Massage Envy

I have tried for over two weeks now to get in contact with this location to cancel my membership. I have called MANY times, texted twice, submitted two online forms, and contacted corporate twice. Corporate has now requested twice for them to call me, and they still haven’t. It’s hard to believe they are able to remain open with customer service like this. Hoping this issue can be resolved soon.

It is end of August and since March, I have had a gift card where I have been unable to use due to my appointments being CANCLED over and over and over. Water issues, forgot to call, massage therapist is sick, had surgery, no one else can do massages, new employees... always something! I was offered a free stretch in place of my 90 min massage instead of giving me a refund for the gift card. I have tried calling and leaving messages, and no answer. I have emailed corporate and I have yet to receive anything. Very upset that this may become yet another place in WF that closes down due to the customer service.

If i could give negative stats i would. This place never answers the phone or responds to text. If you make an appointment they will cancel it and tell you they will call you at the end of the month and then never call you. When you finally get them they are booked up or give you an appointment that they cancel again and again. I paid for a membership for over a year and might have gotten 3 massages. Then i got fed up and was told i couldn’t cancel without showing up in person. So i did and they are STILL CHARGING ME!! No one will answer the phone so now i have to go up there in person AGAIN, just to get them to give me my money back. This place is a freaking joke… DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!

I received a 60 min Stretch Session from Racheal! I absolutely loved it! I feel amazing the next day! I would highly recommend this Massage Envy service from this wonderful lady! I will definitely be going to see her again. 🤍

For best results, DO NOT BOOK ONLINE. you get whatever you get, which is apparently friction burn. Even after a face to face with the MT, her technique was well below what anyone should pay for. I was worse afterwards. Again, call ahead and maybe avoid Cynthia if you have leg hair.

Never been here, but tried to book an appt for a massage on the site but had to have a credit card on file. Want to pay cash so I called them to book it instead. They still wanted a credit card on file before they can book it. I said I wanted to pay cash but she insisted on having the card.With all the fraud, identity theft and people stealing credit card information why would I voluntarily give that info out when I should be able to use cash?Im a fan of the business, but not a fan of this practice.

Had a stretching session with Rachel. She is amazing and very caring! Will definitely use her again!

They finally have an amazing stretch person on staff. Hands down, Angelina is the best stretch therapist. Also, shout out to Alexis for an amazing massage. You should definitely get on their schedule before they get completely booked. This location has done a complete 180. Several months ago, I just quit trying to book anything there. Im impressed with the new staff.

The front desk staff and managers at this location are incredibly shady and untrustworthy. Ive had to dispute several charges from this location due to the front desk lying to me or not cancelling my subscription after I filled out the paperwork. This place continues to go downhill, and the inability to keep massage therapists highlights their poor business practices.After cancelling my subscription, I was told that they had renewed 1 of my expired massage sessions and encouraged me to book an appointment for this since I had already paid for it. It had expired because there was 1 massage therapist and no availability for several months, so I booked a massage for a month out. After that massage was over, the same front desk person told me she just checked and I actually no longer had a remaining massage, so now I owed $120. Due to obvious declining business, lack of massage therapists/customers, and prior experience with this location - I believe this was deliberate and I will be making a complaint with the parent company.

I had a session with racheal and it was so relaxing professional and comfortable ! did not want to leave hahah 10/10 would recommend!

Made an online appointment one month prior and find out a few days before the appointment that the therapist’s child is sick and had to cancel. No issue. I was offered to reschedule, which I did, and was assured I would receive a follow up text confirming the time and details the day before the appointment. I didn’t receive it, so I call the day of to find out my appointment for the reschedule was NEVER booked AND the soonest they could get me in was one month later. Very disorganized front staff and not trustworthy.

First time going and I will be going back! The two front desk workers Kadin and Brianna was very helpful and enjoyable to talk too! Edna who gave me the massage was very nice. Once we walked into the room we went over what I was getting today and where I was needing it. She was also enjoyable to talk to during parts of the massage.

