First time there my husband and I . Nice place . It was a very good experience. She hit all my pressure points. I walked out feeling great. I would recommend a try. Would go back again.

I had a great massage with Tina, she spent time on my problem areas and just when i thought it was over and one area would have to be addressed another time or by myself at home, she seemed to have saved the best for last! Now if you dont want your neck cracked ofcourse that is your personal choice which you need to make. We even did some stretching which i have never had any massage therapist do before! Would love to repeat an hour here!!

Tina has magic hands, strength, and knowledge. Terrific massage! I walked in SO stiff and sore, and walked out feeling So much better.

Oh my goodness I’ve been to quite a few massages. This is the best one I’ve ever been to! I feel like a brand new person. I think these ladies are skilled in everything from chiropractic, to reflexology, to deep tissue massage because they did it all! I just could go on and on about them. We went in for a couples massage and both of us are beyond words they are amazing!

First time I came here, I had a great time. Today I came late but was accommodated happily. I came in with a deep pain in my back from bad sleeping posture and I must say I left there very happy and feeling overall better. Tiatia gave me the best massage of my life. Little lady with a whole lot of strength. I wanted it hard and she gave me just what I needed. I had an awesome time and will surely be back. Thank you Tiatia 💆🏽‍♀️

Massage was great. Interior and towels/blankets could use an update along with ensuring there is not a smell, as u want to be as relaxed as possible. Employees were nice.

I spoke to the owner TJ and booked an appointment for a 50 min massage through him, he was very friendly and personable, he highly recommended Tina for a Deep Tissue massage and I understand why, she was amazing, she must have been so tired after my massage because she sure did apply a lot of pressure which is exactly what I needed, I fealt very comfortable with her. The service was very casual, not so formal like other spas, but I liked that because I could just get there and right away get on the massage table and just get down to business. I looked up lesser expensive rates and this place came up on google as the least expensive, offering the 50 min massage for 70 dlls which was worth every penny, I feel so much more relaxed, my body feels a lot less tense, and if I could I’d go back a few more times so that Tina can help me with the rest of my tension but unfortunately I was only visiting the state for a cpl days for business, this was the best part of my trip for sure! 😁❤️

I had an appointment with Tina and she did an amazing job! My neck, back and even knee pain was gone by the time I left. This will be a regular part of my self are routine!

This was the weirdest massage ever. One they gave me a towel to cover my body instead of a sheet. The door was left open during my entire massage even tho I was naked. She scrolled tiktok while massaging my back. I literally had to ask her to put her phone down. She left the room multiple times. Leaving the door open. And would be gone for 3-5 minutes at a time. I paid for an hour massage and all together it was maybe 45 minutes. Not including her breaks to go do whatever she was doing. I love trying new massage places. But this was such a bad experience and I won’t be returning.

Although NOT the fanciest or most relaxing atmosphere place, Tina did an amazing job with my deep tissue massage. Was experiencing pain in my neck and shoulders area in which she worked them out!!! Was able to get in the same day. The long hours that theyre open until beats out their competition. I didnt think Id say this, but Ill actually be back 😊

Excellent deep tissue massage, will be going back again. Friendly staff and that knows how to really work your muscles. I received an hour and would be happy to get a longer massage and try out some of their other offerings such as hot stones.

OMG! Im blown away. Tina got EVERYWHERE ... I have 3 herniated discs in my neck, my back went out twice in 3 weeks, and under my left scapula was a radiating knot....when I left her room I had NO PAIN. Tinas positive attitude is reflected in her service. I have found my therapist and recommend her to everyone needing to find someone who can get the job done right.

Great place for a massage. Ran a marathon last month and my legs have been killing me. Tina was able to work on the knots and get some of my mobility back.Also the hot stones are phenomenal!

They will charge you a lot more than originally agreed upon.

Today is the 4th time I have visited this spa and am very happy with the Asian styled, professional massages I have received. I am a large man and a north of 250 lbs, yet this pleasant Asian woman reached the deepest tissues in my body. One thing that knocks me out is they have rails in the ceiling where she can then stand and walk on my back. I continue coming here for massages and have to say the gal here provides the best massages I have ever experienced. The price is the going rate for a good one hour massage and worth the price for the way I feel when I leave.

Had a 3 hour massage and the entire time I was being worked on. On top of that Tina knows how to work out the muscles and not make you feel in pain during and right after. Ive had a lifetime of massages but Tina is by far the best!!!

I have chronic back pain and related problems and I have been getting massages frequently over the last 10 years. I have been to various spas and have experienced many different therapist. While some have their own style and some may be more effective for your needs than others, Tina at TJR in Westland is absolutely the best massage therapist I have ever experienced.

If I could do 0 stars I would! This place is deporable... I left 2min into my massage They give you a dingy bath towel to cover with... I booked a hot stone massage and there were no stones.... The masseuse was dirty and didnt use any massage oil or lotion... she just layed the dingy towel over my back and very rapidly pushed all over me... my child gives better massages when she jumps all over me. VERY disappointed and they should not consider themselves a professional massage studio in any sense. Also could hear a grown man grunting thru the wall... VERY disgusting!

Tina was excellent. I play tennis and my back, legs, rt hip and knee are terrible. She used technique and caught all connected muscles and I feel not only better, but this was the best massage I have had.

Deep/hard massage was awesome. Got a same day Friday appt. Place is clean and and was greeted with a smile right away. Daughter is getting a medium/ hard massage right now because of her type of pains. I highly recommend it here and we’ll be bringing my husband soon for this nice experience.*this was at the Westland, MI location

First and foremost, you cannot judge a book by its cover. That being said: I called to make a 2pm appointment and spoke with the owner who is by far one of the nicest, most understanding guys ever! After that: I showed up early and met Tina. She was very attentive and worked the areas that have been bothersome for sometime. Personally, Im in the seafood industry and am constantly running myself, muscle wise, ragged. She definitely took care of ALL of my aches! Im not one to use profanity, but, Im not going anywhere else but TJR. SOLD! This place is amazing and ask for Tina everytime.

They offer a wide range of massage here. From Swedish to deep tissue and even muscular therapy. Theyve done wonders for my torn rotator cuff and sciatica pain.Please dont forget to tip. They perform better when they know theyre being properly respected for the services they offer.

I have a bad lower back. I asked several times for her not to put pressure on it and she did the complete opposite. She only focus on my lower back. I paid for an hr and only got 40min. . Definitely wouldnt recommend.

Ms. Tina is absolutely amazing! She worked out every knot in my body at the perfect pressure. I will definitely only return to TJR for massages from here on out.

Just today someone told me about this place. I live near by...so I decided to try it out. Honestly, was a little reluctant but, my feet told me to try the foot massage. While looking at the prices I figured why not the COMBO foot and full BM for 40.00/ 70 min. Well,....Ive had plenty massages...lets just say the young lady name...starts with V...did an awesome job!!!!. She gave my regular misuse a run for his money. Gotta try it out for yourself I guess. Lastly,...I did stop at the store on the corner before hand for relaxation😂😂 I was impressed
