I had a great experience my first time in today. James was not only knowledgeable about the products he had that best attitude, very helpful approach without bein pushy. If you havent checked them out, I would definitely recommend it.

Im a newbie to vaping, but the staff members were very helpful. They were knowledgeable and didnt make me feel like stupid when I was asking so many questions. Kevin sold me my first couple of vape pens and he was even nice enough to set it up and showed me how to prime the coils. Excellent customer service and friendly staff members. Will definitely shop here again and highly recommend to my friends. ***Did I mention they have an INSANE amount of flavored juices?? I am loving the Optimus Lime and Strawberry Lychee flavors right now :) I started off on the Aspire PockeX vape pen and decided to upgrade to the Smok Stick Prince with the bubble tank (the colorful one pictured). Been buying the closeout vapes and havent had one issue. Went in there to ask about mods. Staff was very knowledgeable and help me find one I really like. I was bothered at first because the female employee was just unpleasant because I was NOT wearing a mask as I always do. She insisted that I go get it from the car and I did just that. I then walked in and went to the back of the store and asked the very friendly and professional young man to help me with the E-Cig chamber issue that I was helping my buddy with. Im not sure what I am doing and this young man was knowledgeable, helpful and his communication was on point. He was able to replace the the coil in one of the two chambers that I had brought in. He was quick and professional as he did it. I am TRULY impressed with the customer service skills this young man had because honestly today most his age are just lazy and disrespectful. His parents should be proud and his boss needs to recognize what a blessing this young man is to his business.

Im pleased with the quality of service but its important to be prepared to have some patience if your transaction will require special attention. They are very accomodating they just get busy at times and they will get right back to you. Simple transactions timely and always friendly. Also I find the employees as honest as they are helpful. I recommend this business to anyone with these needs.

I think there may be new employees so I have to change my review. The atmosphere was always friendly and upbeat and now it feels like youre buying cigarettes in prison. No one smiles or is friendly. Sad transition.

How can a vape shop sell cigarettes?! Not a bad place to grab a soda but I will never shop here for vape products. Also in this day and age having a minimum $ amount for card transactions is pretty dumb. I will say though the few times Ive been in here the people seem nice enough.

Have dealt with some frustrations due to the lack of consistency throughout all of the stores for things like policy’s or sale days & times (bc of different owners is what I’m always told) so make sure to inquire about the specific location & questions.. Aside from that, the employees at this store who helped me were very nice, helpful & welcoming!! 👍👍

Great place to take your business, one of the only shops in the metro area that takes pride in helping its customers and not simply making money and moving to the next. Jake is very knowledgeable and helpful, personally watched him help a older lady who wanted to quit cigarettes, then switch gears and talk high end gear with others while never getting overbearing, finally found my goto shop.

I quit smoking cigarettes last week, I came in to get some info on switching to a vape system to ween myself off nicotine. Brandon and Matthew were EXTREMELY helpful and gave me some great tips for making the transition. Definitely going to be a repeat customer here, highly recommend.

Friendly staff. Decent prices, online will always be cheaper but brick and mortar stores are much needed! Plus they got a decent reward program. Maybe 1 or 2 premium juices, and the house juice isnt for me so not a viable juice stop imo. Tons of coils though! Other items as well; tabacoo, snacks, drinks, cbd, glass, etc. Overall its a good place!

I have been visiting Luckys since February, and I have always received FANTASTIC customer service, especially at the 21st st location, those guys are great! extremely helpful, when I knew nothing about vaping they helped me choose a device, unbox it, explained it to me, etc., usually my visits to Luckys are a very pleasant experience. However this last Sunday, I went to the harry street location and got the worst, nastiest attitude from some dirty methhead looking lil boy who looks like he probably lives in planeview somewhere. Apparently they changed their half price policy within the week, and he proceeded to have a smart mouth, get nasty and rude and tell me im not gonna argue with you. Well he didnt have to argue with me because one of the managers whom I have dealt with frequently proceeded to help me and give me the price I have always gotten. The only reason im giving only 2 stars to this particular location is due to the dirty, rotten customer service I received, you can tell this little boy has no business dealing with customers, has no customer service skills, has a rotten attitude toward customers, and should NOT be made part of this staff of pleasant and helpful people, otherwise Luckys is great at the other two locations. I hope hes careful because one day hes going to catch an attitude with the wrong one.

I screwed up and got 35mg salt nic, was way too strong. They replaced it for me, no receipt needed. Novo 2 was about half the price online though! Overall a very good place to go

I love this store they take care of other ppl mess ups they take their time with every customer even when they are busy I was here on a busy night on a Sunday and Brandon was coming in to get his own juice and he ended up jumping in and helping out because they were so busy Andy has went above and beyond to make sure I get what I want and helps me when I want to purchase a better mod I love the customer service they have my business for life

This place is awesome. I prefer to buy my cigarettes from here but sadly they dont always have them in stock. Just switched to vape and they took the time to show my husband and I how to set up our new vapes and walked us through how to replace parts on them. Love this place.

