I have had nothing but good experiences at the Robinhood location of Massage Envy. The entire staff is professional and kind. The facilities are clean and soothing. I had a great session with Megan who paid special attention to what I asked for - will definitely be returning!

Melanie was absolutely phenomenal!! It was my first massage ever and she made it so comfortable and easy. I can’t recommend her hard enough! 10000/10! The whole experience from booking to the massage itself was amazing. The receptionist was so sweet and answered all my questions. Upsold the packages and was very clear about how they worked. Even helped me reschedule when life came up. Whole experience was amazing.

Dawn was the best I’ve had. She applied the right amount of pressure and I was relaxed. Jessie was incredible with my facial. She was knowledgeable and is with me on my face goals. I will be back at this location!

My massage with Sabrina was amazing! She used the perfect pressure and really dug into the knots I had in my upper back. I left feeling so much relief from the pain I was previously experiencing. Would recommend and will book with her again!

I thoroughly enjoy my massage at Massage Envy. It was a couples massage appointment for our anniversary and everything was amazing: the music, atmosphere, attention to detail, and the masseuse. Gigi provided a great massage and was very professional, respectful, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment.

Gigi was amazing! She really listened to me when I explained to her what areas needed attention which is my shoulders and back. And she literally nailed it. I definitely recommend Gigi for a firm pressure massage.

This location once you get on the monthly plan for a year if you miss even one appointment no matter if you explain why they refuse to let you rebook and charge you the FULL PRICE for the month. All the stuff they spew out about caring about clients etc clearly isnt true. Spoke with the manager no help and same outcome were charging you full price better luck next month definitely going ro make sure people know about Thai experience Robinshood Rd staff!

I had a massage and facial. Toy is delightful and gives a very soothing massage. Jessie gave me a wonderful facial and provided helpful information regarding my concerns. Both represent Massage Envy in a most positive light!

I have been seeing Jessie monthly for a while now for facials. My skin is super sensitive and I have rosacea. Jessie listens to all my needs and has tailored a facial just for me that has improved the softness and appearance of my skin. Jessie is so kind and has a calming presence. Highly recommend for anyone who has sensitive skin!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Area manager Scott was very rude hanging up on me and would not explain their membership to me. Wanted to cancel but you can’t cancel memberships even if you moved and no longer can go anymore. Never go here and get a membership if you wanna be stuck in something for the rest of your life. So unprofessional and won’t answer my calls when i called back on my number, but will on another number I called on. SMH so unprofessional!

I was there a few weeks ago. I sent an email to them without response. My original therapist I was scheduled for is amazing. However, she left the firm. I was rescheduled with 2 different therapists and... First, Ms Toya was good. Second, was a young, slim, white male (dont know his name) who was inexperienced and unprofessional. The male therapist had incomplete strokes, he acted as if he didnt want to touch me (surpise, surprise, Im in the South) , and I was told setup my own massage bed. I have screenshots of my feedback sent but management doesnt care and didnt respond back. Im a world and domestic traveler and I love massage envy as a whole, especially when Im traveling for work domestically but this was a very poor experience in the southeast. Again, Ms Toya did well on day one of service and but day two was a disaster and that was my 90 minute service. I have email screenshots if anyone wants them.

I had a very nice first time massage here in March. Absolutely wonderful customer service! I went back yesterday and had a great massage with Angi.

Everyone was very kind but my massage was not firm pressure at all like I explained and told my massage therapist I needed. I went out feeling as bad as when I went in. I am disappointed I’m still in pain and paid $150 for it. I also told the front desk but all she could do was say sorry about that.

Gigi is excellent. I carry all of my tension in my neck and shoulders. I’ve had 2 visits and can tell a huge difference!

I have had a massage with Gigi and a facial with Zoe and they were both wonderful! Would highly recommend!

I just had my first 90 minute facial with Mya! I enjoyed every minute of it! I have gotten 60 minute sessions before but never knew I was missing out by not getting a 90! Mya is so kind, gives a great facial massage and is very knowledgeable about the products! After my session she recommended a few products to me to get back on a good regimen. I ended up purchasing a PCA cleanser and cannot wait to book my next session with her. My skin needed it for sure!

Its almost impossible to get an appointment at the desired day and time. They have oversold memberships for the number of locations in my city. Had to drive nearly an hr from home to get an appointment to treat the physical pain I was in.If you want to bring a guest, with the same appointment time....almost always impossible. Its a waste of money.

Toya is the best Massage Therapist I’ve ever had! My back pain goes away and I faithfully make an appointment every month with her!

