I went to Autumn Lungwitz to get my eyelash extensions. She did so amazing!! She is so sweet and caring about my comfort. She was very kind and we talked about so much but you could also enjoy the silence with her! Their music choice is amazing and they have candles and inscents going the whole time! The manager Derek was checking on us often and ensuring his clients get quality work. I got a super soft pillow for my head, a pillow under my knees and even blanket! Also you get a complimentary coffee , tea or lemonade. How cool!!! I am absolutely in love with my eyelashes and would recommend absolutely everyone to go see her for your eyelash needs and more!!!

I got the express facial done by Alyssa. I have dehydrated skin and I left glowing and I could tell a difference in my fine lines! I felt very relaxed the whole time I was there. Alyssa is very knowledgeable and told me what each step was and how it would help my skin. She also gave me suggestions on products to use for my skin type! I can’t wait for my next appointment in January! Highly recommend urban routine and Alyssa!!!

I am in love Urban Routine Wellness! My lash tech, Journei, absolutely kills it every time!! I have super sensitive skin and eyes and she accommodates for me every time! Plus she’s very kind and loves what she does!! I love the atmosphere and the people here! So extremely friendly and care about each individual client. I refuse to go anywhere else for all my lash necessities! They offer so many other services and recently incorporated so many more to make everyone feel beautiful in their own skin!!

I got the Oxygeneo facial from Promise and she slayed as usual. I love getting facials from her! This one in particular uses a machine and it was really cool. I could see improvement in my eye bags right away. I was actually shocked at the results. Also the people at the checkout desk were super sweet! I felt very welcomed and comfortable.

I had an amazing time going to Urban Routine Wellness and I especially enjoyed my time there because of the lovely esthetician Kylee. My skin has never felt this soft and fresh! She made sure I left with nothing but good results and also gave me recommendations for proper at home skin care!

Out of all my spa experiences Urban Routine is #1 for me. Sierra is such an amazing esthetician, I go to her for my facials and she always gets me right, my acne prone skin has never felt or looked better. I love Urban! Ive had the Deluxe Hydrafacial with Alyssa and it was dreamy! She also did dermaplaning during my facial. My makeup looked airbrushed for the next week afterwards! Urban Routine is my favorite wellness center! They have an endless number of services, are very well educated and care for you on a personal level. I have never gotten a facial done so I don’t know how it should feel or look but I know I wanted to come here because of their before and after pictures they post on Instagram. So I wanted to try them out and and let me tell you that it was one of best experience! My skin felt and looked different which I love! from the very first visit which was only my consultation, I felt welcomed right away. My second visit was my first facial and I LOVED every minute of it! Derek made me feel comfortable and comfortable in my own skin! He is very knowledgeable which I love because I learn new information that I never knew about. He also talks about what process he needs to do for my skin to be the way I want it. I can’t wait for my next sessions and for my skin to be the way I want it to look.

I had the most wonderful experience at Urban Routine. It was my first time going, and I booked a couple facials & a lash lift/tint with Chelsea. She made me feel wonderful on the inside and out: incredibly kind and friendly, and all the treatments she performed on me felt incredible and thoroughly done. She was also very helpful in discussing my skin concerns and recommending products to me, without the intent of emptying my wallet. The rest of the staff all were also very friendly, and I really enjoyed the atmosphere and energy they had. I told Chelsea I wanted to stay and hang with them all day! I just got my first round of laser hair removal done at Urban Routine’s downtown location & it was a great expierence! I was surprised how little the Brazilian hurt compared to waxing! The staff was amazing & walked me through the whole experience! Can’t wait for the rest of my sessions.

I received my first Hydrofacial with Alyssa. Going into the appointment my skin was feeling tight and very dry, It made my skin feel amazingly soft and glowing! She recommended and I bought the Cosmedix Protect UV! A few weeks later I booked again with Alyssa for a Level 1 Cosmedix facial, in which we addressed my concerns with my skin - which was dryness, redness & my fine lines. My skin felt great and light - you know that feeling when you can actually feel your facial skin because it’s so dry and sensitive - I didn’t have any of that after my Cosmedix facial! She recommended the Cosmedix Post Treatment 4-piece Essential Kit for me to use to continue to help my skin get ready for my Level 2 Facial, which I bought and use twice daily to help my skin be the best it can be for my next booking! I have noticed my skin to be hydrated and my fine lines are definitely less noticeable which I am very happy about. I can’t wait to see even more great results with my skin in the future!!❤️

I got a facial and dermaplane here from Hannah F. and it was wonderful. It was my first time doing the dermaplaning and it was so satisfying! My skin has never been softer. I got the Express Hydrafacial by Hannah F. and I was beyond satisfied with the experience!! One thing I love about this salon is that they research the products in your current skincare routine before your appointment so they can correct or recommend different products/techniques if needed. Hannah is very knowledgeable on troubled skin and the science behind the ingredients in skincare products. Her professionalism was outstanding as she explained the whole process of the service and what my personal skincare needs were. I would 100% recommend Hannah F. as an esthetician.

