Few places, and even fewer people I’d speak this highly of. Shane the Manager, IS Wild Bills Westland. In my time smoking cigars, I’ve yet to find someone this knowledgeable about cigars, yet his knowledge extends to every product they have. It’s a rarity to find people taking pride in their job, let alone the passion he has for his customers and his products.With weather getting nicer, I’ll still choose to spend time here because it truly feels like home. The bar staff will know your name after 1 visit, you can’t find that anymore. Cheers all!!

I stopped in to purchase a thank you gift for 2 special people in my life, what better way to show gratitude than with amazing cigars. The clerk was more than helpful in showing me around the humidor and helping me choose cigars, they have a amazing selection. Without his help I wouldn’t have been able to decide. I think we made a great choice and I know my guys will appreciate the quality.

Cool spot, was in the area on this day otherwise I wouldnt visit because this location is too far from my house. Really nice staff and cigar collection. I suggest if you live in this area or just happen to be like myself, stop in for a strong drink at the bar and smokey cigar!

I am giving up all other smoke shops. Wild Bills is the best I’ve been to since moving to Michigan. Shane was absolutely a joy to encounter, super friendly and knowledgeable. Every item he suggested was a hit. I will definitely a regular moving forward. FYI there is not only a crazy amount of selection but there is also a cigar bar and a bar inside. Amazing!!! The negative about this place, is the management, I believe his name is Shane. I have visibly witnessed him talking down others in the establishment not only pertaining to employees. I have also seen that in the bar this Manager has drank while I was to believe he was on the clock, as he was still coming onto the sales floor with customers. Would it hurt for this manager to have some respect of his employees and the customers that come in to keep this establishment alive?Thank you

My wife came into the store with our 18 year old to buy me some cigars. She had no idea our son had to be 21 to enter with her. I normally buy my own but she wanted to stuff my stocking with my favorites. The little man behind the counter spoke to my wife like she was stupid. Very unprofessional & Rude. I’ve spent plenty with this store and all I can say is never again. Many better options out there.

Wild Bill’s Tobacco is a great place for all of your smoking needs! Check them out! This is the best location on this side of the city, maybe even the state! Their humidor & cigar selection and pricing is unmatched. The service is always top-notch. The even have a bar, pretty low-key but nice if you want to pair your cigar with an adult beverage. They have some amazing, cool, funny, and intricate glass pieces that are serious art! I know they have specials every Wednesday and even on some weekends-just ask. If you have friends and family who smoke any of Michigan’s legal recreational substances, this is a great place for about every type of of gift you can think of. They even have Space Gummies and CBD treats for your dog. Ask for Ron if he’s there especially for cigars but honestly the entire staff is really very knowledgeable and super nice. Veteran discount too, great locally owned business.

I was visiting a friend and looking for a place I could get a good cigar. They have a really nice, well-stocked humidor. I wouldve given them 5 stars, but the prices were pretty steep.

Even though they sell other products in this store and there are no signs that say must have ID to enter you cant go in without one was ready to spend some serious money in this store and was kicked out because my daughter didnt have her ID on her and was told they couldnt sell me anything now that shes come in with me, felt very offended and for sure discriminated against...looked everywhere on the entry to see if it showed any signs of this policy and it did not...I wouldnt recommend going to this one although other ones have been great just this one imparticular was very rude and disrespectful.

This place has everything tobacco, Vape, moist snuf etc. My Father In Law stops here bc its by our pharmacy which has Benitos & an Asian buffet n of course Big Lots which is where Wild Bills is BC theyre all on 1 parking lot. Its one place I can count on to have various different E-Liquids for $19.99 or Wild Wednesdays for $16.99! I use a GeekVape Sonder which I highly recommend. Its not that expensive & the pods last quite a LONG time! The PodJuice Cola Freeze lasts the longest in any nic salt device Ive used but just over 2 months with the 1 I use now! I do like their Mr.Vapor LuxBars & they have a new Elite one with 10k puffs!!!

Decent store & service. Hit or miss on items being in stock. Other items they carry seem absurdly over priced 2K$+ ?? A bit much for a tiny smoke shop.

Awesome place! Fabulous staff. The owners and managers of these stores really know what they are doing. This one has a bar with a super friendly bartender. You can smoke your cigars here, have a drink and enjoy friendly conversation wit the locals. Worth the two hour drive for me 😁. This shop also has some Very impressive pieces of glass. Stop in if you are in the area.

I love this establishment, I met with the Manager Ron Shaba, a very nice man. His employees are awesome, especially CRYSTAL MILLER. She is the Bartender at the Wild Bills Cigar Bar. I Love This bar. A really awesome time if you smoke. I do not, but still a nice place to go.

