Bronson doesnt sell products and sells promises and backs what he says with the utmost respect, patience and professionalism putting his Customers needs first! Definitely gained a new customer! Super nice and clean vape shop with variety of products and super helpful staff. Prices were reasonable as well.I walked in to a friendly greeting and was helped immediately to find what I was looking for. I will definitely be back.Easy access from I-40. Stop in, you wont be disappointed.

The best place in town for Thca flower as well as vape supplies and wraps. One stop shop. Their flower has no sprayed on chemicals. Customer service is always wonderful too. That’s why they will always have my business.

I’ve meant to write a review for Avail Vape Shop for some time now. In all honesty, they are your one stop shop. Quality disposables if you’re in a bind, and usually always stocked on coils, pods, as well as a diverse selection of premium devices. Beyond great products the staff including Bronson, Kaitlyn, and Tammy are all not only knowledgeable about what they offer, but they exhibit exceptional hospitality throughout the duration of your visit. I usually try to make it in on Tuesdays when they have a weekly deal on coils, but their reasonable prices are also simply just another reason to become a regular. Grateful to consider this establishment my local vape shop. They also have an awesome rewards program which allow you to accrue points and, eventually once you’ve reached a benchmark you can apply a discount to your purchase. All it takes is giving them your mobile phone number every visit and more importantly they will not spam you with notifications. Your number is safe in their system.

Nice place. Been shopping at avail since I lived in Myrtle beach. But there is a guy that works in the one off Hanes mall blvd that is a total douche. Him and I had a small exchange in words on Monday and I felt necessary to come back in to apologize. He took my apology and basically snuffed me off and didn’t apologize for his rude words to me as well. Since when do these places card people. I have gone here in the past and wasn’t carded but this douche decides to card me. Avail vape you would do great to fire this guy he shouldn’t be working n the public

Had 2 issues. Waved off the first but the second is why I’m giving this review. I went in 2 days ago to purchase refill bottle but no pods because i had a new empty pod at home. Went home opened the new pod and it leaked completely out if it. So I went in today to get more pods and was sharing the story of the leaking pod as I purchased more empty pods and the manager basically said “So what, your problem “. I told him that it was not good for business to respond in this manner and that response was even worse. Very arrogant and unwilling to appreciate your business. Find a place that values their customers.

The prices, atmosphere, and friendly staff keep me coming back! Bronson especially has been so helpful in explaining different products to me so that I can choose the best option! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!!

Megan, Travis and all the staff at Avail Vapor in Winston-Salem are truly the best I have found. Their knowledge of the juices and devices are second to none! I have been vaping since August of 2015 and after 34 years of a pack and a half a day on October 20, 2015 I became tobacco free! I owe a tremendous amount to the support and friendships I have built at Avail. The customer service is always friendly and welcoming. The cleanliness of the store, the pureness of the juices are just a small part in what keeps me a regular customer. The staff is what makes the difference - they ROCK!!!

AMAZING staff and customer service! I knew absolutely nothing about vaping and as soon as I walked in they made me feel right at home, and eased all of my worries and concerns. I had sooooo many (stupid) questions and I’m certain I got on their nerves; however, they always remained professional, and took the time to work with me until I found a device that I absolutely LOVE! They have a ton of amazing flavors, hosted in a very clean, modern/industrial, friendly environment (reminiscent of an Apple Retail Store). The best looking vape shop that I have ever been in and Ive been in many. I could not believe the massive amount of flavors that they have on display for sampling. It was truly a vape shop experience. The manager was very helpful and knowledgeable. First class establishment.Just tried their watermelon / dragon fruit flavor and it was very good. Me and my boyfriend just left this vape shop and we have nothing but wonderful feedback. The mods and rdas were all good quality. They have a good selection of variety. Extremely helpful. The guy behind the counter fixed my tank for me, very competent. It would be great if customer service was like this everywhere. I buy most of my fluid from them and have bought my last three evapes from them.

Professional people work here. Theyre not snoody or snobby, but theyre also not uninterested hipsters like Ive seen at other vape shops. The two guys Ive encountered on their staff were helpful, and not pushy. They only sold me what I needed and wanted, no frills. They even patiently talked me through a purchase of some parts for a rig that I was unfamiliar with until I was comfortable with my purchase.

Ive been to several shops in the Winston area, and most are OK at best. My main issue is that the employees can be tight-lipped, snobby to novice vapers and even take advantage of customers inexperience. This is NOT the experience you will get at Avail. As soon as I came into the shop, I felt comfortable and welcome. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, without looking down on novice customers. I got the full VIP treatment from the start! Not only did they help me make an informed choice, but they also taught me some essential knowledge to make smarter choices in the future. They offered let me come back to learn how to build my own coils and construct RDA/RBAs so I can see the best way to construct my own. Honestly, this has been my best experience with vaping to date, and this is my new regular shop and I dont think it can get much better than Avail!

Best vape shop I’ve ever been to. Great customer service. Camie is awesome. She was extremely helpful and professional and knew exactly what I needed. It literally was the best experience I’ve had at a vape shop and I’ve hit most of them from Mooresville to Statesville to Mocksville to find my coils lol. She can now order them for me when I need them and I didn’t feel like some moron was handling the transaction. Definitely my new favorite place. Thank you!