I had a great customer service experience with these guys. very friendly and helpful. answered every question i had to the fullest extent.definitely going to recommend them and return.update... they are still my go to vape store, yesterday they took care of a product waranty and troubleshot my issue i was having with my device until things worked flawlessly.Best vape store in town!

Came a couple weeks ago, chick mixed the spearmint way wrong. Brought it back to see if they could fix it. They took the full bottle and dispose of it because theyre afraid the flavoring was bad but thanks to all sales final dont offer to replace or fix the problem. Basically gave them my money and then took it back for them to throw away. Id highly suggest going to Puffs magic vape at least they dont screw up the flavors.

I am writing this because I didnt go in the vape shop I dont vape personally I went to little Caesars pizza next door I gave them 3 stars because I am sure they nice people but the vape thing is bad for ya an I am not so sure it is safer than smoking I have heard its not but that is another conversation in another time far far away personally I like cigars an hookah are fun too especially with a nice glass of bourbon neat of course until next time have fun

Very clean stor professional staff. Go in between the hours of 2pm and 4 pm and be able to get another bottle of your vape liquid. Paid full price for first bottle and around $1.50 for the second bottle. Glad we stopped in or we would not have got the deal

I have been into Luckys Vape Spot a number of times and the staff have always been helpful and kind. I have mixed feelings about a vape store selling tobacco products but they have always been happy to add additional nicotine to their premium liquids which I really appreciate. On one occasion, the first Luckys I went to was out of stock on a juice I wanted, The staff called another one of their stores to hold a bottle for me which was great.

I’ve been to a few different vape shops in Wichita and Lucky’s is by far my favorite. Nina always makes sure I find a juice that suits what I’m looking for and the two dogs are definitely a must visit (sweetest dogs you’ll ever meet ) will definitely always be shopping at Lucky’s !

Extremely rude staff this morning. Friday June 28 2018 approx 9am. Cashier had some issue and threw my change at me on the counter. I am a regular, my husband is a regular and a few friends are regulars. None of us will EVER BE BACK!! We will go to Darth Vaper from now on for our Juice and elsewhere for smokes .

Jake and Steven were super helpful with my search for a new vape. They are very informed about the products, and you can easily tell they know what they’re talking about. This location is my favorite vape shop in Wichita.

Bought a vaporizer here and asked the guy prior if it would work for cartridges. He said yeah its universal. The vaporizer did not work on cartridges and they would not refund my money. They tried to give me store credit but didnt have anything I wanted. They should have refunded me since their inept employee told me wrong. Not going back there after a $40 loss

I have one problem with this place. Theres a certain employee there that always wears a hat that shorts people on nicotine. Ive come in multiple times to get juice made and ask for a 6 or 8 nicotine level juice only to realize that is has literally no nicotine, even after weeks of sitting. I always have to go in and ask somebody else to add nicotine later.

Jake is the best thing that has ever happened to this place. After dealing with a newer employee who gave me a defective vape, ans the wrong advice on how to use my vape, Jake came in and saved the day and apologized for all my trouble.

By far the best vape shop in the city. Still new to the flavors trying to find some new favorites. The staff is more than helpful. Unlike big es staff they just want to make small talk on what they can sell you then after ringing up the sale in the middle of a conversation you are no longer there they just offload you and try to sell to someone else or start talking to there buddy/co-worker. Big es is not the vape shop you want to go to....Luckys is the best shop in the City

I had a atomiser that I purchased online and couldnt get to work. They were so helpful and happy to teach me what I needed to learn. I purchased my vape juice there and it is fantastic. Im not going to bother going anywhere else because I know what kind of service Ill get.

When I lived in SE Wichita and was contemplating quitting smoking in 2015, a friend suggested Luckys. Went there and found incredibly helpful staff. Not only did they let me try different ecigs, but they explained the operation of each. I selected Joyetech, along with supplies and juice. I returned a couple times with my Joyetech for retraining on its operation and, again, they were just incredibly friendly and helpful. Of course, my dedication to quitting smoking waned and I returned to cigarettes. Then, again, I contemplated quitting and returned to Luckys in 2017. This time, I purchased an Aspire Zelos 5W and, again, they were incredibly helpful. Oops! Again, I returned to cigarettes. But I will be going back to Luckys later this week (week of March 24, 2019, with both my Joyetech and my Aspire ecigs) for supplies and retraining and will try to quit cigarettes again! I look forward to seeing the staff at Luckys again.