I recently had a hydrofacial with Sarah, along with dermaplane. She was thorough and patient, walking me through each step and product. Her technique is amazing and left my skin feeling amazing! The facility is spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable bed and space.I would highly recommend this treatment and Sarah as an outstanding practitioner. I can’t wait for my next treatment!

I was only in town for a week and decided to try out different gym classes through Classpass. My class with Sallie was amazing!! Hands down one of the best workout classes Ive ever been to. She was so motivating and great to talk to that the time went by fast but I was also drenched in sweat leaving. Her positive energy just makes you work harder and better! I even signed up for another class the afternoon before I left town. The biggest game changer was the meditation time after the workout. After the hard work we spend about 10 minutes doing a shavasana rest with a cold towel with essential oils. I have never been to a class that did this and I will definitely be doing it at home! It really grounds your body after working out and recenters your mind. You leave recognizing the hard work you did and being thankful to your body. It was the best. Thank you!! If Im ever in town again, Ill definitely be stopping by. I cannot recommend it enough!

I’ve been getting waxed for 3 years and as I was visiting Wichita this month, I was ISO a good esthetician. Sierra caught my attention so I went to her for my wax and she did an amazing job!! Actually the best I’ve ever had. Super friendly too. Definitely suggest booking with her!

We got Valentine’s day Facials and Massages here. Our facials were AMAZING! Indigo and Liz were awesome! I only have 4 stars because I wasn’t fond of the massage. The room was very noisy since the only thing between you and downtown traffic is a window. We both found it hard to relax. We will come back here for facials and are excited to try eyelash services.

I’ve gone to Urban Routine several times now for Derek to help with my skincare! He is very knowledgeable and takes his time explaining his process. Derek also takes the time to research your at home skin products to give you his professional opinion on how they mix into your routine. The atmosphere at UR is always calming and very zen! Love my monthly appointments here!!

Sierra was absolutely stellar! She walked me through the process of how Brazilians are supposed to go and let me know that I was doing great. I accidentally kicked the picture off the wall during one of the wax strips, but she was very professional and assured me that it was okay, and placed the artwork somewhere safe. She was really genuine with her aftercare advice! Definitely going back in a few weeks 💖

I went in for a wax and lamination. Ryan happened to do mine, and she was absolutely amazing. Super sweet, she made me feel comfortable, and she was truly a breath of fresh air. The salon itself had just a natural, homey, healing feel, and I was introduced to many new things beverage wise I hadn’t heard of that are good for the body and soul. I really felt special after I left, and my confidence shot up after my lamination. 10/10 recommend this healing sanctuary & 10/10 recommend Ryan!

Sierra is the most sweetest, get the job done and honest person I’ve ever met for this service. I started going to her about three months ago now and since the beginning she has been super sweet and honest, I was interested in a service and she was straightforward with me that I should wait till after I have my baby due to her not being able to use all the products needed for that service since I was pregnant and that would be a waist of time and money. She’s never been pushy like some of the other places I’ve gone to about buying their products, which o really appreciate it she recommends things and lets me decide if I’d like to buy it or not which o greatly appreciate. I 100% recommend her ❤️

First time at Urban and it was amazing! My service provider was Sierra Morris and she did a great job with my skin! I saw a difference in the texture of my skin immediately after. If I could give 100 stars I would. As someone who has “treat yo self” days often, I can truly say this has been the best one ever. I honestly walked out of UR today and felt like every dollar I spent was so so worth it. From start to finish it was amazing. Derek is super friendly and knowledgeable, and never felt pressure to buy anything besides what I had down. It all felt so informal and just like they were educating you on products and services. Chelsea did my facial and wow! She was so personable and again, knowledgeable. She recommended awesome products to fit my specific needs and can I just say that literally every single product used smelled and felt amazing! Then there was Lauren M. Girl is a saint, for real. My neck constantly is in pain and she knocked the kinks right out along with so many other spots I didn’t even know were an issue. She is soooo so relaxing in her technique and just manages to find all the areas that needed love. I usually am in pain after getting a massage but not this time. Hands down was the best I’ve EVER gotten. Definitely gained a loyal follower. Thank YOU!

She answers questions on and off the clock, and wants what’s best for your skin along with sticking to a budget. Kylee had recommended I try the morpheus 8 microneedling for my smile lines and acne scarring. After 4 treatments it has improved my skins texture and brightness. It also sharpened my jawline! Kylee does a great job at making you feel comfortable and recommending services that suit your needs!

I have been seeing Derek for Reiki experiences for the past 4 months as I’ve been on a deep healing journey at the turn of a new chapter in my life. I cannot recommend him highly enough. I was so pleased with my 2 bespoke facials (so far) with Derek at Urban Routine. Derek knows his stuff, and has helped me see some major changes in my skin in less than 2 months.Derek and his Team are relaxed and make me feel at ease when I come in. The products that Derek uses smell great and feel great without harsh chemicals.The all natural approach to skin care really works for me to get the job done. I have had skin issues in the past which were treated with a chemical peel, harsh cleansers, scrubs and antibiotics that did not give me consistent results.On my first visit with Derek, I had some clogged pores that needed some help with extraction. By next visit, that was not needed at all.I have been using Dereks Routine Skincare Bio Cleanse face wash and Dr. Alkaitis Day Creme (only 2 products)... I have no more bags under my eyes and no blackheads on my nose, which were persistent problems for me.The salon space is comfortable, cozy, but luxurious. I would recommend going to Urban Routine to anyone that has skin issues or not.Urban Routine for me is a retreat for an hour or so to work on self care and relaxation, something that was taken for granted by this busy working mom.Thanks Derek for bringing this salon to Wichita!

