Where do I begin?! Rene, Kelsey and Sabrina are each so talented. I’ve been to a lot of spas and experienced a lot of massage and facials over the last 20+ years, and these ladies have true gifts. The atmosphere is so comforting and calming. Everything is very tidy and clean. Kelsey’s facial had so many little “extras” and special touches I haven’t experienced. Extractions weren’t even painful! Sabrina’s massage was also full of surprises that were new to me, but I loved. I’m used to extremely deep massage but Sabrina was super patient with knots and sore spots so going deep, and leaving me extra sore, wasn’t necessary. You can feel the devotion and kindness when you visit with the owner, Rene. You’ll be in good hands no matter who you see at Alter’d Carbon. I’ll certainly be back!

Kelsey at Alter’d Carbon gave me the most amazing and relaxing spa experience. This mama needed a little self care... especially since a certain wild toddler is always with me. It was nice to have over an hour to myself, relaxing and being pampered! Kelsey gave me the most wonderful gentle plant peel and facial, and the hot stones on my arms felt so incredible. I have been a client at Alter’d Carbon Spa and have had the most amazing experiences with Rene and Kelsey.Rene is incredibly skilled at giving the most relaxing massages. Her therapeutic massages have been a lifesaver for me after getting hurt. She takes the time to get to know her clients and addresses any issues they have, ensuring you walk out feeling like a new person!Kelsey is a real-life magic worker! I started seeing her in December 2021 and now go monthly. She takes the time to learn what your individual skincare needs are and adapts to them every session. She has drastically improved my skin using the fantastic Green Envee skincare line. I was in full swing of wedding planning and decided it was time to get my skin in order. While out visiting family in Wichita, I was looking online for natural skin care products. I found Kelsey and Alter’d Carbon! Since I was in town, we booked the Virgo Consultation for an at home regimen that I could use daily. I scheduled a Virgo facial in December and purchased some of the Green Envee products for at home care. I have used the products religiously since January and have noticed more even, brighter skin. Breakouts are minimal and almost non existent since the facial with Kelsey and using Green Envee at home. I came back to Wichita for family again in May and had another Virgo facial with Kelsey. We are 2 months to the wedding and my skin has never been better. Kelsey said my skin’s texture has improved and is more even than it was in December.

Friends gave me a gift certificate for Rene and after going once, I havent gone anywhere else. I drive across town because its worth it! Her massages are true therapy and always tailored to what is most needed. Her customer service is superb and she and the team care deeply about their clients. Ive had facials by Kelsey and shes great, and know Sabrina is too because Ive sent people to her too. Powerful team doing great work!

I’ve had massages at various massage therapies from coast to coast, and Rene is by far the best. Her knowledge of massage therapy and anatomy, mixed with her focus on her clients’ well-being, make her massage therapy the most thorough, helpful and relaxing I’ve ever had. I just tried Kelsey’s facials for the first time and wow. Highly recommend massage followed by facial. You’ve never been more relaxed.

My husband scheduled massages at Alterd Carbon as an anniversary gift for both of us. Neither of us had been to a professional massage therapist before, and Rene was so welcoming and made us so comfortable. She answered all of our questions and helped us both understand some of our problem areas and why we might have them. Thanks for a great experience and helping us feel pampered on our anniversary.

I LOVE the atmosphere so much.. everytime I go in there I feel so relaxed instantly, and even more amazing right after my services.. Rene is amazing and her team as well! I’m so happy she expanded and has this beautiful location! I already have my next one booked & can’t wait! Highly recommended!

Overall really good. I had rene for a 60 minute massage. The room is nice and cozy! We talked about massage helping with my headaches so next time I can add that into the massage. The driveway to the street is a bit of a dip though. Will be going back.

Morgan is an amazing massage therapist! She is professional and always leaves me feeling refreshed and feeling better. Her techniques are amazing. The only MT I will use... can’t recommend enough!