0-1 the masseuse was supposed to be medium to firm. At most she was light. I spent an hour with someone putting lotion on me. I would not recommend her nor would I ever book with her again

This was my first time booking a massage because I was in pain. I came in with tightness, knots, and tension that had been affecting me for 2 weeks in one of my shoulders. I saw Thomas because I was able to get an appointment the next day with him. I figured a massage wouldn’t hurt at the very least and might help. I walked out feeling like I could stand up straight for the first time in weeks. It amazed me how much that helped. Thomas was also very friendly and professional. I couldn’t have asked for better service.

I have had many professional massages over my life time. I just had the worst massage.I went over my health issues with my back and shoulder. NONE of those were addressed. Massage therapist (Trina) acknowledged I had a large knot in my shoulder, she spent little to no time working on it.( I even asked her to spend more time on my upper back and shoulder)I had asked for a deep tissue massage. I a received a light almost petting massage? I will not be back.

Angie is nothing short of AMAZING!! She is warm and responsive as well as completely professional! You can sense her passion for helping people through massage.

I really enjoyed my massage! Toy targeted all the necessary knots and even though I was running a few minutes late, she was quick to get started. The hot towels were added bonus on the back and the feet, very relaxing, not everyone uses those. I definitely will be back and hopefully for a 90-minute massage next time.

I am almost sorry that I am canceling my membership but at the Hanes Mall area location the inability to get scheduled massages and poor quality therapist I could no longer deal with the foolishness. The place look decent .The therapists are coming and going.My last therapist was better than the therapists I had lately. The massage was relaxing.The suggested tip amount- written everywhere- is ridiculous. Toy was amazing. She did not talk a lot which made the session really meditative however she asked good questions to enable to give the perfect massage! I really liked her and the massage!!!

Do yourself a favor & go see Shannon. I have chronic Lyme, she was so sweet & really knew how to help. She even gave me some exercises I can do for all the muscle pain. My first time there, but will definitely be booking for another session with Shannon in two weeks! You’re awesome Shannon!

I called both facilities in Winston-Salem to cancel an apparent accidental double booking for days booked back to back online, unbeknownst to me, after I got a notification of an appointment a day earlier than I meant to schedule. None of them answered after 3 attempts. I work nightshift and didn’t get a chance to call back on open hours. Then they make me pay 100% of the cost when online policy says 50% of same day. I was out of town because I live in Kentucky and come here for work so I wasn’t able to make it (reason why i didn’t book that day). I had an appt scheduled for today, and they text me saying the therapist has an emergency and cancels on me 2.5 hours before the appt. PLUS, my last therapist for my partner and me were far from remarkable. One had Thai breath from their lunch and the other hit tendon more than muscle. This place is a joke. I’m going to cancel my membership asap.

I’ve been going to this location since 2017! Love them and the services they offer. The membership is the best deal around. Toy is the massage therapist I see every time. I almost don’t want to mention her so I can keep her all to myself. Haha!!! She is THE BEST. So considerate, attentive, concerned about your well-being, and genuinely LOVES what she does! I’ve tried others at the location and facials and everyone is awesome. Never a bad experience!

The receptionist was very nice and greeted me as soon as I walked in. She helped me check in and explain everything to me accurately. My massage was awesome. Toi was professional and absolutely was one of the top 5 massages I’ve had in my life. I will be back to have this experience again!

I had Toy as a massage therapist today. She was WONDERFUL!!!!! She got me in quickly, went over what I wanted/how I wanted my massage to go before hand and started the massage within 5-6 minutes of me being there. The massage itself was so relaxing. She made sure the firmness was exactly how I wanted and she made sure to massage everything I had asked for. Even my ears, which was also so relaxing! Her professionalism was perfect. She told me everything she was doing and checked on me throughout. I never felt uncomfortable at any point. She had water waiting on me when I was done.My experience with the front desk staff was also amazing. I never felt pressured into anything, but I did sign up for a membership because the front staff were very informative!Love it here and can’t wait to be back!!!

Angle is truly great with her hands with massaging the body. I came in very tensed and left feeling great. She is very professional with working on clients.

My experience was very positive. I had received a gift certificate to Massage Envy, but knew nothing about the company. I gave them a call and and had a great conversation with the receptionist, who answered all my questions and set up an appointment for me that evening with Kim, who was awesome! I’m a pianist and was experiencing a lot of tension and pain in my shoulders, right hip and leg, but especially in my knee. She listened carefully to me as I told her about the pain I was experiencing and then gave me a deep tissue massage that got the knots out of my muscles and was somehow relaxing at the same time! Afterwards, I was amazed that I was no longer limping when I walked, because the pain in my knee had greatly subsided. Thank you Kim!

Professional staff, great experience, they have gone above and beyond to make it a safe environment. All of the sessions Ive had have been therapeutic and help to combat my back issues. My most recent visit is definitely worth mentioning, today was my first session with ANDI and she is unlike any other massage therapist Ive worked with before. Instead of listening to me and what I thought I needed she let my muscles tell their own story. The result was amazing, the most benefit that Ive had from a single session and Ill definitely be requesting her in the future. Thank you!

