I love everything from the calm ocean music to the message chair, your energy, comforting smile, the lemon grass aroma and of course the excellent message u gave me today and a yr ago. Now I have to rearrange my budget so that I can keep coming back to you monthly. Thank you so much. My body feels so much better.:)

Being a Wellness member is the most affordable option for monthly therapeutic massage. I have had great therapists that find my trouble spots and provide much needed relief. When a favorite therapist moves on there is always another to pick right up. Scheduling and communication is great as well. I highly recommend Moonstone Massage Therapy!

I loved my massage, this is my second prenatal and I am over the moon with Moonstone. Barbara is a Gem, and has always given me a wonderful experience, once cleared by the doctor I will definitely be back to see her! Highly recommend Moonstone Massage!

I had a new client massage with Dave - - he did an amazing job! He completely worked out all of the tension in my upper shoulders. When the massage was over I did a quick stretch and was surprised that I was able to raise my arms above my head with no stiffness for the first time in years! The ladies at the front desk were also very nice and welcoming, Ill definitely be back!

The massage and facials were amazing. The facility needed some minor repairs but overall was a lovely experience.

Booked a 90 minute massage online and overall the experience was good. There are some other businesses nearby so it is possible you’ll hear sounds going around you (thank you lawn mower at the end of my massage); I believe there are earplugs if you want to use some. Something that did leave a weird taste in my mouth was when paying I said to leave a 20% tip on my $105 total and it was rounded up a few dollars from $21 to $25. The person checking me out did say “20% would be $25 is that okay”. Now the few dollars doesn’t matter, but the principle of not being entirely honest about the math/ not listening to the percent I said has bugged me since I went a few days ago. I would suggest just saying the exact amount you’d like to leave as a tip.

I woke up one morning about a month ago with extreme upper back pain, and knew I needed to be seen for a massage right away. When I called Moonstone, the staff member at the front desk was able to fit me into the schedule (same day!) and I got a 60-minute massage from Barbara. She was amazing!! She worked out all my pain points and even offered some helpful advice on stretches I can do to reduce the likelihood of getting hurt in the future. I made sure to stretch and hydrate that evening, and woke up the next morning feeling like a new person. I hope to return for another massage with her soon!

Carrie was great! The whole massage was great, but the neck massage was fantastic! One of the best Ive had so far! The room was also setup in a way that was warm and relaxing. I will definitely be back!

Found this place through a coworker and this place has not disappointed me yet. I’ve had mostly massages, with different staff members and all of them have been so amazing. They really listened to what my areas of need were, and they know exactly how to make it very relaxing during the session. I just had my first facial there and she’s was super knowledgeable about skincare and how to get the look her client is looking for. Highly recommend and will definitely be going back!

Absolutely scammed my wife out of 5 massages because they never could schedule her. Went in to get her massage from months ago and they knew it was marked as the monthly subscription and they still charged $95. Place is a rip-off go somewhere else.

Carrie Anne changed the life of my muscles! She was very knowledgeable and thorough and made sure I was comfortable throughout my whole massage. She addressed my problem areas and made me feel so much less tense that I had been before. I already have my next appointment booked! If you are considering booking an appointment, JUST DO IT. I went here yesterday and I had an amazing experience! I booked a 60 minute massage with Naomi and she is incredible. I was so relaxed by the end of my massage. The staff in the front is very friendly and welcoming, and they are taking extra precautions to make sure everyone is safe.I’m going to gift my family massages from here. Highly recommend!

I’ve had massages from Katy and Olivia, and both are fantastic! I appreciate that the massage therapists listen to what your looking for, and personalize the massage to you. Everyone is very professional and the atmosphere is nice. The membership program here is fantastic and a great deal, and the customer service is top notch. (Before I purchased a membership here, I’d called to inquire about a gift certificate for my husband, and when I came to pick it up, they’d put it in a cute bday bag with a card and little gift set for me.) The front desk staff is also super helpful and considerate.I’ve been to a couple other places in Winston, but this is by far my favorite, and the best deal for your money.

Naomi is truly heaven-sent. She is hands down the best massage therapist I have ever gone to. She customizes each massage to fit your needs and pays attention to your problem areas. She is usually booked out a month in advance because she is that good!

