, I feel like Im being deprived of the atmosphere going on further inside. Would you seat friends by the door? That may just be me.

I wish I could leave less than a 1 star review. Came in with high hopes and had looked at the menu before even arriving but left without even ordering food. I would tell you the name of our very unfriendly server if she would have even mentioned it. Our server greeted us with do you want a drink? Rather than introducing herself. She rolled her eyes when we asked about specials and dropped our water and drinks off without saying a word.Ill spare you the rest of the details- but avoid this place. The staff is unfriendly and the drinks are overpriced! ($9 for a badly poured ThreeOlives Vodka)This is the first negative review I have ever posted (Ive worked in the serving and bar tending industry myself and usually assume a bad experience was a fluke) but I stopped my night out in order to post this.

Not sure why this place doesnt have five stars, I dealt with Valerie the event coordinator she is awesome she is quick to respond and very sweet. She was able to get everything I needed within a hour after first contact. She was willing to help out with everything she could. I would definitely book my next event here just due to the customer service I received from her.

My boyfriend and I came here for a Jurassic Park Party because they rented our Jurassic Jeep for an event. We probably wouldnt have ever heard or made it out to this place if it wasnt because they contacted us for the event. This bar is it! We had a great time. JR took good care of us the entire time, and we met some very cool people. This is definitely a bar where you have to be willing to accept all kinds of people. Its just a lot going on with all types of people, ultimately there for the same thing, to have FUN and party. If youre not into people watching, having drinks, and occasionally coming across drunks, this probably isnt the place for you. It was mainly a younger crowd 21 - late 30s. Downstairs was the chill crowd and upstairs was the more party crowd. Beer pong, dancers, food, sports games, DJs and cornhole game. Wait, What? Exactly... FUN. Great music and ambiance, and very packed for a Sunday. Great drinks for an affordable price and the food is regular bar food. It all tastes good after a few drinks. Stop by, have a drink, people watch, and dance! We will be going back.

1st time here..... So happy I chose this place to watch the Super Bowl. The food, Service, and Atmosphere were AWESOME ! This place has 3 floors and the roof top bar / club was AMAZING ! Cant wait to go back with all my friends.

This place is such a nice place to just hang out. if you are not into the club scene but loves bars this is amazing. there is a pool table darts giant jenga pieces. the staff are friendly enough. wide selection of beers. everything you can expect. if you are into clubbing upstairs the rooftop has a dance bungalow and tiki huts. nice way to go out and meet people

I’m a regular here. I usually come after work, the bartenders are great and attentive. The food is to die for which is rare for bar food. I recommend the spinach artichoke dip, brisket tacos, or the brisket sandwich. You’re welcome :)

JUST YUCK... I really expected better after all I heard!! Tried to walk in... drunken tourists on scooters, running over your feet, (weve all had this type of encounter, in one form or another, typical downtown). However, bartenders dont discourage the behavior, they actually greet them and offer them drinks, and ignore us. You are met with the foul odor of dirty sock bleach water when you walk around to the opposite side of the bar that appears cozy to get you away from the riffraff tourists. Just really disgusting and offensive enough to make you walk out.

Best selection of beer in town. Good service and you can smoke cigars on the patio. The TV is normally on so a cigar, beer, watching the world go by. What can fo wrong.

POC Review: Wow! Please do not be discouraged by the way this bar looks or the pictures. The food is AMAZING! (And no we weren’t drunk) We went there on a Wednesday night at around 11 and everything else was closed. It was not crowded at all and we had to order from the bar since it was so late. But let me telllll yoouuuu…. These Mahi and skkrimppp tacos was slammin. The lemon pepper wings were great too. I’m so glad we stopped by :)

The bartender Miles made us feel uncomfortable. We came in for a drink and he met us with an unwelcomed response. It seemed like he didnt want to be there and he made sure we felt the same. Food was good though.

If you dont like the music and nobody is dancing, you cant run back down within two minutes of entering to get your money back. They wont give your money back if you walk up the stairs and back.Then they insult you for asking, calling you broke and make fun of you for not wanting to hear SPANISH ONLY music.

I was visiting a friend in palm beach Sunday afternoon and decided to come here for a drink because of the great reviews. Sadly we were instantly met by a rude bar tender and felt uncomfortable the whole time because of him. We left before we could order. The place looked great but the staff seemed uninterested and cold.

