I was just in there today. I think the store managers name was Manny, he really went above and beyond in explaining to me how my first mod works. I was very surprised on how cheap priced they were after comparing with 3 other vape stores today. It was nice, clean and had a big selection. I will definitely tell my friends. It was an overall great experience and made me feel very welcomed..

Was looking for a place to buy a new mod and this place hooked me up with everything I need to get me started, props to the manager Manny.

I Purchased vape mod in store and returned home with it. After watching some videos online I realized it wasnt going to work for my needs and decided to return to the store and exchange it for a more expensive better mod as it was not used in any way and unopened beyond what was done in the store by employee. After about 10 min the same employee that sold it to me called owner or manager and informed me that they wouldnt return or exchange product or any product for that matter. I even offered to pay a fee if needed. Nope, Im stuck with something that I cant use and out the $ . Ill do business elsewhere with better customer service and willingness to work with the customer on issues. These people will sell you anything to get your $ even if its not what you needed or wanted then your stuck with it.

Great glass selection. I use both this store & Wellingtons store. They are honest and helpful. Prices are competitive on most items. I love this place for their customer service and vape knowledge. They are the only place Ive found that carries Marilyn juice. Great customer service, locations & prices.

Great service!!! I wasnt up sold!!! I was DOWN SOLD!!! Went in for the Cliq e cig and came out with a different vape setup that had MORE variety of flavors, cheaper refills, and way cheaper start up. Service was excellent. Friendly. Listened to EXACTLY what I needed then, offered me options based on that. I really like a store that thinks about your pocket/budget. It was really nice knowing that the sale person cared. I will go here for all of my vape needs. Great prices on products too. Wonderfully clean and brightly lit. Great place!!

Stopped here after two closer vape shops were closed for some reason. I ended up being very pleased with my decision as the staff member was extremely helpful and informative. I left with a great bottle of juice at a great price. Ill be shopping here for all my e-cig needs from now on.

I came into the this store and walked in not knowing anything about vaping and walked out an expert. I stopped in today and met the store manager Jeremy today and he was unbelievably full of knowledge, He made sure I was fully educated on my starter kit before letting me leave the store. What an amazing experience, This is now my go to shop for all my vape supplies.

Im so happy there is an e-cig store in West Palm. Makes my life so much easier than having to order liquids online! The service was great and I got just what I was looking for. Ive been shopping at E Vapor Squad for almost a year now. I have checked out shops across the county and have found this to be the best shop in the area, the manager Dr. J (Jeremy) is extremely knowledgeable of vaping and has helped me numerous times. They have 100s of different juices to choose from and all the latest gear. I totally recommend checking out E Vapor Squad.

I really liked this shop. price wasnt really an issue with me, as long as i got what i was looking for. But i recently wanted an upgrade and got a cuboid. they charged me $99 for just the cuboid. about a week later i went to another local shop...$50. they charged me double what a cuboid costs. i checked up on my batteries, and battery charger both were pretty overpriced too. I understand that pricing is occasionally going to be a little higher in person compared to internet prices, or even other shops. but double? i like this shop i just wish i hadnt gotten that screwed on my cuboid, especially becuase i always go here and buy juices pretty regularly since i started vaping.

I only gave this store two stars because the manager is friendly and helpful. The Atmos juice is gross, made in Asia, and way over priced. They sold me a bootleg brand name tank also. There are better stores in the area.

$50 for two 30ml bottles of e juice?! First time I came into this store, the owner Jeremy was polite, courtous, and knowledgable. Second time I came to this store another guy worked there who was oblivious to vape game. He copped an attitude when I tried to answer a question another patron had and rushed me out of the store for trying to be of assistance when he was obviously fumbling for an answer. On top of that decided it was open season on my wallet for two bottles of liquid. If you want to save money, seek vape products elsewhere.

Establishment convenient was running errands stopped inquired into inexpensive vape pipe. Was informed, demonstrated and tested a pipe that also Burns flowerHad no idea existed within my price range unlike other businesses in the past I was not oversold or pushed into any product other than exact type that suited my needs. Clean professional atmosphere if you need product check this place out.

Man, I love this place. I went on Friday and picked up an Atmos Optimus kit with some liquids. First of all everythings been working exactly as they explained to me, and the flavors are all incredible (Ive tried my friends electronic cigarettes before but none of them ever tasted this good. Im telling all of them to come here from now on. haha), Second of all the service is great. The guy working there, who I think was the manager, was really helpful and helped me to decide on the optimus for my needs. Hands down great store. Ill definitely be back with friends!

2 reasons I stopped shopping here. one is I was told they stop selling a tobacco leaf product (which was a lie) because I checked for molding and mildew which is a common and everytime I come here everything is always ridiculously priced different from the last time I remember it. Theres two cats in there one Caucasian the other look Latino descent. When the Caucasian work everytime I come in everything is priced at least two to three times more than I remember paying for the last time. I always have to tell him that then he plays as if he wasnt aware. Too fishy for me if you ask me sounds like game playing dont have time for it.

I am a local Google Guide. Started to go this place as I saw it while driving 2 years ago. Jeremy the manager was super nice and it is a shame he is no longer there. But still a good place. Wish they carried other stuff too. But they are strict on what they carry and also they have their house e-juices.

Smoked for 41 years. Have tried patches and other ecigs from convenience stores to quit smoking and failed miserably. Saw this store on my way home and stopped the next day. The people working there were exceptionally friendly and very knowledgeable on the products they sell. Four days after purchasing, I am camel-free. Took my wife there today and now she is vaping. If you really want to quit smoking, give this store a try. Its half the cost of other ecigs, but the customer support at the store ranks second to none! Nico will help you to become smoke free, just like he did me and countless others.

Walked in the door at 9:01 on Saturday 12-/21 and the guy working came out of the back and said “man we’re already closed” like I did something wrong. Still had the open sign on and all the lights flashing. I’m not a business owner but I know how to treat people and that is NOT how you do it. Horrible. Was not joking when I said it was 9:01 by the way.

Went in for the first time today, staff made everything easy to understand. Helped me start vaping and wont go to any other store.

We were in Lake worth to spend out vacation in September. We went there because the E-Cigarette from my husband was broken, and made the TERRIBLE MISTAKE to tell the seller that we were tourists and we needed an emergency replacement. He asked for the budget to which we replied that it was about 50 dollars; and then he counter-replied that nothing was existing for less than 100.He ended up then selling us the Kangerthech Pangu starter Kit which in Amazon costs 30 Dollars TOPS (Regular price about 26) with one extra little burner (priced 1 or 2 dollars) for 110 dollars. It seems to be a little bit too much for me. (ARE YOU KIDDING ME???!!!) DISGUSTING. You should not do that with your customers, you should not do that to anybody indeed!!!

I buy all my E-juice here, they have a wide variety of flavors and the quality of the product is consistent which is more than I can say about alot of other Vape shops.

They are not allowing ppl inside of the store due to the current pandemic. That is understandable. However, their website is down and when u call he isnt interested in going over the products.
