I had a great experience. My first time purchasing a vape. The sales clerk was super duper helpful and extremely patient with my indecisiveness. She gave great suggestions and I walked out with a great choice at the end of my visit.

Sales defective vaporizers and then doesn’t want to help at all. Go to a vape store that take accountability and not this one. Came in Saturday and and it’s Tuesday and they don’t wanna take it back even tho they remember me.

If you go there and you’re lucky enough to have someone working to let you in they sell you items that don’t work and when you bring it back they tell you call the manufacturer. They make you not wanna support small businesses. Hope Walmart starts selling this stuff soon!

If I could give them a “0” I would. Went inside to purchase 6pack Raw Cones… got to my destination and there were only 4 in the pack, also their Vapes are sketchy mine went out after 1 day. Never had that happen. Save yourself the frustration. THEY ARE con-artist.

This place must only buy defective products for cheap to sell, would never go here again 3 times I have gotten a defective vaporizer and they do nothing about it

Ok let me start by saying I usually don’t write reviews on a establishment unless it is warranted…The time it takes to write a review means you either was very dissatisfied or very satisfied And I am very very very satisfied !! I’ve been coming to the store for a couple months and I truly love it each time that I’ve come you have always had what I needed and the prices are right most of all the service I received. The store manager there Essy is amazing always so sweet and pleasant quick to help and very knowledgeable if it’s something that she doesn’t know we look it up together and figure it out. I work in Human Resources in the hospitality business and she does everything we train our employees to do it’s always a pleasure coming in I would hire her to work for me but who would give me the 100% customer service when I come in so with that being said thank you rise n Vape for having such a great store and amazing staff member she deserves a raise she is earning it !!!

This review is for Ms. Latrell for having excellent customer service coming into the store I seen her doing her duties ,feeding the animals ,cleaning ,making sure the store looks organized nice and neat. This is what customer service is about making sure all my needs were met and just because of the customer service I bought a couple extra things thank you .

Very clean store, has LOTS of different e-juices to choose from, tons of different vape mods and pens, gummies & rolling papers. Ive stopped in a few times to purchase e-juice and decided to buy a new vape mod. I went with the Vaporesso Solo. After a couple weeks of use the tank glass broke. I went back into the store to see if they maybe had a replacement I could purchase and they did not. An employee Ben assisted me and wrote my information down and said he would order a new tank and call when it arrives.... Ive been in since to purchase juice and its been a couple MONTHS and no tank... Since the first day I walked into this vape shop I was greeted with an attitude by a young woman named Megan. She had terrible customer service skills. I dont think Ill be visiting this vape shop ever again. The shop is new and looks amazing but the customer service, compassion and genuine friendliness just isnt there. Forum Vapes is smaller but also has all my needs. The customer service is excellent and when they say theyll order something for you, they mean it and DO IT. I prefer quality over quantity.To the owner and management: leave your Orlando attitude in Orlando! Palm Beach county is a completely different animal. Train your employees on customer service because the store is lacking major kindness, honesty & courtesy.

Good Selection and Good Customer service with a couple of issues resolved quickly. Kayleigh knew her products and advised me on what was suitable for me transferring from disposable to more sustainable vapes. Would use again. Appreciate the service they offered me.

They charged me 45$ for 2 HQD AND ONE of them weren’t hitting right like it was about to die, we told them that it didn’t taste right, the girl Megan grabbed it and hit it with out our permission, said “yeah it does taste funny” and got some guy from the back name I didn’t get, grabbed the vape hit it and told us there was nothing wrong with it a proceeded to tell us it was fine he can’t do anything about then told us we had to take it after they put they mouth all over it. There was another girl working Breeanna, who was doing an excellent job with trying to help us solve the problem, as she proceeded to tell him well the manager told us if they aren’t happy or if there is an issue to exchange it out, and Megan then proceeded to chime in and agree with breeanna. Then Megan proceeded to say, now I’m a little confused on what our store policy is because of what The Manager told the girls, the guy was very rude and was still refusing to exchange out the vape until Megan said she hit the vape with out our permission. He finally gave us a new one and still told us if there was something wrong he would not let us exchange it again. IVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM LIKE THIS AT ANY VAPE SHOP IN PALM BEACH COUNTY. THEY ALWAYS LET YOU TRY & EXCHANGE IF NOT SATISFIED, and never do they haggle you on prices.

I just paid $34 for an elf bar that i normally buy for $28 in every other smoke shop i go to. Lost my future business. Businesses dont last over charging that much more than everyone else. Good luck.👍🏻

Sold me a piece of junk vape that says short circuit. Tried to return it less than 10 minutes later and its my fault. Highly doubt not recommend.

Every time I go there nobody there

They were closed 30 minutes before the time on their door says they close. Got here at 7:30pm on Sunday. Kind of ruined my plans

Says its open 11am-11pm but throughout the day the door is locked and no one answering the phone. Why is this?!

Just do yourself a favor and go elsewhere