Down stairs has some fun games.The roof top bar has great views, good drinks, and atmosphere. So many people were dancing the dj killed it. Worst part of the roof top is having to walk up all those steps its like 4 floors. PS mainly cuz my foot is broken probably not the smartest idea

I havent even left my table yet and Im already writing my review. My boyfriend and I just moved to West Palm and everyone has told us we need to try Roxys! So instead of Sunday brunch we decided to give it a try. WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD. First we sit down in the very front and it took 15 minutes to get a server. When she walks over she hands us wet/dirty menus all stuck together and doesnt introduce herself. We order our food and our wings came out before our spinach dip appetizer and when he have four wings left we ask her where our order of fries were she then brought them out once we had finished our meal. She had no personality. Ill never go back. Such a disappointment. If I could I would give it a negative 5 stars.

Beer was great, atmosphere very laid back! The bartenders were funny and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend stopping by for a beer!

Arrived after the dinner crowd around 9pm. Sat at the bar and the service and food was top notch. Already recommended this place to friends of mine.

Went there after a day of sunfest and went to the roof. 5 flights of stairs!!! we found a table and sat down and waited 10-15 minutes for some service but nobody came. I guess its shelf serve up there, not what we are looking for.

Wonderful management, thanks to Samantha I was able to get a Roxy’s sticker for my collection! Establishments need more customer service like the treatment we received for Roxy’s . We will definitely be back!

Gave bartender a $20 bill and gave me back $5 for a $5 dollar drink. I will make sure to never come back here again and warn people that they steel your money if you pay with cash... I was really shocked at the fact the blonde hair bartender with tattos kept $15 of my change. Never pay Cash here because they will steel your money and happen to not just me but 3 other of my friends that were with me.

Roxys pub is great if you want a drink up on the roof. It looks and feels amazing. Inside....a bit dreary and depressing. I know Irish bars are dark, but it doesnt have a comfortable feel to it. If you go take a look inside, but then take the elevator or stairs and enjoy south Florida on the roof top

DO NOT open a tab on their roof top. My card was switched and I closed it with a separate card. Had to cancel the card they gave to someone else. THEN I had to dispute the original charge to my account BC I was ALSO charged! I was charged twice for the same bill!? On two separate cards. And to add insult to injury, they added an additional 10 bucks. Thats theft and Im fighting the urge to report it.

Meeting place for Florida Gators sporting events. It has a very large selection of beers at reasonable prices. Variety of bar food is available, I got the wings which were good. Nice crowd of people.

More of a commercialized take on the classic Irish Pub, what Roxys lacks in Authenticity, it more than makes up in chutzpah! The food is a mix of Irish and American pubgrub, and all prepared well and tasty! If youre a craft beer drinker, this is also your place boasting more taps than any other location in the downtown area (including the breweries). Selections from local to international are always in representation here! Theres also a rofftop bar here, in case you feel the need to stargaze or get your dance on. Overall, a great place to dine and dance! Spend the evening and longer. Its a fun environment. Plus, you can catch many of your favorite sporting events in the pub on the dozen or so TVs around the bar!

Awful, went in sat down for 20 mins, nobody acknowledged us, as if we were invisible. Then a friend of one of the staff comes in. and they instantly get waited on. They were not even busy. Piss poor way to treat customers. Go to Duffys it was a whole lot better.

Spent new years with my friends and wife here. My buddy had a table and we had a blast. Quinn the bartender assistant was the best part of the night.

Rudest staff! Unitemized reciepts! High class rules for a low class experience!The offense downstairs at the inside bar was glaring. Waitress was far more interested in flirting with others than engaging with customers- very clear when I was MISHEARD and LOUDLY assumed to be a swinger (which she didnt approve of (with a look) and promptly ghosted- good luck getting your drink or tab)! They also claimed we never tabbed out up top and then proceeded to charge us high with an UNITEMIZED RECIEPT.KEEP YOUR RECIEPTS.Rooftop had the oddest rules (hat check, cover for men) & demanded of the consumer the deliverence of quality instead of the other way around. Bar staff overworked and exhasperated. Used to be a fun place to get loose- never a high class establishemnt but it was respectable and enjoyable. What happened? Will not be returning for quite some time. At least the DJ was alright.

The atmosphere is nice. I went Sunday before memorial day. Pretty packed. Music was ok..if youre into house ..being outside was the best part !

Seems like other people have had similar experiences as we had. Waitresses staring at you, no menu asking of any kind. This place is gross and needs to be moved off clematis. They act like they don’t want your business so don’t give em it. Save yourself some time and grab a burger and brew at Grease.

