They have tons of chairs and could accommodate our party of three very easily. Tiffany did an amazing job with my pedicure.I had the tropical sunset pedicure. I absolutely enjoyed it. Tiffany was helpful, made sure that the temperature of the water/towels were as I wanted. The massage and the treatment on my feet and legs were very enjoyable. The back massage from the chair was great and I could adjust the intensity of the massage. A great experience.

Tina gives a wonderful pedicure! The atmosphere is very relaxing and calming. They were friendly and patient with my granddaughters. I highly recommend!

Le did a fantastic job with my gel pedicure. I got the “Ocean Paradise” package which included a foot scrub, mask, paraffin wax, and foot/shoulder massage. I feel so much more relaxed than when I walked in. Le was very attentive and took her time making sure everything was well done. I also got a manicure with extensions and nail art by Lexi, who was extremely skilled and professional. She managed to do a flawless job in record time. usually I don’t like when manis are quick as I find small imperfections to fuss over, but this time was exceptional with perfect matching lengths, polish, and art. I highly recommend this nail spa and will be back!

This is the ONLY nail salon I will go to! I go to The Manager of the salon and she ALWAYS provides me with the best nails I could ever imagine! She provides what your nails need to keep them healthy and strong. I recommend this salon to all of my friends. First time coming here (my sister told my family about it) and absolutely love it here! I’m super insecure about my feet and need to take care of them. This was the WORST set of nails I’ve ever received, and I drove 45 min because this salon was so highly rated. I requested to keep my nails as long as possible yet they proceeded to chop them to nubs and I had been growing them out for weeks. I walked in at 4:40 and was there until 7:00 and every single nail is mis-shaped, crooked and not what I requested AT ALL in regards to the design. I also wanted my toes done but after taking so long on my nails I just wanted to leave, not to mention I was rushed to pay and surrounded by almost the entire staff while checking out.. I just want to cry at how bad these nails are.UPDATE: ONE DAY later and 2 of my nails have already chipped 👎

Tiffany , didnt do my nails very good to skinny for my fingers the sides of my own finger nails show . She was burning my nail beds with the file and 3 days after my nails were done my cuticles look terrible and some of my nails are really thick . I would not recommend going to this nail place they are in to big of a hurry to get done and dont pay attention to how your nails look .

Tiffany was a phenomenal nail artist! she made sure I was comfortable the entire time. She made sure the color pigment was even across all my nails. She was quick but thorough with the whole process!

I frequent all of the friendly nails locations, but I love this one for pedicures. Tina was very efficient and gentle. The Tropical Sunset pedi is great! The location is decorated beautifully and well maintained. The owner of this franchise is definitely doing things right!

My nail tech did an awesome job! I don’t get fake nails so I just had her put gel on my real nails, and she exceeded my expectations. She was able to replicate what I had wanted; she did better than the original image I showed her from Google!! She was quick in getting them done as well, it took her about an hour from start to finish. The custom design she did on natural nails was $65. Idk if that’s good or not as I don’t normally do my nails like this, but considering the quality of the work I’d say it’s a decent price. The building itself was nice as well, very organized and clean.

Tiffany is wonderful. I came in first thing this morning for a pedicure and she really took her time. Made me feel like a true queen. The scrubbing and buffing is just what I needed. And the polish looked like a million bucks. I moved here about 3 years ago and have been coming here everytime.

Nathan is great! I did a mid-range pedicure and really liked the experience and how my nails look. It had been over four years since my last pedicure between COVID lockdowns and having two kiddos. He cleaned my toes up perfectly and made me feel comfortable during the process (I feel like some places make ya feel kinda judged if you haven’t been a regular, not him!). Thank you!

New customer, chose here based on rating and reviews. Just okay. My mom had a great experience, but again just okay. I got a basic pedicure, its fine. Not blown away...looks like I painted them. Decided to get a basic manicure. The tech did it while I was still in the pedicure chair and she stood up the whole time to do it. Not really impressed. Im not someone who gets this done a lot, only for special occasions and I could have done better myself and saved the money.

I cant say enough good things about this nail salon! The quality of their work is consistently excellent, and Im always impressed by their attention to detail. The ambiance is serene and relaxing, and the staff is always friendly and accommodating. Prices are reasonable for the level of service provided. Highly recommend!

There were a few nicks from the drill and over filing on the sides of my nails. But other than that, the experience here was great and Id recommend! Also a plus- theyre open on Sundays!