My very first session with this company was not great (this therapist is no longer with the company), but I decided to rebook and give a second chance. Because the prior therapist left I was rescheduled with Dave and I am so glad I decided to stick with them. Dave is intuitive, compassionate and receptive and always leaves me feeling relaxed and invigorated (seriously, after one of my sessions I was so relaxed I couldnt remember how my bra worked... and it was a sports bra... BUT all my hip pain was gone). Massage therapy is the best gift you can give yourself, and I personally recommend Dave.

I visited for the first time this past week to treat some very intense pain in my shoulders and left completely relaxed and mobile again! The scheduling was so much easier than some other commercial massage/spa locations and I never once felt like I was trying to be upsold with loads of basic upgrades and add-ons. Naomi did a phenomenal job that makes every other deep tissue massage Ive had pale in comparison. She was very attentive and knowledgeable, and really optimized a 60 minute session to address a variety of pains and alignment issues. After leaving my appointment I immediately called a few of my friends and told them how this experience was exponentially better than any other massage session Ive had elsewhere. It had been about a year and half since my last massage. I was lucky enough to pick Naomi to book with she was by far amazing!!! She worked out all my tightness and focused on the areas I needed most. I’m definitely going to start booking at least once a month if possible because of the experience. Not to mention the location is very cute and it’s a nice space. There was nothing I didn’t enjoy.

I received a gift card from a Spa Week that helped me find places that took the gift card. It led me to Moonstone! I’m so glad it did! What a nice quiet way to spend a few hours getting just the relief I needed! Online booking was super easy, things were ready and waiting when I arrived. Didn’t have to wait for therapist, she was very friendly, knowledgeable and worked out all the kinks in my back! I will definitely be going back! I’m looking forward to adding on different things they offer to my massages!

I just had my first massage here and it was amazing. The people were extremely nice, accommodating, and professional. Wonderful atmosphere. I had a 1 hour massage + foot scrub with Regina B. and she was AMAZING! I get fairly regular massages but it has been a long time since I felt so loose and relaxed. Can’t recommend her and this place highly enough!

My wife, who has ongoing back and muscular issues, booked a myofascial massage with Katy D. She came back raving, saying it was the best message shes had and the only one that didnt hurt through the process since her first massage many years ago. I immediately booked an appointment two days later and was so pleased. Katy worked out numerous knots, kinks, and pain points from all over my body. Best massage Ive ever had. The Spa is quiet, clean, and relaxing. All of the staff were very friendly. Plus they have great deals for referrals, specials on their website, and easy online booking. I cant wait for my next message.

I just recently moved to NC very recently and found Moonstone on Google so I decided to try it because of the great reviews. My wife and I hadnt had a massage since July and were well overdue. We booked an hour couples massage. My wife had a WONDERFUL massage from Kristy and I will not mention the name of my therapist, it was very disappointing and not enjoyable. Without going into too much detail about the experience, the therapist was a nice person, but not at all what I had hoped for. The next day I emailed the owner about it. I hesitated to at first, but I explained that for what I was paying for the massage I would have expected a much better experience. With no problem at all, the owner apologized and re-booked another appointment with a different massage therapist of my choice.Since my wife could not stop talking about the wonderful experience she had with Kristy all night after we got done, I decided to go with her and I absolutely can not express how happy I was that I did! Ive been in such horrible pain for many years and never thought anything would work. But she listened to exactly what I needed! Its been almost a week and Im STILL feeling good! My back has not felt this good for this long in over 10 years. Kristy is the best and most caring massage therapist Ive ever had nd she such a sweet person. I couldnt recommend her enough. My wife has already went back to her once and Ive already booked my second massage with Kristy!Very peaceful atmosphere and very relaxing. Very friendly staff. As for the owner. Very professional. Very kind. Thank you so much for understanding my concerns and allowing me a better experience. Its not hard to tell why Moonstone has gotten the praise and awards it has. 5 stars well deserved. I had my first visit to Moonstone this week and can’t wait to go back for my next appointment! Dave was incredible- he was communicative, professional and kind. I had the best massage ever- it was the right combination of relaxation and muscle tension relief. He gave me suggestions for stretches and exercises to target points of tightness. I’d recommend Moonstone and Dave to anyone!

My first time visit was amazing!! Stacy is awesome! She took the time to thoroughly assess my stress points, and honored those requests graciously. All while catering to the other standard full body massage areas. The facility is clean, warm, and welcoming. I will definitely be back!

