Bought 3 vapes had a problem with all them. Only replaced one. The 2nd had to come out of a Clarence bin and the 3rd they would not do anything with.

They have what you need noattet which brand or flavor you use. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful as well.

While I had high hopes for my recent purchase, my experience unfortunately took an unexpected turn. I bought a non-disposable vape from them, and to my dismay, it turned out to be defective just three days later.When I reached out to the store for assistance, I was directed to contact the manufacturer for warranty support. Its worth noting that I didnt have my receipt, but one of the employees who had sold me the product remembered me. Despite that, they couldnt process a refund directly.While this situation left me feeling frustrated, I understand that store policies can be rigid, and warranties can be a complex matter. Its essential to keep in mind that the store might not have had full control over the warranty process.So, if you plan on buying something from this shop, especially if theres a possibility of defects, it might be wise to ensure you keep your receipt and familiarize yourself with their warranty policy. While my experience wasnt ideal, it doesnt necessarily reflect the quality of their products, so your mileage may vary.

Was asked for my id as soon as i walked in, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing, but making a comment that i look 12 is not good customer service. will never be back.

Dear vape shop I’ve been to people there really cool

Decided to check this place out after going to almost six others in the county. This place was pretty stocked on everything you maybe looking for. They had what I wanted and cheaper then any other place around. The customer service was fantastic. Also shout out to I believe the owner and co worker.. younger dude with gauges. We locked our keys in our car and tried to help us get in. He actually went to his house to get a clothes hanger wire and couple tools to try and get in. He spent almost twenty mins in the cold trying. We ended up calling and purchasing AAA.. but the fact that they tried and went out of there is way to try n help meant alot.. ontop of the products and service.. we WILL be back. Worth the few min drive of passing other vape shops on the way .

This place is seriously awesome. I definitely appreciate the fact they are open late. *10PM* That is HUGE in my book especially this day and age where nowhere is open after 8 it seems. If your looking for disposable style vapes I ABSOLUTELY recommend you check this place out because they have everything! They have the standard Hyde brand products all the way to the latest and greatest disposable vapes which I believe are taking over the vape scene. Everytime I go in there which is often, they always have something new and they normally have sales and a clearance section which is clutch also. A+ vendor!
