Luckys Vape - West

I am solely loyal to lucky but the east 21 location is the home-based for the owner, and the staff seem way more familiar with what Im looking for and need... west seems just staffed with people who can hold a job. They are never able to answer questions or make suggestions. You literally have to come in with a make and model number or the used version of what you need at the west... east is well roundly awesome!!

Thanks for the discount last week when your employee got stuck in that Kellogg traffic from the accident and had to open the store just a little later! Bought the Argus mod upon employee suggestions to have a better option than the overpriced disposable vapes that dont last long enough for their price and Ive been loving it.Great selection of Salt Nic flavors. You all have earned my business for the foreseeable future!

I used to be a customer at another popular vape shop in town and decided to switch when the quality of juice went down hill. I was immediately greeted when I came in and the employee really helped me and answered my questions because I was new to the store. The staff is friendly every single time and I go at least once a week. The juice is superior to any other juice I’ve tried in Wichita. It never goes “tasteless” and the flavor is intense. I’ve tried many and never been unhappy. They also value their customers. I had a bottle that leaked and they replaced it no problem. They have happy hour from 2-4 pm and it’s buy one get one free. You can get two 30 ml bottles for $15. But what I’m most impressed with is the employees. They’re what keeps me a loyal customer.

I went in looking to check it out for the first time. I was greeted by a sweet girl (I think she was a girl) then the lady behind the counter was very helpful and knew what questions to ask to help me figure out a good tank to buy. Very nice and helpful. Definitely considering making it my new store only as long as the dog is there lol.

Brand new shop on West that I visited today! Cool layout and very clean shop with tons of products to choose from. The biggest investment this shop has is Dillon, aka, big D. His knowledge on the industry is bar none. Great experience, love my new diamond mod! Thanks man!

Still 5 stars. Went today and King helped me. Hes super nice and very knowledgeable about the products. Luckys vape stores are the best in WichitaPrior edit...Great Vape store. They always try to use your points in your best interest. Kindness is always displayed by the workers. The store is always clean. Had I not found equal juice way cheaper online I would still go here for it bc their prices are well competitive. I get my coils here still.

I love coming to this shop! Who doesn’t like to shop for awesome Vape products while playing with cute dogs. I find Nina very helpful when asking questions about their products. Keep up the great work!

Besides having to buy vape equipment at a place that sells pipes, this is the place in town to go. The service is always great, selection decent enough to get you by, excellent flavors and a great value. Make sure to go during their happy hour for the best deals.

Good staff but wish you would stock at least 1 option that isn’t fruity or sugary flavored.

Not only do they have great discounts for repeat customers, but I never leave without finding what I am looking for or finding something new to try! Thank you.

Branden is always very friendly and helpful and has a lot of insight into all the products! He’s very quick to get what I need and even remembers what juice I use! Keep up the good work!

Dope place to get vape supplies. Id give it five stars except they seems to be mostly in the market of disposables (which they have a crazy huge selection). They are quite lacking in regular vape-juice choices. Great shop other wise but don’t expect to find much when it comes to juice options.

The best vape store in Wichita, friendly and great customer service very helpful. If i had any questions i just ask one of the employees there her is Nina she always on point. Good vibe.

Been coming to them for around a year now and their flavors and customer service and helpfulness are always greatly appreciated and they are always friendly, their prices can’t be beat either, they also have a continuousBOGO from 2pm-4pm Mon-Fri is also another reason to see them as well

King always does an amazing job 👏 credit card mech was down thank u for letting me unload all my change king ... 😆 so on a side not got wroung coil , Thursday even brought devices in with me .. But they wont give me the right one after getting the wroung coil!

All other Lucky locations are amazing. Every visit to this location is a frustration with extraordinarily lethargic staff who could be very knowledgeable if you can understand the mumbling. Overall poor customer service.

Went to Luckys looking for some different coils. Nina showed me the best coils for the way I like to vape. Also she let me know about the specials they have on juice. Would definitely recommend.

Will never be returning. Not only was their “non premium” juice more expensive than any premium juice i have purchased in the past, i also only was able to keep half of my bottle bc they didnt secure the lid on the bottle and as soon as i tipped it to fill my tank juice just went everywhere.Edit Sept 30th. Came back for a “new” bottle?? Does that fix and clean my car? Does that fix the possible nicotine overdose? No it keeps your name clean and shows how little care for the customer there really is. It shouldn’t be “come get a free bottle” it should have never happened.

Friendly and helpful emoloyees help you fing the right vape setup for your needs from beginner to advanced. Lots of convenient locations throughout Wichita and they have weekly specials. Luckys is a go-to shop for me. Highly recommend stopping in if you are considering quitting smoking or just upgrading your current device.

Lots of choices and some good flavors. We went in to buy coils and ended up buying 3 vapes, juice, coils! Expensive but I believe out vapes will last longer than out others!

They gave me the best price and informed me about specials and deals- when and where to get them. Their husky is so sweet and cute I love stores that care about animals and their customers!

Huge shout out to Steven at the west street store yesterday! I have been out of the vaping game for a while now, but im so sick of cigarettes. So I went into the shop and met steven for the first time. He was extremly knowledgable about the devices, tanks, coils and juice and got me right back on track. I told him about the history of juices I used to love that helped me quit smoking the first time. He recommended 4 juices that are right up my ally and Im so happy!!!! 5 stars for steven and the juice he got me hooked on.

I always buy my vape juice here! They have bogo days on juice and a rewards program to get 20% off purchases after you spend X amount of money. Only down side is they dont carry my coils need but other then that I buy everything else here.

Customer service is excellent! Branden is always very friendly, and helpful, and goes out of his way to make sure youre getting what you want and need.

Services were 1 on 1 and it was excellent ! Great selection of vape mods and pods plus extras. 5 stars is my minimum for the store and the operator.

We came in just before close he told us he couldnt make a sale after 9pm we purchased a Trinity alpha he gave us no education on it I have only used box mods he didnt give us the right juice he didnt give us the itemized receipt he litterally ran out of the store and I finally got mad and grabbed the stuff and left I will never go back to that store as long as he works there I will go to the store on Harry they do me good I spend lots of money on my vaping and that experience was the upmost horrible experience