Alexis is so awesome!! She is able to work out all my knots and tightness without a whole lot of pressure so I’m not extra sore afterwards!! She is professional, friendly, and goes above and beyond!

All the good estheticians have quit due to management.The manager refuses to deal with customer issues for weeks at a time. The last facial I had the esthetician left black product all over my face. Would avoid this place if you want a quality facial.

I recently moved back to the area and wanted to improve my skin with facials. Jessica is wonderful. She’s made me feel comfortable and is willing to share tips and trips for taking better care of my skin. She’s super knowledgeable. If you want a professional comfortable experience where you can ask questions you should go see Jessica.

Gracie at the front desk was extremely professional and accommodating and made my whole experience a 10/10! would definitely come back, all of the staff i encountered during my session were very friendly and i had a very comfortable experience.

I’ve been a member for years and this place continues to go down hill. No toilet paper or soap in bathroom, bare minimum skin care products on shelves. Front desk was unprofessional. Most of the time the girls are wearing Pjs or very short shorts, playing on their phones. At my recent visit One girl had her knee up checking ppl in, the other girl was too occupied With her boyfriend to work. I stood in line for over 5 min waiting to be Checked in.Massage therapist Alexis was phenomenal and very professional.

I have always been treated kindly and with respect. Even when I showed up on the wrong day, the young ladies at the front desk were kind in getting me straight on my appointments. Appointments were always great and handled professionally but with personal care. Steven does a great job and I always feel comfortable. Well done!

It was easy to get a next day appointment for couples facial. When you walk in it feels relaxing and calm. The room we used was calming and facial felt good. They have you lay on a table with blankets and it was hard for me because Im pregnant to lay flat. They did give a pillow for under your knees so I just turned slightly to my side. I paid $150 for the couples facial

Jessica is always very professional and pays close attention to my skin needs. She takes time to provide advice and explain treatments or products shes using. Shes great!Front office staff could improve on professionalism, but take care of you regardless. I think they could improve on letting people know what times they are open and closed as well as more professional text messaging and scheduling.

Jessica was extremely informative. I’m not a person that spends a great deal of time or effort on my skin care and Jessica was excellent on her recommendation s and the facial was excellent I already booked another appointment with her recommendations in mind. Thank you just doesn’t cover how excellent the whole experience was..

Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. They deserve a zero star rating. They lied to me and my husband about the membership plan, they lied about the cancellation, charged us after telling us it was canceled, and are still giving us the run around even now about our money being refunded. I do not recommend this place - there are much better options in Wichita Falls.

Beware, charges for monthly membership even though they constantly have staff shortages and are unable to accommodate appointments. Could potentially be understanding of the staff shortages if they refunded membership charges that they’re collecting SINCE THEY ARE LITERALLY NOT PROVIDING THE SERVICE THEY ARE CHARGING FOR. Staff and manager constantly gave the run around in between promises of refunds to ultimately retract their words. The corporate structure for the franchise in general is also terrible. They don’t have anyway to reach higher ups to let them know how shady/scam/nearly theft practices their franchisees are doing. Disposable. Save your time and money.

Ive been to a lot of massage envies across the country, this is by far the worst location I have been to. Subpar service and staff. I tried 3 times to give them a fair take and each time was worse than the last. Today I had a 10 am appointment, some other customer called and canceled theirs, so the receptionist took it upon herself to cancel mine assuming I was the caller and not confirming very basic information. So she was a lite shocked when I showed up 10 minutes prior to my appointment like what is asked. 10 comes and goes and she walks into the waiting area and explains the mistake that took place and the person providing the services will be in at 1030, 1023 the phone rings I hear her say my name to the therapist I guess their called and hangs up then comes back into the room saying their was an emergency and I wont be charged anything. Yea thanks for that last bit, I know I wont be charged because I didnt receive anything. If this is your trained receptionist, it might be time to cut ties or go through a heavy set of retraining.

