I came into this shop and was greeted very nicely at the door and felt very comfortable. Its a very relaxed, chill, and cool store. On top of that the customer service and the staff are beyond my expectations. They really love their job and are super willing to help no matter what the problem is or if you have trouble figuring anything out, especially if you are new to vaping. The juice is very affordable and beats the surrounding area and on top of that they have a lot of variety and unique flavors. You wont have to just settle for a juice youll find something you really love. Overall its my new go to shop for everything and I recommend them to all of my friends!

These guys are awesome! Very friendly atmosphere, I would recommend Vapor Life to anyone. I went in knowing nothing and they made me feel like I was a friend, as well as a customer. They have a wide variety of products for all pallets. I would look no further this is the best vape shop in town!

Customer service is on point but literally every other shop I have either been to or worked in has had way better prices. After tax my liquid would have come to over $26 I have never paid more than $20 at any other vape store in the state including other vapor life locations. would have been nice to see them at least attempt to price match but the price was firm I guess. wish it was still under past ownership....

This is my favorite shop! They always have what I need , and everything is high quality! I have been coming here for a while now and every time I come the atmosphere is always awesome! They have amazing prices on hardware and a great selection of juices! Highly recommended!!!

Went in today and the woman was super nice knowledgeable! I was using the twister freemax but kept on having issues with cracking the glass. So I had started looking in to the SaltNic juices and the best vapes to use them in. She helped me pick out one that fit just right for me, was honest, friendly, and explained everything to me. She showed me the differences between different juices and vapes and exactly how to use it. I love my new Smok Nord! Great and affordable prices! I will definitely be a returning loyal customer! This shop has been the best experience of any shop if been to. I was just passing through and I do not regret going here. Vapor Life West Palm Beach is the ONLY place to get your mods and other vaping materials. Kristy, the owner, is probably one of the most courteous, knowledgeable, and pleasant people Ive met in a retail setting, ever. Not only will she give you solid recommendations based on YOUR personal tastes and needs, but she might also challenge you to a game of foosball as well (dont worry, shes not that good, haha.) They take the time to set up and educate you on your purchase, and will even throw in a sample juice with a full setup sometimes. Tyler is great too and you can tell that these two really enjoy working here and interacting with their customers. Large selection of juices, great prices, and the best mods/tanks etc. I didnt choose the Vapor Life, the Vapor Life chose me!

Came in here for juice and the staff was super helpful and amazing. They have a superb selection of e liquids, cbd, and a wide arrange of vape accessories.... Also the foosball table is a plus and theres a cute dog.

I love the honest staff, they helped me find the perfect mod for my needs, and had the selection to do so. They always are running specials, I got a 60ml bottle for $20, only problem was there is allot of juice to pick from, indecisive people beware lol.

Not your typical edm blasting, price gouging, and employee disdaining you vape store.No, you have found the place! A shining beacon on the vapor enshrouded hill of vape stores.1. Took the time to properly and , may I emphasize properly, how to prime a coil. My mod hits 100% better since.2. Friendly and even charming staff who answered all my dumb newbie vape questions.3. Carry high VG locally made juices (helpful if you find your skin getting oily from breaking out)4. Prices on juice that are significantly better than other vape shops Ive seen. $20-25 for 60ml instead of $30+ at other stores.5. If youre older and want a shop that will treat you right do yourself a favor and drop by. They were playing David Bowie when I walked in.

Rule number one of owning a business, the store should be open at the time it says, not have customers waiting for 35 minutes, while you take your time getting to work. Second rule, you got a sales person sleeping in the dark, during operation hours. Didnt know if you were closed again, or gone. But today at 12 noon, the person was sleeping w a blanket on the couch. Couldnt even get up to sell me a RDA or juice. I dont know who owns this establishment, but you need to get some new employees. Its a business not, a after party come and work as you please. Unless, its just a BS store, your workers shouldnt have customers outside waiting for your sales girl to decide to show up, and I shouldnt have to be anyones alarm clock while working. Never spending anymore most this place

Hands down best shop ive been too in palm beach county. Wonderful staff, kristy is great and very helpful always manages to a put a smile on faces. Donnie is very knowledgable and helpful! Great selection on up to date products!

Always get good customer service and they have a decent selection for flavors. Prices are a bit higher for liquids but Id gladly pay a few bucks more for the people and the atmosphere.

I never used to come here because the competition seemed a lot better but now that this place is under new management I have seen big improvements. The customer service is amazing and its a pretty chill environment. I will definitely be coming here for now on over the other shops. Shout out to Donnie

This tiny little vape shop has a meager selection of juice and mods but it just so happened that the particular item that I was looking for was in stock so they get points for that, otherwise go elsewhere...
