The staff is great. Very welcoming & eager 2 answer any questions. They were knowledgeable & its everything I would want a vape store 2 be.

So what bothers me is when you go in and ask for a certain brand of vape and they don’t have it they seem irritated that you are not interested in any other brands or that you are even in the store to begin with they rather sit in the back and talk than actually help the customer.

I love this place! It is the only Vape shop Ill go to! Everyone there is super friendly and very knowledgeable about all things Vape!! But theyll never pressure you into buying anything or make you feel stupid because you dont know something. Michelle is absolutely awesome, she takes her time to show you anything and will explain something to you in great depth. If youre on the fence about going Id definitely try it, youll be happy you did

We are from out of town and was looking for a vape shop. We read the reviews and decided to go here. Joel was working the counter. My wife and I have been vaping for 2 years or more and went through several mods and had some sort of issue with them all. Joel was very knowledgeable about the mods and was able to provide us with the information we needed to choose what was best for us. He also took the time to talk about the juice line and knew exactly how to match our taste. I highly recommend this shop!! I will definitely be returning!!Thank you Roccos and Joel!

Decent juice selection, decent mods.Prices are WAY high except for the bargin bin. Atmosphere was decent, employees are helpful and polite. Would have given 4 stars but just cant get over them charging $28 for a 60ml bottle of premium juice that is $19.99 right down the street. 19.99 is pretty much the standard for 100ml

This shop is way out of my way but is still my fav place to buy from. I went in today with several isssues on my tank and coils (bought elsewhere) and Michelle was working and she was awesome. She helped me with the issues i was having and even some that i hadnt even asked about. She gave awesome customer service and has definitely won my loyalty. Even though this place is farther from my house and job then most other shops in town i will only be shopping there from now on.

Joel is the most knowledgeable and entertaining human! He made amazing recommendations to my entire party and really made a difference in our day!Update - years later and joel is still the best

Ive always enjoyed coming in this place but ever since covid your employees have been acting real standoffish. Im mean, I understand their concerns and all, but lets be honest, their exhaling vapors from their lungs all day and you can visibly see it. So, Id really appreciate if theyd just chill out and take make my money. Thanks.

Ive been going to Roccos for 4+ years now and its the only place I get anything vape related. Mods, tanks, RDAs, not to mention all the juice that they have. Everyone who works there is very friendly, informative, and brutally honest about everyrhing they sell. If they dont like something there, theyll tell you and explain why. Theyre not just trying to sell you something, it feels lile they genuinely try to give you a good experience every time you walk in

Im relatively new at vaping so Im learning but the employees after always extremely helpful and friendly. The owner Michelle is friggin AWESOME! She takes the time to show you everything about what youre buying, how to use it, what you need and answers any questions you have, even if its 20! LoL 😂 Shes great! I would definitely recommend going to Roccos if youre considering vaping and also if you already do, her prices are fantastic!

Extremely helpful compared to the first shop I stopped at just down the street. Being new to vapping these guys took the time to explain and set everything up for me. Huge selection of flavors. Very knowledgeable

Went in because I needed more juice and cartridge for my wismec and they didnt have them so the owner suggested a new tank. Really wish I could say something bad about this place because I never honestly believe a 5-star review. But theres really nothing bad I can say the young guy that was helping me was probably the most help Ive ever received at a local shop. Im from the Chicago area but out here for work and I have to say Roccos leaves any Chicago vape shop in the dust

I must admit I was impressed with this vape lounge. The staff is knowledgeable when it comes to their products. They also have a wide selection of items. There are many different brands and different juice flavors. The prices are a lot cheaper than the other shops that I have visited. I got 120mls of juice for $45, and at other vape stores in the area $45 wouldve only gotten me $60mls of juice. They also carry a wide range of coils, tanks and mods. This is definitely my go to vape store.

Great prices, very good staff they will answer any questions you have and also let you try flavors if you want. The only complaint is that sometimes its a bit busy with people chilling and vaping at the front counter but its a vape lounge so I guess you cant really complain.

Went in there yesterday after my smok alien stopped working completely. I was looking for a dual 18650 and was going to get either the mag kit or the x-priv kit but was shown the lyra and told the chip in it is much better than most other devices. To expand on this the lyra is 65.00 the other 2 previously mentioned are 79.99. I WAS SOLD THE CHEAPER KIT. AND I LOVE IT. definitely not shopping anywhere else from now on!!

Always extremely helpful they go above and beyond customer service expectations. The associates truly care about customer satisfaction. Theyre like family I miss visiting them I need to get back

I was very satisfied with my experience at Rocco’s Vape Lounge on Boardman Canfield Rd. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Trey was very helpful & friendly and set me up with a new vape apparatus I really love. The front area of the store has a counter with stools and is loaded with a wide variety of vape equipment & juices. There is a lounge in the back with couches, TVs and computer games with controllers. I’ve been to other area vape shops but the customer customer service at Rocco’s stands above the rest.

Best shop in the Youngstown! The staff here knows what they are talking about they can help beginners and pros. The wall of flavors is huge and have some of the best flavors Ive vaped. Highly recommended.
