Great service, they had everything I needed all in one place. Every time I go in the staff is always so nice and helpful. Definitely my go to place and they are open late which is always a plus.

This store has a lot of stuff from gear, to water pipes other smoking accessories. The place looks great and has a really good vibe. Minus almost sleeping from the rain Trying to kill me, this place is great haha. Highly recommend checking it out

What can I say, I’ve been to (and worked at) a lot of smoke shops in my day and Smokey’s is absolutely awesome. Whether you are looking for something standard or something heady like Puffco and Volcano accessories, they have an impressive selection at good prices. Both stores have awesome employees who were incredibly personable and helpful. Big thanks to the employees tonight, and kudos to management for what they do.

Great smoke shop! Customer service is A1. I also love how early they open, and they even have the audacity to close at 11pm!! That is perfect for a person with a busy lifestyle.April was amazing. Very patient and took her time to explain things to me. I was so indecisive, but she did not rush me and I really appreciated that. They do not carry cheap items, so go in there prepared. Very cool things!

The BEST new smoke shop in west palm beach! My boyfriend and I have been eyeing this spot waiting for it to open and we were overly pleased! I want to preface this by saying, the store is super clean and the staff are extremely friendly/helpful.My issue lies with the price. I traditionally can find HQD 7000s for $13 (Boca) up to $20 (Miami). I did stop here for convenience, but $28 is a little greedy, IMO. Buyers just be forewarned.

Upon entering, you’ll be welcomed and WOW’ed with the COOL floors and neon lights on the walls!Vibes are everything to stoners lol so you guys have absolutely nailed the vibe test and the customer service part!! I had a great review for this place until I, and my friends, that I recommended to go here, started getting bad vapes from this place. I asked to please get another vape. They were Not accommodating, 5%discount for another at 27 dollars or so a vape. My friends are getting the same treatment, bad vapes, no compensation, no accountability. Go somewhere else. Bad business, there are to many other great vape shops around that have and will stand by their products. I will not be going back here, nor will a vast amount of friends.

This is by far one of the nicest shops I’ve been to in the state. The two guys working tonight were A1 with the vibes and the knowledge, and were incredibly helpful when there was an issue with a product I purchased. Would absolutely return here next time I’m in the area.

Super impressed. Looks like a pop art gallery inside. Has alot of really cool hand blown glass creations and a variety of vape options. Staff was super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

I used to go to Bernies in Lauderdale and I loved it there, when I moved to WP I was kind of sad that I wasnt going to find that really cool shop I could always come to. But this place is great. The girl there showed me alot of stuff and seemed to know alot about everything. Ive been here a few times and its always been a cool atmosphere.

Beyond great Customer service. I bought a vape and tried it in the store like I always do. I thought it tasted weird and asked if they would try it. The gentleman working there offered. He put a rubber tip on and tried it. He thought it tasted fine, but didn’t hesitate to exchange it for me. He explained that vapes are sometimes a gamble and he takes many losses. That’s why he recommends people try the vape before leaving the store. He definitely took a loss ensuring I was satisfied, and I surely was. I absolutely recommend this place.