Today I had my second massage with Brooke. She did a great job! It was just as relaxing as my first one and I almost fell asleep :) She uses the perfect amount of pressure. I have been getting massages for the past 7 years and have had 2 very good massage therapist during that time. Since I recently lost my current MT due to her relocating to another city I thought I would try Moonstone. To my good fortune my first massage was with ,Miss Hayley. I can tell you that she was plesant and very professional. She worked diligently on my sore spots and was successful in her attempt. I now have had 3 very good MT. I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Ms. Chelsea, who was very easy to talk to and kind enough to comp me the fall special! I highly recommend this establishment. You will not be disappointed>.

This is Naomi - Chris’s wife. I got a 90 minute hot stone massage today with STACY and I have to say it was the best massage I have ever gotten!!! I carry so much stress in my shoulders and upper back - I left feeling light and more relaxed than I have been in a long time! Stacy was so thoughtful during the massage - my hands and feet are generally always cold. She took extra care to make sure they stayed warm during my massage by using the hot stones or wrapping my feet in hot steamed towels while she massaged my legs. I’m thinking about getting the monthly subscription so I can save money and get more!!!

I was having a hard time with my lower back. Sharp muscle pains that would, at times, take my breath. I called Moonstone Massage Therapy and immediately was greeted and had an appointment scheduled for the next day.My session was with Olivia. When I arrived I was treated professionally and am very thankful for the safety precautions taken during this COVID-19 pandemic.Olivia was incredibly awesome, professional, and very well versed in her profession! After the session she even gave me advise to help while at home.Today (next day) I feel much better without the sharp pains! I highly recommend Moonstone Massage Therapy and Olivia!

I have been going here for a while now and I have had a great experience every visit so far! It is also kept nice and clean. I have to say though, Stephanie really does a phenomenal job. She is very attentive during the session as well. Ive had a pretty rough year and going to Moonstone Massage once a month was a real lifesaver! I always saw Kristy and I highly recommend her. She was professional, attentive, and friendly. I always felt relaxed after sessions and felt like I could tackle my day. Some days I wanted more conversation and some days I just wanted to be quiet and relax. Kristy was very accommodating for either style.The spa itself is tucked away behind the Hanes Mall area. The inside is very relaxing and beautifully set up. You immediately feel at ease when you walk inside. I really enjoyed the music they played during the massage sessions. I have only tried the 60-minute massage (6 times). I took my girlfriend to Kristy for her birthday and she also recommends her. Thank you!

I’ve been to Moonstone for quite a few massages and absolutely love them! Every one is so kind and friendly. I usually see Jumana and she’s awesome! She takes the time to ask questions about any possibly changes since my last visit and focuses on the “problem” areas we discuss. And the atmosphere is so relaxing, which is definitely a must when you are treating yourself!!

I loved this place! I’ve had a hard time finding a good massage place in Winston-Salem, but I think I’ve finally found a place I’m comfortable with. The atmosphere was awesome and the therapist was amazing. She did exactly what I asked, and I left feeling relaxed and less tense. So l rarely leave reviews but I had to say my experience today with Dave was excellent. As an avid runner I constantly deal with nagging issues (low back, hamstring etc) and just overall tension. I clean houses which can easily take a toll on ones body. I came in and it was a very quiet and pleasant atmosphere with a warm greeting. I had Naomi as my massage therapist and she talked to me about problem areas. I love how she incorporated some stretching and different techniques to really help with those areas! It helped much more than any other plain deep tissue massage has ever done. Will definitely be back!

Caroline did an amazing job on my massage! She made me feel comfortable from the minute I got there. She asked about my different areas of concern and catered to those areas. I dont remember the last time my back felt this good. I will definitely be back to see her!

I get amazing massages here. But it is disheartening to get a phone call when you’ve been a customer for a while, and told “your appointment is just in a weird time, you either have to take these two times or reschedule.” They gave me the appointment time to begin with- and when I asked to speak with the manager, was curtly told that they asked had asked this employee to call me. For a wellness business, the lack of customer service takes away from the experience.