The ladies doing the pedicures did not do a good job at all. She cut me 2 times with the drill as you can see in the picture. My polish is super uneven and was just rushed. My boyfriend came with me and they were rushing him to put his shoes on when he just had clear coat on his nails when there was ample chairs to use instead. The girl who did my nails did a good job but the overall customer service of this place is terrible. Won’t be back.

Went into friendly nails looking for a new nice nail place to start coming to it was okay at 1st but seemed certain colored folks was offered water and other nice things but I was overlooked I felt they took care of everybody besides us African Americans ... my nail tech was not friendly at all did not speak nor hold conversation the whole time ! I asked for a certain nail design showed the pic and got absolutely the opposite my nails did not last a week as they began popping off & color cracking ! I got a gel full set and was overly charged $125 including the nail tech added in his own tip without me offering . I came back several time to try to fix this problem but kept getting put on the run around as they were busy instead of putting the unsatisfied customer 1st im not the type to complain but this place gets absolutely no stars from me and I will never be back again .

2nd visit, truly enjoyed the pedicure. So relaxing I was having trouble staying awake. Pedicurist took her time ensuring my nails were in tip top shape. Had a bad ingrown nail that she worked diligently to remove. Well go back.

Tiffany was super good at doing my nails. A good, clean, chic place in the area. The foot massage was one of the best I have received.

Visiting from out of town and decided to take a self care day! I had the Mother of Pearl pedicure and Le was AMAZING! The pedicure was so relaxing and just what I needed!

I was a brand new customer and decided based on the reviews to get a gel fill with a nail repair on 8/18/22. Bill was the nail tech. At the end of the service I was happy with what I saw initially. However; on Sunday 8/20/22 my gel polish was already peeling. Also, the polish did not cover the tip of the nails. Needless to say I am not happy! It has only been two days and I paid 50.00 plus a tip 😒Unsatisfied customer. AndreaUPDATE: The owner Kevin gave me his number and said let us make is right. I made another appt. to have my gel polish redone. This time around it was done better. So far my nails have been polished for three weeks. Here are some pictures. I am grateful they fixed it. Much better than the first time.I increased my rating because they made it right.

I appreciate my nail tech (Lee) taking her time doing my manicure and pedicure. She dont rush. She makes everything looks nice and neat. Shes very detailed

Called about gel nails when is the next day and this is what I paid $90 for.. I went back the next day for them to get re-filed. The girl had a major attitude was very condescending and trying to say that it was my gel topcoat that I provided when the day before she say this is not self leveling it’s not a self leveling gel topcoat it’s applied just like polish beware it’s the only white girl in there that did this

Was here a few days ago and came back for a pedicure. Tina did my pedicure and has before in the past. She does an excellent job and gives great massages.

PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THEM! Worst experience of my life !! Went to get a fill in and the so called “manager” worked on my nails and drilled through my nail bed down to the white meat. I had to go to the ER to make sure no infection would start. The owner was not willing to help in any way, shape or form. All they care about is their business and not at all about the customer! I wish I could give zero stars !!!!!!!!! Gave me a refund just because he wanted me to take my review down . He didn’t care about anything else !!!

Came here today as a walk-in, in search of a new nail tech after a horrible experience at another nail shop off of country club rd.Lexy was very knowledgeable about the horror of a condition my previous set of acrylics were in and advised me a fill in may not be the best choice considering the lifting going on.I opted (with Lexy’s advice) to get a new set and OH MY GOSH am I SO glad I did.Lexy took her time making sure every little detail was taken care of when it came to my new set. Most places and almost all place I’ve been to have rush through my appointment to be on to the next person- but not Lexy. She made sure I was happy and my nails look AMAZING. They are so even and feel so natural. Not only have I found a new nail place, but I found my new nail tech! Would 10/10 recommend Lexy!

Mom and I tried friendly Nails 2 off of Hanes Mall Blvd. they were awesome! Lauren and Rio helped us out. They were so friendly and fun to work with! First time going and possibly my last. I went in and asked for a new set and that’s what I got. It’s a beautiful set but not even an hour or two later they chipped because the acrylic was underneath my nail and had fallen off causing the polish to come off with it.Update:I went in and got them fixed. They fixed it perfectly. Felt very welcome and reassured. Thank you Friendly Nails for fixing my nails.
