Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I called before I went in to see if they carried a certain brand, and the employee on the phone was so kind and helpful. At the store, the same employee and the owner both took the time to explain things to me, answered all the questions I had, and helped me pick out the perfect replacement for my disposable vape. I’m glad I stopped in, and I will continue going to them for sure!

This place held my phone for the weekend why I left on accident.. I was very thankful for them. They treat me with the upmost respect and are caring people. I would recommend people going there if youre looking for honest help.

UPDATE: We called the owner on 11/24 and spoke with him about the situation and review that was left and came to an understanding on both sides for both parties involved. I went back to the store as advised by the owner on the phone to make things right and he took my trade-ins and helped me get my new box mod I was looking for with the credit given to me from the trades. He helped me narrow my choice down for me and I appreciated the time he took to take some of the models out to look at as well. I’m glad that we both came to an understanding and compromise on fixing the issue and that everyone had won at the end of the day. 😊👍🏻We have been repeat customers here the last couple of years of living here. Unfortunately, why I’m giving this rating is the current services my husband and I have received not from the owners of this place but the people working for them in the last past two days. My experience on 11/22 at around 8:30 PM was not the greatest especially coming in to get a new box mod before Thanksgiving Day. I had a few tanks and mods to trade in as credit for a new one. When I made my way in to the counter with the mods, the gentleman wearing a durag asked me what I was coming in for to which I explained I was getting a new mod but had some trade ins to go as credit towards it. Without hesitation, he goes sorry can’t do that unless the owner is here. At the time this was being said, one of the owners was already there and present at another counter (I’m assuming the son). This is where I just explained that if that’s the case, I’m not going to purchase a mod at this time and just look instead. Not only a minute after my response back, I turned around and walked out the door. I hate to say this but unfortunately my business will no longer be given here due to the types of service we have been given from the current workers there. The owners have been the only ones that have been consistent with us on service.

Charged me 4 times as much for pods I could of got at Roccos and I ordered 6 mg cloud needs and when I got home opened the box and it was a 3 mg bottle with a x through it and he wrote 6 with permanent marker.. like am I supposed to believe that

These folks are by far the friendliest vape store I think Ive ever shopped at, and I think I have shopped at quite a few. Theyre all very knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and their prices are amazing. Theyre always a joy to talk with and I cant even say that Ive had even anything close to a negative experience when I am there. This is the way I think everything should be done. Always friendly, always helpful. I dont think that I could ever give enough praise about that.

I usually order vape juice online because we live in the middle of nowhere and there are no shops around (plus they tend to be a bit more expensive than ordering online). I was up in the Boardman area today with my daughter and needed some vape juice, as I was about to run out. I found The Vapors Choice on Google maps - it was the closest to where we were, so I ran in on a whim to grab something to get me through until I could order some. I was very impressed!The store was packed with TONS of options. I asked for some recommendations, and one of the employees (perhaps an owner, as he was great with customer service) hopped up to help me. I only went in for one bottle and left with 2 haha. And I would have bought more if we werent on a tight schedule. The prices were AWESOME - like $10 for a 120ml bottle. Way cheaper than anywhere I have ordered online. I wish Id had more time, as I would have loved to browse more and check out some new flavors. Although this is over an hour drive from where I live, I will definitely be coming back to get more juice when I need it - its worth the drive! I will be recommending this place to everyone I know :) Thank you, The Vapors Choice, for a great experience today! :)

Packed with inventory for such a small shop. They had what I needed. The staff is quite possibly the nicest people youll have to take care of you in a store. Will be back.Update - this awesome little shop outgrew itself and moved up the road a couple of miles to a new location. But what I want to share at this moment is my first and second experiences with this shop. The first time I went to the original location, I asked if they stocked a particular brand of juice that I favor. They didnt, but they did have my backup brand so no issue. They said they would be glad to order it. I insisted that they not as Im here for work and more or less breezing through. They didnt care. A week or so later I go back and not only do they have my brand and flavor, but they have the brands full product line.If I had to drive an hour just to get to this shop, I would. The selection is bar none, but its the staff that sells the business and keeps me coming back. Not whats on the shelf.

This place is amazing! From the customer service experience down to the prices, this place cant be beat! It is a small family owned business run by father and son and they are truly amazing! They always have what I need and recommend the best products for your vaping experience. They have a very wide selection of products and they are the only shop that has ever asked me to try the vape before I leave to make sure I dont get a dud! I cant say enough good things about them! They are literally half the price of other shops! You wont be disappointed!

Best Vape Store in NE Ohio. Best prices by FAR.And they still dont charge for the nic-up (to 3) like most store do nowadays. Owner will special order for you as well. If you live anywhere in Trumbull or Mahoning Counties, any extra money spent on gas will be more than made up for with savings from the low prices on juice, gear and coils.