The first time I went in for a facial I was desperate for help. My cheeks were chapped and that was very uncomfortable, my face was dry within minutes of moisturizing in the morning, and I was honestly embarrassed going through my day to day like that. Chelsea FIXED my skin and I’ve been back almost every 4 weeks since. I love their product line, the people are all so kind, and the environment is fun, but still relaxing.I look forward to going in every time I have an appointment scheduled and am so thankful and relaxed every time I leave! She always manages to fit me into her schedule with a few days notice and her work is very consistent. Julian Cunningham created the best salon experience I’ve EVER had. He helped me figure out exactly what I wanted to do with my hair. My hair is the healthiest its been & his scalp massages will literally put you to sleep! Urban Routines vibe is a homey feeling, all of the staff is super friendly & the drinks are AMAZING.

Ryan is an incredible aesthetician. When I started going to her, my skin was acne prone, dry and red. Her knowledge and the products she has recommended have changed my skin. Journei does an amazing job. I get my eyelahes lifted and tinted and I love it! It looks like I always have mascara on. I also have her help me with my eyebrows, because they are so blonde they look nonexistent.

I had the best experience at Urban Routine! I got a brow wax/tint and a Brazilian wax. I have never tinted my brows before, but did at the suggestion of Chelsea, and I am obsessed. I will definitely continue to do this. Ive been getting Brazilians at a waxing studio in Florida (I am a Wichita native, living in FL) and right after I am sore to the point where I treat myself to french fries and wine, and have to sit with an ice pack on myself for the rest of the day. I am usually sore for about a week after. I also break out like crazy. The type of wax they use does not hurt as badly as hard wax and the after results are amazing. I feel great today! My first ever facial was with Chelsea and I absolutely loved it. I decided on trying the Dermaplane and the Jelly Mask. It was relaxing and made my skill feel renewed and bright. She was even able to fit me in last minute for a lash lift tomorrow morning!

I was slightly nervous going here, as it was the first time. I have always been SUPER self conscious of my skin, but everything was so relaxing and comfortable. I never felt any judgement on my lack of a regimen. Derek did an awesome job! It’s easy to forget youre there for the health of your skin, not the pampering! Derek has an amazing soft touch, completely relaxing while thoroughly cleaning and moisturizing your skin. He explained the process completely so that I understood the nature of each step, especially helpful for the novice client. Derek also had the innate ability to decide when to visit and when to be silent, making you feel involved without disrupting the tranquility!

I Discovered Urban Routine Salon through an old time family friend of mine who happens to be one of their estheticians, lash artist, makeup artist, AND a phenomenal tarot card reader! I havent seen Chelsea in years, but she was able to tune in on my energy and do a virtual reading on a Wednesday evening. As she walked me through each card she drew, I felt like I had discovered the simplest of techniques to be in tune with myself - and have a better understanding of everything around me, she was extremly professional and answered all of questions. I went in to see her in their new salon the VERY next day, because I felt so strongly about how the previous tarot card reading went, I needed more! :) The atmosphere inside is so uplifting and relaxing - when entering youre greeted with the most delightful smell, and everyone is so friendly! 10/10 would recommend if you are looking for a new discovery, clarity, or a better understanding of what is going on around you. Looking forward to my next visit!

Got a facial (aqua peel hydradermabrasion facial) with CJ/Chelsie!!! It was my first time and Im already scheduled to come back. Finally ready to start taking care of my skin! I love all the tips she gives me for skincare. I cant wait to try all of their services!

I went to get my haircut by Julian and he did amazing, my hair not only looks great it also made me feel so confident I couldnt be happier. I moved to Wichita a few years ago and havent been able to find a hair stylist that I enjoyed here. But thanks to Julian I now have a hairstylist that I am truly happy with.

I’ve been stalking Urban Routine’s Facebook and Instagram pages for months now, and yesterday I finally pulled the trigger. I drove an hour and 20 mins to see Derek and have the Aqua Peel done! Derek brought the life back in my skin! The products he used felt so good on my face and smelled incredible! I love that my skin is bright and so soft after just one treatment! I was referred to Urban Routine by a friend. I had heard of Lauren Marks when she had came to my job for a demo. That deep tissue massage was EVERYTHING and she left me with exercises and treatments to help keep up a regular routine. I cant wait to go back!

Two days back I went for eyebrows shaping. I’m not happy with they services and I’m totally upset with my eyebrows after shaping. I’m using glasses for covering my eyebrows. Both eyebrows were not in same shape. I will not recommend for eyebrow shaping.

Derek does an amazing job customizing facials for individual needs. My skin was smooth, soft and glowing. Loved the skin care line that he used so much that I purchased the set.
