The downtown parking is ridiculous and this store never has any of the products Im looking for

Im a little on the fence with Luckys, but I wasnt displeased with their service. The sales associate didnt seem very knowledgeable about the products they sold, or the juices they mixed. He might be new, but he should be a little more helpful to his customers, especially if hes going to be in the shop all by himself.I was a strict Big Es customer since they opened their doors. Havent been too happy with Big Es for the last year, so I figured Id explore other shops. Well see in the next couple visits if I decide to stick with them or not.

They have the best house juices Ive personally ever tried and thats what always brings me back to them. Especially the buy one, get one bottle on Mondays. Like most in-person stores, their hardware prices are pretty inflated compared to online sites and their assortment of hardware is usually kinda lacking at this location. But if youre looking for the best juice flavors, I would highly recommend Luckys.

Luckys is my go-to spot. I am never disappointed here. This store in particular I have never been into I usually go to their Harry and hillside location. The store looked a little understaffed and did not have nearly as many items to choose from as the other stores. However I came there for vape juice and a new coil, the clerk was very nice and very informative letting me know the difference of a new coil that came out compared to the coil I had been using. And my custom juice was mixed with utmost perfection. luckys is the best

Over the past few years, Ive been ordering all my vape supplies online. But due to new legal issues concerning shipping (the site I buy from picked a new carrier that is absolutely horrible - way more expensive and way less reliable), I needed to find a local place that carries the stuff I need.Unfortunately, the shop didnt have the pods I was looking for. But I asked about similar systems they sell and carry pods for, and got set up with a Smok Novo 3. So far, it seems superior to my previous pod system and the prices were reasonable (more expensive than online, but considering the lack of shipping costs and being able to get these same day rather than waiting up to two weeks or more, the price difference is negligible in the end). Dude who helped me (didnt get his name, unfortunately) was very helpful and great to shop from. Even if I do continue to buy pods online for my other system, Ill at least be able to count on Luckys if the shipping carrier continues to fail me. But based on my experience so far, I may well just forego the online route and count on this shop instead. Highly recommend them for vaping supplies and friendly service.

Expensive but friendly staff that gave me answers regardless of wether it made them more money. They were clearly interested in making sure I was happy with my product, rather than making a buck off me. They do surcharge their products a hefty amount, but the atmosphere and employees make up for the sticker shock.

This is by far hands down the best vape shop in town. Ive brought in two different broken mods and they fixed both as good as new the staff are well trained and know what they are doing. They couldnt be any nicer or care any more about costomer satisfaction they are willing to help and teach and as far as flavors they cant be beat they tast exactly the same every single time and are spot on delicious try them even once and I guarantee you wont step foot in another shop all the bad reviews on them Im sure are from competitors give em a shot

Clean. Staff (owner I believe) was friendly and very helpful. He took his time with me and answered many questions for me. He helped choose a juice mix customized to my liking.

Went here on my way home from work at 630. Everything online says open until 8 yet the door is locked with a sign that says gone to lunch, be back shortly. Only an hour or so left before closing but you couldnt wait.....30 minutes later. Still no one here to take an order of juice. Sorry folks. Missed out on 100 bucks worth of juice sales today.

They have a good selection of mechanicals mods as well as electrical mods. A great selection of atomizers and cartomizers. On the other hand, customer service could not be worse... Literally. Sure they have a great selection but not a person there knows how to help you build them work them or even fill them lol pretty pathetic. Just goes to show customer service above all goes a long way. I do NOT RECOMMEND

They have a large menu of vaping oil flavors and will mix them for you, decent prices and a discount program based on how much you have spent there. They have mods and salt nic. You can park behind instead of the angled street parking in front.

I go to the west side one the most, but I love luckys, they were the first vape shop I went to when I started vaping about 6 years ago, and Ive stuck with them since.

Best vape lounge in Wichita. Largest juice selection in the city. Has a PlayStation room. Knowledgeable staff. Great large selection. Drinks. Snacks. Pool table. Tables to use your laptop at. All around good environment.

This environment definitely knows how to make you feel at home and chill. Ive went to other Luckys vape shops and their staff didnt seem friendly, but this one definitely makes you feel welcome.

The service here is always great. I never have a problem with them. I think Zach is pretty good as well.

I have been using luckys on the east harry location for the past five months for coils, juice, rdas and other vapor supplies. Long story short I get the same juice every time and it tastes different depending on who makes is and the last time I bough some it wasnt even the right flavor or the right mix of vg/pg. ( after two weeks of steeping)I want to support local business but it has to be a step above the rest. Sorry luckys but you had your chance. US THEM AS A LAST RESORT!!!!!!

Always a good time at the Delano district Luckys vape lounge. Carl is Hella cool and Rob is always a riot to talk too. So get off your arss and go visit these guys. They will treat u right and send u home with a juice and a smile or even a mod and a Boba. Luckys cant be beat! 2 thumbs up to Cam also, thanx for the cool place to chill. 👍👍

Been to store 3 times now to resolve a issue with a mod my fiance got 3 filters later its still leaks like crazy so on a 4th trip i was told to go to the store the owner was at and I was treated like i was dumb owner tried make it sound like it was my fault and now I am left with a broken mod and down 60 bucks its a dishonest business with a jerk for a owner i called big e vape they said they would fix it free and said that they were sorry for my experience with luckys enough said!

OK so this kid named Julian on West Street just answered all my questions that nobody had any other Vape cart shop can’t seem to figure out super appreciate his help he needs a raise for sure he’s a great guy and he was very helpful and very polite

I live in eldroado, and Im driving all the way back just for this specific lounge. The guy was kind and patient, I got awesome flavor from their juices, Im going back in a couple days.

The Mixologist(s) at the W. Douglas store are really nice, very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable on the products sold

Product is a bit expensive, but thats what I get for buying from brick and mortar instead of ordering online. Place is nice and so are employees.