Great atmosphere. Reasonably priced but walking up and down those stairs after a few drinks is a safety hazard should really consider letting patrons use the elevator.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in such a popular establishment. I arrived with a group of friends here on Sunday early evening, 5 de Mayo night. I entered with a cigarette and a fellow patron advised me smoking was not allowed inside. I immediately ran outside and finished the cigarette. I re-enter Roxy’s. I’m having a good time, swaying to the music, when about 5-10 minutes later, a young employee of about 36 years old, Hispanic/Italian/olive colored skin guy, walks up to me and tells me, “I’m going to have to ask you to leave.” I was shocked and asked why? He did NOT give me a reason and said it didn’t matter I just have to go. I told him, this seems like such a racist move! He must have thought I was alone, because he expected to just escort me out, alone. I told him, first let me get my crew. I go up to my 3 other friend and my boyfriend, people I was with, who were also having a good time and had to explain to them I was being escorted out and didn’t know why; so we had to go. As I left, with tears in my eyes, feeling so hurt and discriminated by Roxy’s Pub, where I never hurt anyone, I advised that employee that I am a LEGAL CITIZEN and have RIGHTS! I was born in New York! And with so much pain in my heart, from such a cold rejection in a place where we we had already in such a short time, spent hundreds of dollars, I walked out with my head held high. By the way, it wasn’t due to my dress code, I’m sure.... so WHY? If it were for the cigarette, NO ONE THAT WORKED IN THAT ESTABLISHMENT EVER CAME TO ME TO ADVISE ME THERE WAS NO SMOKING. I took a picture of what I was wearing, as I walked away from that place, in front of the Wells Fargo of WPB, about a block away from them. But Theres no option to post pics, here. To prove I truly was there, as I reside about 45 minutes from Roxy’s Pub, the place where I would HIGHLY RECCOMMEND YOU DO NOT ENTER IF YOU DON’T WANT TO BE DISCRIMINATED, ESCORTED OUT AND EMBARRASED WITH NO EXPLANATION 🥺 😭 TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT TERRIBLE SERVICE

Great hole in the wall atmosphere despite being very large inside. Lots of TVs for taking in sporting events. Only a couple brands of rum available, but more than most bars in this area.

Food was fine, service was fine. Our bartender wasnt wearing a mask if that matters to anyone. Venue looks great and plenty of TVs.

Went there for lunch. Great dark wood and tin cieling ambience. Had the ahi tuna and avacado salad. The spicing and salad dressing were a subtle but great combo. Wonderfully done.

Sat at the bar, had a drink then tried to get on the rooftop only for the bouncer to rip my REAL Drivers Licence in half. Then he demanded me to pay him $100 or he would contact the police. Maybe they should hire real bouncers and not con artists.

Always interesting to go to Roxys and watch the entertaining interpretations of modern dance. Rooftop bar is visually pleasing and the bathrooms are generally well attended. The steps are brutal.

Just tell me how that guy from banko, the most AWFUL bartender I’ve ever had, got a job here? THE REASON i stopped going to banko for taco Tuesday ended up on here. Some bartenders INCREDICLE... others god awful like Dashawn.. he is the reason why i would never go back to banko, and somehow he appeared tonight. There is this beautiful reason why it is called the “service industry”. Then again, always be those miserable people who will never make it out 🤷🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ Jokes on you bud.

It sucked they promoted a mardi gras contest with the girl with the most beads a 200$ winnner at 6 o clock never had it only 2 girls with a chance two diff races one was clearly better than other but wasnt politicly correct so no contest will never go there again!

Roof top bar on the weekends is never a bad time. If youve never been to clematis you should definitely give roxys a look especially if youre into the weekend night life. Drinks are a little pricey and on the weaker side at time though.

Large selection of draft beer, live music on the roof every Sunday night (usually the Spazmatics, a great 80s tribute). They sponsor street dances a couple of times a year also.

Unprofessional, disorganized, rude staff. They have no clue how to run a bar on Sunday during football season. Walked out, theres a hundred different options downtown than to have to deal with their incompetence.

Average pub downstairs, with a rooftop bar and dance floor. You have to earn your drinks when its crowded, but thats no different from anywhere else. There are better options just up the street.

Really cool Irish pub. Happy hour deals were great. Food was really good and reasonably priced. Staff/service was excellent as well.

Rooftop bar pretty good on the weekends. Also bar downstairs and pool table. Only downside no beer bottles served upstairs. Pricey drinks but its downtown.

I was harassed by the security guard for standing outside the business and he proceeded to use hate speech towards me. The other staff members smiled and cheered him on.

Still Roxin years later. They got this restaurant thing perfected. Very Clean and still very authentic. I have been coming here for 20+ years.

Disappointed again on Valentines Day. Personally believe they have the best wings in town. But, after the third time climbing to the roof top ( Three separate days) Im told at the top they are not serving after being told downstairs they are.