I went to the Robinhood rd location. I had a great experience. Shannon gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I usually go to high point location but will definitely try Robinhood rd again.

Kim is awesome! She is so friendly and really listens to you about what needs to be worked on most during the massage! I have been dealing with tendinitis in my right arm and she spent about 30 minutes focused on the large knot she found in the muscle there. I was sore afterwards but was able to sleep with my right arm tucked under my pillow last night! The first time I have been able to do so in a month without pain waking me up!! Yay!!Definitely recommend Kim and Massage Envy on Robinhood Rd!! Everyone there is very nice!!

As a Salon Manger, there’s obviously things I look for when going into another salon. Initial greeting when walking in, friendly/helpful front staff, and an amazing service. From the moment you walk in and smell the aromatherapy you begin to relax.You check in and are escorted to a quiet serene area to wait for your therapist.The rooms are extremely clean with cozy linens and heated tables. There is quiet music and dimmed lights.My therapist I have chosen is a delightful combination of friendliness and professionalism. She always throughly asks me question about my needs for the session then proceeds to give her all, everytime to take care of those needs.I always leave refreshed and peaceful in body and mind.I highly recommend this experience!

I’ve seen Sabrina multiple times now and she rocks! She listens to the pressure requests and knows to give a good mix. She also checks in a couple times to make sure everything feels right and allows for complete relaxation.

Angi is a miracle worker! I’ve had lower back pain for over 3 years from childbirth. I have been going to the chiropractor the whole time - which has helped but never made it go away. I had a series of knots that she worked on and the pain is gone! The knots are still there but much smaller - I plan to continue to go every 2 weeks until they are completely gone. So thankful for her and her healing hands.

I have been a member of this location for almost two years. Every time I come the staff does not know policies, I get the go around and I am so done. I am a Latina woman and I will not stand to be discriminated against or to be treated differently. As a franchise you need to approach your clients with diversity and equity in mind. This is 2021 and racial equity should be part of your mission.The people at the front desk is rude, especially the girl with the nose piercing. She even dare to raised her voice at me and tell me I don’t care. I only asked to signed a waiver. Mind you, I am paying every month as a member that comes to receive services every single month for the last two years.if you want to be treated as a valued customer , save your money and go to a spa. Massage Envy @ Robinhood needs to learn from Chick Fil A customer service. Please trained your staff.Update- trying to cancel my membership and the printers are not even working.

But when we arrived we were told that Judith was not listed and that she will not be seen. We were both hurt and disappointed 😞 I did have my Wonderful Session with Toy who is the GREATEST! (5) Judith waited patiently in the waiting area. Management apologized for the mistake and offered us a free future session.I called back later that day when I found my notes that I had recorded of my appointment and told her the person that was assigned to Judith, name was Taylor.Management confirmed that two weeks prior to our appointment that TaylorWas no longer employed with M/E. We have made an appointment for March 8th, 2022 and hope that everything will go well.😀 👍🏽 and if it does, Judith will become a member of M/E🌈🕊💛💫October 6, 2022 @ 3pm was fine however; LaTrinda was still with her prior customer @ 3pm and was rushing to get to me which disrupted my experience as I had arrived 30 minutes earlier to experience a relaxing 60 minute Facial. Yet again had a massage cancelled 2 hours before my massage. If I do that I loose my massage. They also cancelled my massage for Thursday. So frustrating. Prices keep going up, but I can never get my services in. Ive had to switch to facials to get my services used.

Front desk staff was friendly, organized, and helped me get into the relaxing mood before I even got the massage! Showed how theres memberships and explained it throughly to me. The membership options were great and cant wait for my next visit. So many therapists with their own expertise , some practices I didnt know about. Cant wait to try a little of everything.

I love my therapist and his service. I was disappointed this week that my feet picked up a black film (a combo of lotion used and potentially a carpet in the therapy room needing cleaning). I remain hopeful this deficiency will be corrected with a simple carpet cleaning session throughout.

I love coming to the Massage Envy on Robinhood, it’s so convenient and they make scheduling (and rescheduling) so easy. But most of all DeVaughn is the best masseuse, great firm pressure without bruising me (I bruise easily), and he always listens to what is physically bothering me and focuses the session accordingly. Always feel better after coming here!

In the past, I only scheduled massage appointments with private professionals. Admittedly, I imagined that a commercial massage business would provide a fluff and buff experience without the therapeutic aspect. Thankfully, a friend encouraged me to try Massage Envy and I have been pleasantly surprised. My therapist uses excellent trigger point and deep tissue techniques, providing relaxation and pain relief.

If you go you HAVE TO go to Toy. She is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. It’s obvious she cares about her patients and spends time listening to what you need. She is great for conversation and also relaxing. Everyone was very kind and I’m sure you can’t go wrong with any of them, but Toy is a rock star.