I’ve been to Moonstone massage a few times and each time they never let me down! I made an appointment the night before and they had just what I needed and my massage therapist (Regina) was so kind and has magical hands. I can’t wait to come back and see her soon! Hi I would like to say that my massage therapist Gustavo was wonderful. He was very communicative. He hit pressure points that allowed oxygen to be released in areas which cleared up some pain and skin irritations that need blood to flow properly that I was not aware of at the time. I was told the next day I would be sore but, I actually feel wonderful today. I will do another appointment with him soon.Thank you,Stephanie

I started coming to Moonstone when I got pregnant since they do prenatal massage. Renee is a MIRACLE WORKER! I have been having some lower back and nerve pain die to pregnancy the past few weeks, and I feel so much better after my massage! Everyone is so kind, the studio is extremely clean and Renee is very attentive. I love this place!

Received a 90 minute massage from my husband for Christmas. Kristy was great! She listened to my requests beforehand and I never once had to ask her to modify the pressure or adjust anything she was doing during the massage. Glad my husband found this place as I was struggling to find a new therapist the past year after mine stopped working nearby.

I’ve been to a lot of therapists but I Got the most amazing massage of my life from Nikki today. Great pressure. Listened to my concerns. Relieved all the tension in my problem areas. Could barely lift my shoulder without pain when I came in, zero pain now! Feel brand new! will definitely be back.

I love the feel of the waiting room, not to flashy and positive messages surround you. They dont push products and the space feels so organic and comfortable. Cerise always listens to what areas are of concern on each visit, and adapts her level of pressure used based on my request.She has the skill to work out the knots in my shoulders, and then provide the relaxation massage I need on my arms and hands.Its been a long time since Ive had a massage therapist Ive been happy enough with to keep returning to them, and Im glad I found this one!

I got my very first massage at Moonstone with Jumana! She was great! Very attentive, caring and gave great advice on how to make my back feel better after my appt. I lovedddd the essential oil mixture they have in the diffuser and she let me choose my own combination! (Hint: Lemongrass and Rosemary are perfect together ;-). Id recommend this place for everyone. Love coming here, I feel amazing after every visit. Deep tissue + hot stones is the best combo. Atmosphere and vibe is perfect; ocean sounds, aromatherapy and hot towels make for a relaxing appointment. They also have cool perks and deals and an amazing staff!! Definitely recommend.

The staff was very, very friendly and quick to greet me as soon as I walked in. Before beginning my session, Caden asked questions to make sure I got the most out of my experience. My massage with Caroline was wonderful, it was just what I needed. I requested a deep tissue massage, and that exactly what I received. Caroline was very professional, so much that Ive already rescheduled another appointment with her. The facility was a little tricky to find, but once there the atmosphere was warm, comfortable. Chelsea is a master of her art and listens to the individual needs of each of her clients. In the massage room, the table is comfortable with soft sheets and blankets and the music is soothing. Aromatherapy is offered at no extra charge as are hot towels. Chelsea even uses a warm towel to clean lotion off my feet at the end of the massage so my feet wont slip in my shoes. I never feel rushed at Moonstone - the entire experience is relaxing and refreshing. I highly recommend Moonstone Massage Therapy.

ROTATOR CUFF ISSUES, please read....I had been experiencing tremendous pain in my left shoulder and arm for almost eight months. I had undergone physical therapy and cortisone shots yet experienced no relief. Emily from Moonstone has been working with me for approximately six weeks. I go once a week for 30 minutes and receive a deep tissue massage. It has definitely helped!!! The massages have improved my range of motion and drastically reduced my pain level. Emily has pinpointed the area of cause and we are working with cupping, hot stones and exercises to send me down the road of full recovery. I highly recommend this business and encourage anyone experiencing pain to give massage a chance, it just might change your quality of life!

Not too happy. Every time i tried to schedule a appointment with the receptionist they never answered the phone. I had also tried to book online before calling and the system was not working. I had to walk in to get a appointment booked. I got my massage yesterday and i was using a gift card. I was told i need to pay 15 dollars. I told them charge 20 to my card. And gave the receptionist 5 dollars in cash so that Naomi ( great lady!) Had a good tip of 10 dollars. I went and checked my bank account and i was charged 34 dollars on my debit card. Im not too happy at all. I said 20 and the receptionist went against that. Thats theft.

Ever since Ive visited Moonstone Massage, my muscle knots have disappeared. I even tried physical therapy to get rid of the muscle knots on my back, but nothing helped--that is, until I started getting massages from Jumana.Now with monthly appointments, Im finally rid of the muscle knots that Ive had for at least eight years. We went for an hour massage and they only gave us 40 minutes. We also got a couples massage and were never told that they would not be able to do it as a couples massage until after they had us in separate rooms. The massages themselves were average at best.