A new employee was helping, mind you he was fantastic and did the best he absolutely could. He needed help to better assist me and no one was willing to provide it to him. He and I had to wait for another employee to finish ringing up other customers +about ten minutes or so). The guy helping me even asked his manager and was just brushed off like neither of us mattered.Further more, when a customer that came in didnt have a mask on, the new guy gave him one on the house and the customer was thankful for that. But yet the manager and another employee are allowed to walk around with no mask on?! I get its a sensitive topic and Im not looking for arguments; but if a business is going to have signage up and mandate that customers wear masks, well then the employees need to be wearing them also.I dont live in the Westland area, I was near the location due to work. But if I did live out this way, I would NEVER go back to this place again and I definitely do not recommend anyone else going there.

Very friendly staff and well informed.They also have a full bar and cigar lounge where you can enjoy your purchases in a brand new, relaxing spot. Really great atmosphere, and the drinks are big! Hidden gem next to a Big Lots.The bar has outlets at your knees,which I appreciate. Also the chairs are big and comfy, the staff will bring you a lighter and ash tray, and their top notch ventilation system means many people can enjoy their cigar without the cough inducing haze.Will definitely return, a fantastic liquor stock and helpful staff who want you to have a great time.

Simon Joe and the crew are not only great but very helpful for all your cigar needs. They are honest and don’t push products on you. They have a nice cigar bar and lounge that will come in handy during the cold weather. Highly recommend this establishment.

If you are looking for stylish high quality pieces, I would wait for a sale. If you are looking for cool, inexpensive pieces with little artistic value, that gets the job done without worrying about it being a one of a kind, I would go somewhere else, and I did. But definitely stay woke on their sales, nothing beats a dope piece but a dope price.

I wanted to check this place out. Having a cigar store locally was great. The walk -in humidor was nice and large. The store was great, but the two stars are for my experience when I went in. It started with the sign showing 3 cigars for 18, when I went to cash out, I was told that the sale was over and no one took down the sign. Ok, so I returned those cigars, and picked out two others, meanwhile, no one took down the sign. I got home and looked through the sale paper (running from 11/15 through 12/31). To my surprise, there was the 3 for 18 advertised, also one of the cigars I bought had a buy one get one deal. Unfortunately I didn’t get the second one. Both of these deals were on line as well. So, the store is great, but as far as customer service, well, I only gave them 2 stars....If you know what you are looking for it’s a great place

Went in to purchase a vape pen. Had a young guy who seemed to be new. He set me up with a system. Thank goodness for the 14 day trial period! I ended up returning it and got a different system. Blake was the person who helped me the second time. He was very knowledgeable and I walked out happy with my purchase.

Great cigar selection! Not So Great Staff! One of my favorite places to grab a quick few sticks. Problem is the staff is not educated in the product and are sometimes very pushy to help, despite not having the knowledge to actually help. The night staff is even worse. They arent familiar with their own pricing and often seem like theyd rather not be bothered with selling cigars after hours. I went in after hours and grabbed a few sticks in a hurry. Got home and realized I had been overcharged, despite all three sticks being individually labeled!If you need a few cigars or some supplies, this is a decent place to go. If your a seasoned BOTL/SOTL it might be more irritating than its worth to shop at this location.

First place I ever went for vape stuff. Staff was decent but definitely trying their best to help. Some of my favorite product is gone and got the wrong coils sold to me but least they were cheap. Just bring your stuff with you to be sure.

Manager is arrogant, viewed an opinion and was berated an embarrassed by employee. Shop does not follow social distancing and manager wears a mask, just not on his nose and mouth. Service was good, prices fair. I thought the customer deserved a certain amount of respect, guess not! Must be nice to throw away 2400 dollar a year account.

Pretty good smoke shop, with a cigar bar in the back. You can get a bunch of different smoking stuff here, but I like coming here because of the price. The cigar room is huge and has a great selection. The bar in the back is nice and hidden away, so it doesnt feel like part of a retail store.

I used to love this place. They discontinued my favorite juice, (I now order online directly from Mister E Liquid) everytime I go in there for coils or mods they NEVER have what I need. I just recently started ordering everything online. Thanks for nothing!

Absolutely horrible customer service. Poor quality products from china. Do not buy any type of vape/battery or anything that could stop working cause they will NOT help you.