Alexis was amazing. She spent extra time working on a problem area. She was able bring relief where others have not. She did a wonderful job!

I could kick myself for not remembering the massage therapists name!!! I have hesitated about doing this review because you cant give 0 stars. Anyway, the girl at the front desk is the only reason this review is being written. She was very kind after a very poor service. I got to ME about 10 minutes early to check in. I was greeted warmly and all was well. I was ushered back to a room where I was told to undress to my comfort level and to lie down on the table. So far, so good. The massage therapist came in and said nothing. She started my service without asking me anything about where I was having pain or tension. Silence for the next 30 minutes. She told me to turn over---done. Completed the rest of my massage in total silence. Never asked how the pressure was or anything else. Ok, here is where they lost me... she says NOTHING and leaves the room. Im still lying there thinking maybe she went to get me some water or something. She never came back. Never told me my appointment was over or anything. Ive had numerous massages over the years and this was far and away the worst. Even if she wouldve spoken, the massage itself was terrible. My husband got me a $250 gift card for Christmas and I honestly dont want it. There are good massage therapists in WF.

I have been a member here for several months and I have to say that it’s absolutely worth the money. The massage prices are reasonable, the customer service is exceptional, and all of the therapist I have had thus far do a fantastic job. I had my first prenatal massage today and JoAnna exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend going here and investing in a membership if you’re someone who gets frequent massages like I do.

Natasha was excellent, she has thT magic touch to work out all m6 issues. I noticed that Message Envy us in need of alot of therapist. Now I Understand why its Hard to get an appointment.

Steven was excellent with communIcation while ascertaining my needs for my massage. Steven spends the first few minutes listening to your back and neck as he warms up finding the areas in need of extra care. I find it funny calling him Steven, he goes by Kip at ME. Kip uses hot towels if you like them to help you relax. I find them wonderful. I get migraines from heat so Kip keeps my feet uncovered and the bed on low during the massage. He is THAT thoughtful🥰. Oh, and he can get deep into the muscle if you need that too.

Mr. Kip!!! WHERE should I start! I will miss him so.I’m a travel nurse, and it’s hard to find services in all the states I jump around to, but with Mr. Kip, I hit GOLD!As a nurse, my body is CONSTANTLY under pressure, being abused, experiencing minor traumas. I was at the point I thought my right shoulder was developing frozen shoulder. But Kip the MagicMan came alone, and oh boy! My body has felt amazing since I started receiving services from him, and I am truly sad my time in Wichita Falls has come to an end, and I have to leave him behind.He’s soooo good, that I actually could have flew how on yesterday, instead of today, but I made my flight for today so I could get one last massage on yesterday.This is an amazing location, from the front desk staff, to my amazing therapist.There are lots of little mom & pop massage locations around with more open availability, and I am usually screaming about supporting small businesses, but this is one time I’m glad I made an exception!🗣 BOOK WITH MR. KIP TODAY GUYS!!

Kiersten is the absolute best! She is a highly skilled masseuse and always very professional. If youre considering a Massage Envy membership, massages with Kiersten are worth every penny and then some.

I tried to schedule an appointment for a massage for myself and my husband. We have used Massage Envy all over the US, until I called the one here in Wichita Falls this afternoon. Shayna that answered was so rude and not welcoming or professional in any way. We will be taking our business elsewhere and advise all others to do the same. I am extremely disappointed.

An amazing experience, super friendly staff. Kip was very courteous, and professional, and his massage skills are out of this world. 10/10 would recommend to anyone, can’t wait to go back.

I am from out of town and I still have to drive an hour to get a massage but SO WORTH IT!! Dava is AMAZING!!! I honestly have gone to various Massage Envys across the U.S and have not given a review but Dava is just so awesome!! I recommend anyone to make an appointment! Also the front desk has been nothing but helpful!!
