This is the 2nd time Ive visited this smoke shop. I went back because I was specifically looking to buy a fruity flavored elfbar vape & I was successful a few months ago. However, this time, upon returning, I learned that they didnt have any of the fruity flavored vapes anymore. The store only had the clear and tobacco flavored disposable vapes.

Been here over dozen times and the store still doesn’t know who I am ? They refuse to serve me and are overpriced anyways, I’ll take my business elsewhere. Bye.

Broke my vape during the pandemic and was in this area calling different vape stores trying to find somewhere that I could replace it at. Cigars and smoke was the first place I found that did curbside pickup after calling two other places to no avail. They were helpful, friendly, fast, and not too expensive. They’ll be my go to when I need to get new coils for my Smok Fetch all-in-one

The white dude who works there is incredibly helpful. Ive been going there for years and they always have what I need to get my smoke on.

Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Rude af and refused to help. Do not come to this store. They do not care about their customers whatsoever. It’s embarrassing.