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. PERIOD! Went specifically about a battery, however Id never been in so I had questions about the other many products however after he couldnt sell me on a 50.00 battery - he was done. Walked back to his computer and there he stood. Drive further for better service!

Great selection! Good setup for sampling, it does cost to sample, but its only $1 (per year i think?). Pricing is a touch high though. I have been able to find the same devices, juices, and coils elsewhere for cheaper, and im not talking about online sales.

Havent been to a vape store where tasting and choosing flavors has been any easier. This location has a whole floor dedicated to their different flavors and dont require putting a different tank on a mod for each new flavor you try. That, and their flavors are really good. Check em out!

This place is a joke. The sell smaller bottles for the same price as everywhere else. And apparently they tax you more. Paid their membership price just to walk out because this joker tried to tell my the tax on 22 dollars was 6 dollars. No thanks. Get played if you want but this place is for the type that doesnt care their money and that isnt me. Really pretty though.

Avail vapor is the best vape shop Ive ever been to and I live in San Diego where there are more than several vape shops. The products are resonable prices for juices and other vape products. The customer service was on point with both Cammi and Ashton being knowledgeable in vaping and other areas of expertise. They were friendly and professional. The tasting of the vape juices was a great idea for buying juice! Their wide variety of vapes and juices and other products were fine quality and had all natural juices for CBD oil and vape oils. I had a wonderful experience and would 100% reccomended this shop for all your vape needs.

But the girl behind the counter, Tiffani (pretty sure spelled right, asked her to write her name but lost the card.) made that literally the best experience Ive ever had in a vape shop. Im not knowledgeable in the field of vaporizers. However I have been vaping for over a year. She answered everything I asked. Let me try the juices and made recommendations based off the juice that I had been using for year. ( the store I got it from discontinued it). Showed me how to do and use everything. AVAIL is the retail vape supplier to end all others. In search of a location after my usual vape store closed for good, I came across AVAIL. This place has it going on. They have applied the means to provide sampling, which is self served, in the store. They have several flavors to try and of the few I did, they had flavor that was as genuine as I have ever tried. The clerk that waited on me was excellent with customer service skills and knew his stuff very well.

I have been vaping for a few years. Originally from Philadelphia and started coming to avail when I moved down here last year. Theres a reason Im still going there to this day. The staff is super helpful and willing to work with you, the vape juice is of the highest quality with no added garbage and the prices are extremely fair. There is no where better to go for vape supplies!

The guy working at this location (I wish I could remember his name) is truly helpful in every possible way without trying to push anything at all on you. I highly recommend this place if your looking for a vape as a first time vapor or if youve been vaping for extended period of time. ALSO they have some really great prices.

Worst customer service ever. One person in particular...older white lady. You cant even open the door when she jumps on you for id. No problem giving it but geez lady take a breath. Then its all doom and gloom from her about how no one will be able to vape due to regulations. Always out of popular flavors, push the ones everyone hates. Get rid of her. I leave if I see she is there.

Ive been going here for the last two months and aside from having great prices on their juices, mods, and accessories they have amazing original flavors. If you are an avid vaper, I would highly recommend giving Avail a chance. They will not let you down. Very friendly staff.

Update after going to the store in speaking with Cammy we agreed that it may have been a communication error that Smok was no longer selling coils for the TFV12 prince tank. As to the leaking falcon tank by Horizon Tech, I filled the tank with the vent holes closed and turned it upside down and opened them and have had no further leaks. Cammie was nice enough to replace the bottle of orange sticky buns that had leaked into my MOD as well as cleaning out the juice in my mod for me. They are helpful and want the customer to be satisfied

Everything I have tried here has been really good. You can taste a variety of flavors once you pay a dollar for a membership. The vapors and customer service are very professional and worth the money. Try the Water Dragon!

I visited this store on July 22, 2017. The staff were great, they were honest and helpful. The juices mostly tasted the same. There were a few vapes, on the display, that did not work -- maybe it needed to be changed, I do not know. I think charging $3.00 for an empty 15 ML drip bottle is a bit much, however its a business. I bought a 15 ML pandoras box juice and upon inspection, the bottle was not filled appropriately.

Interesting place that has a LOT of good flavors. It is on the higher price range but the testing method along with the less chemicals is worth it. They set you up with a tip to try the many different flavors.

When I went to my normal shop and find they were closed until further notice I decided to try Avail. Preston helped me with a problem where he could have tried to upsale me but he didnt. He diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it. I have found my new vape shop!

Its super fancy but the inventory is very lacking. Its pretty but does have it where it counts....the friggin products. Just a suggestion....

Be careful they sell you vapes that no one except them has coils for because it’s their partner brand and half the time even they don’t have the coils worst vape shop I’ve ever been to great customer service sounds sweet then you find out you got jipped by some horrible business owners

Juice is expensive but its made right so it wont burn up coils nearly as fast as cheap juice. Usually has up to date hardware at a good price.