While the employees are nice and are as helpful as they can be, they arent properly trained and could cause someone to get sick or destroy their device. When I upgraded my device, Not only was I not shown shown how to properly use the new device and parts, I was actually shown a very dangerous way to use it.I later went in to explain the situation to the manager, and he didnt seem to care or disturbed by this incident at all. While he went through the motions of apologizing, he checked my device to make sure it as set up properly I can only assume....except he had just admitted to me that he didnt know why the situation was even dangerous. If the manager doesnt know of course he regular employees arent.I made sure I explained I wasnt upset about the customer service, the employee was nice, polite, and seemed to be genuinely trying to help me when I was getting my purchase. I was upset about not being educated on what I later learned as basic Vaping 101 and the manager still didnt seem like this was an out of he ordinary situation. With its location, I might still buy a coil or bottle of juice when there arent any other options, but I will NEVER buy another device here. I ask as many questions as possible to make sure Im educated on my equipment, and refuse to risk buying another, more powerful device and getting hurt.**Stick with the smaller, local shops when it comes to vaporizing. These employees are educated, stay current on the industry, courteous, and more than willing to take extra time to educate a user on SAFE and proper usage.

Lots of stuff. Friendly staff. Decent prices. What more is there to say. We drive past 5 other similar shops in our way to this one. We feel like it is worth it. They dont talk down to anyone and answer all your questions. Been coming here for quite a while now and will continue to come back.

Skeleton-mask guy was amazing. Simply amazing. Brought in my bong because it needed a stem and Mr. Skeleton mask had everything we needed. I give a 3 because sometimes its great and sometimes its not.Today. One one of those not so great days. Staff was awake and tentative. However. Your grab bags for the Dry goodies... The $10 bag is a joke. I got 4 packs of paper and 1 bowl.. That is like super small and a.. How to say this. Ages 3 and up... Figuine of an orc. Not a lighter to use with my papers and bowl. A toy. That they probably bought from big lots next door. In a 21+ store that only sells merch for the 21+ crowd..

After 35 years trying to quit smoking and am going to try vaping. Trish is very knowledgeable and made the process easy to understand. All the staff is very friendly. Sorry Wild Bills wont be buying my smokes from you any more but this is definitely the spot for my vape supplies. Keep up the great work!!

This place is TERRIBLE. Came for a vape kit and what I wanted was completely disregarded and instead they tried to shove something completely different into my hands when they could have simply stated they did not have the type of kit I was looking for. They attempted to sell me products with the WRONG information in order to just get a sale out of me. Had I not already been experienced in vaping I probably would have bought the product. They suggested unsafe tobacco levels with this terrible pod kit that did not suit my needs that I clearly stated beforehand. DO NOT go to this establishment if you dont want to waste your time and money.

Wide variety of glassware and tobacco products, but I love this place for the cigar selection and the lounge inside. Massive cigar stock with a wide spectrum of quality and prices. You can enjoy a stick at the lounge and bar inside, which offers a wide selection of liquor and beer. The taps are always changing and regularly offer a variety of delicious craft selections. Definitely a worthy stop for your tobacco, glass, vape products.

I bought a $40 grab bag, not my first time shopping there. I got the bag because they always come with a piece inside, well i was careful with it got home and pull it out and before i even unwrap it i can tell the neck is shattered 😡 call back and never get any refund or replacement or anything

These guys have a great cigar selection and always have different promos. Great for single cigars, samplers or boxes. Also carry alot of ecig and hookah material. Staff is friendly and helpful. Have bar onsite opens in afternoon/evening. Never been but looks nice.

I’ve been coming to this wild bills for a very long time I would say 2015 throughout the years they have been a very well business. The establishment very clean also has a lobby for cigar smokers to smoke and sit down in nice comfortable chairs. A wide variety of selections from cigars to paper wraps to bongs to E cigarettes a.k.a. Vape. They have it all in this wild bills is probably one of the largest I’ve been to. The staff is very nice also the manager, even help me pick out what type of vape I needed. Highly recommend going here especially on Wild Wednesdays which is every Wednesday, lots of discounts.

I recently purchased a Box of cigars and the store has a special. Buy a box get 6 cigars free. First, the gentleman Brian I do believe his name was states the special only apply to 6 cigars of a different brand. I really didnt care for them but the offer stood at first so I passed. I decided to go back and brian states now that I dont get the free 6 cigars. This is totally confusing and bad customer service.I wont be purchasing from the westland mi store ever again. I sent my information via email with no response.

Great and relaxing place to go and have a cigar. The bartenders are nice and care about service. Cigars are nice quality and there are many selections to choose from. This place also sells many tobacco products and pieces. If youre ever looking for a place for smokers paradise stop by here and enjoy.