I have been a client for 10 years. Primarily going to Hanes Mall location. It has been very difficult to get appointments since the pandemic so I started going to the Robinhood location. I am very impressed with all of the therapist I have seen. I have always been able to see the same one but it has been difficult to do so since the pandemic it seems to be super busy and appointments are hard to keep the same therapist. This makes you jump around to different ones just to get an appointment. Kind of stinks but glad the business is booming. At the Hanes mall location I have had many that I didnt enjoy at all. I cannot say that about Robinhood. Every single therapy I have seen was amazing. I am very happy I startes to come there. The staff at the front desk couldnt be more friendly and welcoming. I am not sure who will see this but I have shared this with your staff at the front desk. And I hope you share this with your team. You have an exceptional staff and they should be thanked for the work they do. It is nice to see such teamwork. Thank you !!

Do not get yourself associated with this place. They have predatory membership practices. You think you sign up for a month to month and then are told its a 12mos contract when everything is signed. You try and cancel, youre told you wont be charged by the front desk, but then you are and it isnt honored by management. I believe in integrity and this place does nothing but deflect, and run you around. When I said I wanted my 80 dollars refunded, as promised by the front desk, I was told by Donna in mgmt I could lose the $80 and take an extension or I could lose the $480 (the value of the credits I couldnt use bc they were not properly staffed until recently). Save your 80 dollars and go somewhere mom and pop or local. Dont waste your time with a chain because you will be treated like a chain customer. The manager even had the audacity to correct me and tell me she didnt believe me when I tried to express my frustrations with my experiences navigating her business.

Robin Hood is the place to go for a massage.My masseuse for this experience was Kim and I am embarrassed to say I went to sleep about four times. I was feeling horrible when I came in, aching and sore. But when I left you wont believe I was shopping at two grocery stores.Keep up the good work Kim.

Ive been going to Message Envy for quite a long time now. Keiri worked my whole back from top to my lower back, especially my lower left side where it was hurting, and the way she did it, she made it feel better. Her pressure was just right, but went a little bit firmer in their areas. She also worked my neck muscles which really needed a good massage, they felt a little tight. And also Keiri massaged my hip areas and gave a good stretch to them both. And she has a good personality. And listens to what I need in a massage. She gets a five from me. Thank you Keiri

Didnt go to this particular branch of the franchise, but the franchise has overall bad rep for mostly inexperienced staff. Massage Envy in Colorado I belonged to lied about what I was signing up for and hounded me for payment for services not rendered when I became unemployed and wanted to quit for awhile.Check out overall reviews. Youre committing to year long membership which some branches dont disclose, and according to many reviewers, many have problems putting hold on membership and getting to use services paid for. Im just going to avoid the franchise.

Kieri is superb, but there appear to be issues with the way this location is managed. It can be very difficult to schedule an appointment, and I think this is due to high staff turnover.

If you love entertaining snobby little desk jockeys not doing their job properly, then this is the place for you! If you like scheduling appts online only to have a trashy associate with a bad attitude call and tell you it was booked in house at the “same time” meaning you lose the spot, then this is the place for you. If you like being told you’re able to hold or cancel your membership at any time only to have them continue to draft your monthly fee, then this is the place for you. If you like being held accountable for their employees screw ups, then this is the place for you.Trashy, incompetent, rude employees working the front counter at Robinhood Road location. I suppose if that were my day job, I’d be miserable too.

Ive had one 60 minute facial, but it was really nothing to write home about. A standard facial...I really didnt see much difference in my skin so I wont be booking one again. Now on to the therapists I have seen:David: This guy is excellent! He was my first visit and the reason why I chose to keep coming back. Extremely professional and gives one of the best deep tissue massages that Ive ever had. And when I say deep..I mean DEEP...cause my muscles needed it. Hes pretty quiet during his session, only asking if the pressure is enough or too much. I love that hes not chatting my head off during my session! Highly recommend!Patrick: This guy runs a close second to David. Professional and great at deep tissue massage. He also ensures during the session that the pressure is to your liking. And again, doesnt talk your head off.And then theres Michael F: Sigh... I made the mistake of upgrading to a 90 minute massage with this guy. Big mistake....Yuuuge mistake! When I booked my appointment, I advised that I needed deep tissue. What I got was the complete opposite. More of light hand strokes and awkward elbows in my muscles. If youre wanting a fru-fru massage, hes your guy. Not only that, but the constant yapping made my head hurt. Afterwards, I thoroughly voiced my displeasure to two young ladies at the front desk. I would have expected something be done regarding this horrible experience... But nothing, not even an apology really. I wasted my one allotted massage that month and the extra fee I paid to upgrade to 90 minutes!!! To this day, that still leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Ive not returned since and have a few banked appointments, so I have several massages booked over the next two weeks. Well see if they improve.