This place is fantastic. Great service and awesome selection of any type of ejuice or device that you could want. They helped me with a replacement part for a device that I already owned. You just dont see customer service like this anymore. Highly recommend this place. I go here as much as I can since Im over an hour away from the store.

Ive been to multiple vape shops and as far as price goes, they are the best for coils and juice. Everybody there is very nice and well educated on their products. Another perk to going here is if youre looking for a specific juice and they dont have it, they make sure to have it next time you come in. Will definitely continue to give them business for as long as I am vaping :)

I’m from out of town and sadly ran out of juice. I stopped here and their selection was AMAZING. Do know that all the bottles on the shelves appear to be 0 mg, but they add the mix when you buy it. Quick, easy, friendly!

This place is great. Its straight up and you get what you pay for. Cheapest place to get bottles of juice at like $13 plus tax theyre not fake and overly friendly its just a neighborhood vape shop that offers decent deals. Some people complain and want the lip service, but I like getting in and having a pretty knowledgeable person help me and getting out. They do that here. Most stores charge about $20 for the same bottle of juice.

Good freebase selection if youre looking for juice three and under.They do add nic upon request.Went in looking for something in a six. Got an explaintion for why they dont carry it as an answer.Started to explain why I dont like toping up the nic and another guy walked over and decided it would be a good idea for a quick lesson on how nic reacts when added to already nicd juice.Essentially ending my convo with the other guy.I simply said thank you and left. Ive been vaping for over ten years, Im not saying I know everything but.....Anyway. Not a shop Ill return to.

Larry, the owner, has to be one of the nicest and most knowledgeable people I’ve met when it comes to vaping. His selection is phenomenal and he cares about his costumers. I’ve never gone there and not left happy. He makes sure that you find exactly what you need and that you find the best fit for you whether it’s e-liquid or a new mod or even a new tip for your tank. I literally drive a little over an hour to come to this place over anywhere else.

People giving this shop a 1 star review and not ever going in are a disgrace. This place has went above and beyond to assist me while I was searching for a Mod to quit smoking. The original tank had some bad milling in it and they gave me an upgraded tank for free.The people here are very kind and knowledgeable. I will be going back for all my needs.

I walked into this shop as a complete noob. The gentleman that helped me took the time to ask me questions and talk to me so so he could understand what I was looking for. He then painstaking walked me through how my new device worked. To say he was helpful feels like an understatement. I cannot imagine how the service could have been any better.

THE BEST STORE HANDS DOWN. Im new to vaping, I went into the store the first time and talked to Blake, the guy was very nice and extremely knowledgeable. He sat with me for the better part of an hour and talked to me about what were good mods, juices, tanks, etc. Bought my stuff there for a great deal come to find out, after going to a store after and looking at the exact same thing for way more.

My first time in the shop after hearing about how awesome it was from my nephew james. They have tons of vape gear and supplies in there its amazing looking at it all. The staff are real cool. I was in buying myself a Im getting a divorce gift and the cute girl behind the counter was not only beautiful but amazingly supportive and knowledgeable. Walked out with a new vape mod and bottles of juices I thought would surely be over 200 bucks but I got a killer deal and I cant wait to go back there. The only vape store I will consider going to. I moved away from them, about 45 minutes and will still make the drive out whenever I need vape supplies. By far the best prices and best service you can find. Theyve got just about everything and will help you make a choice on the right mod or juice if youre not sure. There is plenty of shops within 45 minutes of my house that I could go to, but none are even half as good in any of the ways that The Vapors Choice stands out. Cheap prices on E-Liquid and coils. I can get my specific juice for just 20$ for 100ml. Staff knows what they are talking about and dont get snappy when you ask alot of questions or ask to see a ton of items. Got everything I wanted in a one stop shop. Highly recommend.

The only place to buy your vaping supplies. Staff is very knowledgeable and always willing to help you out. They have a huge selection. To be honest. I dont know why people go to other vape shops, because they are the lowest priced. I drive 37 miles to get there. But its worth it.

Ive been vaping now for over 2 years. Ive been to a decent number of vape shops in this area and around Cleveland. Im not here to harp on the shop but I think its ridiculous that I have to try juice off of a popsicle stick. Like come on. Everyone who Vapes knows that the taste from licking it to the taste of vaping it are 2 completely different things. I do find it good though that they will buy a mod from you that you dont want though. Seems like no other shop does that. Some of the tanks looked like they had juice in them from 30 years ago though. I dont know. Place just isnt my cup of tea. Seems like there are better vape shops in this area.