Know what your looking for when you go to make a purchase. They pretend to know what theyre talking about just to make a sale. On more than one occasion, Ive been sold the wrong item and they wont let you return it even though theyre the ones who made the mistake. Stuck going there because they are the only smoke shop that carries my brand.

It was a busy place, but felt disorganized and a little too much.. when I asked questions about vape liquid the employee didnt have any answers or try to help me with suggestions or anything, so I ended up buying the wrong nicotine strength because I felt like I just had to pick whatever and get out.

Nice selection, though the staff could be more helpful and less standoffish. When I asked for something they usually carry the employee said, sorry you have to come in on truck day when we get it to get those. If you know youre going to sell out then why not order more, and furthermore DO NOT TELL ME WHEN I HAVE TO GO INTO YOUR STORE TO GET SOMETHING. Its a store, if I wanted that kind of inconvenience I would order online, I work, I have kids, dont presume that I can go to your store at any time like my schedule is completely open?! It was so disrespectful to a customer. My advice? If you dont want to be disappointed then go to Cloud Smokers instead...

Wild is right! They have a wild assortment of vape liquid and cigars! The people are nice and helpful. They have a ton of marijuana bongs and hookahs go here definitely if this is your sort of thing. Stopped in one evening to grab a cigar and sat down in the lounge to smoke it. I got about half way through the cigar when they turned off all the lights and told me they were closing early so I had to leave. I was going in at least once each week to get cigars. Ill be shopping elsewhere from now on.

These guys are a joke with anything vaping related. Way over priced and very uneducated staff. I called for a price and was told its corporate policy not to give price over the phone are you fing kidding me? What kind of policy is that? Im done with wild bills for good.

Hit or miss staff service, prices arent anything to rave about, if youre not nicotine smoker BEWARE, The entire place is one big indoor smoking party. Ive been in 3 times and everytime I leave smelling like smoke, normally not a issue but it means I have to change clothes before holding my child.Overall you can go just about anywhere and get relative pricing on everything they have, not to mention 10-20% cheaper online.

Bought an entire box of electronic cigarettes , tsunami. a box contains 12, six of them did not work at all I kept the receipt kept all the bad cigarettes walked in there and they would not return any of them an entire box cost $70 wasted a lot of money. Ill never purchase from them again !!! Dont try to return a bad product youll be very disappointed😠

Never been to a smoke store before. It was nice, the Lounge , bar and cigar room was awesome and staff was very nice and helpful. I dont smoke and I could sit in the smoking lounge with no problem watching the game I couldnt even smell the smoke.

Bought a $40 concentrate grab bag and only one of the items in it was for concentrates. Honestly want a refund, I am very irate right now.

Extensive selection, competitive pricing, attentive but not pushy staff. Got fully set up to roll my own smokes this month on about 60 bucks.

I made the mistake buying one of their high end mods and after a week it broke and they would honor the warranty.They said since I did not have the box they could not switch it with the display and return that to the manufacter.

I went in here the other day found out this one has a bar in its off of Wayne road in canton Michigan I think but you can vape and drink. They also have Cigar sitting area were you can sit there have good smoke. But you love to vape and drink this is var for you

Didnt hate it, but the website said it was open at 9 on Saturdays. Went at noon and still wasnt open. It might be a great experience, but the people with the keys wont let us feel it.

Dont go here for glass. No knowledge, poor selection. Told me they were getting their shipment that day and to come back the next, came back the next day and they Didnt even have their shipment sorted, nor did they order the piece I needed that literally every other head shop has. (Small 10 dollar attachment). Wont be back.

Large walk-in humidor with decent selection of both premium and value cigars. Other smoking-related products throughout the store. The hidden-gem is the cigar-bar located in the back of the store!

Tons of great stuff from highend peices of glass to low end but the only reason I didnt give 5 stars is its also a cigar smoking lounge which I can stand the scent of cigars

Got tired of my normal cigarette store decided to try Wild Bills three weeks ago bought a bag of tobacco leaves menthol I was surprised with the overwhelming menthol smell and how it was not dry went back three weeks later but another bag hardly smells like menthol smells more like pipe tobacco I think they are ripping people off passing pipe tobacco as if it was cigarette tobacco I tried to take it back they said that they could not do anything without a manager I have to drive up there again frankly I really dont think theyre going to do anything I will keep you posted

The bar area is great. Super good drinks and the best bartenders. Smoking is ok and the cigar choices are awesome.

This guy is so retarded that he thinks he knows the laws. I was holding my 19 months old son and he told me i cant come inside. So his suggestion was to leave my son in the car when it was 92 degrees because apparently he knows the laws. Horrible human being and horrible costumer service.
